Went for a full exterior wash and all they have done is wash my car through the tunnel, the bugs in the front never washed away. I didn’t find the services good enough for the amount I was charged. I can do this myself driving through a 7/11 wash for $10 dollars. Which looks the exact same. I definitely not recommend this place, there are many better car wash services available out there. Choose wisely.

Even though I live in far north Plano now, I still take my car to Car Spa because they are the best. Like myself, my car has a lot of visible flaws and twice they have tried to fix my slightly cracked bumper without me even asking or noticing until a few days later. It’s such a small but sweet gesture. Excellent service.

Will not come back for service. Went to get inspection and oil change with a car wash. When I took them my vehicle my A/C was working just fine. After I got my car back my A/C was blowing warm air, took it back to them for them to tell me 45 minutes later that I had too much freon how does that even make sense. Took my car to Kwik who told me I had no coolant, had to spend another 150 bucks because Car Spa had no clue on what they were doing. And the inspection said coolant was checked. How does one go from having coolant to none at all. The car spa is awesome but Im just not going to get anything other than that done.

This location is probably the best place to get your car washed and detailed for the services for the price in the entire DFW area.They dont leave a spot untouched and they always have all hands on deck to ensure that you drive off in style.I highly recommend this place to get your vehicle the royal treatment.

I come here regularly for external only car washes they’re quick and do a great job even when my truck is caked with mud. Today I think I caught them in a shift change and I didn’t get the end result I’m used to, so I circled back and was ready to argue but I didn’t even have to say what was wrong. They looked at my car, asked for my ticket, printed a new one, and waved me through again. 5/5, would recommend.

Great place to clean off the road dirt. My car got gross during the storm. It was quick and inexpensive. Extra bonus the employees were very nice.

My car was very dirty and had not been cleaned for 5 years. I paid for the full detail all packages for 129 and they really did an amazing job getting my car back into shape.

Service has gone downhill a lot. I was here 4 months ago and they did a much better job. I had to show them the van 3 times and talk to them to wipe down the dashboard and cup holders which were not initially cleaned at all. Then had to convince them twice to vacuum the car again. Overall it was a bad experience and was a very stressful situation to deal with early morning before heading out to my work . The guy even randomly said that he was the manager when I told mentioned to him that the van still looks the same after selecting the Platinum Plus Package.

If I could give this location negative stars I would! My husband took my black vehicle in for detailing at 11am-645pm, Top package full detail.They called our vehicle was ready, upon arrival our vehicle was full of buff spots and debris from the buffing cream, seats were so greasy I didnt even want to sit on them and the smell reeked of toilet bowl cleaner, water spots all over vehicle! They even left some chemical bottle they used in my driver seat door storage bin, thankfully it didnt leak out. After my husband having a few words with a gentleman who claimed to be a manager he was told to call back in a couple of days. The manger stated he didnt feel like arguing but also couldnt do a refund and offered a $23 voucher, which was a joke considering we had a monthly subscription. Two days later my husband goes in and shows them the pictures and was refunded for the service, even the other manager agreed it was a horrible job!The young gentleman is not manager material, no communication skills what so ever! I failed to remove my brand new sun glasses, couple of days later I notice they are gone! I call back to ask if they were accidentally removed and not replaced and instead of the young manger acting like a manger he goes on to tell me how my husband talked and treated him! Was not concerned what so ever, never heard back either. AVOID this location unless you want your car to look worse than it did when you came in and you want your belongings stolen!

Waited 20 minutes while operator put other cars in front of mine. At finish car has a dirty streak all across bottom of side, 4 to 6 inches tall.

Ive been going here since whenever they opened, 10+ years ago. They have a wide range of options from a simple exterior car wash to a full detail and polish. The staff are always super friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

Had my suv inspection completed with Roman. He is very careful with your vehicle and a gentleman. Highly recommend him.

Paid $ 139,99. For a complete wash (top of the line)When picking up my vehicle I found french fries still in the door panels, nothing was vacumed under driver & passenger seats. I also asked to remove the windshield sticker from the dealership, which they could only remove half of it and I had to do the rest. Literally had to wipe everything again. Also, cup holders were dirty when I dropped the car off, nothing changed upon pick up. I asked for the manager and the guy who was pulling out my vehicle said That’s me. I complained about the dirty spots, he simply said they forgot to do them?! For 140 bucks I get a much better quality just down the street at Coit and Plano Pkwy.

