Brought our rental car to give it a quick vacuum before returning it. Vacuum worked great. Good suction. We smoked in iour rental ONE time but was worried about it stinking. We asked a guy working there what we can do and he brought out a can of magic spray and helped us out (I am not saying this is a service they provide by the way. They sell the car scent bombs for 25$. This guy was just being helpful to us) That friendly above and beyond customer service is what gives a business 5 stars from me!!!!!! So neighborly!!!!!!! And no 250$ charge for a smoke smell..... thank you friend!!!!!

Very very nice detailing done by the team at Ocean Blue. My one recommendation would be to notify customers on the website that they must print the online coupon to redeem. The cashier was flexible though and accepted it.Other than that, very nice job at a very reasonable price when the 20% coupon was honored. Felt like I was driving my 9 year old car off the dealership lot! I will certainly return to this business.

Honestly, if you are not a Hispanic speaker dont go there, funny enough they think black people dont know Spanish. Not professional or diverse. Not coming back. Listen tell you, girls, to learn English if you will be giving services to English speakers. Also tell your people to keep their mouths shut because some of us non-Hispanic know and understand Spanish

But owners are clueless to the potential risk to themselves and customers collecting drivers license numbers.If you used a credit card here, gave them your drivers license number, don’t be surprised if you end up with mystery mortgages in your name.

The best! I’ve been going here for over 2 years now. With the new owner & staff, it’s been amazing. Everyone here is so kind & works very hard. I’ve never had no issues or problems, as I bring my personal vehicle, company vehicles, along with refer family & friends. I’ve received all the services that they offer here & have had no problems. Cars come out nice every time. I love the way the owner maintains & upkeeps his business. He makes sure it’s clean, things stay running & he is always there making sure things are running smoothly. Not the worst car wash service but definitely tied for 1st place. I really cant understand why do you pay for detail service and your car is still dirty. The wash service advisor Yasmin has the worst attitude, no matter how nice I was trying to be. I smiled while saying please and thank you and she was just as dry as the car wash. The Hispanic guy that was towel drying my car obviously was blind. First he kept leaving the car to talk to people, and im sure as hot as it was the sun dried the car for him. But to pay for service and still have the same bird poop on the car which was your entire reason for going in the beginning is an overwhelming feeling. If I could give zero stars, I wouldve. Multiple times.

Had my car washed here a couple of times and both were disappointing. Prior to driving in, someone is suppose to soak the car with soap and a brush which was never done.My previous wash barely cleaned the exterior, so I requested for a better wash regardless of the price. Was suggested a better wash, which made no difference.The attendants do not care about doing a good job. Won’t use again. It’s better to go wash it your self.

I’ll never go back to the car wash again. Their high pressure review rinse jet was stuck and continuously sprayed the same spot on my car hood and left a Mark. I called and and left a message and no one called me back. It’s also very hard to get in and out of the location where the vacuums are located. On many occasions they’re using the spots for detailing cars so you don’t have access to the vacuum slots.

I use Ocean Blue regularly for their tunnel wash and free vacuums. Like most places, they have much more expensive and elaborate options, but I think thats mostly hype. (Other than putting that spray on that makes the tires shine - but thats not such a good deal - do it yourself.) On the bright side, their employees dont look at you with disgust if you dont want the upsell. I bring along a couple of lint-free towels (buy them in bulk on Amazon for next to nothing) since the blowers are far from effective, and do a quick wipedown in the vacuuming area. Speaking of which, Id give the vacuums a B for suction - adequate but not impressive (kinda how my bf describes me).

Just had my car washed here. Disappointing,.No one here takes pride in their work. No one smiles.. no one cares about making customers feel welcome or important. All of the employees here appear to be miserable!My car is clean, but not very well. They didnt pay attention to detail at all, so I had to go behind them and finish the job. Smears on the windows and mirrors from old towels, etc.So,, why am I charged $18 for a job I have to finish because they apparently dont care enough to do right in the first place?

The over all experience wasn’t too bad. My car cleaning seemed to take longer as it seems the girl with red hair who was cleaning the interior seemed more concerned with talking on the phone, however she was kind. The cleaning job was also alright. There still was dog hair inside, but I understand it’s a pain to vacuum. My window also dirty and smudged since it was rolled down while they did the polishing and didn’t get to it. Overall 6/10 but definitely room for improvement.

This is convenient and about as easy as it gets!Pay while in the car, drive though and come out with a sparkly clean car!I loved the limited contact and that we could vacuum in our own bay.Super easy!

I paid $60 for a full detail (with just the carpets shampooed b/c you can only pick one option out of the carpets being conditioned, leather or vynyl)- and it looked terrible for what I paid. Everytime I’ve driven by this car wash it’s always caught my eye and I wanted to try it because my typical car wash (All Star) right down the street was closed and they only charge $34 for a full detail. I have attached some pictures of what my car looked like this for this “full” detail and “super clean” option. Disappointed.

