My significant other lives in these apartments and the apartment has a cockroach infestation. The bugs are dwelling within the appliances (motor/mechanical interior). I’ve seen them come from the microwave, refrigerator (see photo of back of refrigerator) and dishwasher. In more than one occasion I’ve seen dead bugs on the food inside the refrigerator (see photo). They’re also in the restroom, desk area and even in the plastic molding around the entrance door. Pest control has come around a few times but the issue still remains. It’s disgusting and no one should live under these conditions. Needless to say, the lease is ending after one year.

Stay away from this apartment complex! Cannot wait until our lease is over and we move out. A few days ago the AC got broken in our unit. It is 100F outside. They sent vendors, who were not able to fix it properly. Now it does not work at all - it is blowing hot air! It was blowing hot air for 3-4 hours. When we got home on Saturday night, it felt like sauna in our apartment. Of course, the office is closed on Sunday, even though on Google it still says it is open. Now, we have to wait until Monday suffering from heat exhauster because the portable AC that they brought does not work efficiently. The person who installed it just said Well deal with it on Monday. So, obviously, no one really cares about their residents in this apartment complex.

After 10 days I moved in, they finally got me the mailbox key. When I went to check my mailbox, it left like this and the key is not working at all. The mailbox stuck like this is. Can’t open or close. 🙄They charge 30 dollars at least for this key and mail box. For what?Don’t expect someone will pick up the phone. I manage properties too. They need to hire someone better and more ppl 🙄at least answer the phone.

The new maintenance woman Ashley! Wow she is outstanding. A lot of people have been talking about her and how amazing she is. I wanted to come on here and point out all her hard work she has done for us we appreciate her!

I fulfilled the terms of my lease contract, gave the 60 day written notice, turned in my keys, and did everything I was supposed to do. I received a small bill for move-out charges, which is not unexpected. The issue is that instead of just mailing a bill that I can pay directly, this complex immediately sent the bill to a collections agency without any warning or provocation. Ive lived in other apartments and going straight to the collections agency is not standard operating procedure. Despite paying said collections agency, the account is still showing up on my credit report and giving me a negative impact. Still working on getting this resolved. The main office is unresponsive and also wasnt very helpful when I was a tenant there as well (aside from the maintenance workers).And lets get into the headaches that I had after living in this complex for a year and a half. The walls in this complex are paper-thin and have no insulation, which means that you will hear literally EVERYTHING outside and around you including neighbors fighting and slamming doors and stomping on the stairways. It also doesnt help that the road facing this complex is like a freeway with cars having drag races all night long. It makes it really difficult to have any sort of peace and quiet, especially at night. Dog owners do not pick up after their dogs so there is poop everywhere. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing. Parking is terrible and you will never find a space besides your reserved spot. On the positive side, the maintenance team for this complex is great and responds promptly. But I would avoid this place as it is not worth the headache.

