I had Amanda do my nails, and oh my goodness!!!!!! She did a amazing job. Ive gone to quite a few nail salons in Salem and wasnt liking any of them. A friend reccomend Amanda at Happy Nails and Im so happy! She took her time to make sure they were level and nicely shaped. I had specific colors in a certain order I wanted to do, and wanted a sparkling topcoat. She didnt have any of the sparkle topcoat I was looking for, but she found a even better one! I was overall very pleased! Im going to continue driving all the way into Dallas just to get my nails done and its totally worth it!!! Definitely will be a repeat customer.

The owner is abrupt in speaking with clients. His work is good but manner is unpleasant.

The price continues to change every time you go in for the exact same thing. Cash only which means they are getting Covid relief and over charging people. They make you sign a paper before getting anything done.

They had pretty good service and they did a nice job. I love the chairs too. The only thing is that the lady cut my finger with one of her tools while doing my nails. The paint is also off my nails a little.

It was very nice! I enjoyed my experience quite a bit. However my friend was with the female nail tech, and the nail tech was watching TV while doing her nails and seemed a little distracted and unkind. But my experience with the other nail technician was very enjoyable!

I went and got light blue acrylics today. The customer service was very nice and he did a very good job! My only problem was when he put the top coat on it didn’t go on the very edge of my nails and it’s not noticeable really, but he did such a good job! I highly recommend!!

RUN AWAY FROM HERE FAST!! If I could give 0 stars, I would! My regular person (from a different salon) had to cancel on me at the last minute on a Saturday so I attempted to try there since I was desperate. I made an appointment for 3:15 for a fill. Upon arriving he asked me to pick out my color. 75% of the regular polish were separated and clearly old. He had me take a seat at which time he is wandering around doing things around the salon. He finally sits down to start my nails at 3:35. He starts to file my nails. He noticed I needed a couple repaired. It is now 3:40 when he tells me if he files the others and others need repair that he wont be able to finish because of his next appt. Um....excuse me?! He started my appointment 20 minutes late, even though I was on time, and he has the nerve to tell me he cant finish me? Nope! Not how this works. I had him just take them off. Id rather go without my nails until I can get into my regular tech than give him the added money/business if thats the way hes going to operate and provide customer service.

I have been going to Happy Nails for several years. Very kind and friendly owners. I have never experienced any problems. I look forward to my monthly appointments!

Ive gone to Happy Nails for years and love their work! I prefer not a lot of chit chat while Im relaxing, getting a pedicure in their massage chair so this works well for me. Over the years they have both noticed, without me saying anything, problem areas and addressed them. They are both great at what they do!

This place just had its open sign on and has their door open, they ask if they can help me when I walk in, I ask if they can do a pedicure, for them to tell me, no theyre closed.Then why was your open sign just on? Why is your door open? WHY ASK ME IF YOU CAN HELP ME??? Should have just said that you were closed IN THE FIRST PLACE! Have your open sign OFF! Dont have your door OPEN if youre CLOSED! I WILL NEVER EVEN TRY TO COME HERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW about this BS! If I could give this review LESS stars, I would! 🤬🤬🤬

I walked in on a whim. No appointment. The lady did an awesome job. I got regular acrylic with white tips. She was very detail oriented and did a perfect job filing. I am super happy with this experience. I went to ultra nails last time And they did a sloppy job, so I am happy I tried Happy Nails!

Ive been in the door twice, but NEVER again. The gentlemen was extremely rude stating they were full with only 2 people in the entire salon. I tried to give this place a second chamce, but I wont make that mistake again! Dont waste your time or at here.

They are excellent. Ive had my nails done for about 40 years. These people are fast, inexpensive, and VERY good. I have lived in 4 states in these 40 years and like the job they do best of all the places Ive been.

Just had a pedicure there. It was absolutely horrible! That was no spa pedi. I basically paid $30 to have my toes painted badly! So badly in fact Im going to have to redo them. Reading through these reviews the owners obviously dont care enough to change anything. Im not sure how they are even still in business. I guess I should have read the reviews first so that was my mistake dont let it be yours.

Nothing spa like about the pedicure, pretty much a nail trim and polish change for $27. Kept asking for warm water apparently their hot water heater only provides tepid water! Customer service dismal at best! So rude!

Make an appointment, they stay busy all day. Clean business, large parking area, good ventilation.

Worst service ever. 1st i made an appointment for 2:30 and when i show up he tells me that he is busy and to come back at 5:30! (Why make an appointment?) so i come back at 5:30 and sit down, they are playing some Vietnamese fishing show and music and didnt even try for small talk so im sitting there feeling very uncomfortable.... I get acrylic nails with gel. THEY CHARGED ME $55!!! Ive never paid more than $35 aand i regularly get them done. So i (very irritated) pay and leave. Not 2 days later my pointer finger nail falls completely off... 2 days after that my pinky falls completely off while sleeping! Now just a week later from getting them done my thumb falls off... im beyond disappointed. I called to tell them and what do they say to me? That once i leave the store they dont care.. how rude is that! Never returning.

Horrible job. Sanitation means nothing. All my nails cracked the next day.
