LET ME JUST START WITH FIND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER.  My daughter went for a routine dental cleaning and the dentist told her that she need a tooth pulled due to overcrowding. They promptly scheduled her an appointment to come back 3 days later for the extraction.  The provider numbed her began to pull the tooth. The tooth cracked in half and part of it was out of the socket.  She then tells my daughter she can not get it out and would need to see an oral surgeon within the 24 hours. She stated they did not have an oral surgeon on staff with Greenburg Dental till September and sent her on her way. They did not suggest any other providers or help in anyway.  I called to the office and they staff was very rude and stated, we did all we could do.  Luckily after 2 hours of calling every oral surgeon in the area we was able to find a provider who was able to see her the same day and remove it.  I would never recommend this place to anyone and honestly hated to even give them 1 star.

I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone, disorganized and unfriendly. Approximately a week ago I booked an appointment for an evaluation which was scheduled for 12:30pm. I waited an hour after my appointment time before I was even seen by a dentist due to the system losing my appointment. The front desk staff is clueless and rude. Today, I booked an appointment at 7am for root canal and crown. I arrive at the scheduled time and call to let them know I have arrived, the front desk women stated she needed to call my insurance to confirm even though I was there a week ago. Approximately 15 minute after my appointment time I was called by the front desk staffed to say that the tool used for a root canal wasnt working. The front desk staff said they could reschedule another appointment, but they didnt know when the tool would be working again OR give me a referral to another practice. I opted for the referral; when I was given the referral, the dentist assistant said that the Greenberg dental office in Brandon has and Endodontist on staff that could do the root canal.Its a bit concerning that I was booked for a root canal without an endodontist on staff and to top that, the tool for the root canal just stopped working the day I happened to come? (My appointment has been scheduled for over a week at this point and I was called yesterday to confirm the appointment, why were the tools not looked at before a patients appointment.) Now I used my insurance for the evulation at this office, only to now have to be reevaluated by another office because of the incompetence by the staff at this location.

The poor appointment system and the confusion about the appointment itinerary between the patient and the patient make the customer keep calling to reconfirm the time for the follow-up visit, and indeed receive calls from them and make an appointment for the follow-up visit, and then when the time is up, Say there is no appointment on the day? So what are the few calls you have received before? And the attitude is so impatient that he hangs up the phone, doesn’t care about the patient’s feelings, so that the patient is deeply disturbed is just an appointment to see the dentist.

Had horrible tooth pain the past month. Decided i had enough and wanted to pull the dang thing out. The beautiful dentist persisted i get a root canal and crown but i declined due to that being extremely expensive and painful. She felt bad but pulled it anyway. Just like that in 5 mins she helped my pain. The front desk workers also had great attitude. Costed me $140 w/greenberg plan.

Dr. Chan is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what is needed and why. I had my new patient exam today and I’m overall impressed with how smooth and quickly it went. The staff are nice and professional.

I loved this office! I definitely will be recommending it to my friends and family! Went in as a new patient and I was able to get all my treatment I needed the same day! 😃 Dr Mora was super nice and explained everything extremely well to me! Front Desk and the Dental Assistants were awesome too! Thank you for being so caring!

Dr. Chan is the worst dentist Ive ever had in my life. He knowingly pulled a #3 molar with full sinus involvement and caused me weeks of pain and financial loss. I was left unable to work with a large opening to my sinus cavity. The opening later got infected because Dr. Chan chose to give me zero antibiotics. The oral surgeon I saw said the tooth should never have been pulled. Dr. chan also poked me with instruments and accidently knocked off a tooth he wasnt even working on. He is dangerous and irresponsible BEWARE OF THIS MAN. If you are reading this Dr. Chan know I will be filing grievances with the appropriate channels.

The new male dentist is really polite and gentle.

I had not been to the dentist in about 5 years and was really surprised how new technology, exams, x rays and deep cleaning was not so invasive like years before. I loved Dr. Hetty Hong and her staff!! Everyone there was informative and very considerate of any fears or concerns that I had. This was the BEST experience I ever had at a dentist in my lifetime!!Thank you for being a part of my health care here in Plant City Florida

So glad a Greenberg dental office finally opened in Plant City. Dr. Hong, Kim and Crystal were incredibly professional and thoughtful. My nerves get the best of me sometimes and they were so kind and patient we me. I highly recommend visiting this location. You won’t be disappointed the office is clean, spacious and the staff is AMAZING.

My experience with Greenberg dental was excellent. The front office staff was more than helpful and made my experince a pleasent one. The back office did the exact same. I will definitly be using them again in the future. Keep up the good work.

Getting dental work done can be extremely nerve wrecking, but Dr. Hong and her friendly staffs made me feel so comfortable! I was explained everything that was going to be done on me and giving a reason as of why they are being done. I loved it, felt no pain, it was quick and easy. Thank you Dr. Hong, you were amazing 👌👌👌

I am confused? I went to office on Monday and it was closed with lights off? Google says open Mon thru Sat. The phone number just takes you to their call center in Orlando and those reps basically knows nothing...! Very hard to get hold of the actual dental office. Very frustrating. Greenberg dental is hardest to get hold of someone for assistance. Dr Hong is great but the company itself is horrible as far as calling and getting assistance. Called and pressed 1 and got voicemail only.

Dr. Hong was very informative and took her time to answer all my questions and concerns. Very great staff and doctor!

Incompetent dentist that refuses to do the dental work needed for my kids and she cant speak English good enough to understand I had hi hopes for Greenberg dental but was let down

...Integrity; friendly, kind spirit toward the patient; fairness & going the extra mile to affect superior dental work...These were my thoughts with respect to Dr. Hetty Hong @ Greenberg Dental as I left their practice that day after walking in less than an hour prior, unannounced & without an appointment with a chipped front tooth, and immediately meeting Dr. Hong and an assistant for the first time there in the front lobby. And while repairing the principle chipped tooth, Dr. Hong would note that the tooth next to it was a bit rough & needed smoothed and still another tooth had a small chip as well and that if I didnt mind she would just take care of these issues as well for the same quoted price in order to Do the job right. How refreshing not to face an up-sell! And furthermore I had no dental insurance and was still treated this way......And yes, I did leave there and immediately pass on this information to a daughter who would soon visit Dr. Hong @ Greenberg as well....Best wishes for your success!