First things first: I was shown a model unit. On my day of move in, what I got was pretty different but I didn’t have many options. I immediately bought a vacuum and was APPALLED that the filter filled up nearly halfway with just one vacuuming. Things like the microwave, bathtub, sink and other surfaces were a bit dirty/dusty as well. I noted several large cracks during the walk through, so I am not charged for them upon move out. The dishwasher has to be replaced within my first couple of months. A few months after that and the bathroom sink went crazy and was leaking water all over the floor.Pros: safe area with stores, restaurants and even a park nearby. Gym, pool and hot tub onsite. Resident portal for ways payment of rent, maintenance requests, etc. There is an off and on ant and millipede issue - pest control comes on Wednesdays and you email the office if you want your place sprayed. Fluctuating weather does bring in more bugs, though. But I’ve only seen 2-5 other bugs during my year here.Cons: pretty sure that when there’s a dozen noisy people in the pool at midnight (the other night they even had the nerve to be playing music, too), they don’t all live here. Someone is in my assigned parking spot when I come home, often. Sometimes it’s literally a complex employee parked there to do work around the building. It’s annoying because this only seems to happen when I’ve gone grocery shopping or it’s raining - times I don’t feel like waiting or hunting anyone down to get out of my park. Maintenance has been HORRID. Are things in working condition? Yes. But I’ve often had to email the manager a follow up request on a 100% incomplete or poorly completed order. And even then, the work done is very obvious if it’s a plumbing or cosmetic repair (as in, indentations in the wall still very visible, paint will be 2-3 different tones etc). Maintenance guy leaves debris, shoe prints, screws and nails randomly lying about... I keep my place spotless enough to roam barefoot, so this is so annoying that having the work (poorly) done isn’t worth the hassle. It’s difficult to get anyone on the phone in the office; I typically resort to email. Dumpsters are usually overflowing and trash placed on the sides, at least 1-2 days a week.For such a strict building (many hoops to jump through and things to prove to be approved. Strict policies, along with threats of high fines for “lease violations”... 60 day notice of moving out, etc) I expected them to really be on top of things. I literally still have work orders incomplete from last year that I gave up on reminding them of.The pool is just lovely! Wish it was decently heated, but in the summer that doesn’t matter much. The gym is functional... there are a couple things in varying stages of needing repair or touch up.Overall, I’ll still give it 3.5 stars due to the area it’s in, pool and presence of balconies and walk-in closets in what I believe is every unit. For $900 I think you can find 1bdr apartments in better shape with a more responsive/empathetic management team if you give up a feature or 2.

Customer service is amazing here! My fiancé and I met with Ali and she was amazing! Her professionalism and knowledge made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. She also kept us laughing the whole time which just made our stress melt away :) If you guys decide to visit ask for Ali!

Apartments: On the older side, but clean and good amount of space and storage. Never had a pest problem.Location: Excellent location, close to the tollways and the north side of Dallas (Plano, Frisco, etc) and not too far from Dallas and downtown. Also close to Grocery stores, Walmart/Target, and eating places.Safety: The kids from the other apartment complex jump the fence (or go through where there are gaps), which is kind of unnerving, and for like a month there were cops at the complex every week. That being said I never felt unsafe (as a single woman who lived on the first floors) and my neighbors were AWESOME.Noise: Sometimes I would hear my upstairs neighbors if they were being loud, but soundproofing in the apartment was good.Office Staff: Friendly enough, but not my favorite. Veronica is great, but the other lady isnt very helpful and Jordan feels very fake (but I guess fake nice is better than rudeness).Maintenance: Responds quickly and does a good job, however depending on the day they may leave a mess in your apartment.Moving In: Its been about three years and since I cant remember it must have gone smoothly.Moving Out: They charged me $125 to clean the carpet. No one ever responded to say what the charge was, but I believe its because I didnt have laminate in front of my door so every time it opened and closed it would dirty the carpet and stain it. If I would have known they would charge me for it I would have put in a work order to see if they could fix the dragging on the door. But sure, lets ignore the fact there was MOLD in my closet and I had to throw away my custom weekender bag because of it (there was also some sort of leak under my bedroom window - no mold, but it would be damp during/after rain).All in all I would recommend the apartment complex, but Im not the biggest fan of Gaines as a management company and I personally wont be living in another one of their properties.

I toured this complex a couple of weeks ago! Ali was very helpful and answer all my questions. She was patient with me and explain everything very well. The apartments are nice and I’m excited with moving forward with my application.

Went to the leasing office to print something and even though there was no one there, was very impressed by the measures taken by the complex in regards to the current pandemic. There was a temperature check and a hand sanitizer at the entrance. Also the convenience of having to pay with a CC without extra charge is very helpful. Just an update, I moved out of the apartments and the process was smooth. I returned my keys last minute but the manager was very professional and helpful. The move out fees were not bad either. Very reasonable. The location of this apartment complex is great as well. 15 minutes from all the fancy hangout spots.

