What a great renovated laundromat. This is my local laundromat. It looks so much nicer and cleaner. They installed new bigger dryers. They also put in a few real big washers which are great for king and Queen comforters. This place is also reasonably priced for their washers and dryers. Great place to do laundry!

I went to this place because it’s close to my home and saw the good reviews (*I usually wash at another place in Richardson but was tried because of work*). But I am very disappointed, the place it self is clean but the washing machines are not taken care of by the workers, they are just in that room and don’t even care to clean the machines. For people that have sensitive skin or just want a clean machine. Then Look some place else and save a trip to this place. Some washers smell moldy! Like do i really want to wear moldy washed clothes?

The laundry attendant was a completely rude when the owner left. This was the older. She gave another guy 2 quarters for change but when I asked her she refused. The began to blaster her music. The previous time I went it the place was dirty and I had to ask the two girls working to clean. The staff acts completely different when the owner is there and when he is not. I’ll be surprised how clean this place stays with that type of behavior from its employees.The laundry price went up and I paid for an extra ride and a second wash but the machine stopped early and didn’t complete the other . It just had the Laundry sitting in there. When I inquired for the lady then all of a sudden she didn’t speak English. So I asked in Spanish and she said there’s nothing she can do. If I could give them less than a one tenth of a star I would.

I love how early it opens and how clean the facility is plenty of large machines for my king size comfortersTotal time is about an hour to have two exta large loads washed and dried. Time saver for sure

Clean little spot. Jumbo machine 7.50 perfect for blankets. They don’t require cards like some places and if you pay with a $20 they give you $5 in coins, and the rest in $5 bills. Oh well there went my excuse to Starbucks this morning LOL. Got here at 6:30 they open up at six which is nice as well only one other person here in and out. Glad I found a spot.

Good rates, clothes were cleaned all the way. Free dry(always a plus), and I didnt have to go too far from the house. If my washer and dryer arent fixed by the time I have to do laundry again, I will revisit.

Standard laundromat. But there is no toilet papers in the restroom. And two vending machine inside there. You can buy some snacks or drinks.

Been using this place off and on for a few yrs. Everything works, never had a problem with safety. The laundry service is a bit pricy but it sure feels good to treat yourself every now and then.

Great place, friendly attendants, new owners really do care about there customers.

This place clean and tidy. Staff here are friendly and they maintain the place really well. I have been to many laundromats. But perhaps this is one of the best among them. The laundry Wash has many varieties of washers and dryers. I enjoyed going to this place. This is so much better than many apartment community laundry.

I come here once a week if not more and the staff is great, HOWEVER the owner takes terrible care of the machines. Machines will eat up change and there is hardly anyone later in the day to help you. I’m honestly irritated with the upkeep & clearly owner doesn’t care 🥴

Not a bad laundromat. I did need some help and the employee seemed bothered by it. After I got everything figured out all was fine. Overall I would say not a bad place. By the way, the machines only take quarters unlike other places but that shouldnt be a deal breaker.

A little jewel laundry facility located in North Dallas. I hate going to my apartment laundry facility as it’s disgusting. This is always my go to place weekly. Highly recommend

The washer and dryer are out of date. They are very old and majority of the machines does not work. I will never go back to that laundromat again.

Gets the job done. There was a helpful woman who explained which settings to use. I was afraid I would be hot, but there were lots of fans that kept the place pleasant.

Bad dryer, didnt dry after 4 times, washer had a large 2 on it. I smiled at the employee and she said it was $4.50. I asked for my already deposited $2.00. She informed she didnt have money. I was cheated out of $2.50.

My washer didnt wash or spin my clothes properly. It is possible that I put too many clothes in but needless to say my clothes were soaking wet and the detergent pods were not fully dissolved. I put them in the dryer and hung them out to dry a little before going to EZ Wash later that day.The top washers are the cheapest and most unpredictable washers but I choose them due to my budget. I might have chosen a bad dryer at this location.The attendant only worked on her drop off laundry duties when she wasnt on the phone.

Well theres been alot of stealing going on there the spanish lady that works there i know she did it she was near my purse cleaning the machines and just one other person. and she stole 100$ from me and im a newly single mother with two little boys and a teenager. The owner showed me the cameras and i seen her and i know the chinese lady did too but didnt say nothing but. theres nobody near your bag when i know that spanish lady was cleaning the machines. I seen it but whats done is done.
