Stephanie (nail techs & lash lady) is amazing on nails, but Do NOT USE ROSE for nail art! She messed up my nail design, it looked like my 3 yr old niece did it. I called, and spoke with Anna(manager) who I think is related to Rose she was nice on phone as if they would correct. Once I arrived the bar was a bit crowded, and she tried to save face, and insult my intelligence by saying I messed up design probably moving hands in dryer🤬. I nicely explained not only am I college educated, I’ve been getting my nails done consistently since 16, please try again have someone experienced fix nails or refund. She refunded 10$ (SMH), and nicely kicked me out. The injustice when it comes to nail shops treating customers unprofessional at the expense of the customer is unethical. Do not go here they aren’t experienced, and rush everything. Go to LV nails & spa 2525 W. Wheatland, ask for Simon. He fixed my nails, and discounted. Anna you should be ashamed

My feet look decent but this picture is what my fill in looks like......polish on my hands...cuticles trashed.... and she tried to charge me$70 for my hands alone!!!!!!! Nope wont be back here. The 2 stars is because they are not slow like most other places since the city is back open.

It not a nailshop I would regularly use because the workers are not personable. They speak to eachother but only speak to you when necessary. Also I feel that they was rushing to do my nails and pedicure. I couldnt relax because of being rushed to pick a color. The environment is a rushed environment so if your trying to just treat yourself and relax this isnt the place. I had to tell the nail tech to completely reshape my nails because they looked like a set you got back in the early 2000s. I paid for the deluxe pedicure but barely received a regular pedicure. After me explaining that I wasnt trying to be difficult but simply wanted a set that looked natural the nail tech was able to accomplish just that.

Jessica was awesome! I got exactly what I wanted! She even took great care of my cracked nail.

They skipped steps in applying acrylic nails on my daughter. It was for her 18th Birthday. Bad experience her first time getting nail set. She said they hurt her with the nail drill and caused a little bleeding. Her feet turned out cute. However, we will not return.

I went and got my nails done last week at this nail bar for the first time and they still look like I just got them done today. The service was amazing and they take there time and don’t try to rush and get to the next customer. They are busy so be prepared to wait but it’s worth it. Prices are affordable and reasonable, I will be back. Thank you !

I’ve been going to Wheatland Nail Bar for a few years and today was my first time EVER not liking my nails. Ladies, I do NOT recommend the thin guy that wears glasses to do you me nails (I will follow up with his name) my nails are chunky, uneven and not coffin like requested. Other than that everyone else is great!

This place is fantastic! I love how they use the plastic for the pedicure tub, the nail tools are sanitized and come in a sealed plastic and the nail file is tossed in the trash after each use. The massage chair is awesome and the margaritas are a plus! I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be back 💅

The tech Tiara and manager Ana had really bad attitude! Ana was trying to justify Tiara’s poor service. All other tech that we had during this visit were remarkable. Tiara put on a argument with Trinity who was trying to assist her. Tiara grabbed my aunt’s big to and started filling it like it was a piece of meat to saw through. I recommend anyone there except Tiara or manager Ana!

I loved the service. I felt wonderful after the full set and pedicure was done. Day two my middle finger on my left hand and my baby toe on my left foot was sore. Didn’t really thinking anything of it. Days three my finger started swelling and my toe had dry blood from the previous service. Soaked both my hands and feet in warm salt water. It is now day 5 and this is the out come of my nail and toe. I’m in so much pain. I willNever go back to this place. Clearly their tools weren’t sterilized correctly and now I’m not only dealing with the pain but not a doctors visit that has to come out of my pocket.

Horrible service by Kevin. My appt was at 1pm. I arrived at 12:50. Waited in the pedicure chair until 1:30. 1:31pm got up to leave is when I was asked whats wrong. Then Kevin stated he wasnt told I was there. Kevin asked if I could give him 20 more minutes to finish another customer. So I waited another 20 minutes. Kevin did a rushed and horrible job on polishing my toe nails.June 12th was my first and last time coming.