We have been living in this apartment complex since April 2020. In the beginning, everything was great. However, couple months ago we started having roaches. No matter how many times pest control comes, the problem remains unsolved. The roaches are literally EVERYWHERE. And we know that we are not the problem - our apartment is spotless. They are obviously are coming from somewhere else. It is a shame because it had been a really nice and beautiful place to live until it turned into a roach motel.

I visited last week and absolutely adored this community. The location is great and the easy access to the freeway is a plus. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The best thing is that if they dont have what you need they offer you many other options with their sister properties, and a few are down the street!

Although my Move in Date is still April 4, 2020, Im already loving this apartment complex. A great price (considering the nearby apartment prices), lovely neighborhood. And beautiful amenities.Also they have got good staffs, they show me around 2 different times, and been so kind to me. Im yet to move in and I do visit the apartment and drive around almost every day.I saw the model and one of the things I love is the Mirror on the bedroom wall. I asked if the same was install on my (Future) Bedroom apartment. They said yes. For some reasons I doubt it. But I really hope its does.I am looking forward to moving to this beautiful apartment. Considering that Im coming out from the most Trashy apartment in my entire life. (CITY Limits).

I have lived here for a little over two years and I liked the apartments at first but this past year has been a mess. Management does not handle noise complaints even though I have filed several complaints on my downstairs neighbors. People smoke weed and block walkway to the stairs. Parking is not good for visitors. Due to these increasing issues I will not be renewing my lease, and i wish there was a way to terminate my lease early. I cannot take these living conditions anymore. I would not recommend moving here unless you’re ok with noisy neighbors who keep you up all night.

The maintenance service does not do what they have to do.😡😡😡😡

I moved here 7 months ago and am loving my stay here so far. The staff and maintenance are friendly and maintenance requests are done quickly. Its quiet for the most part and feels safe. Ive never seen any huge cockroaches which is a plus bc Ive seen them at every other apt Ive lived in (even in Uptown). Prices are very reasonable, the best I was able to find for the value. The pool is very nice and well kept, love the rock waterfall! My only complaint would be guest parking can be difficult to find at times (especially since everyone has been home due to covid). But overall, am very pleased with these apartments!

I lived here from July 2019 to July 2020 and it was a roller coaster the entire time. The cons out weigh the pros. Awful neighbors, fights, people leaving broken furniture outside of their doors. The pool was never open on time which resulted in people jumping the fence come noon. I have moved, and still am having issues. They sent a large bill to pay, with no explanation, and we have been trying for over a week to get in contact with them. I emailed finally, instead of calling and they said we never wrote a letter that we left. We handed keys in, filled out the paperwork, and never mentioned a letter. It’s like they did it intentionally to get money. We had a huge ant problem, the maintenance team is great though and had that fixed for us. The parking is atrocious. Unless you get covered parking for everyone you live with you’ll never find an uncovered spot. This place is not worth the headache. When I move back to Dallas I’m staying far away.

Ive lived here for over two years and Ive had a good experience. I chose these apartments because their rates were reasonable compared with surrounding complexes in the area, the property was well kept, and the amenities were nice. The common areas are quiet during the day and at night and Ive always felt safe walking my dog during odd hours of the night. My neighbors are friendly and the office staff is always available and helpful when needed. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and thats a plus. Id recommend this complex to my friends knowing theyll love living here. This is a great place to call home.

Just moved to the Dallas area and this is the first property I saw. Veronica answered all of my questions and even helped me locate the community colleges in the area. The property is beautiful. The apt I fell in love with has a nice size private yard. I look forward to being a resident here.

I moved here about 2 weeks ago and it has been nothing short of a great experience. From Liz being patient with me and being so kind and friendly, the beautiful property, and pool with a jacuzzi!! The apartments are just as nice on the inside, very spacious and the mirrors on the walls really compliment the entire place as well and I haven’t had any issues so far. The neighborhood is quiet and the people have all been friendly to me. I love it so far and am so glad I made the decision to live here!!!

