They never disappoint me. Vee did amazing. I try to treat myself at Lacqua once or twice a month. Today I had the pleasure of being a client of Vee. She took her time and I got to learn she was from Houston. I was greeted and welcomed promptly and her service was nothing short of amazing and relaxing.

The shop looks so pretty, cozy and they even offered me a drink. The nail techs were all nice and polite. Michelle been doing my nails for a long time. I never know what to get so she chooses for me and she always do them perfectly. Totally love them!! Definently will go here again. 🥰

Thought Id give them a try, disregarding the low stars. This is the worst nail job Ive ever had. It felt rushed and the worst parts about them could have easily been avoided if a little more time was taken on them. They are very chunky and on some nails the sides are bulging out, they were not shaped properly. I was also not offered any beverages like everyone else. Tried once, and ill never go again.

Kim is very helpful and sweet when it comes to the service. The place is very clean and hygienic. Would recommend coming here for nails and massage.

I got my nails done by Kim. She is very nice and professional. I got dipping powder done with extensions. I absolutely loved that. The service is great here. Definitely a place to get your nails done.

Promotions you see online or in shop being advertised won’t apply, because the price shown in store is higher you will end up paying the price that is shown online.3. Nails keep breaking, pedicure is mess. It hasn’t even been two weeks since I got my nails done and my nails are already lifting bit to mention my nails keep breaking and popping off. I went in twice to get it fixed.

I went to this nail salon around 7pm on a Thursday. We walked in and they did not greet us. We did not get seated after telling them we wanted dipping powder. A lady comes in after us and they immediately seat her after walking in.Another experience. I called in to have appointment with Tyson( the best nail tech there) to do my nails and they told me to be there at 3:30. I made it there and the manager told me Tyson was not there for the day. I really needed my nails done so I had to settle for another nail tech.My dipping powder always last about 4 days before chipping and breaking off. Causes my real nails to break as well.I had to stop getting my nails done because they file my real nails down so low and it’s caused them to be brittle and painful.I’m in the process of looking for a better nail shop.

They are not very friendly. I came in to get my nails taken off and they didnt seem like they wanted to help me at first.

I love this salon. It isnt easy to park, but I dont mind walking a little further to get to it from the next parking garage. The salon is always spic and span, very updated, very nice employees and they always do a fabulous job on my nails. For us gals, it is hard for us to find a good nail salon. But this one is defiantly it!!

Got acrylic nails done and theyve completely ruined my natural nail. Ive gotten them before at various places but ive never had this kind of damage before. They keep breaking and hurt when i dont wear a protective coat over them. They were in such a rush to get my acrylics done that they hurt my nails. Final outcome was not the best but still good, but definitely NOT worth the damage.

This was by far the worst nail experience Ive ever had in my 20 years of getting my nails professionally done. Went in the day after Thanksgiving to an empty shop. Its my fault for not leaving when the women looked upset to see me there. I waited for about 10 minutes while they shuffled around finishing things up and was seated with a woman who had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She was even using the wrong brush to apply my acrylic. I had to ask her if she was actually a professional and she suggested I wait 30 minutes for the owner to get there for her to complete my nails because she wasnt confident if she could do a good job.I ended up leaving with my nails half done and going over to the Venetian Spa the next exit down. The ladies at the second shop I went to had so much work to do to correct the issue. If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Avoid it at all cost

I went here the other day to get a pedicure and the guy cut my skin using the toe nail clipper and did not even realize he did until I told him and blood was every where . He was not even looking at my feet why he was cutting. Something was wrong with him. When I told him to look at what he did, he pulled out the nail filer and began to file my toe nail as blood was on my toe. I immediately asked was there someone who spoke English since he continued to ignore me. Someone came over and said something to him and then-he applied Alcohol. At this point, I asked for a cotton ball to help stop the blood and left. The manager nor guy who caused the damage to my toe was concerned . The lady next to me wasAlso complaining. This was the worst experience ever and I will never come back. I had to walk around as blood poured from my wound and apply pressure for about 30minutes. Luckily my husband had a bandage to help. He also placed the bloody filer back into the case with the others did not sanitized it or remove it while I was there . Smh 🤦‍♀️

Michelle is a good nail tech. I will be going back. They also offer wine or a nice cold beverage of your choice from their selection.

