I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon and of course went directly to reviews. So happy I found this place. Is it the fanciest nail place in Dallas? Nope. But do they do an incredible job and are friendly when they are doing it? Heck yes. And apparently they have been doing it that way for close to 30 years. Businesses cant stay open for that long without obviously providing quality work. Super suggest you give them a try!

Visited from out of town, I looooove this place!!! The prices are great and they do a great job! My toes are PERFECT! The eyebrow waxing is MARVELOUS! I think her name was Kim or Kate! Ask for her!!!

Ive been going here for 4 years. No matter where I move in the DFW I will always come here. I currently drive from Addison to here and I recently met a woman who drives monthly from Kansas City to get her nails done. I admit, Kay does my nails best. They have added the eyebrow and waxing services recently. Here are some photos of some recent sets. My nails are still on, no lifting even after a month. This place is nice. While it doesn’t come with the bells and whistles some places have as gimmicks they do a great job. In the 30-40 min I was there I was acknowledged right away. Got my toes done and saw 5 other people helped. Plus they are giving out Christmas gifts right now. I know it’s a promotion of a new lotion but it’s free and came in a cute box.🤷🏽‍♀️ Quick service and friendly to all. Even this little girl who “wanted her nails like mommy.” They gave her a light color and told her come back for Halloween and they will do a full set then. Too cute.

To be honest this was the WORST spa I’ve been too. The staff customer service skills is at an all time low and not to mention they are rude. The lady who was rendering the service to me at the time hurried up and rushed; and at the end of the service she asked me for a tip smh. I ended losing one of my AirPods in the spa and came back to see if I dropped it in there and the man at the front desk told me to hurry up find what I was looking for and get out; as if I didn’t pay in full for the service but he must have felt some type of way when I didn’t leave a tip. Last but not least one of the ladies who was working in there WASN’T wearing a mask and had the nerve to conservatively cough. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

I love this place been a customer with them 5 years now and I dont go anywhere else. I broke my nail on Tuesday and when I came to see them the next morning they took care of me right away. He told me not to worry that he would fix it and just like that they were fixed to my satisfaction. I love the color and the way they care for their customers.. I love LD NAILS!!! Tony & his wife are excellent nails techs. Im a faithful every 2 week customer for the last 4 years and has never been disappointed with the services received. I miss seeing the son and the kids, but the shop is staffed with help now to replace them and the only kids are the customers! They honor appointment times and let you know if you have a wait time to request a return time if you like. Kathy does beautiful designs with affordable prices, and they offer many new techniques for nails of your choosing. You will be hooked after your first visit. Just know exactly what you want because that is what you will get. They are very kind, hardworking and fair people to do business with. They even gave out Christmas gifts for all regular customers!! I Love LD Nails and recommend them to anyone . Location convenient also

Katie is AWESOME, and her son Tony the absolute best and undefeated for pedicures. Solar nails stay on for at least three weeks sometimes I can go a full month without a fill. They file your nails down to remove old nails instead of painfully ripping them off like at most places. This is the absolute only place I go to. Highly recommended.

Ive been there twice. my gel nails over lapped practically looking like its coming out my skin twice with the same man. he has good conversation but i will not let him touch my nails again. i tipped him good the first and 2nd was really meant for my feet lady but next time ill wait on someone else with all the potential with the pics ive seen.

I finally found someone who is clean, friendly, and very talented. I love them! My nails never chipped, cracked, or broke in the 2-3 weeks I had them. This will be the only place I get my nails done from now on! Very friendly people.

My nails stayed on for 3 weeks!! Cut them down and theyre still on! 😭 thats what you call a good nail tech! I recommend this place and letting the mother/daughter doing your nails always on point

Did a horrible job on my nails, extra thick, chrome gel polish chipped off in 3 days and I paid $45. The Male tech cut 3 of my cuticles with the nail buffer. Deff will not come back!

I havent been here back in years, went in this pass Friday 6-8-18 for a pedicure with my sister. They dont have many nail techs 3 doing manicures nails and only one guy Tony for the pedicure. Which he ask me where I got my last pedi done cause he said they did it wrong. And he wanted to know how much I paid. He charged me $25.00 for just a regular pedi I didnt get anything fancy. So I noticed when I was ready to go to bed that my feet felt rough so I text my sister and she said the something about hers. Well he forgot to use the foot file or the buffer block to smooth them. And on my left foot I can still feel callus left that he didnt removed off. Smh, I just dont know how can he be the best per some of the reviews on here.

Charged me $75 for a manicure and pedicure. I didnt get any scrub, paraffin wax or massage for either. So pretty much got ripped off for a color change. I mentioned it to the gentleman that owns the place and the excuse was do you see how busy we are, you should come on a weekday instead. No thanks, I will not be back!