I am in my 3rd year at Tuscany Square Apartments, and it has been a great experience! The staff are very friendly. All of them recognize me when I see them around the property, and some even know me by name! Jordan in the office has been really helpful with any issues. And I love my little fenced-in yard! I can’t imagine moving any time soon.

I absolutely love this place! This last time I moved in, was the third time I moved here. Jordan, Veronica, and Liz have been nothing less than amazing. Any work order I may have gets addressed in a timely manner. The only reason I’m moving out is because my husband and I are buying a house. I’m really going to miss my home.

Coming to this complex has been the most home away from home experience I could have ever imagined. Jordan and the team are amazing. The warmth of their smiles and their attitude of hospitality is priceless. Whenever there is a need, they are promptly and thoroughly on top of it. Location is perfect- cant get anymore central than this! Close to everything and such beautiful landscaping. Plus, the amenities here are great--gym is huge! Lizbeth was super attentive when showing me the floor plans. Ask for her if you stop by.

I’ve only been living here for a week and me and my partner love it so far !!Liz was and has been such a great help .Everyone is very professional and care about there people .Only thing is when we were showed a model of what our apartments would look like . they’re some things that weren’t the same with the model that we had moved into, so I do wish they would’ve communicated a bit better on that part . It was the small things that made me like the apartment and sadly I don’t have those .Can’t wait for the rest of the year that I’m here for .

Great place to live! Everyone in the front office is very friendly, helpful and totally professional. When you submit a maintenance request it is handled the same day or within 24 hours. Maintenance guys know what their doing, friendly and very professional also. Grounds are kept clean and I never hear my neighbors. I really enjoy living here!

I love love love it here!! It’s not just the community it’s mainly the office staff. From the first day I came to view an apartment Liz was so helpful and sweet. I’ve never had a problem and it’s very quiet. If there is any maintenance issues they resolve them quickly. I’m already thinking about resigning my lease.

I have lived in this property for two years and have never had any issue whatsoever. The maintenance requests are always handled on time and the neighbors are super nice. The pool is always pristine, and the gym is well maintained. Unfortunately I had to move out because of work relocation, but if youre looking to rent a small/mid size units, this is the best place in Carrollton.

I went to tour several properties in the area and picked this one. I even toured it twice before signing my lease. The staff was very friendly and didnt mind. I love the set up, assigned covered parking, and pool. Oh and the gym has to be on the top of my list. Very reasonable rates for the apartment itself and location. Id recommend this complex to anybody.

If you are looking for a quiet apartment, this is not the place. These apartments have the thinnest walls of any apartment Ive ever lived...seriously, if my neighbor sneezes, I can hear it. I thought since this was a newer building the floors would be more solid, but my upstairs neighbors floors creak, crack and splinter so loud, Im awaken every morning at 5am when he is up and annoyed on the days he has guests over all night. Other than these problems, the property is fine and the maintence is prompt.

Staff is never in the office during office hours. Pool is always swamped with riffraff from other neighborhoods & before I moved, I had mold that they simply covered with paint. Could be better but could be worse

Tuscany Square Apartments is the best complex that I have lived in. The location is close to every major hwy, malls, and entertainment places. The management is nice and actually cares about the residents. Rayva and Jordan are amazing in the office. The community is quiet and safe. Maintenance is there the very next day if not the same day to fix any issue that you may have in your apartment. I would recommend Tuscany Square to anyone looking for a new apartment complex to call home!

