This washateria is superior. The price is really good considering the last one over on Columbia & Fitzhugh by the Planet Fitness was over priced, not as clean, or organized. This is a great place to come if you need to wash and dry your clothes. Highly recommend because the staff here are strict and make sure to keep things in check (restrooms). I will say all the dryers were taken and it is a very busy place, despite that, it’s a good place. The machines are also new-ish.

This laundromat is always extremely clean and the woman who works here is always very kind and helpful.I never pay attention to what Im doing when I go so every time I wash I just get ready to go pay to dry but every single time this wonderful woman will stop me and make sure I dry for free even if I insist upon paying. Every single time she goes out of her way and helps me so that I can dry for free since I paid for wash. I dont know if Ive ever experienced customer service on this level before. I truly enjoy coming here.Once again, the environment is very clean and well lit.I should have written this review months ago but I just forgot.

My first time here, I arrived at 9:05 without knowing they close at 10. They stayed open and extra 30 mins for me so I could dry my clothes and even loaned me a quarter when I was one short. You’re dang right I’ll be back.The facility is spotless by the way. The cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to.

Nice place to just wash free dry

Very large, bright, and clean facility with ample seating. Bill changer and laundry carts available as well as drink/snack vending machines, three arcade games, free wifi and restrooms. The drying machines are FREE with washer use (attendant will start if you dont have another quarter). The attendants are very good at keeping the place clean without getting in the way and extremely helpful. The only negative is that the parking lot is dark with homeless people in the area so keep an eye on the car. This place seems to attract honest, friendly, and ethnically diverse people.Basic prices (upgrades available)14 pound = $1.7518 pound = $2.25 (28 minute basic wash)30 pound = $3.5040 pound = $4.5055 pound = $5.50Good variety of machine sizes with the majority being 18 pound washers and plenty of dryers. You can easily tell which machines are available by seeing the top detergent lid open.

This is a good and clean laundromat with enough washers and dryers. They have these cool dryers with cool touch. When the dryers are drying your clothes and you touch the door, its cool and you might think the dryer is not working but when you open the door to check, the dryer is really hot. Their restroom is nice and clean too.

While I was spending a lot of money and time doing my laundry there I had to use the restroom. I had to have the last who worked there unlock it and then when I was using the restroom. the whole time I was harassed with knocks on the door by the person who work there and other people while I was trying to just go to the bathroom and wash my hands. it was absolutely ridiculous.

I Have been coming to this place for YEARS because of the fair prices and not to mention free dry ! But recently every time me or one of my family members decide to stop by we always get this evil stare & unwelcoming vibe from the Hispanic woman that cleans up . She is constantly rude, ill mannered, and inconsiderate of people’s belongings. She will take your clothes out of the dryer to put in another dryer so it can “dry faster” but won’t start them, she won’t give you any grace time after your clothes are done washing before grabbing them and placing them in the back(INSTEAD OF EITHER PLACING THEM IN THE DRYER OR LEAVING THEM ALONE)for the homeless to steal from . Her customer service skills are horrible . Basically if your black don’t come but if your Hispanic then your welcome with open arms .

Very clean laundry mat with plenty of washers and dryers. There are a few reserved dryers for people who just need to dry but it’s .25 for 10 mins. Very quiet and calm atmosphere. No wifi sign so I’m not sure if it’s set up for guests and there’s one TV so just bring your smart phone or a book. I appreciated the Hispanic lady working here because she was very nice and helpful when I looked confused operating the machines.

The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is due to the short Latino lady that works there with the light brown hair. She is not pleasant AT ALL! I just moved to Dallas and her service has been the worst so far. So if you go in and wash and dry your clothes, stay clear of her and you should be okay. The Asian lady that owns the place is very nice but she is not there a lot. The washers are well kept but some dryers dont work but its free to dry so just move your clothes to another dryer. There really isnt a slow time so good luck!