WOW - What an amazing job they did for a $20 car wash. I purchase the Full Service Silver wash and was not disappointed. My Tahoe came out looking cleaner than ever. The best part was I arrived at 6:35, just 25 minutes before they closed and was out by 6:45. I will definitely be back as they have won my business.

Used this location for years. After reopening recently they got younger untrained staff. A young lady with no mask, was angry that she couldn’t hear my choice of wash because I was masked. I was alarmed that her mask was hanging around her neck, she was peering into the Driver’s side window and not concerned about maintaining distance at all. She got angry when I asked her to step back and went away. The supervisor who came next was unwilling to listen to me and defended the young lady immediately. He too was masked below his nose.This is dangerous. They come too close to the customer. They need a better way. Very very belligerent. This happened on Sunday the 28th of June. I am a loyal customer who is never going to go back .The management may want to review their tapes around 2 pm.

Up until yesterday I had enjoyed coming to this car wash. But my ac vents were damaged. I will not be going to this location ever again. I am attempting to contact management to no avail. To express my concern and frustration. My vents were not broken when I took the truck to them. Yet I get it back with broken air vents. Not fricking cool.

Need more training with cleaning shining things and windows but I havent had anything come up missing and they are always polite and willing to correct what you need. Keep be polite it is much needed everywhere.

Since we have moved to the area and been in need of an excellent car cleaning service, this place has helped us with that need. The great on-time and customer service they provide has been excellent. On some trips we have had to wait longer, but that cant be helped due to the number of people waiting before us. If youre looking for a good place to get your car washed I recommend them highly.

They have an excellent doer checkers system. Four cleaners spot check my car. After all I didnt find any missed spot. Heather the manager an Veronica did an excellent job window and body spot clean. They are now my new car wash home.

Car Spa performs a great quality wash and detail service every time. As a automotive enthusiast, I often detail my own vehicles at home but when I do not have the time I bring them here.As some other reviews have mentioned there is often a 20-30 minute wait time for your car. While this is a longer wait than many other car washes, you will receive a higher quality wash than from other similarly priced competitors.This is also one of the only car washes that I have ever seen take security seriously. When your car is finished, they actually verify that you are the correct owner by checking your receipt against the receipt inside the vehicle. I am used to most places just assuming that if you walk towards the vehicle that you are the rightful owner, so this added attention to detail is appreciated.

My only complaint is they don’t have one closer to me (ha ha!) in Frisco so I don’t get to use them as often as I would like so I only get over here if I am close. They are the best detailers I’ve had!

I am a member of their Car Spa subscription program which is a good value. However, after attending this location over a dozen times today I had an unfortunate experience. Before I exited my car, I made sure to take all my valuables, backpack with laptop, cell phone, etc. Their was nothing left except two things in the car door.I left and everything looked fine. When I arrived to my next appointment that is when I realized that whomever was responsible for my car stole my bottle of cologne I had in the car door. By then it was too late...what is considered valuable?? Everything I pay for is valuable to me.I immediately phoned the manager and only got a voicemail....which to date, the call has not been returned.If you want a good car wash go here. If you DO NOT want your things stolen...DO NOT go here! Take your chances.

They always do a really great job, particularly if you get a detailing package. I am a rideshare driver so keeping car clean is super important. They have packages for unlimited washes that include discounts on detailing. They do inspections and if you need a wash anyway, buy at the pump and get discounts on a tank of gas.

Terrific results, after washing my car here on the 22nd april. I came back later today to speak with a manager about the high quality service and I met Dylan mwho was extremely polite, professional and respectful. Came for State Inspection. The staff working in the service bay were great, and even got a free car wash for getting inspection done. I highly recommend!

Very good and pleased with results. Really impressed with security so no one runs off with car. Super detailed on drying off vehicles. Observation showed cleaning of complete door jambs and under seats. Very thorough in the work they do.

