I have now had my hair cut here 6 times. I have had 5 different persons cut my hair. I have been experimenting with my look the last 3 visits and been pleased with the results. On my fifth visit, I saw a customer leaving with a hair style I thought I wanted to try. I asked that customer who had served him and asked that person to do the same thing for me. I was very pleased that I got exactly what I asked for. However, my wife made a few suggestions for my latest haircut. I had pictures on my phone of the last result, which I showed to this stylist and explained the changes my wife wanted to see this time. Again, I got exactly what I asked for and I and my wife were both very happy with the results. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong at this Sport Clips.

The stylist cut my hair just the right length. She was very informative in giving me tips on which product I should use on my hair. I am very happy with the service I received.

Last month I stopped in for a haircut, girls got me in pretty quick. I asked the girls if they could cut a flat top and they looked a little worried. They brought a girl out from the office who asked if I would mind an audience. I said what guy wouldnt, anyway she proceeded to teach these girls how to cut a flat top and let me tell you the girl that cut it did an awesome job with both my haircut and being able to coach the other girls wanting to learn how. Now I cant think of her name for some reason I thought it was Ashley. You would would have to look back on the 26th of June. You have a great group of stylist in there that seem eager to learn and try to cut a hairstyle that can be intimidating to do. Thank you very much

I have to admit this sports clips is by far one of the best ones I’ve been to and I’ve visited ones up and down the east coast. From Georgia to Illinois, Megan should get a raise and a promotion! She will be the only one that touches my hair for as long as she works there!

SportClips of Huntley is by far the best if you want to have a good quality service of haircut. Healthwise, they clean the place after each haircut, all friendly and professionals. Highly recommended, customer satisfaction guaranteed!!!

I have visited other Sport Clips when I lived in different locations. The Huntley Sport Clips is of their highest quality; friendly greeting, know my previous cut and now I can arrange web appointments so no waiting. My best recommendation is find a stylist that cuts just how you like it best and dont hesitate to request them again. You are much more likely to have the best cut experience.

We went to get my sons haircut. The stylist made comments about our plans for the day and I felt was judgmental overall. I did let management know and they were very kind and apologetic, offered for us to come back. I know the company isnt responsible for a persons actions/comments, and Im sure they are an amazing company. Due to our experience though, we have not returned and do not plan on returning. Plenty of other places to go to. I did not like how uncomfortable and unwelcome the stylist made me feel.

Lesia is very professional and provides an expert cut. I drive 45 minutes to get a cut with Lesia. The facility is also very Covid protocol conscious.

Stylists were friendly and patient. They did their best with current Covid restrictions and provided great service. Staff did a great job with cleaning and distancing for customer safety as well as the safety of their staff.

Made an Appointment online as I do EVERYWEEK.Got my “Your stylist will be ready within 15minutes” text as I do EVERYWEEKI walk inside well before the 15mintute mark and was told I have 2 people ahead of me... I stated “then why did I get my 15 minute text, this is really inconvenient I made a appointment for a reason” Michelle said that this happens all the time and that I can wait in my car if I liked” this does not happen all the time. I come to this sports clip roughly once a week.. never never had this problem. They messed up taking someone ahead of me or something.. super super annoying. They did this to like 3 people ahead of me as well.

Got my first sports clip today and my stylist was amazingly fast, efficient, and precise. The cut cost less than SuperCuts and is allot better. Good job Sports Clips.

They do such a great job with boys hair. They do really well with the tiny hairs and the hair around the ears that issues by most other haircuts places. My boys love getting the MVP treatments. Love this place. Would definitely recommend.

