I didnt even get my clothes cleaned yet Im very confident in this review, and Ill tell you why: from the moment I got in, Pams first concern was what would be best for me. She directed me to where I would get the best service I would need. Honestly it was one of the best interactions I had with a business owner anywhere.

They are super helpful and friendly. The wash and fold service is super affordable. Ill definitely be back when I have a long trip to Dallas.

Half their washing machines are out of order... Half of their dryers are out of order... Youre going to have to wait and wait and then try get an available machine before someone else.

No hot water for your clothes other then that.

I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind the lady on site, Pamela, was when I went in today. It was obvious to her I had never been in before and wasn’t sure of the process. She walked me through what machine I needed to use, where to get change ( even got my change from the machine for me), showed me which cycle I needed for the item and even offered to move it to the dryer if it finished before I returned. Later she shared that it’s a family owned business. She isn’t there full time but helps out occasionally. I love to support locally owned and especially a business practicing such stellar customer service during these stressful times. Will def be back!

Best in town! (And I’ve visited quite a few!) I will never go anywhere else. The family that owns this laundromat is incredibly kind and cares about their customers. They happily help load and unload, hold doors for customers, and always have a cheerful greeting. It’s the little things like that that make coming here a very pleasant experience. I genuinely look forward to visits because it’s a happy community environment. Can’t recommend enough!!!

The owner is lovely and when I couldn’t get my coins in she overrode the machine and let me have a $3 wash free of charge. I offered the coins directly but she refused.I’d rather she have taken the money as I don’t like to accept charity but she cares about her business and customers and it speaks to her character. I will definitely come back here in the future.

Friendly staff clean facilities

I have been to laundromats at several different cities in the South and the West of the country. they are usually run-down and gross, and you dont see workers or management except very rarely.This place is clean and the managers are always there and extremely nice.hey take pride in the place and their service, and it shows! The best laundromat Ive been to in five states, and I have been coming here now for about 5 years, so the service is very consistent. I hope more people dont start coming here because I think of this place as a hidden gem!!!

Clean, variety of washers ranging from $2-$5 . Staff was excellent helpful and knowledgeable. Saved me alot of money. Will definitely come here to wash

Most amazing place Ive been in Dallas to clean my clothes. The user who called the owner a big shot must have been very confused. Ive never seen him without a smile and always very helpful. There are many oversized washers for my comforter and duvets. I dont have a single complaint! Come check it out for yourself

An extreme amount of non working machines. The lady on duty was sweet, helpful and funny! I went in the early afternoon and the other patrons there were elderly folks 😀who were so funny and pleasant and we all just chatted! The place was incredibly dirty though, really.

Very impressed. Clean facility, great dryer prices, and soda and snack machines are priced right and nothing was past expiration date! Restroom is slightly lacking.

Wow! PAMELA the owner was there and tending to everyone’s needs not just on demand but proactively as well. Offered me water and assistance on using the machines, offered me wifi without me asking, and overall just is an amazingly nice woman. Nicest laundry mat I’ve EVER been to period. 10 star review and I will definitely be back.... unless I buy a washing machine 🤣🤣

Worst experience I have ever had at a laundromat! I am new to Dallas from Africa. The staff are rude an aggressive --the manager (who portrayed himself as a big-shot) along with his son wanted to attack me because I commented on their demeanor being uncle toms with regards to how they treat certain ethnic groups based on skin-tone. Think about it who could write such a thing without first-hand experience. I took my business to the laundromat up the street.

Very friendly staff. Offered advice on washing comforter and gave me some free baking soda to add to the wash. Free wifi and offered to watch over clothes if I wanted to run errands while my clothes were washing/drying.
