I paid $50 to get an acrylic refill and 3 days later one popped off so easily. They were definitely rough when filing down the old polish and nail and I really feel like that’s what caused it. It was my first refill on a brand new set of nails that I’d only had about 11 days. I definitely won’t be back. I’m only giving 3 stars because the staff was friendly.

An amazing pedi by David. The salon is comfortable and very clean. The people are friendly. And they really take their time on your pedi and pay attention to what your feet and legs really need. Love this place!

This was my first time visiting this place, got a pedicure, eyebrow/lip waxing and I was very pleased with the services that were provided. They are taking COVID-19 precautions. Tina did an awesome pedicure and she was nice.

The owner Kim is very rude and disrespectful to customers paying hard earned money. It’s very unfortunate, because her siblings David and Tina are great! I usually don’t deal with Kim but tonight David was busy and I needed a nail fixed before flying toVegas tomorrow. I walked in and Kim handed me a color wheel to find the color - she did NOT help initially and told me if I didn’t remember the number that corresponds to the color; she could not help me. At which point I told her 1. Could you offer to help me find the color and 2. I don’t remember the number. She literally told me I should have taken a picture so I would remember. I told her, I change my color every time and did not anticipate my nails chipping after just 3 days. From there she kept repeating herself, cutting me off and raising her voice. She turned the lamp off at the desk and walked off.I have NEVER been so disrespected as a customer. David came out later and we worked together to find the color. He has a great attitude. As a customer who spent $75 dollars for my nails, and your shop did a poor job and caused me to drive back out here - AT LEAST HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE AND NEVER TELL A PAYING CUSTOMER WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE. Kim - also said don’t talk to her about money when I brought up I’m a paying customer who should be treated better.I will try to not make this about race. But I really wonder how she would have treated other folks. Kim just lost the money of this young attorney!!! Don’t let the hoodie fool you. I will Never step foot in this place again.

Owner Kim has become my friend over the last 17 years of doing my nails. I wont go anywhere else. Her sister, Tina, and their close family friend, David, are great nail techs, too.While some low-scored reviews may be warranted, Id take most with a grain of salt. Ive been present several times when walk-ins behaved rudely. Kim & staff kept their cool and worked as fast and efficiently as they could. While they appreciate and even depend on walk-ins, just be prepared to wait if theyre busy. Kim will be sure to set you up in a massage chair while you wait.

I found this place a few months back and I absolutely LOVE all the workers here. They remember me and treat me like family. They as re not over priced like some of the other places around Dallas

I moved to Dallas in 2010 and have been going to Lamour Nail Salon ever since. Kimberly is the BEST!!!! Besides doing an amazing job, the salon is always clean. Seriously, someone is always cleaning while I am there! Wouldnt go anywhere else. My mom always wants to go when she is visiting from Colorado becaase she just cant find the same level of service where she lives.

Love this place!!! Always get the best service. The girls are so friendly and Ive been going there for over 10 years... I drive over an hour just to go to them.

I really hope that after reading my review you think about never setting foot in this establishment . I went in to get the gel taken off my nails. So I sat with this lady in less than 7 minutes cut me with the file, burnt me with acetone and was trying to take the gel of my nails with her own finger nails!!!! When I explained I didnt feel comfortable anymore and I wanted to pay whatever I owed her and go the manager came back and told me I had to pay the full amount or have them finish the work. I dont know exactly how this people stay in business but I am pretty sure its not because of their nails.

I have been going to this place since 1990 and have never had any problems. Tina To and Kim are the best. I drive two hours for Tina and Kim. ❤️

They are clean but their customer service skills are poor.. They will have you waiting for EVER as opposed to letting you decide if you should wait for service or try somewhere else.

I didnt like anything about it.. it was a TOTAL Nightmare from the time I walked in the door and had a young lady name Julie snatch my gift certificate out of my hand and then stared Yelling and telling me what she would do and what she wouldnt do as a pose to what I wanted done the WORST Customer Services Julie was the Rudest and most Unprofessional person Ive ever come in coach with and Ive been wearing Nails for 25 year been around the world and back.....WORST Place Ever.....😈😈😈

I am giving them a one because I have no choice! The staff are not friendly and unprofessional. I came in at 7p and their closing time is at 8p. I took my cousin to get her first manicure as soon as I got off from work, and it was an unpleasant experience to say the least. The women were hesistant to service her and due to their attitudes I declined to get serviced. Her nails are okay and for the treatment you endure they should be the bomb! I felt very uncomfortable and I will not return. When it came time to pay I paid in full and requested to speak to the manager to inform her of my first and last experience at her establishment. The manager got very defensive and made excuses saying they were human it was a language barrier as she went on to say the service was still completed. I told her they should consider closing at 7p since their so nasty to paying customers, I left the building and she followed me outside yelling as Im entering my car that I needed to learn to forgive (I dont know these ladies to hold a grudge lol). The only reason I stayed was for my cousin because she was excited about her mani. No wonder they have the reviews they do, they have a manager has ZERO PROFESSIONALISM and she will argue with paying customers instead of APOLOGIZING.

WARNING!!!I normally do not leave negative reviews... but for the safety of future guests, I must.I am a licensed cosmetologist; I know the safety and sanitation rules for nail salons. I came in for a pedi and dip for my fingernails. I added a parafin treatment for my feet.My first warning sign was that they did not use a liner in their pedicure tubs. They kept their clean towels shoved in a plastic container mixed in with their personal items (cell phone, keys, headphones.) i had to tell them no! to the cheese grater they tried to use on my feet. (There is no proper way to sanitize those after being used on someone)I stopped the service half way when they tried to dip my foot in a shared bucket of community parafin wax. This is the biggest no-no ever! You have to use individualized bags to practice proper safety/avoid contamination.I did not allow them to finish the dip, they only removed what I had on previously. They still charged me $40. I left with no nails, no pedi and my wallet getting the hit!I have filed a complaint with TDLR, the licensing department of Texas. So dangerous to ignore basic safety rules. Very disappointed! I am scared to death about what is going to happen to my feet after this.

Friendly staffs, excellent work done on pedicures

I dont get to have my nails done as often as I like due to work schedules and travel, but when in Dallas this is my spa sanctuary! The best kept secret in Dallas is the staff!

Got my eye brows done, and the lady messed them up. Made my brows way to thin. Been going there for years but the one lady should not be doing eye brows. I’ll go again but I don’t want her to help me.
