They were very friendly but I dont recommend anyone to go to them. My nails started to pop off like 2 days after I got them done. I couldnt even enjoy my nails🙄😑

I had the BEST manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! The foot and shoulder massage was amazing! This place goes above and beyond!

My nails were poorly done and I voiced my opinion and concern to “Andrew” who did them. They were so thin that they broke WHILE I was in the salon. So I asked for them to be fixed. He was very defensive and had a rebuttal for everything instead of fixing the concern. I told him the nails were not worth full price and he immediately said he would cut my nails off. So I paid for my gel toes and eyebrows. After “Lele”tried to diffuse the situation she said she would paint my nails to fix them. So he got aggressive and in my face and said she wouldn’t do anything until I paid for the nails because I was trying “to steal” and run out. I was seated the entire time. Never once got out of my seat. He walked towards me with scissors and I began to call my brother because I was the only person in the salon at this time after closing hours. After I paid he relaxed and went outside. Then he came back in to antagonize me, saying I needed to sign the receipts. All while my nails are getting painted and drying. I told them I would sign it once I was done drying. He wouldn’t leave me alone and stood there. So I signed it, messing my gel polish up. After I signed the receipts he went outside again. And then came BACK in for more! He then told me my signatures didn’t match and yelled at me demanding my ID. Once again I told him I would once my nails dried. He then called the police on me, stepped outside to tell them whatever more additional information. They arrived and told him I did no criminal thing. As a black young woman, I wouldn’t recommend this salon to ANYONE of my color. There was a white male getting serviced at the same time as me and Andrew was pleasant with him the whole time until he left. Even apologized to him for what had happened. But never once apologized to me. This was by far the most disgraceful and horrific experience I ever had in my life. He made sure he told me he didn’t care about me being a customer and so much more. Please stay away from this establishment.

Took my daughter and she didnt get what she asked for once she told lady the lady got mad and treated her ugly cut her nail and put some burning oil on it. Then she continues to argue with my daughter and starts telling her stuff. So unprofessional. I would of never thought that on lemmon ave you would find ugly people.

I searched for over a year for a nail salon before I found LA Nail. Ive been coming here for over 7 years, and its my favorite place to feel pampered in Dallas (including facial/massage salons in town). My nails always look fabulous. Its such a relaxing experience, and I never feel rushed. When I need to unwind, this is where I come to relax! Andrew and Lilly truly know how to treat their clients! Nivia, Tina and Tammy are some of their best techs, if youre looking for a new nail home.

Brought my wife in for a manicure pedicure and wax. Not only did they treat her like a princess, they insisted on me sitting in the massage chair by her. They offered drinks or water over and over. I highly recommend this place and will always come back. Very friendly and professional.

I usually love this nail spa but most recently I’m not sure if I got a new lady or what but she didn’t clean my nails up at all, she didn’t put lotion on them or rub them, and she didn’t do the wax which I think helps keep the dip nails last longer. I asked if they still did the wax and she told me she was already done with my nails. A little frustrating after you pay a good amount of money for the service

Really liked it. They got me in a chair right away, did a really nice job. This is what I want as far as a non-spa day pedicure. Ill go back.

Ive been going here for years and when I go in the offer me a drink, and when I said mani/pedi they cut my nails and skin around my nail and they massage my arms and paint my nails and put my hands in hot wax its amazing. And they always match my shellac nail color with my toes. I love this place.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! The absolute worst salon I have ever been too. I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. Im disgusted. I asked for a specific shape and length. Nothing crazy and nothing that hasnt been done before. I kept asking the lady to fix the issue while working on my nails but she kept saying after, after, at the end. I called the manager over to explain to him that this isnt going to look good and he said no no shell fix it in the end. So I waited till the end and lo and behold, my nails were not what I wanted. I paid regardless and left. THE VERY NEXT DAY my nails were BROKEN and CHIPPED AND PEELING. I went back and asked for a refund because they REFUSED TO EVEN FIX THEM they all said no, turned their backs and ignored me until I left. BUNCH OF THEIVES. IF YOURE GOING TO RUN A NAIL SALON AT LEAST HIRE QUALIFIED PEOPLE. Not to mention their tools were all powdery and clearly havent been cleaned. Towels were old and rough. This place is just waiting to be raided and shut down. Absolute worst. Rude and under qualified nail techs. Dont go here.

I was treated horribly by a nail Tech named Le Le! Ive never written a review before but I had to write this one. If you are an African American avoid this place! During my visit I was asked to pay before my nails where polished and normally thats not a big deal until I looked around and saw that all the other Caucasian people got their nails done completely Pedicures done completely then on their way out paid at the register. It was very humiliating and degrading for this woman to treat me as though I couldnt afford a Polish change on my nails $12.00 was my total bill and you would have thought I ran up a tablet least two to five hundred dollars! From the moment I sat down Lee Lee had an attitude instantly as though she didnt want to change my polish. I didnt ask for her so she didnt have to do it, I could have waited for someone else I was not in a hurry. I wanted to remove a dark color in exchange to get a French manicure. While getting my nail polish remover I notice there was a lot of spots where she had missed removing the dark polish, so I asked her to go back and completely remove the dark polish so that it didnt look ugly with a French manicure. Le Le got upset when I asked her to totally remove the dark nail polish. O_o I calmly just grab the file and the buffer and started to remove the dark polish myself so that I didnt create a scene. I washed my hands made up in my mind I would never come back. Immediately when I got back to my seat she asked me 4 times you pay now, you pay now, you pay now, you pay now! I reached back I grabbed my credit card and I paid them, the card was approved and she still wouldnt start putting the polish on my nails until I signed it! So since LeLe acted as though I couldnt afford a $12 nail polish change I didnt even bother leaving a tip! One more thing everyone else Caucasian was offered a drink as soon as they sat in the chair, I didnt get offered a drink until after I paid $12 I guess if I couldnt afford $12 for a polish change then I couldnt afford their drink either... lol Just avoid this place!

Everyone is excellent, basic pedicure includes hot towels, scrub, mask, callus remover and hot stones. Shellac mani includes shoulder massage and paraffin.

They do a very good job on my weekly pedicure. i will always come back. thanks

I gave a cash tip and paid with a credit card for the pedicure. Then when I looked at my credit card statement. They added $20 to a $30 bill. So watch your credit card transactions or your get ripped off.

Andy was highly unprofessional when I went in to get my nail fixed. Henry was great.
