Although I have changed trucks over the last three years, I have not changed where I get my truck washed. Wave Wash has kept my trucks clean inside and out, and there is no substitute! Not only do they have a state of the art, drive through car wash, but they also have a friendly and professional staff, especially Jonathan P. I love this car wash! I often wash my car here because its quick to get it washed and the free vacuuming sold me on this place. The vacuums are like none other. They are long and skinny so you can reach to get crumbs out of odd cracks. I love that part!!

Pretty good place to wash your car, no long lanes and pretty clean vacuum area, staff always around cleaning and doing the job, I talk to the manager Jonathan and he was so friendly and razonable guy help me out a lot, thank you WaveWash.

I paid $18 for the best wash they offer, I needed the guy to hand spray a little extra, so I tipped him $5, he stuck it in the tip jar and did nothing for it, not even the usual spraying that is expected in the $18 price; he has a job with that sprayer and he didnt even live up to that. I know for a fact this new tip jar and behavior comes directly from the manager. I will never go there again. Ive already told my 900 friends on facebook and i will bad mouth them to everyone that will listen.

Ive been coming to this car wash since it opened years ago. If you washes your car often. I will recommend a monthly UNLIMITED wash plan that starts as low as $25 a month!

Not so great this time, around 5:30pm.Attendants did not do a good job of directing to auto track..Waterspots on car and some tree sap still on car.

I love this place! Theres a wave wash 10 minutes from my home and we drive 20 to this one because its better. The people are clean, efficient and fast. Even open a few minutes earlier to let us get our car washed. The premises are clean. This place is great.

Vacuums are powerful. I like the convenience of the auto unlimited wash and upgrade without having to communicate with someone upselling me. Just say yes or ni to the upgrade and keep it moving. The fine details I do to my liking without the frustration if having it half done for extra cost.

Vacuums worked well but my car came out with tons of dirt still in it even with the most expensive wash. I’d have asked an attendant to let me go through again to get it clean but they use automated gates to get in. I’ll stick to Tommy Terrific.

Absolutely the worst place to wash a car. I took my car for the first time and the workers only let me know to follow the directions of the car wash button lights. Little did i know that my car will end up scratched by the car behind me due to the fact that i was obeying the wait signal after my car wash. What an awful experience!! This place used to be good. I would never recommend anybody to go there. I payed for my wash and for an upgrade. And didnt even wash it nor rinse it. But when I mention it to the manager he just blew me off. I was so disappointed about how I was treated. I will never go back nor will my family and friends that live by there will ever go back. No a happy camper.

I prefer this carwash because they normally wash the back of your crossover or SUV prior to the carwash.

I feel like regardless if you pay for the best wash or the mediocre one you get the same service pulling through, they only use the soap brush upon entering on the right side and dont touch the left. Still the one i visit the most! On the plus side they have free vacuums!

Our dryer did a nose dive today so we had to go do laundry at the wave wash, it was very clean the large washer was $5.00 the medium washer was $4.00 and the small was $3.00. they give you about 20 mins for the money. Drying is free with the wash. All washers and dryers worked great. In and out in an hour

Wave Wash is the absolute best car wash in the DFW area! I live out of town, but every time I come to Dallas, I head to the Wave Wash on Northwest Highway. The Basic Wash always gets my car sparkling clean, and the vacuums are terrific, too. I had an exceptionally great experience on my last visit. Mr. Joe DeLeon, the manager, went out of his way to help me. He is such a nice gentleman, and it is very evident that he is doing an awesome job at managing the Wave Wash!

I loved that they have *Free Vacuum* they also had very nice attendants I pulled too far from the card reader and an attendant ran over to grab my card and help with my car was selection. I LOVE this car wash definently will be coming back!

The car wash is great, it doesnt dry as well as it use to. Half or so of the vacuum hoses have been removed due to Covid restrictions.

I dont come often but when I do...Wave Wash does a great job! I completely forgot my wallet, honest to God, and they gave me a free wash so I felt they needed to be given props for taking care of their customers!

Ended up with some new scratches on my mirror that are glistening in the sun and some nicks in the paint. They dont take your antenna off, they dont scrub your hubcaps even with the highest paid service, you dont get rags to remove the missed spots and dry your car, and some of the vacuums dont work.

Wave Wash on Northwest Highway is the place!The self-serve pay station was easy to read and the prices were lower than competitors I had frequented.After a complete wash and dry, I drove around to the two lines of vacuums. If the joint is hopping, there’s a 10-minute limit at each machine.But for most jobs that’s enough time: The suction on the hoses is so good it took both my hands to pull out the nozzle from the holder! That made vacuuming an easier than ever task. I enjoyed seeing gravel and dried mud and lint and food crumbs and dog hair lift from the floor and upholstery with no effort on my part.The manager on site is accessible and helped me out when I (ahem!) locked myself out of my car while vacuuming.Usually there is a door opener device (bladder-pump-stick) on-site, but they were waiting for a replacement. So Noel H., the manager, found AAA’s number for me and saw to my well-being.When asked if he liked working there, he said he loved it—loved and respected his boss, Chris—and was proud to work for the company. His endorsement for the place and how he’s treated make Wave Wash an even more deserving place to frequent.

I paid $11.00 for one of the better washes because Id just driven here from Baton Rouge last night and wanted to get all the bugs off my bumper, hood and windshield. The guy passed the brunch across my bumper very lazily, one time and left bug guts all over my bumper and hood. I went to get gas at the gas station next door and noticed it and had to use their scrubber to get everything off my bumper. Thats when I noticed that there was still bug guts all over my hood. Very substandard wash that is an absolute waste of money unless you only want a rinse.
