We had part of a bachelorette party here and we had a super time. The bride to be was really happy about her surprise. We definitely will be coming back for a girls night!!

This is the best dance studio Ive been to. So much fun with my girls. We love getting in shape while dancing and having fun. Instructors are excellent.

From beginning to end, Zensual, and especially the incredible Krystal, went above and beyond to make sure that my party had an amazing time! My little sister was supposed to have her bachelorette party in New Orleans, but we obviously had to adjust plans due to COVID. I work in a hospital, so I have been very careful with all things COVID-related and Zensual did a beautiful job with proper hygiene and sanitization to make me feel safe and free to enjoy. When I scheduled our party, Zensual took the time to call me and ask questions about my sister and her personality, music taste, guests, etc. to individualize our experience. Krystal was the best host and instructor during our party! She taught us pole, chair, and twerk dances with such skill, patience, and energy! I truly can’t thank Zensual enough for helping my sister still have a lovely bach despite the current challenges we are all facing. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it and it is well-worth the cost! P.S. We love you, Krystal!

I went to my first class today and really enjoyed it. It was fun, a good workout, and a nice environment. Im very shy and not very coordinated, but Shikendra was awesome and patient, and made me feel really comfortable. The other students were also really nice and helpful. Will definitely come back!

I’ve been attending classes here on and off for over a year now. I have always had absolutely phenomenal experiences with individual teachers/classes, and management is superb. If you have a problem or question, there is always someone happy to talk to you about it. I cannot recommend this studio or its people highly enough!

My two friends and I participated in our first pole dance class for a bachelorette party. The atmosphere was great and Clarissa was so energetic, personable, and a great dancer! I had my first class at the studio recently and it was an extremely fun experience. I took the Powerstrip class with Clarissa and she’s a wonderful instructor! I was a little hesitant, because it was my first time taking a class of this kind, but Clarissa and the positive energy from the entire class really put me more at ease. I’m definitely looking forward to checking out the other classes!

SO MUCH FUN!! And not very expensive if you split the price between all the ladies! We had Alexis as our instructor and she was simply amazing! Very sweet and talented and made us feel very comfortable!! Just went here a few days ago and am already making plans to go back next month! For my first time being a member I was shocked at how friendly and welcoming the instructor was and even the other girls taking the class. It is such a comfortable upbeat environment. Im so happy I became a member and would definitely recommend Zensual Fitness too ANYONE.

This is the BEST place to take exotic/contemporary dance and pole classes anywhere. Its been so much fun! Ive learned a lot and I always feel inspired and like I had an intense workout when I leave class. Love this place!

I have taken two classes at Zensual so far and I love it! I want to go every week now. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, the instructors ive had so far have been nice and welcoming. Ive have had a chance to be in Ashleys class and that class was amazing, im going back not only for what I got out of that class, but also because she was great! I recommend anyone to go and try a class youll want to go back for another!

Ive been taking classes at Zensual since February and I absolutely love it!! I was hesitant to take pole classes because Im kinda shy and not a sexy dancer. I learned that stuff didnt matter! The instructors are VERY welcoming and encouraging!! All the women in the classes are very friendly as well, its definitely girl power there! Ive taken chair dance, pole flight fitness, pole tricks, and pole dance. They also have specialty workshops. Everything from learning to getting upside down on the pole to hip hop. All the instructors are great! Everyone has their own style of teaching, and you cant go wrong with anyone! Prices are pretty much the same as anywhere else but they run specials too. You can also sign up for a membership which I think is the best deal. There are 5 memberships ranging from monthly to 6 months. You can also book a party for you and your girlfriends. They can come to you or you can go to the studio. Speaking of the studio, its inside MoveStudio. Its very clean and they provide lockers for free. The poles are sturdy and you feel safe. Sometimes classes are full and you may have to share a pole, but thats how you make new friends! I would recommend Zensual to anyone, age and size doesnt matter! This is the perfect place to try a different kind of workout and have tons of fun doing it!! Oh and youll be sore too!

I took my first pole dancing class today. The instructor Stacy was so funny which helped put the newbies at ease. She gave great direction to help us do our first tricks. I have hyperhidrosis which is a condition that keeps my hands and feet constantly sweaty so it was really hard for me to hold on to the pole. Stacy let me use (hog lol) the classroom dry hands solution to help my hands stay dry. Due to my condition I had to apply it ever 5 mins and wipe the pole down with a towel. I ordered my own dry hands solutions along with some gloves and some tite grip 2. Hopefully that will help with the sweat so I can enjoy the class more. I have the potential but my sweaty hands just wont let me be great! I will definitely be coming back though 😊

I advise anyone who wants to have fun and work out to go!

Ive taken multiple classes at Zensual Dance Fitness and each one has been an amazing experience. Some people frown upon taking classes such as what are offered at ZDF but I can only implore you to give it a try. This studio and what they offer is so much more than a mere class.ZDF builds upon the your self-esteem, confidence and feminine awareness. And if that were not enough, its just plain Sistah Girl fun, laughs love and private treats for you and your man to share. Ive been a client for years and everytime I am available in the city, I partake of a class and get some of the best exercise that one could ask for.There is a wonderful team at ZDF and I am thankful that I have been taught by 2 of my personal favorites: Clarissa and now Faye who just recently this weekend taught our birthday celebration class. Thank you again Faye for your amazing instruction and creating a grand Sistah Girl party for us this weekend.
