My wife simply refuses to get her nails done anywhere else! She is always happy with the service and with her nails. She knows the technicians by name, and they know her. I know that if I need a quick gift, a gift card to Nails 2000 will always be happily received.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Rushed job and horrible service! I came in to get a gel pedicure and the lady that did it (she was one of the main ones in charge of the store) was rude and rushed through the entire service. No massage, no mail shaping, no hot towels, and she left my toenails all smudged with thick chunky polish. She was upset the entire time and it was NOT relaxing. My pedicure ended up ugly! $55 down the drain.

After frequenting this establishment for months, with suitable results. This salon is not modernized as far as services and products, but for a working womans manicure and pedicure, Nails 2000 met my basic needs without incident, until today.Today, August 15, 2021, I walked in and was greeted. I proceeded to fill out the required service request and began to chose my color. I was advised that, although advertised the Name Brand item I wanted, OPI powder and gel color set, was not available. I was given the generic color chart and picked a color close to my desired original choice.The nail tech returned to let me know the substitute choices were empty. I chose another color and began to place my feet in the soak, which at this point was cold.When the tech returned with her supplies, She pointed to my choices on the sheet and began to question me about the prices. I advised her that I get the same services each time Ive been there. She then calls another tech over to make sure that I am understanding her. I expressed that I was the one who checked the boxes and was aware of the pricing.At this point, the tech stated again the difference between the manicure and the pedicure and what the sum of the services would be.I politely asked twice - What exactly are you asking or saying to me?She responded I want to make sure you are okay to pay.Sadly, no other customer was asked such. I will also say no other customer in the nail spa looked like me at that moment.Its going to take me a while to sort out my feelings - My money is green but questionable when my skin is black.I will not return to this establishment.I will not recommend Nails 2000 Casa Linda Dallas Texas either.

Went for gel manicure and pedicure. Erik was my service provider. Left my heels all messed upAll roughed up Doesnt know how to use pumice stone. Didnt offer to turn my chair massager on. Was hurrying me up to pick my nail color.wont go back

This was the first time Ive been there and I was amazing how big it was and the workers there was alot. I was pleased with Jessica n Chelo I think that was her name they did a marvelous job on me I am definitely going back again.

Some of the workers are very rude. The bad part about it is the owner who answered my question was so nice I gave him a tip. I wish everyone would be as nice as him.

Jenny was Amazing! Very sweet and attentive, I got a Gel Polish Pedicure $55. Calm, professional atmosphere I got there right before they opened at 10:30 on Sunday and they were open surprisingly, not a 5 star bc... No hot stones or scented soaking salts, Non Bottomless curing lamp, pretty light scrubbing when getting rid of the dead skin & filed after applying the polish to ensure even and consistent shape( the last 2 in my list will shorten the longevity of your pedicure but aren’t necessarily a bad thing)

This is my go to spot for pedicures and manicures! Love how the customer service is great and they never fail to impress me! I’ve been attended by several workers and they all do an amazing job!

Great nail salon to support during this covid crisis, great cleanliness and social distancing practices as well. My only criticism is the number of coats done on my pedicure as I can still see my nail underneath the polish. I also asked for chrome powder and they said they didnt have any. Otherwise, received superior service!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Walked in at 4:30 and was out by 5. The most un-relaxing rushed pedicure I’ve ever had. Jane did my toes so fast, and sloppy as possible and the massage lasted a total of 3min, I looked at my phone. There’s still dead skin stuck to the bottom of my foot. I will never return, not worth the money at all.

Dip and gel only, would be nice if they knew how to do powder. Good service though.

They are very nice but there is definitely a language barrier with some of the technicians. The girl who did my mani/pedi needed reading glasses and did not do a very good job. When she was clipping my nails and toes a couple times she got very close to cutting my skin! Im afraid this was my last time going here.

I should of read the reviews before visiting this place. From the looks of it the owner only wants to respond to positive reviews. They should pay attention to the negative reviews because thats hard earned money theyre losing due to the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE their business provides. Rude personalities, ungrateful attitudes, and all around lack luster performance yet high pricing. If youre smart to read the reviews before going, expect to spend $50-80 per person and an experience equivalent to a trip through rush hour traffic.

I went to this salon to get a chipped dip manicure fixed (from another salon). They did it completely for free! I will be coming here for my best manicure :) Such great service and did such a great job!!!

Today was the very first time I gave this nail salon a chance and let me tell y’all it was a wonderful experience really loved my dip nails!!! Jenn did a great job loved how detailed she was with shaping them and cutting them she did an amazing job I am totally going back ❤️❤️❤️

I only go here to get my nails dipped and toes done. They have every thing, soda, wine, water. The techs there are amazing!!! See for yourself below...And this is after two weeks...You have to go there...Tell them the UBER LADY sent you...

