I just moved to Dallas about two months ago and I have been here twice now. I am SO impressed with how they do my nails everytime. They take so much care and extra time to make sure they look perfect! The salon itself is so clean and big that there’s almost no smell of the polish/chemicals that most places have, which makes for an even more enjoyable experience. I highly highly recommend them to anyone I talk too. Thank you DNB :)

New to the area and this is my 2nd time coming. I love it and both my technicians (nails and feet) did an amazing job. They both Did an outstanding massage and didn’t rush.

I tried this place for the first time and I was disappointed. The nail tech was rude after I told her I just wanted to classic pedicure which is the opening pedicure at $35. She kept trying to upsell me services that I didnt need and how it would be better for me which was not true. I get a pedicure very regularly and it was incredibly frustrating experience. I also asked for a few things in my pedicure and she told me no. She then rushed my pedicure and didnt include some of the services that come with the basic pedicure. Even after the scrub she didnt put lotion on and my legs were burning. I would say this salon is overpriced for the quality you get. If the employees were better trained then I think the pricing would be in line. I was very disappointed with my manicure as well. Again very rushed, no attention to detail and I didnt event get polish. I will not be going back.

Got a mani pedi first issue I asked for a full set gel manicure and when she started she almost gave me a regular gel set no tips or anything I asked where they were she basically started to tell me it’ll be 75$ then instead of $55 if I wanted that as if I couldn’t afford it when it’s what i told them to do as soon as i came in she obviously doesn’t do length because these are horrible they look bad and bumpy and i literally only got a French tip so how she messed this up is beyond me literally 2 days later I bumped my pinky and it instantly lifted this set hasn’t even been on for 2week and im missing 2 nails smh AND THATS JUST THE MANICURE. I got a simple white gel set pedicure and that man butchered my feet now I have sensitive feet anyway but he clipped my nail so far down he cut me and made me bleed it hurt to the pond I was limping leaving and my boyfriend rubbed his foot on mine while I slept I literally jumped out my sleep screaming in pain my toe hurt that bad. Ive had ingrown toe nails before which a different salon removed for me and fixed my feet but im sure after this i will have them again due to him clipping them to low Im new to texas and my boyfriend suggested we go there he has visited and likes them i however will not be returning ever!!!!!!!

This is the first time that my husband and I tried this business. Referrals from three of my friends who use their services. We had Tammy (amazing) and Hanna (very nice- hard worker) Great job and we will definitely return. This is a busy shop, but everyone is very professional and friendly. We arehappy that decided to us Dallas Nail Bar!

I’ve been coming to Dallas Nail Bar for almost two years now and have only amazing things to say about them. Affordable prices, efficient service and nice staff! They are getting busier so I’d suggest making an appointment if you can!

The entire atmosphere felt like a family affair when other employees started greeting customers by their name as they entered the door. I could overhear conversations between employees and customers about their children and following up on stories they shared previously.I normally only see and hear this in my families small town, not in a Dallas salon off of busy Garland Rd.Going back to my new nail family. You should try! :)

Took our party of 3 walk-in and really got my husband and father-in-laws feet back in shape 😆 I got an incredible 30-min foot/calf massage.

Theyre not really that great. Came in for two full sets, claims they didnt have anyone that could do it.Follow up to your response. It was actually 6:35 pm you stated you were closed and you actually close at 7pm. I did not want acrylic but you didnt bother to ask since youre first response was were closed.I will enjoy my 4th of July and take my business elsewhere going forward.

Definately dissapointed as this is my second time coming here with my daughter. 4 stars for her as she was satisfied with her mani and pedi although I was told about a $5 additional fee for wanting rainbow nails that required more than one nail polish. We were not informed that on our first visit and the owner did her nails the last time. I requested a pink and white ombre and the nail tech applied and removed powder and dip from my nail three times with the reason being, the dark pink isnt working. Unfortunately they were trying to get me to change my mind and choose other options, but Id rather not settle and pay high end prices for something I really dont want... So I left with soaked off nail bed and an OK pedicure. The worst thing of all was my nail tech handling my hands was a bit sarcastic and claimed he was tired besides delivering upmost customer service. I get it as I am in the cosmetology industry, but never have I ever acted upon how I was really feeling. I deliver the best regardless of how Im feeling internally to make sure my client has the best experience. His hands were disgusting with dirt under nails, nail bed dirty around the rim, and plus had a scabbing fungi on his right or left middle finger ha! Yea we may not return. Take care. How are you a nail tech and your own hands arent even presentable. LOOK THE PART!!!

Went in for a pedicure. Got me in right away so that was nice. But man did this lady do a number on my toe. It has been bleeding since yesterday she cut it so bad I can’t even wear closed toed shoes. She kept putting alcohol on it and making it worse on top of that.

