Awesome experience every time I come through. Rather my license plate won’t read, or the vacuum is stuffed. John has been awesome in meeting every need. He’s pretty awesome and I look for him whenever I come. He’s an example of leadership. Hard working every time I come by.

I’ve got to say, I absolutely love this car wash. I’m not usually a fan of touch-washes but this one does an outstanding job every single time. I have their package with the monthly fee for unlimited washes and it’s more than worth it.Their employees are super nice, it’s always very clean around there.They provide towels to dry your car/truck off after the wash, and (usually) glass cleaner as well!The vacuums are hands down the best I’ve ever used at any car wash, and realistically are probably better than the nice shop vac I have at home. They rule.The best part though, they can WASH DUALLY TRUCKS. I’ve been hunting for an auto wash to do this for a while and they CAN DO IT! Very much appreciate this place.

Ive been to plenty of car washes that claim great service or just do an OK job at a car wash. Metro express by far takes great care in the work for providing a great service. The vacuums always work, the car wash always cleans my vehicle regardless of the dirt and grime. The employees are always exceptional. They are quick to remedy any situation shall it arise. I would highly recommend coming here and purchasing the platinum washes!

I had a great experience here, I just moved to Dallas and wasn’t sure where to go. I’m really glad I picked this spot- it was quick and efficient, inexpensive for what you get (free vacuum with a basic wash!) and the people who worked there were very friendly, especially Jonathan.

John and AB are they are absolutely the sweetest and most helpful gentlemen ever. I’ve been up here today makes 3 times. I had an issue with my car and when I tell you John went above and beyond to help me out not just the knowledge he was telling me but showing that says a lot about the people. Thankful for these helpful young men and the courteousness that they genuinely show. Will definitely come back to bring my vehicles.

Since metro express car was opened they have always been very attentive to the customers needs. They offer good quality non-scratching microfiber cloth to dry your vehicle. Another unique item they offer is a vacuum hoses that come down each side of your car so you don’t have to drag the vacuum hose through your automobile. Lastly, they have a great price for joining for on monthly basis. Rick.

This is the best car wash Ive been to in a very long time. They are super professional and run a tight ship. I liked how they dried off my vehicle after it went through the wash. Even the cheapest wash gets my vehicle cleaner than much more expensive washes at other places. Jon was very kind and helpful. My tail light had a crack in it and he taped it up for me so water wouldnt get in. This is how definitively how a car wash should be! 😀

We live down the street so not only is this a convenient location but they provide excellent service. The employees are always friendly! Were at the carwash at least a few times a week for both of our cars, so they recognize us and always say hello! I would recommend them just because their services are top notch.

Quality car wash on Lemon Ave and the tollway. Best price and best self-serve/free vacuums, complimentary hand dry by staff and complimentary towels and cleaning supplies for your interior. This is the only car wash I go to after having tried several in the area.

The wash was fairly good, I got the cheapest wash (was asked one time if I wanted to upgrade, then left alone. I have no issue with this, the employees job is to upsell. They left me alone after one ask and one decline).The reason I put 3 stars is because I had to clean up some smaller bug spots afterward on the front of my car, I saw a handful of swirl marks on my hood after the wash, and their machines bent my front plate (more on that in the next paragraph) even after I explained multiple times its been an issue before.If you have a front license plate mounted on the front tow hook like I do, youll probably care about the swirl marks as well. My plate has been bent outward before by other car washes, this one bent my plate inward and it scrubbed against the front bumper of my car. I typically just ask the car wash attendant to pause the right side of the machine until the nose of my car passes the right side roller, then they resume the roller. I explained this to the attendants, they told me its fine youll be fine, but my plate got bent anyway.If all you care about is a clean car and you dont mind swirl marks and dont have a tow hook mounted licence plate, you will be very happy with the clean.

Went thru the platinum wash twice... back to back... and my wheels still arent shining. Definitely not worth the $18. Might as well get the basic wash and call it a day.

I had an incredible experience at this car wash! I had caked on tree sap and bird poop that didn’t come off with the first wash. The employees were so helpful in educating me about how I could remove this, as a traditional car wash probably wouldn’t cut it. They let me go through the wash again and applied all kinds of treatment (for free!!) to help get it off. They were able to do wonders for my car and were so kind and helpful!! I would highly recommend taking your car here for great price and amazing service.

System was down and the team members had to process my card inside. I can only imagine the stress. A gentleman helped me get the wash I wanted and even toweled down my car when I was vacuuming. 10/10 I will be back.