Service was rushed. Charged for coffin shape and received square. Nail broke after ONE week. They could do a lot better for the money they charge.

Came in with my mom, best friend, and daughter and was completely rushed throughout the entire process. Nails are sloppy and cheap and have already broken! I was charged extra for coffin shape but my nails are nowhere near coffin nor are they even for that matter! I was given a pedicure with water that was hardly warm and when I spoke up about it nothing was done. My toe polish is already chipping and it’s only been a WEEK! 150 dollars down the drain. Don’t recommend! Will NOT be back!

My first time!! Eugene was awesome!! I could tell he was shy because of my friendly ways, and me talking so much. He did a perfect job on my nails and toes!! No mess no white stuff no hang nails just perfect nails!!

I came here because it was next to the amazing Maddox shop! I unfortunately had an impatient tech who dismissed me twice (in broken English and vietnamese... lol). She was not able to successfully give me my requested french tips manicure (via dipping) after an hour long attempt. Mind you, i walked in a little before six and asked (the manager) for the fastest manicure/pedicure possible given the time constraint. Explained today was my birthday and i had a photoshoot the following day. The owner got involved due to the nail tech making a scene about my dissatisfaction with her dipping technique. I kept saying to the tech and manager, she should do what she was comfortable performing. Tech finally got into a good mood and groove once she started the acrylic application. I have never had acryllic applied because i have never had a bad dipping experience. I appreciate the owner/managers effort to resolve the matter. I left ~8:30pm. My birthday dinner had to be moved to the following weekend. The 2nd star is because the manager helped find a solution. The picture is 7 days after getting them done.

I got the sugaring wax, and it was amazing! This was the first time I tried something different instead of hot waxing. Sugar waxing was so much more gentler on my face. Kim was the one waxing my face and she was so nice and informative to how I should take care of my face in the future. I absolutely loved how she made sure all the hairs on my face were actually gone. Amazing work, for sure will come back for a touch-up!! ❤❤

They do wonderful pedicures. Everytime I go I am pleased with the pedicures. I gave only 2 stars because of the manicures. I have been 5-6 times now and I always get a dip manicure. Everytime they burn my cuticles and surrounding skin. Like to the point where the bleed and I have a scab for over a week. The first two times I just assumed it was an accident. But now, after giving them multiple tries with different nail techs, I get the same results. I am not sure if they are not paying attention or just unsure how to use the tools, but I will not be going back.

I had been going to another place faithfully for over 10 years. I recently found this place. Each time I go I like it more and more. They take their time with your nails and make sure you are satisfied. It is hard to find good nail and pedicure care.

They take walk ins which is always good. The salon is way prettier on the inside and the prices are moderate, though I wanted holographic glitter and on the two times I went there they didnt have it, or at least they didnt seem to understand what I wanted and they were rushed. I dont really enjoy rushed nail service.The ladies were a little intense about tipping and $5 tip seems to be expected at the very minimum.Overall its a good salon.

I tried this place last month because of the reviews and the fact that it was close to my house. When I walked in I was impressed at how clean and nice it was. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. I got the deluxe pedicure and manicure and I was hooked. I have continued going back there and have not been disappointed. Ive had Linda each time and she is great!

I have been going to this nail salon for 12 years. It is super clean, staff is so friendly and very reasonable prices. It is a classy place with updated decor and new chairs. I went today with two friends and was lucky to be helped by Erik (my favorite nail tech). Highly recommend to anyone in East Dallas!

My mom and I have been customers of this nail salon for over 10 years. I grew up in the area but now live in downtown Dallas and still make the trip to Nails 2000... even though there are countless nail salons within walking distance of me. Why do I do it? Because it is hands down THE BEST nail salon-from the employees who know you by the sound of your voice when you call to make an appointment, to the quality of service and they are quick! Every time I go I get a gel manicure, deluxe pedicure, eyebrow and lip wax and am out of there in a little over an hour. The prices are also completely fair and my nails last me 2-3 weeks! Jenny is my absolute favorite- she is an expert at natural full eyebrows and is a perfectionist when it comes to the nails. I love her!! :)Paul is super sweet and will always answer the phone and squeeze you in as best he can! I cant say enough about this place it is truly our second home.

Anna and Jane took good care of my sister in-law. We just got a full set but they paid attention to detail and were very nice when she asked to fix a crooked nail. Jane kept comparing the nails to make sure they were all starting to and the same length. I didnt feel rushed and it was Saturday afternoon and it wasnt packed. Overall a great experience

I wish I could give them 0 stars. While my mom was getting her nails done today, they placed a heated wrap on her neck and shoulders. It was way too hot and burned her. It’s been hours and the entire area is still bright red and terribly sore. When my mom spoke to the manager about it she didn’t even apologize.

