To begin, the staff was cordial during my appointment.However, I left feeling underwhelmed by the service I received. I set an appointment with Crystal and explained at the beginning of the appointment I wanted dipped nails with a design on one finger and a gel pedicure (My first visit and I figured Id get a full service.)I showed her an inspiration picture of a seemingly simple design (thin vertical line with a small heart in the middle.) She tried the design on one nail and we both could visibly see it didnt look good but instead of trying to fix it or give me another option she just said Well do a design next time. Internally I thought to myself Why would I drive from Preston Hollow to Uptown if you cant deliver during my first appointment. I tried to politely explain my expectation of receiving the service I requested but Crystal didnt seem concerned about providing the service. She stated again Well do a design the next time and then moved on to another client.In addition to not receiving the nail art service I requested, I also would like to note there are no jetted spa massage chairs which lessens the pedicure experience. As a woman who books her nail appointments every 2-3 weeks and LOVES self pampering I never mind paying a premium price on self-care however, I did not receive the service or experience to justify the premium cost. Unfortunately, I left this experience feeling unheard and undervalued as a potential repeat client. This salon did not meet my expectations.

I felt more pampered at this nail salon than any other that I’ve been to. The entire staff was friendly, personable, and professional. I arrived at the time of my appointment and they got me in immediately. The chairs are super comfortable. The entire process of my mani pedi was so wonderful down to every detail. They used special scrubs and gels for the massages, a small brunch to apply lotion for my pedicure, hot towels, you name it! They go above and beyond to make your experience incredible.Oh, and of course my nails looked incredible!Pro tips: book an appointment beforehand or you will likely have a wait (I called ahead and was able to go in an hour).Also, ask for the unicorn powder! You won’t regret it

The place is beautiful but so not worth 108.00 for a pedi and manicure. My nails have looked better at cheaper places i dont recommend this place at all. I will never go back

I went to Adore for the first time last weekend and loved it. The nail techs were thorough and did a great job! My sisters and I got manicures and pedicures. The atmosphere is so much better than typical nail salons...bright natural light, minimal distractions (no tv or radios), jazz music, and pleasant smell and no toxic fumes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a more natural approach and relaxing set up!

This place was extremely underwhelming. It seemed like they wanted us out as soon as we came in, for the price it wasnt worth the 15 to 20 minutes spent in there. I think its great that they are organic but overall I wouldnt recommend and I would not go back. Theres better service and better environments out there. If you want to overpay for essentially a quick polish change labeled as a pedicure this is your place

The only place to get nails done is here. Vikki is by far the best. I have been getting dip done on my nails for years and all over the states. I refuse to go to anyone else.The place is always clean and everyone is so welcoming.

I found Adore online and decided to give it a try as we were visiting from out of town. Very easy to book online, even same day. The staff was kind and accommodating and had me seated with hot tea right away. Loved the natural options of color. Kathy did my manicure, and she was very keen to details. The environment is clean and calming. An absolutely delightful experience!

I took my mom here to get my nails done. (I dont have a picture of hers) I really like how mine turned out. They had snacks and drinks for us too! I would go back. I got the gel manicure and they had matching polish (regular polish not gel) for my pedicure.

The girls working here are wonderful! They pay close attention to detail and I left loving my gel manicure and pedicure. I will definitely be returning! Bonus there are a lot of people walking dogs out the window and it’s quite peaceful!

Best mani and pedi I have had. Super clean and professional! I will come again next time I’m in fine. It’s rare to find a place these days where you can tell they follow proper hygiene protocols. This place does, and uses very high-end organic products. HighlyRecommend!

I’ve been here probably 6+ times and every time I’ve had an amazing experience!! Cannot recommend enough. Super modern and a comfortable, relaxing vibe. Two weeks ago I had dip nails done and tonight I accidentally broke off chunks from two different nails. I drove over to Adore about an hour before close and Sandra was just the sweetest and happily fixed my nails for me free of charge. Best nail salon in Dallas in my opinion!

UPDATE: Mindy contacted me after my appointment and apologized for not being my technician. She asked that I come back so she could redo my nails personally. Mindy did an AMAZING job and my nails look fantastic. She was so maticulous and took her time to make sure that I was happy with my nails. They even refunded me for having to come back. I cant thank Adore & Mindy enough for making this situation so much better. I will definitely be back to see Mindy!

Ive been going to this salon for a little over 6 months and my nails look amazing EVERY TIME. Kathy does my dip manicures and Martin does my pedicures. They both are delightful! All the staff there is pleasant and the atmosphere is relaxing. I have taken friends and my sister here with me and everyone is always pleased so Im confident all the staff is talented. 11/10 recommend!

They are very professional people. I got the dazzle dry pedicure No. 1. I originally wanted the gel pedicure, but I was curious about the dazzle dry polish. I was not disappointed. The dazzle dry polish has lasted so far 14 days and counting. Since it was the No. 1 I was not expecting for it to be that well, but the young man impressed me very much with the foot massage. He exceeded my expectations. I will be trying the CBD pedicure next for the reason that I just prefer gel, and apparently CBD offers many benefits.Since I was very impressed with their service, and atmosphere I brought my mom that weekend. She received a flawless manicure by a young lady that I did not get her name. My mom told me that it was the BEST MANICURE she had ever received. That she was very detail-oriented, and gentle. It’s been 10 days and her dipped nails still look flawless. I’m quite impressed with all their services, and very happy I got recommended here by my cousin.Please have no doubt that this is the best nail salon in the DFW area.