I used to come here all the time because it was a great carwash but then they closed it to renovate and I havent been back until today but they no longer towel dry your car after the wash but they do offer the hand towels so you can dry it yourself and thats why the 4 stars but its still a good place

Absolutely great place, great people great service best monthly price in the area also note for Uber and Lyft drivers if you have one of those advertising signs on the roof of your car theyll work with you certain arms in their car wash can be disabled so your car can pass through safely so you guys dont have to hand wash anymore this will save you time as well as money when I went to a self service I was spending more as well as working a lot harder, also vacuums are free here so youre not in a rush before your timer runs out on the pay ones I love these guys give them a try

As a result of this review, not only did the owner (Arshad) reach out to me personally, but he took the time to explain my original complaint-review. It is in moments of negative press and bad words, that you find out who you are dealing with. Arshad showed kindness, professionalism, and understanding. As an extension of good-faith, he even offered to clean not just my car, but my girlfriends car, for Free, for this misunderstanding. That shows the real value and integrity of an individual...Arshad has this in spades! I will take him up on his offer, and I will once again be visiting his establishment. I thank him and Metro Express Carwash for going above and beyond to right, what I considered to be a wrong...Well Done!

This is the first time I come back to this car wash since they changed owners. And everything was going smoothly until I got to the air blowing. It broke part of the sunroof I told them and they said they were no responsible because the machines didnt brake it.. I said it was the air and thats part of the machines. The manager still didnt care and said I was responsible he didnt even offered to glue it or any kind of help.. nothing!!!!... I told him the air is very strong and is damaging the trucks... he said it still air....Im not coming back here and if you care for your vehicles dont come here..I have been to more car washes before and my old parts like you said had never fallen apart... and this is the first time i come here and this happens.. well Im sure Im not coming back. !!!!

I thought this place was lowered car friendly. I only have my car dropped 1 inch front and back. Scraped the heck out of the car at the end. There is a metal piece sticking up at the end of the wash.I do not recommend for my LOWERED CAR FRIENDS

HORRIBLE OWNER!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Our band new car was damaged and the owner refuses to send us pictures of the vehicle that will prove his equipment damaged our car. His own employee acknowledged the machine was broken on the day it happened. This is awful. If anyone has experienced this please post your review.8/3 Unfortunately the owners response is addressing the WRONG person. The situation he explained is not what we reported, it DOES speak volumes as to how he responds to his customers. How awful to put that in a response to me not even knowing who I am. AWFUL

Extremely rude manager both to me and an employee who got fired while I was there because he dried my car. Told both of us to leave. What business doesn’t want to meet customers needs? Absolutely ridiculous and rude.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service I have received. Car wash is done within 5-10 mins but I was most pleased with the owner of this establishment. I only had the pleasure to speak with him over the phone to cancel the subscription, but my card was already charged. As its turned out, I was wrong on the draft date, but still, the owner just refunded the full amount back to me. Definitely a class act. Your act of kindness was very much appreciated. Even though the whole experience wasnt even about money. But it was how the owner handled it. Class all the way. Thanks again..

Today we went to get the car cleaned. Paid for the $10 wash. It was a very pleasant trip of course inside the wash sounded really loud my three year old covered his ears. Basically it has a lot of power inside the wash. Will be coming again for sure our new spot for washing our car.

Ive used this car wash since they re-opened. Theres always enough clean towels, the vacuums are always strong and theyre never too packed if you go early. Also, ownership is very attentive to any issues or problems.

I went here to get car wash about 3 weeks ago and it honestly was pretty good. I didn’t haven any issue with my car being messed up and the lot itself was fairly clean. They offer towels and window cleaner too!

My go-to spot since they opened. Good value and the vacuum pressure is always pretty strong. Some washes seem to miss some areas but not consistently. Definitely a better experience then the spot across the street.

I love this place! The VIP monthly membership is only $30/month and you can go as often as you want. The staff is always helpful & attentive. They always have clean towels for you to dry your car with, and the free vacuums have good suction!

I came by and I am not sure if it was the owner or the employee who helped me, but he was great. He came out to meet me when he saw I was having an issue figuring out the vacuum, he helped ring up my car wash, and upon seeing that I had additional leaves that had built up on my car from being out of town, he personally washed them off knowing the the car was itself would not get it all. I didnt have to ask or anything and it was no extra charge. Love the free vacuum too. Will be back

Amended review after trying Metro Express Carwash a few more times. They are a new business so they had some kinks to work out. The response from the manager below is to my initial review.Metro Express is a great Carwash for several reasons.#1 - The mechanism that pulls your car through the car wash is like a conveyor belt instead of a railed guide so its easy on your wheels and tires.#2 - The guys at the beginning of the line spray down the front and back of the car with a solution to remove bugs and hard road grime.#3 - The auto tire shine applied at the end of the process actually works and my tires look good for a week.#4 - The vacuums are easy to get to and they have very good suction. There is a vacuum hose for both sides of your car.#5 - They provide FREE CLEAN towels and window cleaner to dry off your car.#6 - The Metro Pass is a great deal!

This place is fantastic ! It’s the best express carwash in Dallas! The new ownership is on point and they completely re did the entire car wash when they purchased it several months ago. All of the equipment is new and makes for a sparkling car! My husband and I both purchased monthly passes and couldn’t be happier with unlimited car washes for $30 a month! The vacuums are very strong and work much better than Carmel across the street . The employees are always very helpful . We love the special towels provided too whatever towels they are prevents any streaking and I can have entire my car dried is less than 3 minutes ! Very cool ! I almost hesitated to review this because it’s the best kept secret in town !!!
