Front desk was impolite, the salon didn’t seem very busy but it seemed like we were bothering him. Nail tech was very nice. The buffing and e-filing of my natural nail were so painful. I am afraid to remove the application because I fear my nails will be severely damaged and thin after the extreme filing of my nail plate. The 15% discount was what drew me in

Been going here since they opened however in the past few months the quality and professionalism of their techs have declined… thought I was going to get a relaxing pedi but instead left feeling worse than I before I came. Technician seemed upset and took out what ever frustrations she had on my feet by cutting my cuticles dry, which hurt and then proceeded to push my legs and feet around, like she was throwing around a ball or something, sorry I don’t like to handled in this way. Business did send someone else over to complete however I didn’t get the full experience of my pedicure nor the specific type, Milk and Honey, pedicure I chose. Sorry but this is unacceptable

I was a bit frustrated at first because I sat for 15-20 minutes before services started. But in the end, Lily did a great job. She was very friendly and overall my experience was pleasant. I would be there again getting a pedicure right now if not for the snow. The massage was gloriousssss.

I have been coming to this salon for 2 years now and absolutely love this place. I get my gel mani from Kim (who is superb when it comes to precision and perfection of how they should look) and always have the best pedicures as well. This salon is very clean and the staff is super professional. Would definitely recommend getting a manicure/pedicure from here.

We had a great experience here for our girls’ day outing! We all had different designs in mind and they were awesome about looking at our Pinterest pictures and working with what we wanted. They have a great selection of dip powders. Tom was amazing and I love my new nails! Highly recommend

Such a clean, comfortable environment. If you are looking for excellent service, cleanliness (new equipment used every time), fresh plastic bags newly inserted for the pedicure component - this is the place. The staff is incredibly friendly, very accommodating, music is never too loud, the atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. Coupons too!

Let me start by saying that I hate to leave negative reviews because I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But after 3 manicures at this salon (between mid-August and late September) my nails are destroyed. I had two dip manicures and one regular polish manicure. When I was having the first dip manicure taken off, it was painful and felt like my nails were being burned, but I didn’t know any better (this was my first dip mani - I don’t get my nails done very often). A friend later told me that the wrong tool was probably being used. Now, after taking off the polish from my last mani, my nails look shredded (pics attached, taken right after I removed the regular polish). And no, the rough areas are not leftover dip powder that wasn’t removed; it’s actually my nail. I normally have very strong nails and I’m horrified by how damaged they are now. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they are very efficient and the techs are nice. However, I won’t be going back.

My younger sister took me to this salon. Ive now been back two times. I have an appointment tomorrow so I guess that makes 3. What I like is that your temp is taken and they keep you away from others. They are Covid friendly! Professional and friendly, I believe they are definitely worth your time and money.

I wanted to give this place a good try after a friend recommended it for the powder dip. But, the technician Tiffany was too harsh on my cuticles and applied too many layers. This was my first time getting power dip, and miscommunication was definitely a problem. The finish is extremely sloppy. The power feels very heavy. My nail beds are dry without the oil/moisturizing finish my friend received from her technician. There was power dust all over my legs. This was not worth $34. Disappointment doesn’t begin to describe how I feel. I asked the male receptionist for a removal but he said to come back tomorrow because they were busy. He kept blaming the thickness of the power on the shortness of my nails but what kind of customer service is that? Unless I come back for the removal, I’ll never come here again. So much for me trying something new.

Has only been less than 5 days and there are already multiple cracks in my nails, polish bubbling and some places. Toes have clumps and lines in them. Not sure why this location is so much worse but always have problems when I come to this location. I live 5 minutes away from this location and would rather drive to the other one 20 mins away because they do so much better of a job. Wish I could attach pictures

Grand Nail is The only place can do Gel manicure last longer than 2 weeks, imma push it to 3 weeks. Best 35$ ever spent.

I work at Collective Salon in the same shopping center. I am always in a rush. Grand Nail salon gets me in and out so fast!!! And do an amazing Job!!! I have been to at least 4 different nail techs there and they have all been wonderful. The Atmosphere is very calming and clean. Love this nail salon.