The nail services here are awful. I can’t speak for the pedicure because I’ve only done acrylic nails and manicures. With their acrylics, my natural nails were ruined. Little to no skill known on how to properly do acrylics. I went back for gel manicure to give them another shot and the color was patchy, outside of my nail, and they didn’t even clean it up after. When cutting my cuticles he was very sloppy and rough with it and my nails looked worse when I left than they did before I came in. He didn’t even put lotion on my hands but for maybe 15 seconds each hand. They rush through services and don’t care that it’s not done properly. When I told him he missed a part of my nail (yes he literally missed a part of my nail) he went back over the gel polish instead of starting over on the nail which made it even more patchy and uneven. I really tried to like this place because I live right by it, but it’s just awful. They do have 20% off mon - thurs (probably because business is bad) but it’s not even worth it.

Wow!!! What an amazing experience... I just moved to Dallas. This is my 1st time here .... 1st kim did an amazing job on my nails just like I wanted them very square. Then I was offered a complementary glass of wine ;) Linda did my pedicure and was absolutely fantastic she kept checking to make sure the tepmaute was right and the pressure felt good during the massage. It was very clean. I loved the fact it was really about great customer service... thanks guys!! I will definitely be back and being my new friends!

Michael always slays my nails. This is the best nail salon and conveniently located. I have been a regular here for over 6 months and LOVE it. The best of the best. My nails always last long and look beautiful.

Called at 6:00 PM on a Saturday to see if I could walk-in for a manicure/pedicure. They told me to come on in (I was 5 minutes away at Northpark Mall). Just a warning, parking is a bit of a hassle there.....but. I parked and got in. They were indeed ready for me and started immediately. Bella gave my mani/pedicure and did a very nice job......one of the best I ever had. I will definitely go here again.I had rated them 5 stars before......then, one Sunday I called to make an appointment with Bella (my usual manicurist) and was told to come in at 1:30. I arrived at 1:15.....after driving 20 minutes there. I tell them Im there early for my 1:30 with Bella. No one says anything other than wait a few minutes. A few minutes later I see a manicurist (not Bella) setting up A few minutes later, she tells me shes ready for me. I tell her that I made an appointment for Bella to which she replied that Bella was not there that day. I asked for the manager and was told he was not available. At that point, I told them I was leaving and would never return because I was deceived and had my time wasted. I have not returned there and refuse to patronize this BA that seems to be very common with Vietnamese nail spas.

Mediocre manicures. Very pricey for the level of skill and quality of care. Earnest salon workers tried, but didnt deliver. Paid $40 for a dip that was the wrong color and $27 for a deluxe mani that was very basic. Missed all my hang nails (my hands were in pretty bad shape.) Filed into a weird shape.

I have recently started the nex gen, powder dip on my nails this past summer. I went in with some friends. The place is very nice looking and clean. However, the lady working on my nails was very rushed. The nails did not look great, but I can handle a few blemishes on my nails here and there. However, after no more than 5 days, my nails started to chip and my nails underneath started to peal. I am very disappointed with the quality of the nails and honestly will not be returning back. For paying $40 plus a tip on nails, I should not have cracking and chipped nails not even a week into having them.

I got acrylic nails done here and the guy didnt nick me with the dremel once. Its also a very beautiful salon!

Walked in to get Nexgen manicure, and was seated quickly. From there, it was terrible. Asked for short round nails, got long nails. Had to ask several times to have them shortened, the last time I asked the nail technician got angry and sloppily filed the nail. It wasnt even shaped like the rest of them. My nails were uneven with one hand completely discolored. I pointed it out, and I was told it needed to dry. When dry, it left white marks. Will never visit again.

I will NOT be returning to this place again. I have had quite a few manicures with dipping gel there because it is a convenient location, and they are very inexpensive. Each time has been a different experience, but rarely do my nails turn out the way I would like them to. My cuticles often look ragged when they are done, and they have trouble shaping my nails the way I would like them to, even when I tell them I want them to be the same shape I come in with. I was there last night, and my fingers are sore from all the cuts, especially one along the side of one nail which was bleeding from an emery board cut. They are way too rough, and I do not see any evidence of proper cleaning of their tools. I also think it is very rude to be chattering in another language when its obvious they are talking about customers.