Great place to get a quick but good car wash. They take car of you, just tell them exactly what you want, they never are rude. They also have good coupons. If it rains within 3 days of your wash, you can come back within that time frame, now thats good customer service. A++++

Brought in 2008 Cadillac for thorough engine cleaning and cloudy headlamps. The detailing is incredibly good, and the car now looks like new!

Really thought we were getting a great job. Was promised all the bugs would be gone. Well can looked good wipe down good. Got home most bugs still there. Next time will inspect before we leave.

Unable to service vehicles over 7 feet tall.

Been there numerous times, always fast, efficient, and clean!! The most recent time, the blowers blew off and destroyed a grill cover, but management quickly stepped up and did what needed to be done to replace the part. I had to prove it was my vehicle, but you can’t fault them for making sure it wasn’t a fraudulent attempt to get something for nothing! Bottom line is that *#it happens, but they took responsibility and got things right as quickly as possible. Hats off to them!!! I’ll be going back!

I paid $66.99 for the interior shampoo detail and exterior clean. It looked like a $20 job. The inside was still obviously dirty and not shampooed at all. It seems as if they just wiped down quickly throughout the vehicle leaving dirt and stains. I found trash and crumbs under each seat. There were bugs still on the front bumper.

I stopped in at Car Spa on Coit Rd for the first time while visiting family. It was about 5:20 pm on Friday evening. I had a box leak on the carpet in the back seat area of my truck & the smell was similar to gasoline. They shampooed the carpet for me & washed the truck. Jared was very helpful. He told me they closed at 7 but would be there until 7:30. I told him we had dinner reservations at 6 for our granddaughters 2nd Birthday. He said if I couldnt make it back by 7:30pm to call him & he would lock the truck up for the night & I could get it at 7:30am the next morning. I was leaving town on Sat morning early so I thanked him & told him I would call him & let him know if I would make it back by 7:30. I did call him & told him service was slow at the restaurant so I would pick it up the next morning. When I got there the next morning they were doing a last minute touch-up on it. It looked & smelled great. The smell is gone! I would recommend them to any one. Fast, friendly service & got the smell out! Thank you Car Spa!

Got the platinum car wash and my 4-year old car looks like it came right out of the dealership.

Fast services and they did a good job cleaning my car but beware of the workers there. I paid for the complete exterior wash which includes wheel cleaning and tire shine. The guy who hand dry my car signaled me the job was done but he skipped my wheel and tire. I have to point that out before they will do it. This happens to me numerous time.

They did a great job of shampooing the interior. The exterior looks even better!! 5 Stars!!!

Two reasons/experiences warrant this rating.1. A tire cover from another vehicle became lodged under my car. As my car came out of he wash, the employees heard the awful sound, yet said nothing. Once my car is finished, I go to drive away and hear for myself this awful noise. I stopped, thinking I’d ran over a cone or something, looked under my car, didn’t see anything. Got back in and tried to drive away, and once again there was the awful noise. I pulled over to the state inspection building and looked once again. And I could finally see that there was indeed something stuck under my car (at this point no car spa employee had come to any assistance). I go back over to get help, and (to make a long story short) no car spa employee was of any help. Another customer got the car jack out of his car, jacked my car up and crawled under my car to remove the other customers tire cover. Come to find out the customer whose tire cover it was was told by car spa that there wasn’t a cover on his tire when he came in...an obvious lie.2. Today my husband took my brand new car to be washed. There are now scratches on the chrome window frames. These were not there before going through the wash, and the scratches match on both sides of the car. It is obvious to me that they were caused by the car wash, but of course they denied it.Bottom line, don’t take your car here.

These guys were great. They went the extra mile to touch up my Honda Odyssey and to get it done right. Im so impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail. They take pride in what they do - all in weather that I wouldnt like working in. While its a little expensive, you get what you pay for. Definitely worth it.

I was really impressed with my very clean car! Two people also made sure to tell me that there is a 48 hour rain guarantee. This place has a card so that frequent washers get discounts.

The inspection was cheap and didn’t take long but the front desk employees were having very unprofessional conversation the entire time I was in there and were both rude to customers as well. Also the ac was out in the building and it was extremely hot in the waiting room. They should have fans in the waiting area if the air is going to be out when it’s triple digits outside.