Good work, could work better on customer service

Pros: the services are good. Cons: their “happy hour” discount is 15%, which is less than the standard 20% at other nearby nail salons. Also, they have a very limited selection of dip powders. I won’t be coming back based on the limited color options alone. Lastly, they charge extra for certain nail polishes - so unnecessary. They appear to be penny pinching, which will ultimately decrease their revenues. At the very least, they should provide more dipping powder options. Nailed Nail Bar (a nearby competitor) literally has hundreds of colors to choose from and offers 20% off. They are constantly slammed with business and had a 45 minute wait, which is why I came here instead. I’m not surprised that this place was not busy. They should definitely look to improve their business model.

I followed a specific technician, Chau, to this location.The entire staff and venue is over the top fabulous. I do get a bit paranoid if Im sitting under one of their large screen TVs and other patrons appear to stare at me vs. the TV.

Smells like smoke (my clothes actually smell like it now).Quick service, but not the best quality. Asked for a cuticle cut before dips (knowing it was an extra charge) -- they didnt push my cuticles back and barely cut them before moving forward with dip.Good for cheap dips, but I probably wont be back.

Beautiful spacious nailSalon. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and didn’t have to wait. A special thanks to TomT for taking such good care of me. I couldn’t thank him enough. I wanted to brag on this salon. I recently moved to the area and finding a good nail salon was one of my priorities. This was the first place I came to and I’ve never had a bad experience. The service is great, I never have to wait, and the prices are affordable. Overall wonderful experience.

I’ve been searching for a quality nail salon in my neighborhood for about a year - there are dozens within a 2 mile radius.I’ve gotten several mani/pedi’s here now and I can confidently say, “I have found my salon!”Great service, very clean facility, courteous staff, quality mani/pedi’s, competitive pricing, modern equipment & decor, convenient location and plenty of parking.

I highly recommend that African Americans stay away . If you don’t “look” like you will leave a good tip they will treat you poorly . I went in on 6-19-20 for a pedi and was handled poorly. The tech did not give full service and asked one of the other workers to finish painting my toes after he rushed through my pedicure. The worker took over and did a sloppy job ! It’s so sad that black people are stereotyped when they enter Asian salons and treated poorly. I’m disgusted and over the Asian nail salons !!!!

They do a great job with gel manicures. They easily last 2 weeks and you can push 3 weeks. They clean up the sides well so that it won’t peel and the tips too. I live to go during my lunch break and am back in the office within an hour.

Went here for the first time, such a pleasant experience. Customer service is on point, and my nails turned out amazing. I’ve been all over Dallas and haven’t had the kind of experience I had here. My gel manicure was done meticulously and turned out beautifully.

I was given a mani-pedi for my birthday and I picked the Lavender pedicure! That was the most relaxing, soothing experience I have ever had at a salon! The pedicure included so many steps I can even remember-oils, hot stones, mud, massage, rose petals. The attendant was so gentle and my feet look amazing! He really worked o mythe bottom of my feet, massaging the knots out! Thank you for such a great experience!

Disappointed in the results. The person cut my finger because they were such a rush to get the next person. Not somewhere to go to get a nice detailed job they just want you in and out. Pedicure turned out good at least.

I have been in multiple times and always had a VERY pleasant experience. Jane is incredible... but today I had a less than glamorous experience. I went in for a gel fill and I believe Tony was the gentleman that took care of me. The entire experience was painful! It seemed as though he was rushing so much that he actually made me bleed in 4 different areas. I audibly said, OUCH! And didnt even get an apology. Dont get me wrong, the end result is still beautiful, but paying almost $40 to be legitimately tortured for an hour even after I complained, just seems a bit insane. I may return, but I will stay clear of that guy at all cost.

Today I went to Grand Nail Salon with my two best friends. We had an above and beyond experience. Not only did our nails come out looking amazing but the customer service we received was incredible. Michelle did my dip and it has never looked better and I have visited a lot of nails salons in uptown. I am moving out of highland park area but will never go to another nail salon.

The aesthetic of the space is amazing. Ive seen a couple different technicians, who were all great. The quality of the work is consistent through out the shop. My new nail salon! I love it!

