I’ve been a loyal customer of Faulkner’s 13 years and have spent thousands of dollars in dry cleaning.I have always loved the friendly staff.But, I will never return again. The business does not require customers to wear masks.If you are one of those non-mask wearers, this is the place for you.For the management and owner not to respect and care for employees by requiring customers to wear masks is irresponsible, insensitive, negligent and disrespectful.It’s also not a safe place for other customers. The virus can survive in a small space in this store.The pandemic is not over. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

They cleaned and restored an antique gown to its original beauty! I didn’t think anyone could get the stains and discoloration out, but Faulkner’s did!

Receptive, quick, kind. Got my pants done here once so far (3 pairs). So far no complaints at all but they say that 6 data points make it a trend. Will update if it goes below 5 stars.