I lived here for 2yrs and I just signed my 3rd yr renewal lease.This is my 1st apartment that Ive ever lived in and I absolutely love living here. I fell in love with the open floor plan and how spacious it feels for a 1 bedroom apartment. The office team, Jordan and Veronica has always been extremely helpful with any concerns I might have, that made me feel even more Welcomed and Safe to live here at Tuscany Square. The maintenance team is amazing as well. Everything is always taken care of by the time I get home from work, which is FANTASTIC!! I really love living here and I look forward to living at Tuscany Square for many years to come.Update: 6yrs later, I am still a Happy tenant. I really want to Thank the office Team and Senior Community Manager Chet for arranging the replacement of my deteriorating fence. As you can see from the picture I posted, it looks beautiful and Im really happy with the quality and craftsmanship.

The staff at Tuscany Square have been nothing but wonderful to me! Whenever I have something that needs to be fixed, the maintenance team is always very responsive and usually fixes things within a day. Ive lived here for a little over 3 years and I can safely say Ive never had any issues with this apartment! Keep up the good work :)

I just moved here and they have been wonderful. They made the move in process super simple. I lost my mailbox keys and they replaced them both for $5 bucks (other complexes charge WAY more). The office staff is super sweet. They do, however, seem super busy and cant always answer the phone but whenever I email them I got a detailed response that day!

I have never had any major issues with customer service at this apt complex until recently. I have lived on this property for almost 10 years. Recently it was time to renew my lease and to my surprise they raised to a crazy amount! (almost $100) I immediately spoke to the manager on why it was raised so much and I was informed it was due to the market prices rising. So I called Gaines Investment corporate myself and was informed I was to speak to Carmen. This was 2 weeks ago and still to this date, Carmen has not contacted me back. I am very disappointed with this apt complex. I have never been treated this way and I dont understand why no one has contacted me back. I think it is so tacky! I will not be renewing my lease after this, which sucks because I truly DID love this apt complex which is why I have stayed here so long. To future residents I would consider some place else especially with the change in management, they do not value longevity or appreciate residents that have stayed on their property for a super long time!!

I have lived at Tuscany Square for about two years now and its been such a positive experience that I honestly never want to leave. Truthfully, I recently shopped around to see if I could move closer to my job and find a place that was comparable to TS. Suffice to say, I just renewed my lease here for another 12 months.The grounds and apartments are well-kept, I feel safe, and the price cannot be beat. The amenities are a bonus - a gated community (with gates that are actually functional), reserved covered parking spots, a nice pool area, and a workout center.The management, office staff, and maintenance staff are all so kind, attentive, and helpful. Words cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate them. I have had zero major issues, and any small problem Ive had has been resolved quickly.Lastly, the location: I am able to get groceries, take my cats to the vet, do some shopping, and more - all without driving too far. (And If you dont have a car, there are bus stops right outside the apartment gates.) Theres also Addison, Plano, Frisco, Carrollton, Richardson, and the rest of Dallas that are a reasonable drive away.If you are looking to move to this area, Tuscany Square is definitely where you want to be!

I came to visit this location with my best friend who was looking for a new home. Overall, the grounds are neatly kept. We were greeted by a girl named Rayva or something like that. She was very welcoming and accommodating. The prices definitely cannot be beat, and it is super close to the tollway and not far from all of the shops in the Plano area. My friend still hasnt decided if she will be moving here or not yet, but if she does, I know she will be making a great decision based off the positive experience.

Came to Tuscany Square Apartments to come visit friends and family, the view was amazing. The staff are awesome members. I asked several questions in regard of maybe moving and living here. I would definitely consider moving to a very neat and friendly place. Even the neighbors here are very nice people very friendly and welcoming.

I have lived here for almost 1 year and I absolutely love it. The property is always well manicured and the staff is awesome, from the property manager, the leasing agents, and maintenance crew. My apartment is cozy with a modern lay-out and more than anything, I feel very safe living here. The rent is very reasonable for the location. I will most likely remain here until I purchase a home in a few years.

Nice apartments, grounds kept very well, always clean and new flowers planted regularly. Nice pool, maintenance is quick and effective. Management brought in new staff a few months ago, Ive only met them a few times but they seem nice and willing to help in any way; which is nice because the previous staff members were mostly rude and acted as if I were a waste of their time. Parking sucks if you have more than one vehicle per apartment. Gym is nice, larger than most apartment complex gyms I have seen.

