My pedicure was disastrous- i got square shape on one foot and the other was rounded, also there was paint all over my foot he didn’t clean up while he was on the phone the whole time. My nails also had air bubbles in them...yes... for real. Pic below.$35 to get my SNS nails taken off with a manicure (no color, just nails buffed and clear coat to restore nails). Apparently when you ask for a manicure they don’t charge u the extra because that’s implied that they will take off what’s on (which was from them too), but since I asked for it specifically and then half way thru added that I’d like for my nails to be cleaned up/manicured, it was more than twice the price. Crazy. Always very nice people. Always. Clean store as well, but prices don’t match the quality.

Awesome place!!! First time coming here and Im loving my nails. They took their time, didnt rush. They went the extra mile. I will be coming back fir now on.

This place provides good service and is very clean. Never had any issues at all. Very Professional. They have cameras that’s recording 24/7. So to that gal Mariam you shouldn’t make false accusations like that do you have proof? They looked through the video and it was seen giving back to you. That nice of you to have someone fired.

The way to do it here was great and fast! they do a pretty good manicure. I usually dont care but why this trip I feel comfortable, she has done a great job in my manicure. There are many beautiful nail color options. The interior is quite small, but its definitely cute and well preserved.

Was my first time getting my nails done. I walk in and ask for a manicure. They werent very helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted. Didnt offer me any sort of options besides gel or dip. Did nothing to help my crusty cuticles. Didnt even ask. I dont really now how this works to be honest. As you can see by the pics they look fine from far away but once you get closer it doesnt look all that great. It was slow when I came in but two people walked in later and I was so rushed after that. My original technician was swapped for a different one. I go to the counter to pay and the lady just sticks her hand out for money. I was never told a price or anything with any sort of pricing for any of their services. It ended up being 40 dollars for a dip manicure and adding tips.

I absolutely love this nail salon and the staff. Everyone has been kind and conscientious. Its my go to.

Venue is by far the BEST in DFW! Not only do they take amazing care of you they’re affordable and take their time to get you right. Do not hesitate to make Venue your go to spot!

Went in for a pedicure and full set. Manicure was great the full set was horrible. Werent even, lumpy, glue underneath the nails. Just not good at all for a full set. The pedicure was good and relaxing the chair you sit in was old and didnt work correctly for a massage chair. Plexiglass is pointless! The place is clean and relaxing atmosphere.Other nail shops in the area for the price and better work Id head over to a different shop than here. FYI 1.5hrs for a botch fullset 😒

Great place! I went in for a mani-pedi and they were able to seat me right away as a walk-in. They had a great selection of colors to choose from. The service was great- very nice and professional. I even messed my nail up at one point and the technician was so kind about it and fixed it right away. I will definitely go back !!!

I’m very upset. I was planning on being gentler with my review until I noticed the odd shape of my right thumb nail and the big chunk missing from the side of my right ring finger.She didn’t clean her tools or switch them out between using them to do red nails on the last person and silver nails for me, so there’s a pink think to my nails that I do not enjoy. I thought surely she’s a professional and will fix it, but I had to point it out and ask her to fix it. After spending much longer redoing it, the pink tint was still there but I gave up as I just wanted to leave at that point. Then when she was done I noticed that the cuticle on my left ring finger was bleeding - not a good sight.So I’ve got mishapped, pink-tented nails and a bleeding cuticle. It sounds dramatic but a bad manicure just makes you wanna cry sometimes. Won’t be going back.

Love this place!!! Get my nails done here regularly by Van! She is the best! Always does my nails just the way I ask and they are wonderful! Bee has done my nails a couple times and she is just as good. Just recently got a pedicure by Cindy and it was amazing! I highly recommend to anyone!

Not good for powder dip nails. The powder they use is heavy and very difficult to get off. They insisted on soaking & using the drill which tore up my nails. I asked them to use foil and it took forever to get off. The nail tech had a bad attitude about it. Also, I’ve made appointments and still had to wait (45 min). Very poor service and bad quality of product.

Drove one hour to an appointment I had made with Li (the owner), and when I showed up the owner told me I had to see another person since she was booked for the day.I’ve seen them tell walk-in customers “10 minute wait”, which really means “I just started on this pedicure so wait 45 minutes”I won’t be coming back here.Kevin is great for pedicures and B is good too for hands. Good luck making an appointment!

I have been using Lee to do my nails for the last 7 or 8 years, she is awesome. And Stephen and Kim give great pedicures. Give them a try. They have state of the art equipment.