Best nail salon Ive been to in the seven years Ive lived in Dallas, including ones by SMU. No snobbiness or rudeness, everyone is so genuine and kind. The owner, Kim, is amazing. She is so sweet, gives me a hug when I leave, makes me feel like Im her only customer, and always makes my nails look flawless. Also, the spa is clean and bright with no bad smell. Honestly, just go here.

The employees have terrible listening skills. I specifically asked to change my polish color and both the tech and receptionist repeated it back to me I wanted a gel polish change they both impose on a dip powder mani I politely said no 3×. She ends up doing a gel mani and charges me full priced for something I repeatedly said I did not want. I had a manicure done not even a week prior and only wanted a simple service of a color change

Great service and great owners. Usually most places will turn you away and tell you to come back if you come too late. My friend, her grandmother and I came to this location and didnt realize how late it was. Rather than turn us away, the owner not only had technicians stay late, but also called another in whod already left for the night, and they all displayed great customer service throughout the entire experience (although we apologized the entire time lol). This was TOTALLY unheard of, and the owner even gave us discount cards to welcome us back again. I used to drive 35 minutes for mani pedi due to loyalty and customer service for 6 years, but this experience has changed my location. As long as the quality continues to match their service, they have a new loyal customer who recommends them trying. If price is a concern, go during the week for a better price, it lasts long enough to be worth the investment. I almost NEVER do a post, definitely not a long one, so take my word for lol 👌

Tye did a good job on powder nail (Tyson) and pedicure (Tiana) . Very nice and clean. I like my nails short and thick so they won’t chip, that’s exactly what they did!

Very clean and great fresh polishes and they see me as a walk in and I never have to wait as they always have enough techs. I highly recommend this place for great pedicures and manicures

I have been to this Salon twice now and both times have been excellent experiences. I will keep going for the service alone, but it helps I found my favorite color there too.

My dipping powder lasted 4 days. They were rude. I won’t be back.

It was empty when I went in on a Friday afternoon and I should have taken Heed. The nail tech was not skilled at all. Put on three coats of powder and took off two. Didn’t remove my other powder set fully and the color came through. My first time here and management didn’t even acknowledge my dissatisfaction. Never again. Don’t let the location fool you!

For no customers it took forever and dip nails were uneven, but did get 20% off.

Very disappointed with my nails and how I was treated. As my friends and I were looking for nail colors they rudely told us to hurry because they have a lunch hour, after seated, they said they were going to charge me for removal of my acrylic nails -even though I only had 3 left on my fingers- all she did was use her finger nail to quickly pop 3 of them off. They cut my new acrylic nails way too short and sloppily painted on the polish. At the drying station, when they finished, the lady got mad at how I was holding my hand so she slapped my hands down ruining my nail polish. She rudely and angrily took me back to fix them and painted the polish on even worse. My nails are now all bubbly, sloppily painted on like a two year old, nail polish left all over my hand STILL, white residue that wont come off under my nails, not fully painted on my nails, overcharged, and rudely treated. When my friend was paying the lady watched her right down her tip and in another language she made some rude remark to her friend. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! I am angry and greatly disappointed

They are very rude at times and very unprofessional..stay away from this lady named Jerry or Jelly. She criticized my nails and rudely sent me to another person because she didnt want to do my nails for whatever reason..I confronted her and she ignored me and so did the manager!! HOW RUDE!! Then ontop of all that the lady who actually did my nails was nice but my nails were falling off 2days later!!! Its a nice environment and location but other than that, STAY AWAY!!

Horrible experience Ive ever had in the history of a nail salon . This was my actual first time visiting the shoppes at park lane and Id say Id never go back here !! I asked for a pedicure and design service . The manager put me with a lady who couldnt even perform all the service I asked . I winded up having another lady finish me and then on top of that they were gossiping in their Vietnamese language about me and laughing .. It was very unprofessional.. The manager never apologized, I still winded up paying 43) for the service in which I shouldnt have !! The massages werent that good, bad interaction. It just was not a high end upscal nail salon how it appeared to be . I will not return!!!