Got my car detailed here traveling from Virginia, and wow amazed by the quality and pricing car looks brand new again, trainer Jose welcomed me in and even held the door for me as i left. Good job to the team hard working people no doubt !!

This car wash is a JOKE!! I drove from Plano, stopped in to have my car washed and my tire light came on as soon as I was driving out of the car wash. Pulled in to vacuum it and noticed my front left tire was completely flat. Something in the car wash slashed my tire and the owner argued with me about it. There was absolutely no way I could have driven it there on my rim and the owner still didn’t take responsibility. In fact he was beyond rude and condescending. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Don’t waste your time or risk messing up your tires.

Wouldn’t recommend this place.. Just got my car washed. Paid $15 for a wash, towel dry, and polish just for them to not even dry it all the way. I have streaks and water spots still on my car. It’s so pointless to come here. They spent about 2 minutes drying and polishing, then was done.. I could tell it wasn’t going to be a good job just from the time they spent on it .. I wish I could get my money back 😩 what a waste.. so disappointing 😞

My car was in terrible shape, dirty inside and out. The team did a great job of cleaning it. They were very thorough. The women who waited on me were all courteous and professional. It was a good experience all around. Its always so good to have them clean the inside windows. I can never make the windows clean like they do. Thanks. (4 stars instead of 5 because it was just a little pricey. But Ill be back!)

Loved the self service vacuums and the affordable price. Unfortunately the $15 I payed for left me with massive unwashed spots all over my car. My entire car looked like what you can see in the attached photo. I had to wipe down the rest of my car by hand when I got home.

My go to car wash. Best value for money Ive found in Dallas. The people take their time to get the details right, so if you get a full service wash, be prepared to wait while. You can get a better detail in DFW, but itll cost you twice as much.My only comparing is that they use shinny interior dressing, which I dont like.

The first and only time I had my car wash here, I paid the $15 for a more detailed experience, and even though the staff towel dried my car by hand, they left many spots on my car still obviously dirty! There was a large area of bird poop and then several places all over that had dirty spots. I have never had my car look so dirty after a car wash, and I usually pay less than $15 at other businesses. Two good things were that they do stay open an hour later than all the other car washes in the area, so that is good for people who work later etc., and the service was fast. I just dont know if I want to try them again after these results.

Quality of the wash is good, and prices are reasonable. However, I waited over 40 minutes before someone told me that I had to park in a specific area to receive the full service wash I paid for. I was not informed by the man I paid, nor any other employees until I asked. Made me return to work very late. Details like that should be made clear to the customer when they arrive, not after theyve become agitated enough to bother one of the busy employees.

I got to vac my own car & they have a crevasse blower to get stuff outta tight spots so you can vac them out. The second least expensive gave our car a hand dry & tire shine on all fours. Nice service. Higher dollar services are available if you need it.

I go out of my way to visit this carwash when Im in Addison. They do a detailed clean that makes me love my car all over again. Im usually in a rush so I get the inside vacuum and outside clean with tire dressing. The team are fast and detail orientated. They have a rain check option if it just happens to rain RIGHT after you went through the drive through. Its a nice perk and I appreciate the professionalism.

Not a bad car wash. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because I paid for a towel dry but had to go back over it when I pulled to vacuum my car out as there were spots all over the passenger side.

Came to get a car wash. Been here before and never had complaints til this time. Our car stopped on the belt in the wash and then the car behind us kept hitting into our car. The wash worker ran over and got his boss and they started looking at both cars and trying to figure what to do (still not telling either of us what was going on). They backed up the other car and then started the wash where we were. When we got out, I saw our car was scratched, paint chipped and dinges on the back bumper. They stood there and watched and still said nothing. Yup..... not coming back again.

We have used this car wash for all 4 vehicles for the last 2 and a 1/2 years. Today one vehicle was unclean after the wash. There was visible bird poop on the drivers side, windshield and rear view mirrors. I asked the MANAGER if I could have run the through the wash once again because of the bird poop. His reply was shocking. He said Well you get what you pay for. I see that there is visible poop on the car but you should have paid for the $15 wash that I offered you earlier. No problem. WE WILL NOT RETURN!

Came to just get a basic outside wash, Maria recommended the wash and hand polish/dry. She gave me $3 off the listed price. Car looked great so I went home and brought my wife’s car in for a wash and Maria honored the same price. Nice service and it was quicker than most other washes on the weekend. Will come back.

Love this car wash! The service is always wonderful and my car always looks great. I came through just now (2/15/19 at 1:15 Pm) and asked for the $13 special. Maria told me that was for slower days, but she honored that price for me. Very kind of her to do so and I appreciate it. I’ll be back!