I havent lived at the complex very long (a little less than a year), but so far the experience has been well above average. The value, in my opinion, is fantastic. I looked at a lot of other complexes before deciding on a studio apartment at this one, and Im so glad I did. I have two to three hundred square feet more than what some of the other complexes were offering and at a comparable or lower price. The community is diverse and my neighbors are quiet at pretty much all hours of the day. As far as safety is concerned, I havent ever felt uneasy during my stay. You can tell most everyone in the complex is employed as they are gone during the day and are inside their apartments during the evening. Ive only had to contact maintenance once, but when I did they responded to my request within twelve hours of me sending it in and resolved the issue (dishwasher problem) a lot quicker than I expected. The staff seems friendly enough and they will answer your phone calls or call you back promptly if the line is busy. Overall, zero complaints thus far, and I appreciate what they do because I havent always had a great experience at other complexes.

I just wanted to share an experience in the process. They seemed nice when I first called them and I filed in my paperwork. The office staff Rivera(?) I think her name was told me to wait after my application. (I paid $50). First it took them a week to get back to me telling me I did not live in an apartment complex (as a fact which I did). They did not read all the application and just told me I had to pay a month and half rent as deposit( About $1500). I explained again saying that I wrote an apartment complex in my application and please check again. Of course she said in a nice voice, we will check and see if we can get back to you and notify if there are changes in the deposit process. Well it has been almost three weeks and there is still no call. Just to show how their customer service would have been if I had been a resident. There seems to be overall good customer service, but for me it was one of the worst. FYI, no laundry room and was notified there was waitlist on rent of washer& Dryer.... If anyone is Tuscany is looking at this, I am Bryan by the way. Please call if you say you are going to call

I have lived at Tuscany Square Apartments for almost a year, and this is the first apartment complex that I am proud to call, home. The floor plans are are beautifully structured, to make efficiency living feel spacious and accommodating. The staff working at the office are always welcoming and friendly, and the maintenance team members are so skilled and thorough in their work that there is hardly a need to call them at all (though when our paths do cross, they are charming!). My neighbors are lovely, too, and I am so blessed to be a member of this community!

Tuscany Square Apt. is a Great place to call home! Friendly and caring office and maintenance team, fast responding to any requests and always going the extra mile to assist! It is clean with well kept and maintained apartments and grounds, like the Garden, Pool and surrounding areas. I have been living here for over 2 years and renewed my lease the 2nd time in April for all of the above reasons and so many more I havent listed. Again, it is a great place to call home and to come home to! Thank you

Great place! Very nice community, staff, apartments, etc. We visited a lot of potential apartments in the Carrollton/Addison area and when we visited this one we immediately knew we were home!

I wont be moving to the Dallas area until January but I had to write a review because the office staff have been so helpful for the last several months. They even sent me a video tour of the models and vacant so I could decide which floorplan would suit me better. I look forward to calling Tuscany Square home.

Pros: Great location, apartments are nice and clean/pest free, ceiling fans in living and bedroom, covered parking included with rent, & if youre on the first floor you get a yard.Cons: Parking is a hassle if you have more than one car and not upgraded (carpet even on the first floor, the ugly bottom wood trim on flat white cabinets).Honestly, there arent any serious cons. The reason why Im writing this review is because of the office. Its a NIGHTMARE to get a hold of anyone. I have called the complex over 15 times (over the time span of a month) and have only reached someone three times. Maybe this isnt the biggest deal, but I was confirming information regarding my lease being approved and my move in so it was imperative that I talk to someone but no luck. I was told it was because of short staff, but if I sent an email I would get a response. I sent three but only got a response to one. The final straw that lead to this review is the fact that the office is closed today and I need to pick up a package. Now I wont be able to pick it up until next weekend due to me working a regular 8-5 schedule (I work downtown, so good luck that I can get here before 6 during rush hour).I havent had to request maintenance (yay), so not sure how that is, but hopefully if I ever need it I dont need to contact the office to receive help.On the plus side, now that Im moved in, its a nice complex and Ive enjoyed living here in my short two weeks... however, somehow this office situation is still haunting me.