I visited Venue nails several times to see my nail girl Bea who does an excellent job and I highly recomend her. She is on maternity leave and the owner Li, and Jennie went out of their way to accommodate me by coming earlier than Usual to get me done before a flight. Service and cleanliness are their priority Every time I’m there

By far my favorite nail salon, their work lasts for weeks! I live in Chicago now, but always stop by when I am in town. The deluxe pedicure is a real treat, and they have a TON of colors to choose from. This salon is usually pretty busy, so its best to call ahead for an appointment. Ask for Vivian!

Had a couple positive experiences here before moving away so while I was in the area today, I stopped in for a pedicure. Nail tech rushed me through the experience while on the phone and then proceeded to rush through for another customer spending more money and demanding his time. Nails sloppily done, never fully dried and was never checked on again. Not returning.

They actually answer the phone unlike the first 4 I dialed. Haaa. Very nice people, very clean establishment with comfortable waiting. I took my 15 year and her friend and they both were pleased and said the tech did a great job and were very pleased.

I went to this nail salon for over a year. I kept getting sick with viral infections so I started noticing more carefully how they clean their tools and overall procedures. I noticed techs would not clean the stoppers that plug into your pedi chair. They would hand over plug to another tech not cleaned and attaching that very same plug to another pedi chair.I started asking more questions about how they clean their tools and the girl that did my nails Bee told me she has had to tell managers many times not to do certain procedures. They were not according to health standards. I stopped going to Venue and found another salon with hands on cleaning of tools and over all basic salon prcedures.I have not been sick one time....so, stop going to this nail salon especially if you are getting sicker then normal.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Out of the 10 years Ive been going to nail salons, this salon offered the WORST customer service ever! I felt so uncomfortable there.

Professional and courteous staff, best pedi I have had - someone always hurts my feet, but they really do a long message here. Great experience and will definitely be going back.

First off I would like to say when it comes to pedis and manis this spa is amongst the best in Dallas. Now when it comes to individual lashes RUN! You do not put individual lashes on as you would extensions. There is no need to lay down for an our and have your eyes taped up as if your having surgery. Imagine what individual lashes look like being put on like extensions. It looks a HOT MESS! You do not use extension glue for individual lashes, you use bonding glue and it should take no longer than 20 to 30 minutes. The lashes I paid 30.00 dollars for are clumped up, its way way too many lashes and there is no arch in them what so ever! They look like two bad strips. The young lady that did them kept telling me she was in a hurry and when she was finished she did not ask if I liked them or not she literally ran out of the room to take her next client and she was quite rude. Long story short. I will never ever get lashes done at this place again. Who ever the owner is please get your lash women some professional training on individual lashes because what she is doing is not the proper technique for individual lashes. I have my own lash lady unfortunately she was on vacation this week and I had to resort to this. Lucy if you go on vacation again I wouldnt care if you were gone a year, I will patiently WAIT!

I’ve been to this nail salon and spa for pedicures and nails. I get dip nails and while the first visit I had no issues; the second time the manicurist used the manual filer so close and hard it caused small cuts under my nails. I had to use liquid nails bandaid until they were better, not pretty.The third time, the manicurist used the drill filer so close it burned the outside of my pinky finger leaving several blisters. I went back to show them as only that particular nail (actual nail) was lifting. It was a mess!! They dismissed it asking me which manicurist had done the work, she was not there that day. Okay, I guess I’m a glutton for punishment, because I go back one last time just a few days ago and damn if the manicurist cut me with the drill filet and I also have a blister again on my pinky finger.I’ve never seen any of the manicurist use sterilized equipment which is a concern and while I like the people there, I’m really not into the pain they inflict.

Pretty good place, it’s just a hit and miss depending on what nail tech you get..

I just had my nails done on Tuesday, June 14 th, 2016 but I was not satisfied, my nails looks lon, my heels horrible, i ask for massage cause my feet are swollen for my pregnancy they just put lotion and done i pay 55 dollars was not worth it.. 😔

Spa was clean and staff was friendly, however, I paid $95 for a pedicure and dip nails and I had chips in both 2 days later.

Was charge 40 dollars for my nails and the color is already chip! Not good, then everyone around me was offered something to drink, but not me! Work on customer service and if your tech cant do something dont have them do it and train them when they are working on my nails! Pathetic

Friendly staff but nails dont last. I had fill ins and They fell off in 3 days.