I paid $44.95 to clean my car. I got home to inspect it and they didn’t even vacuum my back seats. I didn’t expect it to be shampooed but at least vacuumed. I’m in my car right now re doing it. It also looks like they barely wiped anything down. For $44.95 I feel like I deserve more than a half a** job. I’m really annoyed that I have to come with a rag and re vacuum my car. I could have just done what they did myself for $5. I don’t recommend.

I was just at this location about 10 minutes ago. I pulled up and a pickup truck was in the lane and they were all doing something with his truck bed. The other lane was blocked with a cone. So Im waiting in line and another truck comes up behind me. Mind you, theres distance between my car and the pickup truck in the lane so I could have driven to the other lane. Anyway, they removed the cone and waved to the truck that pulled up behind me to go to the other lane. Ok. Do they not realize Im next in line? So yet another truck comes up behind me and once again they flag them to go to the other lane. At this point, Im agitated. So I put my car in reverse and drive off. Why not allow me to pay before the other vehicles since Im the one whos next? I have a card with a balance so Ill have to go back eventually. But definitely not today. I felt invisible although Im looking directly at their faces. By the way, the pickup truck was STILL in the lane when I left. I have no clue what the issue was.

I just stopped in here because it was close and convenient. The attendants were polite, the car wash itself was in great shape, and it was very quick and convenient. I am from out of the area but if I am ever staying in the area again, I will be back. The guy who dried the car off and detailed it at the end worked hard to be thorough despite the heat. Prices were a little higher than Im used to, but I feel I got good value out of it.

If you load their prepaid card with some. Obey they give you really good deals. The wash is fast but still full service, and the people finishing up are usually thorough.

Great prices and friendly staff. Hey it is pollen season now March April and May. 6 and 10 dollar carwashes...in and out.....you’re good to go. Spend a little bit more and you get some nice treatment for your car.

Pulled in to get my car washed. Only one in line. Stayed in my car for 5-10 minutes watching 5 employees smoking and hanging out. After nobody approached my car, one employee walked by my car where I thought he was going to say something to me but he walked right by me. So I reversed my car all the way back, rolled my window down where I finally found an employee that would actually talk to me and was told their system is down and they aren’t on the clock. Couldn’t someone have said something. This is the second bad experience here. Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice shame on me. I will never be back. Avoid this place plus they are overpriced.

Had a mess of mud all over my work truck and they were incredibly courteous, patient with my cleaning needs, and cleaned it all in an incredibly well timed fashioned. Overall the best wash experience I’ve had in quite a long time and strongly recommend if you like high quality & friendly service.

If you have a lower profile car, pass on their car wash.Both my cars have received pretty deep scratches on them in the same spots.No response from management and staff said they have never had that happen...Be careful if you are an Infiniti owner.

Took my car for a full service cleaning and waited for 20 minutes after going through exterior wash. No one seemed to pay attention to my car despite having more than enough staff at the moment. It was suppose to get towel dried right after and since it was sitting out before hand, one guy went up to it and ran it through the washer one more time without explaining to us why and what he was doing. After that wash, it took another 10 minutes for another lady to go finally start wiping down the exterior. Total time waited for my car was about an hour. I usually get quick and good service from you guys but today was feeling un-eased at the service. I also tipped regardless of the service because I expect these reviews to shed light on your service to potential clients or current ones. Please just pay more attention to every car, even if it means coming up to it and reading what needs to be done to it. This took out a good chunk of my day.

I had been looking for a good place in Addison to get a drive through car wash and vacuums afterwards (something nicer than a gas station but not one of those places where you have to spend a fortune on a full service detail). Ocean Blue was exactly what I was looking for. Maria provided great customer service!

Love this place, great service but had an issue terminating my monthly service after moving states. Even after corresponding via email in advance with their customer service, I had to send a friend to physically do it after they charged my card again. Also, dont bother calling, you will never get anyone on the phone.

I used to love going here, the price was fair and the attendants cheery and helpful but the last 2 times the attendant was rude. The first of the last 2 I asked to have my card reloaded because I was down to $12 and I always get the $15 wash (I saw no no difference paying for the $18 one time that I did it). Plus usually if you add $50 to the card they give you the $15 wash for free. Thats what I thought happened last time but no. I pulled up today handed her my card and asked for the $15 wash. The attendant informed me the card was empty so I pulled my receipt from last time to find she had used the $12 and charged me $3 on my debit card. So Im annoyed but fine I give the attendant my card and say please recharge it and confirm I get the wash free today. She then hands me my receipt and I see she charged me $65. When I asked her about it she said the standard reload for the free wash is $65 and when I told her no its been $50 she said yeah sometimes they do that but I can upgrade you to the $18 wash today. (BIG WHOOP) So Im supposed to believe Ive been fortunate enough that the last 5 times I have reloaded my card just happened to be during the special times...probably wont be reloading or returning once I burn through this last $65.
