Trash car wash and trash supervisor. after driving thru the machine damaged my rear windshield wiper. they pulled the video footage and said they would take care of it. brought an estimate for repairs and they refused to pay for the damage. This car wash does not care about your vehicle. the cloth used is dirty and causes scratches on your paint. I now go to Hello car wash on fort worth avenue. highly recommend!

So I kind of was having a bad day til I went here. I pull in and I get to the guy at the machine. And he absolutely made my day. He told me I had great character and told me in Spanish never change who you are. My heart was filled with joy. I went around 1:30 or so. He was so sweet. Definitely will be back. People like like are hard to find.

This has got to be the best car wash drive through in oak cliff prices are great and also have memberships and monthly services you can get so if you don’t like to wash your car by hand this place is for you o yeah plus free vacuum

Scratched my truck all around you can see ever scratch my first time here an this happened I know my truck is old but never had these scratches I need to speak with the owner asap or claim court will be involved

BEWARE: Ive been to this car wash many times where I didnt need help selecting a wash from the employees. Today, an employee assisted me as she walked up to my window. She asked if I wanted the $10, 18, etc. wash. I told her I only needed a basic $6 wash. I was very clear when I said this. She took it upon herself to quickly select the $10 wash and started to insert my card. I had to stop her and tell her again that I wanted the $6 wash. She then says its for members only which I know for a fact that is false. I corrected her and she gave me an attitude. I told her one more time to select the wash I requested. This is theft at its finest! I wonder how many times she and other employees have done this hoping customers would not catch on or hoping customers would believe their lies. Please pay extra attention at this place if they ever *assist* you!

Pretty good speed for it being a busy car wash. They renovated so now its not one vacuum per parking spot, you get one on each side so thats convenient. Only reason I dont rate it 5 stars is because the drying isnt as thorough as Id like. Other than that, pretty good car wash overall.

I clearly said I wanted the basic wash which was advertised for 6. I took my receipt and it said 10. I told the guy and he shows me another receipt that also says 10. I asked him what does that mean for me. He said they didnt have the basic at this time. I said, you are telling me now after I paid.I just hate dishonesty. I like things upfront. If you dont have the 6 service, then just cover it or tell the customers that they only have the 10 and up services.

I have a 2014 jeep wrangler and was flat out kicked out saying it didnt fit. Keep in mind, Ive been here three dozen times if not more!Truck bigger than my jeep were going through with no issues. Taking business elsewhere.

I put 1 star ... the car wash machine broke a part of my car ... I spoke with the owner and the supposed manager ... they took the information because they would respond for the damage caused ... but there are several occasions that I am looking for to people and supposedly nothing has been resolved ... now my question is for the OWNER .. In truth if he is going to be responsible for the damage or simply wants to play with his clients ... my information is with their managers. .. I am looking forward to your response...

I loved this place it is close to my house and was very convenient but today I took my Jeep and according to the guy they dont take any Jeeps anymore. I have washed my Jeep there ever since I got it, oh well their loss not mine. So if you have a Jeep dont go there itll be just a waste of time

This is what $10 gets you. Ive been here 5 times giving them the benefit of the doubt and every single time i go the blowers dry less & less, and the vacuums get worse every time. The vacuums dont even have enough suction to retain them in their holders, they just fall to the floor. I spend $10 on a 2 minute wash and the blowers dont even dry properly. Next time i take my car to the dealership if i want a crappy quick wash, at least there its a free courtesy wash and their blowers dry decently. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody and next time Ill just buy everything at autozone to hand wash and dry.

I was in line to pay f/my service. Guy in a Ford F150 asked the attendant to get the trash out of the back of his truck and she did. They was not her area of responsibility. It upset me that she had to climb in the back of HIS truck to get his wet trash. I commended her and let the mgmt know she went above & beyond.

Took a little bit longer today to get thru the line bc of payment issues but always very clean. No trash all over the place and they do a great job!

This is the worst place to wash your car. The service is terrible. Today I had the second bad experience. The washing system was down and it was a chaos.