First several experiences were exceptional by staff! However, in my experience the service experience should continue to improve or at the very least remain the same. However, in my experience has tapered off - in a more negative fashion as I had continued to use this hair cut service. Of course this is not true of all my experiences here. However, I feel the owners [as from my understanding, this is a franchise] should empower their managment team to handle their customer concerns/issues in a more appropriate/immediate manner. Without going into to much detail ... I hate to hear: unfortunately the owners are out of town and I cannot assist at this current time. To the credit of this location. The managers employed here DO provide a well deserved round of applause for their follow_thru! Well done! However, for myself I have found another (more well priced) hair cutter to tend to my hairstyling needs. Though, with the overall experiences received here; in a pinch. Id go back. I appreciate [overall] the team hired by ownership. Thank you again. Perhaps ownership should be MORE confident in the people for which they HIRE! As a business owner myself - a friendly suggestion, as all my issues/concerns were addressed appropriately.

Did a great job on my sons hair

First time at the HUNTLEY location and I was very impressed. This my first visit to other than the old time barber and was treated very Well. Asked me how I wanted it cut and (Bianca) followed thru with great expected results. Yep Ill go back.

Super place and cut. Ashli has been cutting my hair for several years now. Her consistency is second to none. Rest of the team is very knowledgeable and friendly. The hair products offered at this specific location is incredible. Alpha male,, an absolute must.

Waits can be pretty long here, even with checking in online. Overall the stylists are nice and friendly and do a pretty good job.

The service was awesome! Ill be back again in a few months.

I would really have no problem leaving this Sport Clips a better review & rating if it werent for the fact that they are so incessant in trying to upsell you on every single service that they offer! Even after telling them at the beginning of my haircut that all I was interested in was simply a haircut I did not need the extras I do not want the extras and I will not pay for the extras they spent the entire half-hour while I was getting my haircut asking me about upgrades! This is a one-and-done establishment because I will never be back!

We have been coming to this location since we moved to the area. My son has been seeing Erin since day one and I dread going here when she’s not there. But since she’s on materinity leave, my son is in need of a haircut. I took a chance on another lady and my GOD, I regret it beyond words can explain. I paid for the cut and tipped her because I knew if I would have told her I would have created a scene, which was not what I wanted to do in front of my son. Erin is beyond exceptional and she should be given more praise for her highly skilled haircuts. She is beyond talented. I know for sure I will not be returning here until Erin comes back from leave. I wish I knew how to post a pic on here of Erin’s work vs the one lady who did his cut last night. I’m not going to mention her name as I want to save her the embarrassment.

I would not consider getting my hair cut anywhere else. The entire staff, especially Ashli A. is spectacular. I would and have traveled all over the Chicagoland area to have Ashli cut my hair. Her attention to detail, product and care knowledge is second to none! A+

I went to Sport Clips because they volunteered at the St. Baldricks Head Shaving for Pediatric Cancer Awareness. Now that my hair grew back, I needed a haircut. Mare and Ashli are great and I cant say enough about how pleased I have been with my haircuts. See you soon, ladies.

Horrible service. Very busy on the day I took my son in. There were 5 people waiting ahead of us and no one greeted us when walking in which is poor customer service, but I have never experienced here before. The ladies were too busy gossiping (look at the message on my phone and apple watch, So and so didnt come in to work today)at the front counter then helping clients when people were coming and going. I am not sure if I will ever return due to this and the money isnt well spent when the customer service doesnt add up!

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I waited in line for 35mins and i was next and a rude short haired grey hair women went on lunch and my time went back up to 35 additional minutes!! As i sat there for an hour i left, but i was able to observe the extremely rude and lackadaisical work ethic of the employees. With the exception of the hispanic woman that came in last, she was polite and on task. This was 1/12/18

Took my son to get his haircut there today, we have been there multiple times in the past and everything turned out fine. This time, his previous hair cut notes were completely ignored. It is uneven right in the front, and we have spent months growing out the top and she cut it all off. We will no longer be going here. Terrible haircut.

Get my haircut done every month here. The staff is friendly and well they do a great job cutting hair.

They are always friendly and do a good job. Only complaint would be they seem to struggle when it gets busy and wait times can be excessive.

I have been going there since it opened. When you find someone (Erin) that cuts your hair the way you want it, you stick with them. If you are not happy with the way they cut your hair, you need to speak up and let them know what they did wrong, and give them another chance.
