*UNRESPONSIVE FIRM* This has to be the most unprofessional staffing agency i have encountered. Due to the pandemic there are numerous remote positions posted on there site. Every time you call there is a transfer but no one answer you will leave a voicemail and nobody will return your calls. Please look elsewhere it will make your life easier to not even bother with these people.

Robert Half is a reputable staffing firm with years of experience. They invest in their internal staff, technology, and provide their clients with superior customer service. Highly recommend the Greensboro Team whether you’re working as an internal employee, external candidate, or to assist you with identifying and filling your staffing needs.

Its easy to see why there are so many negative reviews for the Greensboro location. When I called yesterday, the person who answered the phone was very rude. She transferred me to another person who not only was also very rude, but who also simply transferred my call to someone in Raleigh with no explanation. She asked for my name, didnt discuss anything regarding regarding their company or services, and transferred me to Raleigh. I guess their business model is to scare away any potential business.Do not waste your time with this agency. There are many others out there, ones who will work with you and find employment for you.

I was going to apply for a position, but after reading all the negative reviews I have decided not to. Im posting this review in hopes that the company will recognize the negative impact their dealings with applicants is having on their reputation. This many bad reviews spanning years is a huge red flag and an indication that RH needs to improve the way they work with job seekers.

Great experience! Went in for an interview and got an assignment the next day. Ashley was extremely helpful and polite and found me exactly the type of opportunity I was looking for.

They will call and say they have something for you but never tell you what it is, nor will they call you back about the job the said they had. Got a call from Marley at 8 in the morning about a job I called back never got an answer, waited called back a few hours later left a voicemail. Still no call back got the email to Marley sent an email still no response... received a call from Ashely the next day about a job went and filled out the paper work and went and got my finger prints taken, as told. Which was a total waste of gas since I received a call from Ashely that Monday saying they went with someone else! Then received a email from Ashley the next week about reference sent her another reference for her to call. Then received a call from Bethany who was checking to make sure I was still available to work and told her yes, all she said is that she may have a job for me and is waiting to get more info... haven’t heard back from Ashley or Bethany so why call if you have nothing?!! Starting to think office team isn’t even legit... all they doing is meeting their quotas for calling people but not actually doing what they’re suppose it in helping! WASTE OF TIME, GAS AND ENERGY!

It’s better to just find a job on your own . I went and interviewed and it’s been a whole year and haven’t heard anything back and had to call and the whole phone call was even a waste of time . Remember this is a temp job which means you’ll get let go at anytime because the jobs doesnt want to buy out the employees from the Agency it’s best to just look for jobs on your own.

No longer a professional place due to virus. they dont respond to clients like before. you would think due to the pandemic there be more care and concern and follow-up about helping people find employment but no. The customer service has disappeared. Im sooooooo disappointed.

I went here hoping to find a job that matched my business degree and Kaitlyn helped keep in touch for the first week or so. Told me she had a job in mind in Winston. Signed documents letting them find jobs for me. Its been over a month since Ive heard back from her. I sent emails asking for updates and have not heard back. Very unprofessional and dont keep promises.

Amanda has been very good to me! Ive been working with Robert Half for 2 years now. When one assignment ends, I call Amanda. She gets me out and working within the week and sometimes the next day. My experience with another temp agency was not nearly as good.

Same experience as most others. Completely unprofessional staff that talks to you like a dog. I got the feeling from the few staff members I talked to that I was a piece of scum looking for a job. I emailed a guy named Rob to cancel an interview. He then called me to tell me how disprectful and unprofessional I was. When I told him I had sent him an email he said he couldnt believe I didnt have the decency to call. Damned if I do, damned if I dont. Most of my friends are about to graduate from college, Ill be sure to tell them to find a job on their own, as they will be much better off then going through Robert Half. After dealing with their staff, I know what the Half in Robert Half stands for now.

Don’t bother, it is a waste of time to sign up with them. They will be nice at first to sign you up to meet their quotas then never return your calls, lie to you and be extremely rude when you check in. I worked for Office Team for years in another state and had wonderful experience. The Greensboro office is another story. The recruiter I interviewed with was very nice, she promised to check my references and send me the assessments ASAP so she could submit me for a job. I had to call to actually get the assessments after never hearing back from the recruiter despite sending emails and leaving messages. When I called to make sure everything was in place because I was interested in a job (I never specified which job), an extremely rude and unprofessional recruiter named Kasey literally told me off, told me that job had been filled internally which was “beyond their control” and they weren’t going to call me to update me on every little thing, only if their was a solid lead. Funny thing is, I never specified which job I was referring to so she was bold face lying to me. I’m so angry at being lied to and treated like I’m an annoying idiot, I’m actually going to contact the Director of the office as well as Corporate about this.

Just Run Away!I went to this place with the intention of this company perhaps giving assistance in finding employment. I first met with a nice man that said I sound like a great person to work with. Then he said he needed to let another person interview me. This 2nd person told me that although I had 2 degrees in business and accounting, I am totally unmarketable what so ever. About a week later, I receive a call from them asking me to give them job leads. They also mentioned jobs that I might be interested in paying 10 dollars an hour. A week after that they asked me If I knew had to use excel. I asked them if they actually read my resume. They hung up the phone on me for that. A week later they called again asking if I would possibly give them any job leads on a voice mail message. A week later they called me with a message stating it was seriously important to call them on a the prospect of a job paying 9 dollars an hour 30 miles away. I attempted to call them back to ask them if they would just shred my resume and move on, but their mail box was full. Perhaps this week when they call for more job leads I will relay that message.I am not sure what person hired these guys. I did background checks on just about the entire staff. They are not accountants, they do not have accounting backgrounds, nor do they understand accountants. Save yourself some time and just do anything else but waste your time with this group.

After dealing with 5 other staffing agencies with no success I turned to RobertHalf:Account Temps. They were able to immediately send me on interviews for high paying openings with amazing companies. The other agencies could only send me on low paying jobs in low quality environments with no hopes of being hired. RobertHalf got my career back on track after being laid off. Thank You to Brian Clark and all the staff that helped land me my dream job!

Kristan and Kaitlyn were awesome and they understood what I needed. I highly recommend this place.

This company is very unprofessional n rude. When I asked for HR phone number, Ms. Amanda Petite said: if u ever call HR I will not work with u! Wow. From day 1 Amanda lied to me by telling me of a job being data entry and scanning but I literally sat at a long table with no computer separating papers. She claimed to have emailed me several times n never did. I went to office to check on pay information n hear Amanda speaking of myself calling HR n she didnt come to front n another lady closed the door. This is a sad example of staffing n really helping people. Pitiful.

Receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. Would transfer my call in the middle of me speaking, and put me on hold in the middle of me speaking.

WORST HELP I HAVE EVER GOTTEN THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY GUY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO SHUT UP AND LISTEN AND ASKING ME SO MANY QUESTIONS FOR THE JOB I HAVE 10+ YEARS OF BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE TOLD ME THAT I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK SPANISH MIND YOU I AM PUERTO RICAN AND HE WAS WHITE SO GO FIGURE Bottom line, people are lairs AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IF YOU COME BY THESE PEOPLE RUN RUN RUN

Staffers dont share information. I emailed 2 with my change in email address and they STILL sent interview to the wrong place. If you DONT place after an interview, youll be lucky to hear from them for months.
