I would not recommend Only Nails at Greenville/Forest for manicure/pedicure service. The manicurist/pedicurist do a horrible job.They act as if they don’t want you there. Their attitudes suck and reflects in their work. Makes for a very very unpleasant experience. It’s quite bizarre. Don’t waste your money.I do recommend eyebrow waxing service. The owner does an amazing job. Unfortunately, that’s the only service I would recommend at this salon.

Worst nail place I have been too, I got off of work with my coworker wanting a relaxing time and they were horrible. I didnt see no sanitation at all she put a cetone on a cup that already had other tools so she could use it to clean the polish on my nail, that was just lazy she was rushing. I usually go to nail spas in Rowlett or Mesquite but this was in my area and its just the worst mistake and money waisted, my nails have so many bubbles and bumps its horrible, she cut my nails so short and crooked. How cant they not notice that, dont waist your money and time!

I really like the place they are really good, i think on first time. I was treated like royalty. I had to go back a second time and that been about two months lol! Still going!!

Eyebrows! The lady is really nice and knows how to clean my little brows up just perfect. I moved and still come back for my eyebrows waxed. Also pedicures are nice. Good prices!

MESSY!First off the nail tech was rude. I kept asking her if she could make my nails thin she just kept telling me yes I do step by step by the end I still had lumps on my nails. Also I just left, like literally just walked out of this place and it looks like I already need a fill for my set.They only get the star because DONNA did a great job when my eye brows

This is the main nail Salon I take my granddaughter to as they are always patent with her. She can loose interest quickly. I have them do a pedicure for me as I cannot bend over to do my own nails anymore. Everyone there is great and treats us well. I recommend this salon to everyone.

Im a fan of the place because of Tony. He does my nails well but could be better. People love to seem to go to him and when they do he begins to rush. All the ladies are good on your feet. No complaints there. I just wish they have better variety when it comes to doing nails.

My pedicure was wonderful but the man who did my hands was terrible. He cut me and now I will grow hang nails on multiple fingers. Just unprofessional. When I said it hurt and he cut me with the file he told me to stop moving........never again Jesus. Lucky I didnt call the board and report them.

Clean place good service but the quality of nails are POOR .I had gotten my nails done on Friday night full set beautiful ombre orange and yellow😍 but by sunday night one popped off like a press on nail! So Monday I called and they said theyd fix it.So Today I came in, they fixed the nail and put glue on a few more that where coming lose. Not even 3 hours later one of the one he fixed pops off!! Now from what Ive seen his technique is good, but the quality of his products are TERRIBLE. There is NO reason I should lose two nails in 3days!! Plus its my birthday 🤬$43 gone in trash

I get a pedicure once a month and never had a bad experience. My favorite tech is Linda. Super sweet lady and always does a great job. Shes the best!

Pretty sure I got a toe nail fungus from this place because I hardly see them clean their tools. They put them because into their caddies and I never see them sterilize the instruments.

Friendly staff, quality work- I got a gel French manicure for $35. It was Beautifully done and lasted exactly 2 weeks as promised.

I got my nails done 4 days ago and my nails are already coming off .... I told them specifically if they did not know how to do long nails then dont do it... they insisted they did... And the lady didnt even know how to properly put the acrylic on my nails... mind You I got a full set...

Friendly staff. Excellent work. I received a pedicure and a full set of the powder nails also known as dip or nexgen. Missing a star due to the massages on the pedicure didnt happen my chair wasnt on the whole time I couldnt get the text to turn it on for me til the last minute.

I stopped by this location while visiting my daughter and I was truly surprised in the quality of service and price. Normally I spend $60.00 on my manicure and gel manicure the tech who did my nails stated I didnt even need a manicure as my cuticles were in great shape, she only charged me to apply the gel polish. The pedicure even though they dont do the hot stone massage it was one of the best pedicures Ive had in a while. Great Job Only Nails.

If I could put zero I would. the service was terrible, I got gel on my nails and majority of my nails pealed off within 3 days. The massage chairs hurt so bad it did not feel like a massage AT ALL, and they did not let me not have the massage. my friend also claimed there was a cockroach in the bathroom. We went back to the nail place and they were very annoyed with us. We got our nails re done and to say the least they looked a lot worse then they did previously. One of the ladies even hit me whether it was a friendly pat (witch I doubt it) or not I did not feel comfortable with that at all, and also one of the ladies as I was trying to talk told repeatedly to shut up.I am very disappointed and will NOT be returning.

**DONT COME HERE THEY USE CHEAP STUFF**Ive been going to this nail shop for a while only because theyre right by my house. But they only have about one experienced nail tech in the shop who does an ok job but is always busy. I went on last week for a full set of solar pink and white nails and a pink and white Spa pedicure. While the pedicure lady was polishing my toes I kept telling her that the white line was crooked (and looked sloppy) she said it was straight and it looked fine, she act like she didnt understand. The lady doing my nails, for some reason they think all young people like their nails long but I dont. I had to keep telling her my nails were to long and she started the acrylic process. She put some of the acrylic on top of my skin and she drilled some back too much to the point of burning my actual nail. Long story short I havent had these nails for a week and they look horrible, my toes and hands looks like Ive had them for a month. I called today and talked to the owner about my nails and she said to come by and she would fix them. I get there and she looks at my nails and told me they look fine and made excuses not to fix them. When you tell them they messed up on something theyre offensive but if I hadnt told her I was there last week she wouldve been jumping to take my money for fills. I wont ever go back to this place.