Their hours of operation says that the last wash is at 0930pm... however upon arrival at 0920pm I was denied entrance... the Hispanic lady told me that I could not wash here. She was very unpleasant... I will respect your hour of operation... please change it so that we all could know not to come at 0900pm. I will wash at another location from now on. I will only wash here if it is desperately required. I have located a better place.

The lady that works there does a fantastic job keeping it clean, and does it with a smile. Only complaint I have is there isnt enough dryers. Been there 2 times, busy each time, had to wait for dryers to be available. Really not a big deal.If you want a snack or drink, theres vending machines, a tv, and free wi-fi.

Its my first time here. I stopped at this place because it is close to where I am staying. How did I not know about this place. Its a little busy but it is very clean all the washers and dryers look to be new or either kept in excellent condition. The bonus if you wash here the dyer is free! Also, the staff on duty is welcoming and helpful! Id definitely come back.

I just watched the short light brown haired old mexican woman take someone elses clothes out of a dryer and take them around a corner out of sight. The dryers were crowded and dont work even after an hour of drying and there not free, there free for the first 10 mins then you have to add quarters for more time. Me and my wife went back to wash and dry down the street where we dont have to stand over our clothes and the dryers are 100% free and they work

There a lady in her mid to earlier 40s, if not 50s horrible attitude. I paid $1 to buy dryer sheets told the lady running the laundry mat that the machine said E2, sold out and didnt return my money. She went over to the machine to stick money in it to try to prove me wrong. I wouldnt lie about $1. I do my laundry here anywhere from 3 to 4 times a month and this is not the only time I have been faced with an issue with her. A dollar really?????? Machines jam up but Im a liar is basically how she mad me feel. I will not be coming here again. I request the phone number to speak to the manager, she denied me the number. I will be calling In the morning.

This laundry is exceptionally clean, lint emptied, no trash. Restrooms are locked preventing any safety issues and clean as well. The dryers are free but youll need a quarter to start them that is immediately returned.

Just trying to clean some large blankets. Last wash at 9:30 is only if the guy feels like it. Showed up at the door at 9:29 with a handful of blankets and was not let in (door was already locked) Guy said no more its 9:30 Too bad I didnt show up 60 seconds earlier. NOTE: This place closes at 10:30.Place looks clean but not really sure never made it in.I think closing times should reflect or point out last load times because thats the only thing that makes sense and employees should not be able to make thier own rules. Either thats the last load time or its not.

I go there this Christmas to wash a load of clothes Ive never had a problem the Hispanic lady with black hair was busy flirting with all the males that where available she didnt see me put my clothes in and when i left and came back to dry them she cut off my clothes and told me the owner said he didnt see me (let me state its Christmas and I doubt any owner was at the laundry mat. .. Ive never been degraded and embarrassed in my life.....I cried like a baby dont COME HERE SHE IS STEREOTYPING AND LYING UNPROFESSIONAL....... IM GOING TO FIND OUT HER NAME AND POST IT!!!!

The lady who works at night proceed to rush my disabled mother to hurry and get her clothes out of the dryer then proceed to touch her clothes after my mom said she was not done and that she does not like people touching her clean clothes. i’ll be calling in the morning

Everytime I went here there was always some weird peeps doing something crazy or a homeless coming to ask me for change. Price is also high. Just save yourself the trouble and invest in your own washer and dryer.

Got skeptical of what it really was going to be, but it was real clean, there was a cleaning lady picking up trash outside and inside, it’s cool air conditioning and tv inside, vending machine and the washers are really good quality and the drying is free if you wash here plenty for everyone and quick too, gives you time of how long your wash is going to take, Highly recommend it, will be coming here from now on

Showed up at 8:09pm to wash and attendant said it was closed even though the open sign was on. There wasnt a sign stating they were closing plus she seemed really busy on phone.

I had 7 loads of clothes put them the washer and thier was no wash happening then asked the attenden on duty and she told me there was nothing she could do very rudely. Then called the manager and said that she thinks our clothes were very dirty do wasnt washing over all they are horrible as workers only cared and showed concerned for Hispanic customers 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