I was inform they can’t wash my Jeep Wrangler, no big deal but did ask if they clean the inside of my car, they were so willing to do it. Definitely, thankful for the lady and the young man for their diligent work.

Be cautious with The guy that puts the money in the machine for you. He will act dumb and steal some of your change if you don’t count it. His dark skin and has tattoos. Happened to me and some of my friends as well. Little thief.

While I was in the car wash the truck in front of me stopped moving and my car kept moving forward I was not able to see because there was soap in my front window the car behind me stopped because he saw my car was not moving. Finally the worker stopped the machine and made us continue, he said my car did not hit the car infront of me. When I got off my car had a deep Scratch at the front from the car infront of me. When I asked to talk to the manager he quickly said it was our fault and he told us to move so he can get other people in. He did not come see my car at all, instead he left to help other cars. He also encouraged me and the girl to switch insurances and he told the girl to pay for my damages when the machine stopped working on its own. He also refused to show us the cameras where it “shows” it was our fault. And he never offered to give us a refund. Worst place and the manger is very unprofessional. If something like this happens just know the manager will not even go to talk to you as he is too busy. Don’t come here they do not take care of your cars.

I go all the time they give you a monthly price and you can wash your car everyday if you want saves a lot of money

I had my car detailed last month. It’s an older car (2006), and they had the inside so shiny and polished, it looked (and smelled) new. I was a little leery when I pulled up because it was a bunch of high school (looking) boys, so I wasn’t sure if they would do a good job or not. I had something spill all over my driver door and they cleaned it up perfectly. They got all of the dog hair off my seats and they even polished my rubber floor mats! I will be coming back once a month to get my car detailed again.

Been a customer for a long time now. Great services, they know how to take care of customers. The wait is worth it especially knowing I’ll get taken care of if anything happens. Managers are great and work with you. Kevin has a great sense of humor and really positive even with a long day. If you are looking for somewhere to take care of your cars and personals, I definitely recommend Sierra Express Wash.

The guys working there were being very inappropriate to my mother, her license plate fell of when she washed her car there so when she returned to ask for it they said they threw it away and they didnt want to help her out. They were very rude saying inappropriate words thinking that she couldnt hear them when she was already inside her car, not only that the manager made some sexual comments to my mother. He needs to get fired!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY..... Left large amounts of soap all over my truck. Does not dry 50% of your vehicle. Tire shine doesnt shine. I will never go here again.

Today I took my suv and it only clean one side of the van I asked the manager of a roll was missing or something wasn’t right he got sarcastic and said to me if I was the expert on the car wash I was I’m not expert but the you can see the one side was dirty and the other side was clean then he decided to said when if you only paid $6.00 then that’s what you get I couldn’t believe it I had been bringing my cars here for years and this is the first time I get this kind of service I had always paid the $18 special they have but today I only wanted to do the $6 because it’s going to rain in the evening please don’t bring your car here Today they lost a loyal customer! By the way here is a picture of it after going true the wash this is how I found out it wasn’t clean !

Service is always attentive to my every need, I can rely on the car wash to give my car the scrub it needs, the employees are friendly and the detail service detail is excellent! The manager was very helpful when I came into a vacuum issue, they fixed the problem and did not waste my time. Issue resolution was their number #1 priority!

Let me start by saying this is one of the worst car washes I’ve been to. I have never had a good experience in all of the times I’ve come here. I tried to give it a second, third, fourth and fifth chance, but this is the last straw. The vacuums never work, some rows don’t even have a vacuum and people love to detail their cars right on the spot with the working vacuum. Management here is poor. I’ve had my carpet cleaned here and let me tell you, for the money i paid there was absolutely NO difference. We once spent over 25 minutes stuck in the car wash because it broke down. This last time we went, we spent maybe 10 minutes in the car wash as it kept turning off and back on. I would never recommend anyone spend their money here. Take the extra 5-10 minutes to drive to the better car wash places. Avoid this place at all costs.

