I was in an accident with my 2 kids and it was the worst day ever. While waiting for my car to get towed away, I was fully expecting the tow truck driver to be grumpy and bitter and just “over” the fact that they had to tow a car again. I was very very wrong. Mark showed up and was extremely kind to my family. He gave us plenty of time to clean out the car before he loaded it up. He even talked us through the process of what was going to happen with insurance, etc and gave us some really nice advice in that moment and later over the phone. When my car got declared totaled, I went to get my license plate off of it, and instead of just saying “eh, it’s over there, go get it”, Mark was called and met me in the office and escorted me to my car. He also removed my license plate for me and helped with releasing my car the insurance to take, right there. He offered more advice and told some great stories. His kindness never went away and I never felt like I was a burden to him. Excellent customer service and definitely made a horrible situation better, just by being so kind.

My user name might throw off who I am, so he may not recognize me, but this company/owner came and towed my old bus in the middle of the night and took me to a shop that he called to ensure they could work on it fairly quickly. I have a number of dogs with me, and being in Florida I needed somewhere to get me going fast to keep the dogs from overheating. So he found someone for me.He was fast, on time, professional, and very personable. I highly recommend their services. Youll already be having a bad day by the time you need a tow truck. I needed to have my car towed unexpectedly today. Albert arrived ahead of his estimated arrival time, checked into the problem I was experiencing, attempted to get my started but unfortunately it indeed needed to be towed. After arriving at the service shop he explained to the service technician the problems and made sure they had all my information. He even made sure I had a ride arranged to pick me up. I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire today so I called Lakeland Wrecker and Mark was so nice, he tried to help me with a free service by calling for a road ranger. I called and waited on the road ranger for over an hour so I gave Mark a call back for help and within 20 minutes I had a truck there to change my tire. Both Mark and Bobby (the tow truck driver) were awesome.

The best towing service I ever worked with! After breaking down in my C class RV, Im so happy I called this place They! They got to my location in less than an hour, exactly when they said they would be there. Mark arrived and was super knowledgeable and helpful with the situation. I’m the assistant manager for the south lakeland Walmart. Our forklift got stuck in the flower bed. They were out in less than 10 minutes to help us get back on track. I couldn’t recommend a more professional towing company than this one here.

These people are simply amazing and if you are broke down on the side of the road anywhere between Orlando and Tampa then call them right away!! Our daughter was returning back to school and experienced some major car issues while driving on the busy stretch of I-4 around 1am and I decided to call them and Mark answered right away. I told him the situation and how we were nowhere close to Tampa to help our daughter out and after asking me a few questions he basically had already dispatched one of his drivers to our daughters location and they got their in about 30mins. Furthermore Mark recommended a reputable mechanic/repair shop that they could tow the car to so it could be looked at right away the next day. Then to top it all off Mark even offered to have his driver drop our daughter and her friends off at school so they wouldnt have to catch an Uber from the repair shop. The level of service offered by Mark and his team was unbelievable. As a parent we were completely at ease after speaking with Mark cause we knew that he understood our situation and he handled it professionally and with a level of sincerity that you just dont see nowadays. Even our daughter commented how helpful and nice and efficient the driver was. Dont waste your time with other tow companies, this is the ONLY place to call when you need a tow!!

Having to get towed it never fun but Bobby ( the driver) really helped make it a good experience. He was very quick to get my car off of the side of the interstate so that we werent in any danger of traffic. We had a lot of common interests as well so the ride to where I needed to go just felt like I was driving around with an old friend. He even backed my car into place with shade so that I wouldnt be as hot while I was working on it. Very highly recommend.

They have helped tow me not once but 3 times this week on 2 separate vehivles and they areally just amazing. Towed my fiancé vehicle earlier today, according to her Lakeland Wrecker was fast to get to her, less then 20 min. And they were friendly and made her at ease. Also very affordable.

Great customer service and price compared to other competitors. We misplaced the key to the wheel lock and couldn’t get the spare on to drive the car home. Mark came to our rescue, was extremely friendly and honest! Due to traffic and time of day, he couldn’t get to us within a 45 minute time frame. No big deal, I left with another ride. But I was concerned leaving my car unattended and not knowing how long it would take. Mark called ever so often to update how far out he was from picking up the car and then the house. He towed the car home and did everything he could to unlock the flat tire. Lakeland Wrecker serves in and outside of Central Florida, not exclusively to Lakeland or Polk County.