Today was my first day going to this establishment and I absolutely loved it. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I got exactly that with the perfect shape. Cathy took her time so detailed, precise and made sure to check with me when she completed everything. The manager also gave me a quote of my services before having my tech finish due to the different things I wanted with my nails. Was so pleased and impressed. The setting was relaxing and everyone was so pleasant. Once again Cathy did a great job and made great suggestions on colors. I will definitely be back! Not to mention, I loved that no harsh chemicals were used.

Ive gotten a slightly better shape at other salons, however this place puts nexgen dip in a separate bowl for you so its much cleaner than most! Communication is so easy there, everyone is incredibly friendly and the place itself is super cute. Will definitely be coming here from now on!

Love Adore and Sally! Everyone is so nice and the place is so cute. Sally is super creative and likes to do fun nail designs. They guarantee their work and it is worth every penny. I have been to places that charge less but the nails do not last as long. Thank you Sally for making my nails so cool and edgy!

Too many good things to say about Adore. Hands down the best nail salon! I’ve been going here for a year now and they never disappoint. Each visit is a good experience; the salon is always so clean and smells great. Its instaworthy cute. I’m always asked if I want a hot tea, water, etc. They always take their time, and my nails look amazing every single time.

I love this new spa! Prices are comparable to other nail places in the area but I love the atmosphere - it’s really pretty inside. I’ve gone twice already since it opened a few weeks ago. The employees are very kind and I love that you can make appointments online! They do a great job. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely LOVE this salon. I got my first ever manicure here, I love the vibe of the space, its very peaceful and calm. My gel nails lasted 3 weeks with only one minor chip but at about the 3.5 week mark they started peeling off (gel is only supposed to last 2 weeks so I was really happy!). Theyll remove the gel you got there for free. The staff is incredibly friendly and never pressures you into spending more on their other services but makes sure you know about them. I always feel happy, pretty, and relaxed when I leave & now go every month!! I absolutely recommend this salon!!

Nail salons intimidate me because usually employees can be rude or they add extra stuff to the bill etc. but this place makes you feel welcomed, they have a very easy menu of services to choose from and they do so many extra stuff for free. its incredible and 10/10 service and work. love it

This is a really lovely spa. Prices are comparable or even valuable for the neighborhood. It is beautiful and calm inside, making for a pleasant and relaxing experience. I went in for a basic gel polish mani, looking for the same color I had on, and the technician matched it *perfectly*. Even the basic mani included cuticle shaping and lotion, which was nice, as I was expecting just polish.

I love this place. My first visit was at the old location over the summer. I booked the wrong appointment and wasn’t able to get the NextGen I wanted due to their packed schedules. Totally my mistake but LaLa took great care of me and gave me the BEST manicure I’ve had in a long time. My nails looks so great I couldn’t ruin them by eating them off! I booked another appointment a couple weeks with LaLa for NextGen. My nails looked amazing and lasted for a good three weeks with no chipping and I didn’t lose a nail. The best part is when I soaked the nails off. They really do use better products. My nails were so healthy and strong. When I’ve gone to other places they are brittle and discolored afterwards. My third visit was even better. This time, I got a pedicure as well. I didn’t get a chance to book LaLa, this time Katherine did my nails and she did an equally excellent job. I love when you don’t have to choose and there is more than one good nail technician in the shop. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that did my pedicure, he did a great job as well.

Update: Mindy, the salon manager called me from her personal cell to apologize for what happened and we were able to mediate the situation. Thank you so much! ❤️I tired to settle this situation privately by emailing the salon to tell them about my experience on 5/22/19 but I haven’t heard back so this is my next course of action. I have no intention of coming back to this salon now. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because prior to my last visit, I really looked forward to going every month for self care. Truly disappointed. It is now Saturday 5/25/19 and my fingers still burn whenever I get them wet, put on lotion, or style my hair. Below is the email I sent.“Hello,My name is Alicia Miller and I frequent your salon.I started coming in September 2018 right after my Husband and I moved to Dallas and immediately fell in love.I talk about this place to my family and friends in town all of the time.Typically, Kathy does my dipping powder and Jeff provides my pedicure. They always do an excellent job and are very personable. Jeff did amazing on my pedicure today.My manicure was my worst experience at any salon and I am extremely disappointed.The woman who provided my manicure with dipping powder service was nice; however, she needs more training in both technique and customer service. She mentioned she was new.The woman who provided my service told me not to wear my wedding ring my husband bought me.The first reason she gave was it’s too shiny, which I thought was a harmless joke.She later told me her story about a man she wanted to marry but he didn’t want to marry her and now he’s getting married to another woman, which she said several times was a “Sad story.”Although I do feel for her, it made me uncomfortable especially since she told me not to wear my wedding ring AGAIN before I left. This is extremely unprofessional and a customer should never be shamed for having a husband and being married. I have never been told by a technician to not wear my ring for any reason.She also made most of my fingers bleed and claimed it was because I had “too much cuticle”.I expressed to her that I come to this salon often and have never heard that claim. I know there was not “too much cuticle since my last service with Adore Nail Spa was on 04/29/2019 with Kathy and Jeff.She did apologize for making one finger bleed but did not acknowledge that she mutilated all of my fingers.All of my fingers are swollen and hurt. She also did not clean the dipping powder from underneath my nail or off of my fingers. The massage for my hands was not the best, I could’ve just rubbed lotion on my hands when I got home.I have attached photos of my both of hands to this email.I am not satisfied with my experience today.The only reason I did not mention anything before leaving and paid for my service is because I know the manager was not there during my appointment and I prefer not to cause a scene.I look forward to hearing back soon.”