At first they were doing my nails and they were alright as long as the daughter in-law didnt do it. When I came there I had NO fungus. No I have it under my nails and when they did my toes they gave me Fungus on my feet. At first I thought it will go away. Welllll I got rid of the fungus and went back and got it again. So done they need to be shut down using people as Ginni pigs. They have there kids in there breathing in nail salon air ALL day. Like a miniature sweat shop. Im done

I came here to relax and I ended up being tense and stressed throughout the process. I chose not to get a pedicure after what happened to my poor fingers. Got my nails done yesterday and the nail tech basically kept filing my nails down and using that saw nail thing and ended up scraping my cuticles off to the point where they were bleeding. Now they are scabed over. Not worth the $40.

I am a regular for over 10 years and I absolutely love this place! GOOD quality nails and good priced. The people are super nice. Besides the children that people bring, Idk how you can get your nails done and have your baby with you especially if hes younger than 3. Some people need to take care of their kids and not get mad when they are acting a fool and into everything and someone tells them something, when they shouldnt even be there in the first place! The staff is the best and i would pick this nail salon over anyone! I just wished i could get my nails done without the daycare people think its ok to bring to the nail salon. Im just shocked to see less than 5 stars. LD Nails has done my nails for over 10 years even when I moved to Mid Cities or South Texas. I would always make the drive and have never regretted it. As a matter of fact a lot of women that go here are passing many other local nail shops to get quality. When I say quality, I mean my nails NEVER break! No yellow color or funny shaped BULKY nails and they dont cut corners on products.I remember paying $100 for my nails, toes and pedicure. Back when I used to get thick hump nails. All solar powder with rhinestones and designs. But I remember yellow coloring, my nails would break, my real nail would be so damaged and the service was HORRIBLE! Besides the fact that the workers were tacky cracking jokes on customers all day lol Cmon. Who wants to pay for that? But thats very common in MOST nail shops but not at LD Nails. Now I pay $50-60 for my nails, toes and pedicure. I think that is VERY reasonable because I used to pay more and get less. Time wasted and all! Now I pay less and get so much more and so many ways!LD Nails is always clean, New Building with plenty of Awesome Massage Chairs, Its family owned and ran. You can tell because Katie, Tran, Tony and Quyen all work so well togeather! Honestly, its a joy to see such a healthy functional family making a honest living and doing such a Great job at doing so. Its a quiet atmosphere besides SOME misbehaved kids but where can you go to avoid them lol Tony and Quyens kids are very well behaved and they keep some of the clients kids busy playing with toys while their Mom is in the chair. All the women and Man I see from all social backgrounds and age ranges appear to be content with the quality service that everyone can enjoy and appreciate. Mostly a Happy, positive, upbeat atmosphere.Now I am not the easiest client to please. I have switched up styles over the years which can be very confusing but Katie is always patient and open minded to my desired look. I started off with over the top hump Nails, with marble glitter and neon colors and rhinestones. At the time it worked for me and Katie had me looking good. I switched to very short solar pink and white overlay then light pink and white overlay then Ill take off acrylic and let my nails breathe with a simple manicure. Then go back to Ombré solar overlay which I still love but now I am wearing Ombré Nail Dip. Its thinner and light weight. Im loving it. Point is LD Nails knows what theyre doing with any nail style and do it well!This last time I made a last-minute appointment and then was even late for that. I was expecting to not be able to get my nails done but luckily they squeeze me in. They were in a rush and Katie did not get to do my nails, Quyen did a great job even though they were about to close. Never a disappointment here. I would recommend making appointments and KEEPING THEM for best results. Other Nail shops: Please stop paying customers to write bad reviews. They only come back and tell it on you lol which is a complete joke!

I honestly dont know how I feel about this place, this was my third time coming, and the lady that;s pregnant that does my Nexgen nails keep cutting me and messing up on my nails and not doing what I asked her to do. She does what she wants, but the first time she did them, It was great!! Im not picky at all, but if Im paying near to 40.00 just for nails, I expect them to be the way I want them. Now my nails look really ugly and uneven and its not even the color that I asked for, I was literally trying to tell her that, and she never answered me. I know I will have to wait a while to get them redone due to her destroying my natural nails for doing a shape I didnt even ask for ( She was trying to fix her mistake she did on one nail shape by completely reshaping all the rest of them) LIKE I SAID, I WAS LITERALLY TELLING HER THATS NOT WHAT I WANTED!!!. And every time I try and tell her thats not what I wanted, she ignores me and kept going and kept saying, dont worry, its fine. But its NOT FINE! Shes not good at shaping nails at all, so next time I recommend letting Katie do your nails, not her!

I was there just today, and i was with my 18month old boy, and just because he touch one of the kids toys the lady (Grandma) was mad and said no to him... Is not lije if he was stealing the toy he was just bored, and wanted to play with the kid