My best friend lives here and i love coming over, especially during the summer time because of the pool.

Complex is great, maintenance men are really nice, with dealing with my silly maintenance requests. And office also helping with Cell phone issues. I am a Senior Citizen and very much appreciate the help

I have lived here since mid-October. They are very nice and reasonable with everything. I have had no problems with them. I dont think any of the other reviewers know anything about apartment shopping

I had a wonderful experience, I went in looking to lease an apartment and the young lady in the front Lizbeth was of very much help she explained the process to me with out any problems.

All I have to say is dont move here!!! Most of the tenants dont care about their living arrangements,trash is shrewd everywhere at night and its unsupervised kids running around as well as low integrity people (not all) residing here. The walls are so thin with cheap insulation that you can hear people talking in the hallway as well as under or above you. Drug dealing, smoking in hallways and no security whatsoever. Alot of loudmouthed ignorant people so youre best bet is to stay away

Everything about this property & staff is phenomenal. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The maintenance staff is great as well; work orders are done immediately, which I love. Im truly a fan of Tuscany Square.

I have been a resident now for 2+ years. Trust me, I did my due diligence before deciding on this property simply because I was a single woman living alone. I had my list of non- negotiables and this property met all of my needs. I will say, I have not encountered any issues with my stay here. The neighbors here are very friendly, it is usually quiet at all times (day & night) and I feel very safe here. The maintenance staff is incredible and typically resolves any tickets I have same day as reported (thank you Martin). The property is very well kept here including the pool.The office staff here is also extremely friendly and helpful. They are currently working with me on hopefully upgrading to a larger apartment for my 3rd year here.I would recommend this community. 😀Kind Regards,Erica Peña

The office staff has been helpful and consistent with me. If I need a work order completed maintenance handles in a timely manner. The manager is always willing to answer questions for me.

Just moved into Tuscany Square. The team was very helpful getting everything together to make sure the transition was really smooth. Im looking forward to spending a good amount of time at Tuscany Square.

Even though I havent gotten approved yet and I pray I do but I give these apartments 5 stars so far I love it as far as management everyone is really friendly Veronica has been so helpful with everything I call like everyday and she picks up every time and answer every single one of my questions lol applying was easy as well I went in and finish applying and she was there to guide me through.... Im anxious, excited, and nervous I really hope I get approved so I can call this place home soon.

We have lived here a little over a year. We love it, the apartments are beautiful and I love the private yard (available first floor only). Additionally, the office staff is excellent as is the maintenance staff.

Tommy the maintenance guy is awesome hes very friendly. I live By Myself And Im about 53 he even assist me with my package. And as soon as you put in a work order they are always on top of it.

Before Jordan started my experience was horrible. I only stated bc it is very peaceful on the property. My biggest thing was not wanting kids running around the complex and this property is very strict on that. Thank God they finally have a management team that is getting things in line on this property.Thanks Jordan for making my 3 year experience nightmare better.3 year vet

I came in a while ago and this nice young lady named Rayvia helped me, though I stopped in to ask only a few questions she was so very helpful and made me want to come back. The apartment complex was very clean and beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood.

Ive lived at Tuscany Square apartments for almost two years and Ive had nothing but positive experience since Ive been here. Any time I have a issue with either something needing to be fixed or a complaint about my neighbors being too loud I can always go to the manager Jordan and he make sure that things are resolved. Any time I need something fix and I put in a work order maintenance comes that day and fix whatever the problem may be. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking for a great and clean environment to stay in.