Love this place! I have been coming since they opened. Nice, clean, lots of space. I love that the crew wears name tags and they serve fresh margaritas. ;) Lena and her group will have your nails in tip-top condition when you leave.

They changed ownership and I can say I’m truly sad to say I now have to find a new Nail Salon. I I gave the new group 3 try’s. Visit #1 They have mold growing on their ceiling and it leaks to the chairs, when I told them about the leak hitting my arm and arm rest, they moved me and acted horrified, I then watched them sit three people in my exact spot and under the mold of three more vents. It’s been three weeks and the mold is still on the ceiling. Try #2 my pedicure nail technician cut my toes, which were bleeding in three different spots for days after my visit. He didn’t even acknowledge he had cut me deeply and just kept going with a lazy expression on his face. Try #3 I unfortunately for the same nail tech that had cut my toes, AGAIN the WORST experience. He cut four of my fingers and pulled on my arms like I was a doll. They seem uneducated and unconcerned about their clientele. I’m clearly pregnant and I believe any nail tech would understand there’s pressure points in hands that you must be careful with because they can cause preterm labor. He smashed one of my fingers so hard it still hurts three hours later, and when I asked him to massage my arm more gently (because it was far to hard and seemed angry and annoyed) and put my arm down and told me to wash my hands and that I was done.I’m more than disappointed and I hope they lose the original places loyal clients who were treated with respect by the former staff.

This nail salon is clean and the staff are friendly. It’s a big place and has pretty decor including a chandelier and waterfall wall panel. Lots of tvs to look at too. They offer soda, water, and I think some other beverages. 15% off Monday-Wednesday

I went this business yesterday based on the previous good reviews. I had a dipped by Amy, Iam very tough customer, but she’s did amazing job and pay attention to every single details and my nails came out perfectly. Highly recommended for Amy . And I will be back !!

Well, this was my favorite nail salon, but when you tell a regular customer that you will charge them $4 because they didnt make an appointment to fix ONE nail & it hasnt even been a week since you had them done, its time to change nail shops, its not about the money.... very disappointed!! Grand Nail Salon is my favorite spot to get my nails done. Eric did my Nexgen French Ombré again! Im going out of town for my birthday and now my nails look perfect for the trip! I definitely recommend this place and Eric! NEVER disappointed. The location is great, everyone is very friendly, and the Salon is always clean!

Great pricing and service !

It was okay at first, I called and asked for an appointment for an upper lip wax, very friendly person on the phone. When I got there, a lady led me to the back, the entire establishment looked very clean but once I was laid down for my wax was when it got weird. The lady put this really tacky wax on my skin and then panicked and rushed out to get three more women that started jabbering in Vietnamese. Then was the worst part, on top of already being worried about what was happening, completely in the dark, the technician that initially put the wax on my face starts slowly peeling small chunks of the wax from one side of my upper lip while three ladies are all surrounding me still jabbering... all while it hurt like HELL. I have gotten my upper lip waxed every three weeks or so for three or four years now and I have never had an experience like that nor have I ever complained about the pain beyond the normal initial stripping. I almost walked out before the she did the second half of my upper lip at which time she used regular wax and removed it with wax paper, the other wax she put on my face still on my face!!!! Then she came back and started picking at the half of my upper lip with the tacky wax. Worst experience Ive ever had. Do not get an upper lip wax here.

Ive been to the location in Rowlett. Loved it and decided to try a location thats closer. The whole experience felt rushed. As soon as my toes were painted, a guy came around and took my drink (wasnt done with it) and stood next to my seat impatiently waiting for me to move so he could clean the tub. This wasnt even a minute after my toes were painted. He did the same to the lady next to me, and she asked to sit and let them dry. They moved her to a table, even though there were at least 10 other open pedicure seats. Ill stick to the Rowlett location.~Prices were also higher than the Rowlett location~

I got my nails done today at Grand Nail Salon for the first time. Eric did my nails in a Nexgen ombré French! Ive never gotten my finger nails done like this and could not be happier with how they turned out! Yyi did my pedicure and my French tip turned out absolutely perfect! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome experience!