The nail techs don’t really do a great Job they are sweet but there work is not that good definitely do not recommend This place they kept staling and did not wanna finish my toes

Went in for a gel manicure but the tech suggested I do dip. I wanted shiny nails and he said they would last longer and would be shiny. 5 dollars more so I said yes. 1.5 hours later, I was disappointed with the results and the service. 45 dollars and my nails are messy, top coat on the sides and under nails. The red powder left my fingers tips stain. no soak, no hand massage, no hot towel and no lotion either! The owner was like you have to pay 20 extra for that. So I’m paid 45 for cut, shape and dip?!? First time in my life I left without a tip.

Love this place. PERFECTION. And I am so picky with nail salons. Clean. Updated. Nail techs are perfectionists. Manager is lovely. Polish choices on trend and quality.. Essie and OPI. I paid 70$ for my nails they didn’t care about me put the worse tech on my nails I got xl nails they all cracked within 4 days she did the thin dip nails all my fingernails are bleeding I had to go to the er to get my nails soaked off they where burring my real nails where gone crack and bleeding dooo not come here

I literally live down the street and never paid attention to this location. I wish I had sooner! I came here after a horrible job at a unknown salon in Downtown Dallas. I just wanted to start fresh and Im ao glad I did. The place is gorgeous and the selection of colors is bananas! I dont think you can top what they have. I came early on a Saturday and they were already busy. Plenty of pedicure chairs and I didnt have to wait long at all. Cindy N. not only treated me to a about neck massage (pay her the $5 and get 5 mins of her incredible massages, you wont regret it!) But she made my nails look natural and beautiful. She took time to let me know how she does nails but if I broken one she would fix it for free. I have to say how impressive my first experience was. Thank you again!

I had a very nice man named Henry who did my nails. And he was amazing not only at the art of doing nails but at the art of conversation. Here at the Dallas nail bar they really make sure that you feel comfortable, at home, and at peace, so to anyone who wants to go I recommend it.

Really sweet staff but of I get a manicure I really want my nails filled evenly and no nail polish left on my skin when she is done. Unfortunately, she wasnt able you accomplish that. I really like its boutique feel so maybe Ill try a different person next time.

This company is very professional and cares about their clients’ experience. I was at first unhappy with something and they quickly stepped into action making sure to completely make me happy and not feel upset in any way. I was even contacted by phone for a follow-up just to make sure my experience was a pleasant one. This company is worth your time and money, I respect their professionalism. Everyone is friendly the company is clean and the color options are nice.

Very good experience with Vicky and Kimmy, the environment there was very positive and they did my nails perfectly. Im sure its difficult to free hand a design like flames and she did it perfectly. I would recommend this nail bar, 10/10.

The salon itself is bright, shiny and clean. The staff is very friendly and regularly greets me by name and with a smile. I always go early for my appointment and just sit in one of their massage chairs to enjoy a little quiet time before getting my nails done.As for nail technicians, I have followed Cindy N from several other salons in East Dallas over the years before she began calling this wonderful salon her home about 18 months ago. She has done my pink and whites perfectly for the past three years. I get compliments on them even weeks later.I probably pass 50 salons to get to this one.Go and tell them Sally sent you. 😊

This was the best nail experience I’ve had by far. I’ve been getting my nails done for three years now and I’ve never liked any o the places. I decided to check this place out and I was blow away. I came in very polite people very caring. At the other salons they would always mess up my nails and cut my fingers. Here they did an amazing job with no cuts or marks on my nails. People are very friendly. It was an amazing experience over all. I think I have found my new nail destination. !!!!!!!!

Got a dip manicure on 12/22 and paid $50. 3 days later a nail cracked and now they are all coming off. I’ve been to other salons where my dip manicure lasted weeks.

She has treated my fingernails very well with gel, taking time with me to find the perfect color and making sure they are healthy and beautiful! My brows are PERFECT, as she shapes them to be so precise-they look drawn on! They staff is friendly, the facility immaculately clean, and the ambiance calm and relaxing-even on their busiest days!

I wanted to find a salon closer to me since I moved to the area. I went in to get a classic manicure but they kept wanting to pressure me into getting dip or gel which I didn’t want other wise I would’ve said so! The salon itself looks nice and clean but service is mediocre. I thought they would offer you something to drink like other salons do but I wasn’t offered. the classic manicure supposedly includes a towel wrap and massage which was never done... why advertise that and not do it? The tech rushed my nails to do the girl next to me. She even offered her a drink and looked pleased to do her nails. Idk I guess you have to be white or spend more than $40 to get royal treatment.. *sigh* I guess I’ll have to keep looking...

So today was my first time ever getting my mani and pedi done and my experience was really good and mind blowing, the facility was super clean, and the staff is so nice and excellent services. Well they had meet my expectation today!! I definitely will return again.

Have been here twice. First time I got a pedicure and while my nails were drying the tech swiped a towel across them, messed them up and didn’t fix them right.Today I asked for a Nexgen removal and to buff my nails ...the tech completely tore my nails up. And cut 2 cuticles till they bled. Will not be back.

Certainly not the best manicure or pedicure I’ve ever had. My nails weren’t filed straight, the polish was pretty sloppy, and the actual service was painful. It was clean though so I’m giving it 2 stars! But I probably won’t go back here.