The greatest car wash experience Ive had. Very fast, detail attentive, and professional auto spa. That is saying a lot being that there is a ton of spas in the area. Ive had a chance to meet with the GM of the company and he was very polite and proud of his business. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great wash, state inspection and even gasoline. This place is a one stop shop!

Great service at this location. I arrived about 15 minutes before they closed and only wanted the interior cleaned. Jose was immediately accommodating and took care of it in 30 minutes. Had to go back a second time bc they didnt get the smell out from someone vomiting i n my car. the first time. When I went back I paid over a100 more and ended up with a car that is still with soaking wet seats after 4 days!!!!

I went to get my car washed and had a car seat in my car. I was told they couldn’t remove one spot from the row of seats, that they would have to do ALL of the seats, which of course was more money. When asking them to be sure to really wipe the dash (black interior, white dog hair) I was told that obviously they wipe the dash. There isn’t much more they can do. The guy was less than helpful on where I could remove the car seat or where to take the car after. I had to ask 3 different people before someone else came and was finally able to help me. Not only did I find the staff less than helpful but they were also rude and belittling.

My favorite Car Spa. I can get the exterior done for $6 if Im in a hurry and ti looks great. They also do vehicle inspections and generally that can be done pretty fast. I even had my Harley inspected there and that took all of 5 minutes.

But after being at the location of Coit I’m totally dissatisfied with 5 cars just to wash I had waiting for more than 1 hour and apparently no one cared to do their job... I have a monthly membership payment of $ 60 per month and if I had to return to this location I would immediately cancel it, I do not return to this location, they are totally disorganized and do not want to work.

Courteous staff, clean waiting area, and quick turn around on cleaning: overall a good value. The car was nearly spotless but I was disappointed on a few points. For some reason they neglected to clean the cup holders in the center console and they didnt vacuum the trunk.Youll be happier with the results if you empty your cars glove box, console, etc. first.

I basically only come here once a year but they are usually quick, their waiting area is just about the best there is for this kind of place. The free carwash doesnt hurt.

Just got my jeep washed for $6 and I am very impressed. Not only are their employees taking care of you before your car goes through the wash but they are there waiting to towel dry your car so it is spot free. Great carwash. Excellent service. I will be coming back very soon. -S

The staff is super friendly. They offer a free car wash when you take your car there for inspection. The car wash part is ok. Nothing out of the ordinary and if you pay the deluxe inside and out really does not make a difference, I do not like when they put something on the dash board that makes it shinny when this is not supposed to be. I had to asked them to vacuum my car again. However they were very nice about it.

I had been here once before for an inspection, no problems for my out of state car. Back for another inspection and was immediately and rudely told that I couldnt do it here since my insurance was out of state. Huh? That wasnt an issue before. Called another employee to double check and desk person had a smirk on her face, as if rubbing it in my face. I dont think Ill be back. I took my business to Take 5 Oil down the street, and they glady helped me out, and talked me through the whole process.

Got there at 9am. I got a package of 3, for interior detail, over $100 total. Shampoo carpets, mats and seats and wipe all the interior down. I was told it would be 2-3 hours, no biggie for what i got and I was the first and only one in the garage they do the interiors in. 30 mins later another SUV pulls in and 2 women immediately start working on it. They do the interior detailing, shampooing and everything. Im a little annoyed but fine. Then they finish that car and everyone leaves! Then an hour later they pull in another car and start immediately cleaning it. No one started my car until 1130! And of course it takes a while because there is only 1 person doing it. It looked ok when I took a quick look before I left, my mistake. When I got home and looked closer, there is still dog hair all over the place. Both front seats are soaking wet and yet the back is bone dry. And there is gunk still stuck to the side of my seats and the mats. The interior of the windows were barely wiped down and still had residue on them, that I could wipe off with my finger. I should have known the price was too good to be true!! Over $100 spent and a 4 hour wait for something I could have done better myself.

Horrible service they missed so many areas. I bought the ultimate package and not only did they not wax it like they advertised they didnt even finish hand washing it I found big areas a foot wide that was completely untouched. And to top it all off they said itd take 1-1.5 hours and after 3 hours it still wasnt washed. Go somewhere else this is a huge ripoff!