I entered the building, one of the owners was going to do my fill and toenail polish change but when a lady and baby walked in for a pedicure, he left me and had another man wait on me. He took his time to begin the services. He did a good job of the fill but my gel polish only lasted 2 days before chipping. Gel polish isnt supposed to come off. Also 1 nail chipped. I had to go out of town with my nails torn up.

Had a overlay done it was terrible. I think the person doing it was their first time. I took a trip to Florida and ended up cutting my nails off and getting a full set. I wont be returning.

I simply went to this nail salon to get my nails soaked off all they did was provide the bowl of acid tone and i took my nails off myself. No cut to my real nails no cleaning to my hands nothing but insisted on charging me $10.....$10 is what people charge when they paint your nails or a color change not $10 to provide a bowl of acid tone. Also didn’t give me a receipt.... The people that works in this place is very money hungry.

The people are very friendly and nice but I will not return to this salon. It is now day 3 since I got a gel mani/pedi and my gel is already peeling. Also, another customer next to me was getting her eyebrows waxed and the cosmetologist kept dipping the SAME wooden stick back in the wax pot and on to the customers eyebrows. That’s disgusting.

I called and set appointment Thursday for 11: am I requested for the best to do my nails, meaning with a lots experience, the owner assured me she would honor my request.Once I left I realize the acrylic-was too thick and needed to be filled down . I return Friday and inform the man at the front Desk, he had a customerI waited But the smell burning my nose.I schedule appointment for next Saturday I call to make sure he available, the lady said you will have to reschedule for 2pm I ask if somebody else can do itShe said know******* what I learned from this make sure you go outside And take a good look at your nail*******

April 6th, I went in after work to get a Mani (dip powder) n pedi (gel). The place was packed and the nail tech rushed doing my nails. April 7th, I went back because my nails looked awful. Another tech touched up my nails as much as she could. April 9, my thumb nail chipped and I remember specifically asking for an overlay but the tech reassured my that the dip powder would suffice. April 11th, two other nails chipped. This was my 2nd visit to this location and it will definitely be my last

First time and everyone was nice. Manager even checking the temps of everyone to keep us all safe. Bit pricey. No complaints on the work. And they all work quickly so I love that.

First time here, it was a nice environment very pretty inside. i went for a pedicure and was told there was a special and decided to get my nails done too. my manicurist did a great job he was very attentive however, the lady who was doing my pedicure was rude and acted like she didnt want to be there. i couldve just painted my toes at home but great place for manicures.

I was satisfied with my pedicure. I got a full set with powder and the technician was NOT gentle. They rushed through my nail design because a regular needed a manicure. Didnt give me the right nail color. After I told the tech one of my nails were not dry. He insisted they were and when I got home they started peeling...

I love this place. Ana and the staff really talked care of me. If I ever have an issue, they are quick and willing to fix it. They want to make sure you are satisfied when you leave. Great place to get your nails done

Two week ago i went to this place for the first time and the lady did a good job. Well two week later i go in to get a fill and i get the same lady and she didnt do a job just i want my nail a certain way and she try to do it and it was ugly. So she show me a picture of some nails and i took her i want her to my nails like that on the picture she did 4 of my fingers like that and then i get home and she file one of my nail shorter on one side. I dont want her when i go back.

I came here last week for my pedicure. Loved it! Came back today and Trinity did my nails and brows. I love them. I love that yall open on time with a full staff. Most nail salons in this area dont. I especially loved the customer service. Ill be back.Update: I went back. And this time I cant say that the quality of work was the same. I got a fill. I had coffin nails. He completely changed the shape of my nails. My pinky nail is no longer a coffin shape at all. And the polish job is terrible. He didnt polish from the base of the nail, so it looks like I need a fill although I literally just left 5 minutes ago. Probably wont be back. Also he was very rough my skin is sore from him cutting my skin.