Only go to Donna for my eyebrows. However will never go back again. Rude techs and best believe your cuticles will be nonexistent! The staff is completely horrible! I wish Donna would just hire new techs, however that is not going to happen.

The lady who does the eyebrows is awsome....they are ok on the other services offered. Pedicures depend on the package you choose.

A first impression goes a very long way and Only Nails received a zero.I went into this establishment this evening and received disregarded service. I came in as I would any nail shop and sat down to be asked what I needed help with (being that all technicians were busy) after sitting there for 5 minutes none of the workers and I mean not a single one acknowledged me. (Was about 7 ladies) about 20 min later a customer that had just walked in (was greeted as soon and the bell rung) she was discussing a polish change she wanted before surgery. The techinician holds an entire small conversation with this woman (who just walked in) and tells her to pick a color. It was until that moment when this woman asked Has she been helped? Which I said No the nail tech then asks me what I needed and I reply a soak off she then walks behind the desk and proceeds to talk to the woman and said ooh ohh she can wait that there was my sign. No one there was interested in helping me and of course I left. I dont recommend this place just based off the lack of customer service and down right rudeness of every worker that was there.

I went on Wednesday July 25th.I was greeted quickly with friendly good service. I went in for mani and pedi.I was seated in a pedi chair quickly too.The pedi was okay kinda painful at times.I was very disappointed in the mani. First,I asked if they had the glitter acrylic, powder, for white tip pedi. They said yes.She set up her equipment to the right of me while i was in the massage chair.However i was unable to fully enjoy it. Bc when she was ready for my left hand she had me lean over to her, crossing my arm cross my body.Which made it hard to feel or enjoy the massage chair and sit in an uncomfortable position.After seeing her start the acrylic powder part of the manicure I soon realized it was not glitter. I did not want her to start over because I didnt have the time so I didnt say anything at that point. Allowed her to finish the manicure and the pedicure was finished as well. They semi washed my hands for me which left the acrylic left over residue on my fingers to dry. And was hard to get off later.They walked me over to the drying table and set me down. No one ever came to tell me that I was done after about 10 minutes or so I just got up on my own went and washed my hands again with their brush which still at that point didnt remove all the residue either. went to the cashier and paid.The prices were reasonable. the service could have been better.After I walked out and started investigating my manicure further. I noticed that on every one of my nails the acrylic was thicker to the left of the nails and really thin almost no acrylic to the right of the nail itself on all ten fingers. After two days on my right thumb the left corner of the nail broke off because there was no acrylic on it.And I realized that I had the pink nail polish part of my pedicure all over my toes.I was really disappointed all around. I will not return to this location.

So we had my bachelorette party in Dallas and decided to come here because of the prices and proximity to the hotel. There were six of us, we all got pettis, a little rough but no problems there. I got a regular mani, also no problem. 2 of the girls have acrylic nails and just asked for a nail color change only. One girl (who just got black color) looks like her nail had a hammer taken into it there were so many bumps and dots and you could SEE her nail in some spots because it was not evenly coated. Another had them change the color and they were sanding her finger. The tech asked her where she got her nails done and how much it cost and she told him and he said that it was great work for so little. Apparently they charge more for a crummy job. Another girl had them do a SMS color on her nail and it looked SO bad she called and booked her regular lady for when we got back home. She spent $40 on something that looked like her 1 year old did. It was super thick and gloppy looking and her nail was uneven and not dry all the way (for hours). The ladies were good sports about it but it was a disaster. Do NOT come here, you will regret it!!!

Sawed my skin off with in 5 mins of a pedi. My ankle has no skin!!! Rushing an not watching. My nails were long a beautiful. Now there horrible short ugly an funny shape. Then I ask them to stop am give me some 1 else an I have 2 wait 4 the new 40 mins 4 the new people to get service even though I asked b4 they came! Dont go here! Then I just noticed them take the toe things off someone toes an use them on the next customer. #gross

My daughter and I went to this salon for a few months then stopped. They have about three experienced techs there, one is extremely busy all of the time, one has an ugly attitude toward customers who express preferences about the services they wish to receive and the owner, the asian gentleman, who is frankly the best tech there but he is allergic to some of the products they use in the shop so he doesnt have regular clients. They have a habit of trying to force customers to accept services from inexperienced techs who are trying to learn how to do nails but charging full price for their sub-standard services. I dont recommend this salon to anyone who wants a professional mani or pedi experience.

I will never come back.I came for the 1st time and got gel and a pedicure and within 3 days the gel pealed off and the toenail polish was cracking.I came back to get everything fixed and they re did the nails and toes and it looks worse than before.i asked for the massage chair to be turned off and the lady told me “no it feels good” there are roaches everywhere.And the service is overall terrible.If I could rate this a 0 I would!