Got my car detailed today and let me tell you I couldn’t of been more happy with the service that I received! The wait in line isn’t bad, there were three other people in front of me but before you knew it, it was our turn to enter the wash. The manager offered us water and showed us an area inside where we could wait while his crew took care of our car. In this texas heat a cold bottle of water and an place where we can get away from the sun are the best things you can have. Everything went great! The service definitely met my expectations, really liked how professional the crew and the manager are. I will definitely be back and recommend anyone who are looking for a place where you can have your car cleaned, detailed, and taken care of, to pay these guys a visit.

Ive been here only once. I did get a really good car wash. I travel a lot and always have bugs on my car. Whatever they sprayed on it, got them right off. They hand dry your car here. My car looked great.

I will never come back here again. We were in a hurry on this side of town & wanted to get the car washed real quick. Never again. We got the managers special & when we got home we were in for a surprise. The back of the car was still dirty. The brushes/machines they use rubbed the paint off a spot on the car & the guy who did the towel drying didnt do a good job at all he would of got what the machine missed.

Theyre fast, very attentive, and my car always comes out looking top notch! Kevin always makes sure we never leave unsatisfied!

I always come here for my car wash. They do try to push services, but its a business, so its understandable. My car goes in and comes out squeaky clean rather quickly. The waiting area is nice with ample seating (I love catching up with any reading here). Make sure to tip the guys if youre satisfied with the job, they see a TON of cars everyday.

Half the vacuums do not work. Be careful where you park at the vacuum station if you have a truck. The metal piece hangs too low it will scratch your vehicle if not careful. My truck still came out dirty. They did offer a rewash, I give them that but I do not have time to waste getting back in line.

Terrible service my car has gotten stuck in there twice. Yesterday after it broke down my car kept going (I was on neutral) and car in front was stuck my car hit it 4 times. Both our cars finally came out full of SUDS. The manager on phone NEVER came to check on us. I finally went to him he was very RUDE wouldnt give me there insurance info or anything. I did call my insurance company and gave them all info PLUS the witnesses names. Im hoping to contact owner somehow

Worst service. Kevin is a worthless manager. Dont buy gift cards there. When you try to use them they pretend they were sold fraudulent so they dont have to honor them. Their only solution is to try and pick out the guy who sold them to you. Really? Weeks later? Keep your employees in line and stop selling gift cards if you arent going to honor them. Sad they lost a loyal customer who often refers people. Maybe the owner Oscar can take some customer service classes and sign up his employees while hes at it. Very disappointed.

Tried to purchase full detail, they had no one else getting a detail. Stated it would take an hour. Settled for $15 wash. Went in two kids supposed to guide me were just ignoring me and finally acknowledge me. As I pulled through I think he was supposed to 99 the wand to spray cleaner on my vehicle? He sprayed my back tire barely...as I went into the washing area they laughed?.. I went through and went to vaccuum it, the vacuums barely worked my truck had water runs over it the tires were still dirty! Horrible service Id been better off rinsing it through a 7 Eleven or even a quarter carwash for $5. I currently own two new vehicles and pay alot of money for them.I fork out approximately $350 monthly to keep them clean. After all the investment! I will pay $45-$50 for a good service! I currently use Carmel Carwash off the tollway and Lemon, these guys have superior service and I continue to charge up my car wash card there over and over... I understand we are in Oak Cliff and I love my community but with this attitude and these Dont Care Kids I really feel for the Owner and After trying to call the number on the receipt to no avail... Id hate to build this business and have it fail to ill mannered staff and uneducated losers! The Car wash can really be great there are no others you Have Bishop Arts, Kessler Park, Hampton Hills etc... Come on people.

Ive been going here for a while now just because they are near my House. Today they were offering a manager special. For the extra $8 I should of did everything myself because I wound up having to redo everything myself. I was mad for I wound up vacuuming drying out my door jambs redoing the mirrors that they dried. Pretty much my $8 paid for a guy to dry my Vehicle. I work hard for my money and I thought today Id spoil myself and was a total bust.Thanks for NothingI will never be back
