The monthly membership is good value for the spend. I go once a week, rain or shine. They do seem to have difficulty keeping all of the vacuum bays fully operational but only once had a bit of a wait after the wash. Not sure why the people who do the prerinse always seem so miserable. Maybe its just the job. Overall I like the place.

Getting worse. Will stop going. It was convenient for me. Old pads to clean cars never been replaced. just cut off the worn ends off. The lower ones on the side dont spin. bottom haft of doors dirty. I payed $13 the tire didnt get cleaned. I guess it just gave me the $7 clean. So no more. Dont even deserve the one star.

It was terrible service and the manager told me that he can do anything for me because they the machine terror my bumper out and it happened to another car when I was there

Paid for a $17 exterior wash, dudes brushing the car in the prep area kept banging the hard part of the brush against my car. Passenger side recieved a good 7 scratch. In the tunnel half the apparatus that were supposed to be moving were all dead. Had to get to work but quickly looked at the car and noticed the scratch and a BUNCH of white specs all over my black paint. Place usually cleans decent but after today Im pi$$ed.

Easy. Pull in (tight corner for trucks), pay at a machine, take a receipt, bring your car up to the manual brush station with in side of your wheels/tires in the rail, then shift into neutral and let it push your car along, brakes off. The machine gets your car pretty damn clean for how fast it is. The Google pay doesnt work, but they still accept card. Vacuums are free and strong, but a mat wash station would be nice.

I made a mistake by having my vehicle in drive while the guy was pre-washing. The guy stopped me and said to put it in neutral. I did exactly that, but as it pulled me in the automated car wash, it was ramming me into the lady in front of me. Natural reaction was to break. The guy behind me hit me of course... the worker yells at me for breaking. I explain what was happening. I understand in the beginning I was at fault for having it in drive, but the worker should of realized the gap clearance wasnt correct and should of just let the car in front me get through the car wash before having me proceed. Starts to say hes going to check the cameras, I tell him to check it. I apologize to the person in front of me and behind me and explained what happened. We all agreed to just let it go. The car wash didnt even clean anything off..

I drive a small 2 door vehicle, I shouldn’t have to go thru the machine THREE TIMES to get all the dirt off. The picture is after the 2nd wash. Don’t waste your money. Just get the basic package (or find a different car wash) and go on about your day

Come by around 5:40PM and they were closed. Their hours stay they are open till 730PM smh

This is a really cool, self automatic, drive in car wash! Those member perks are hot. For Fourteen Dollars a month: you become a member, you may clean the interior & exterior of your vehicle. If you think about it... it makes sense! Actually, Forty Six cents a day...

Well they did not wash my car that good he only clean one side he didnt do the back and he didnt do the tires

Monthly service programs are inexpensive and the have free vacuums after or before wash.

Not a very through wash job, glaring missed spots. They seem to really want to push their subscription service. The quality of the wash my car got that would be a rip off.Want your car washed throughly do it yourself, elsewhere.This was my first, only and last time here.

For being a drive threw car wash it did an amazing job washing my Audi A3.. Usually they miss a spot but this one gets everything nice and shiny! I recommend them all the time!

Great car wash. I have the $30 a month plan and use it twice a week on my black suv. Never leaves water marks or scratches. Vacuums always work great. Employees always on their job👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The customer service is great the workers who are present at the location are professional and friendly. My complaints relate to the quality of the actual drive-through equipment used to clean the car. I felt like there were missed spots on my car particularly the front windshield and inconsistent shine of the exterior of my car. Quality of the best car wash package made me felt like I could of gone somewhere else and have found a better quality carwash for less moneyI accidentally forgot my internal cleaning supplies and didnt have cash with me to buy the supplies so I asked one of the the workers there about buying the cleaning supplies with my credit card. The gentlemen told me it is cash only and unfortunately had no other options. I borrow some supplies from some kind hearted customer there but still had to resort to asking a stranger for help.The workers there present at the carwash are excellent employees and will bring the customers back with their consistent friendly customer service. It feels like there is no one their to answer for the lack of quality of their equipment and lack of options for other car cleaning supplies. Im going to find another car wash to go to just because I was so disappointed with the quality of the carwashing equipment they used that is in need of upgrading to meet higher standards for a cars exterior

Great place for a cheap wash and do it yourself vacuuming. There are vacuum hoses on each side of the parking slots so you dont have to stretch the hose across the entire car to clean the opposite side.

I always wash my car there. But, they have to fix a lot of things like there were no towels there, always I found dirty towels. Some of the vacuum pump not working too. Staffs are more nicer than the manager!

Worst car wash ever had really bad experience the people that work here are really rude they dont even tell you that theyre going to charge you monthly without letting you know your bank account I only paid once and they have been charging me monthly I went today. My car wash and in the process of getting my car wash my tire pop I was asking for information of a manager and their names they didnt give me no names no phone number no information they told me I could do nothing about it. Never coming

Good price and free vacuums are available for 10 minutes on each side of the car, so basically 20 minutes, which is plenty for 1 car and it will save you lots of $ as when you pay for full service, it doesnt go under $20 so in 4 washes you save over $50 - here goes your free gas, I like it!

You get what you pay for... The attendants are very responsive, like a previous reviewer said the problem is that the facility is not setup right. No matter which way you pick you car will need to go through at least three times to get a decent wash. They dont have enough sprayers, brushes and they rush your car through.

I stopped going to that place because I did not clean my truck well, the tires were just as dirty, the wheels, I also went today and it is completely the same

I wanted the 13-pack but the machine wasnt working so I went for the $ 10 one, they didnt have a pressurized air hose that Ive found in other car washes.