Nice clean place. The only drawback is the lack of English language proficiency from the workers. It is difficult to communicate with them. Manicure and pedicure combo is the best deal.The massage seat is great and they offer us a drink - water, soda or wine! It doesnt get any better than that!🖐🙌👣🍸🌟🎶

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! All staff is amazing! I can get a full set or pedi with anyone and they all do amazing! They take their time and make you feel comfortable! I trust them so much I can literally take a nap while getting a pedi and just relax! This is the place to relieve stress!!! Highly recommend!!!

I has been looking for a good nail salon in the area for a while... Nails 2000 is a nice and clean place, with a friendly staff.I had manicure and pedicure. Pedicure wasnt super good, but fair and I need to admite that the previous one was terrible (in other salon). My nails and toes were done in a fair time and perfectly polished.

The Salon itself was pretty with plenty of staff on hand to handle the demand. However, I went in for a New -full solar ( Pink and white ) set with oval shape. Two days later, I need to have them redone. The white edge is shorter than my own white nail tip and looks bad. The pink edge near the cuticle was not filled and filed down well and looks like week old nail growth already. Im not sure of the high rating of the salon, but for my purpose they did not provide a quality job. Nails done on Saturday- Picture taken Monday Morning.

The nail salon itself is very nice, as are the employees. Unfortunately, within two days, my pedicure had already begun to chip. I was quite irritated that I drive 45 minutes to this location and spent well over $50 for chipped nails. I wont be returning.

If youre particular about your nails and tired of a rushed pedicure or manicure this place will make your day! My mother and I had pedicures and manicures and both were great. The nail techs were very sweet. They made sure we had drinks before they even started on our feet. They took their time and gave a wonderful massage. Will make the trip from fort worth and return to Ms. Linda. Well done!

Mindy is the BOMB! I got dip nails on Mothers day and the first one popped off July 2nd!!! Amazing. She added a tip to one nail that had broke from my previous dip and it matched all my real nails. This is best set Ive had. Shes awesome and fast.

Went to get a message at ME and this place is next to it so I decided to try it, big mistake. I got gel as usual and I kept telling the lady I didnt like how she was doing them she kept telling me its ok Ill fix it, its only the first coat. I do a better job with my left hand then she did. The guy who did my pedicure was ok. I wouldnt come back!

This place is great and clean ! Then staff is great and they do good work.They use liners in the pedi chairs. All their stuff is on a tray and as soon as your done they take the tray in the back and wash everything. Noce competitive prices also.

Tried this place out. Waited about 20 minutes for a pedi then was finally put in a seat. I was there so long that the water was cold by the time the lady showed up to start. She then would vanish muliple times. At the end she painted my toes and left the collagen golves on my feet then went to the back. I had to ask one of the other ladies if she was coming back. When she arrived she was wipping her face like she left to go eat. I was there for 2 hours.

I rarely write reviews but I was very impressed with this nail salon. I just moved to East Dallas from Uptown so maybe Im just used to the over-priced, rushed salons in that area but I could not be more pleased with my Nexgen manicure at Nails 2000. I was greeted right away but a young gentleman who asked me to sign in and fill out a form with services I wanted. I love that they do this, so you get to see how expensive each service is before committing to one. My manicure took a little longer than Im used to (about 1 -1.25 hours) but the girl doing my nails did a flawless job! The salon is clean and spacious and they had a great selection of colors. I loved that they didnt keep trying to upsell me services during my manicure and they didnt even charge me for the 2 tips they applied to 2 nails that had broken off earlier that week. My total cost for the Nexgen manicure was $38 which was well worth it. My only complaint was that the didnt ask me if I wanted anything to drink but other than that I am completely satisfied and will definitely be back again!

They completely ripped us off. My girlfriend asked for just a mani and they decided to take it upon themselves to give a full set and charge for it. Unfortunately the language barrier confused her and my gf was mistaken that that what she was getting was only $30, ended up walking out paying $77. They would not refund or fix this so we will never be back. Im fully aware that with the language barrier there is opportunity to trick people into higher prices like any sleazy business would do and then place did that so be warned.

Very disappointed with pink/white. Despite repeatedly asking for a clear pink, I ended up with white shimmery all over nail. How does that even happen? Will not return.

I have been coming here for 3 years now and I drive from 30+ min each way. I honestly dont understand the one star reviews as I have never had a bad experience. I have tried at least five other nail salons closer to me after discovering this place solely in order to eliminate the drive time, but Ive been disappointed every time. And I dont even see the same person, everyone here does an amazing job. My CND shelac nails lasted at least 2.5 weeks and dip powder over my natural nails have lasted 3+ weeks. I dont have an office job, and I put my hands and nails through quite a lot during my work week. I have learned my lesson: no matter where I may move I will make the drive here.
