They wouldn’t let my mom get her toe nails done 💅 and then they give my sister the longest nails ever and she doesn’t want long nails so when she gets home 🏡 they break. Some of them stair at you like do u want me to say something. And they are nice people but someone of them are to nice 🤥😏🤨

Horrible customer serviceHorrible workThe next day my nails began to chip.I called and told I would have to pay for it,When asked why I had to pay because of the labor. Considering I just got my nails did the previous day before I would have thought they fixed the ones that chipped. They really dont speak greet or talk to you during the entire time youre getting your nails done. The nail selection and color is very limited like four rows of nail polish and they dont offer ombre because of the time it takes to do itI will not be back

I have been going to this salon faithfully for two years. I never use to have a issue. All of a sudden they raised the prices and the older woman is very rude. The older gentleman is very nice but he always seems to cut my fingers, this has happened with my last two visits. The two young technicians are skilled at their jobs, but they are very antisocial. If you ask the young girl a question regarding your services, she won’t answer you so I always have to end up asking the rude older lady. All together I won’t be returning to this salon.

Ive had good experiences before but my daughter and I went yesterday to get mani pedis for vacation, I even paid extra for the gel polish and it is already peeling. It was put on way too thick and not cured very long so its still gooey between the layers. The worst part is that i cant go have it fixed because we are already in Florida. What a waste of money and upsetting to have my nails look so terrible.

Great prices, but will never go here again. I got my nails done on a Saturday & by Monday, they were all lose & damn near coming off. Pathetic.

They do a sugar scrub which is included in the price which makes them better than most nail salons, but lately I’ve been getting the same person who cannot paint nails very well :(

Awful customer service. I called ahead and they still took 20 minutes to wait on me when I arrived only 5 minutes after my call. Cut my toe open, and when I told them it hurt they continued to put alcohol on it! Will never go back.

I went to this salon for the first time and it’ll definitely be my last. I went in to get a pedicure and a young lady (appeared to be in her early 20’s) did my pedicure and it was not good. When I left the salon my heel was as hard as it was when I walked in. She rushed through the massage like she had something else to do. Mind you, there was only one other customer in there (I guess that should of been a sign) besides myself. She couldn’t even polish. If you wanna get a nice relaxing pedicure, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. That was a waste of $28.

I have been getting my nails done at Idol Nails for over 10 years. Tiny does all of my special and crazy designs that I find online. They have all been nothing but nice to me over the years!!

Paid $60 for manicure and pedicure with gel nail polish and the polish I picked out from there gel selection is definitely not gel polish it started chipping the very next day.