Ive lived here for appx 10 years. Ive enjoyed every moment. Maintenance Service is fast and efficient. Dino, in maintenance ROCKS. Hes never failed me or any of the other residents. The front office staff are always kind and pleasant. They are proficient in all that they do. Jordan E., Property Manager is always on point with excellent care and concern, of residets. I highly recommend this complex.

Great property, prices and product!

Ive been living in Tuscany Square apartment almost 3yrs. this apartment is not really fancy or luxury but i love to live in here because good location lease price is reasonable. office people are so nice and they are so fast (maintenance). and complex is so clean wherever I go. and I see every morning maintenance guy picking up the trashes to keep complex clean!(thank you!) unfortunately I have three months lease ends already. im thinking move bigger square feet for next my lease because i love living in Tuscany Square!😊

I have had countless issues with the staff at Tuscany Square. Some things minor and others beyond belief.When moving in I should have taken note as several pieces information presented by the staff turned out to be inaccurate or simply false. Be it the parking provided, the method of payment or the amenities available.When my vehicle was stolen from the complex I had to verify the vehicle was not towed. Twice I was provided incorrect tow companies and was eventually advised to go find out myself.I had to follow up consistently to eventually acquire a reserved parking space as they were uncertain which spots were reserved due to their excellent file management.After finally obtaining a reserved parking space for my wife, the office then assigned another resident to her spot. As there was no guest parking available my wife had to stay with a friend until they could correct their mistake.Several packages went unclaimed for weeks as the office was not able to identify my items as they were labeled by the office incorrectly. I had to ask if I personally could look for them as I was certain they were there.Put in a work order? Itll be marked as completed, but after the third or fourth time it may actually be addressed.Issue with billing,? Better hope you get the right person, otherwise you will be receiving an eviction notice due to incorrect information.I attempted to inform the staff of some of the damaged/dangerous gym equipment. I was advised that the gym is in excellent condition and receives nothing but compliments from the residents.Despite my better judgement my wife convinced me to rent a different unit at the complex. After careful review of the cost to transfer units we proceeded. Again, inaccurate information and additional charges I had already inquired about were presented. When approached I was simply advised I was mistaken.After moving into the new unit I was then accidentally charged for the previous unit.A true testament to their excellent file work, I received a notice my lease was coming up on the PREVIOUS UNIT that I had already moved out on several months prior.Now, my wife and I had finally had enough and were expecting our first child. So we proceeded with the process of buying a home. After receiving the notice that our lease was coming up my wife informed the office that we would not be renewing and that we would be out by the date in which our lease expired. Though verbal, this notice was given well beyond the required 60 days notice before moving out. The office advised they would follow up with us to have the appropriate documents signed. Of course there was no follow up and so I finally re-approached the subject and informed them of the previous conversation. They said they understood and they would take care of it. Several days later they advise us that this could not have happened as the person my wife had spoken to was very professional and would have completed the documents. To add to this, the staff member has parted with the company. The office called to inform me that we DID NOT give notice and that we should be charged for two additional months. When I informed the office that my wife, now well into her third trimester, had given verbal notice previously... they said she was lying. As I attempted to speak further in the matter they cut me off and identified they would take their money and terminated the call.I attempted to contact a manager as I felt there is no way this opinion and action could reflect the company as a whole and received no response.An apartment complex that provides consistent false or inaccurate information, has no accountability for their mistakes, no follow up, no compassion, no sense of desk management and no place in your life.Take my advise, avoid Tuscany Square and their other affiliations through Gaines Investment Trust.The pool is beautiful and the location is great, but that staff...

Maintenance leaves something to be desired. I placed a maintenance request at 11:00 a.m. No one had shown up as late as 5:15 p.m. I called the leasing office to check the status. I was put on hold for a few minutes. Then the rep hung up on me. I called back and had to repeat my request at least 3 times. Then I was given the lame excuse that the maintenance men had a lot of orders this morning and someone would be at my apartment tomorrow. Well, how about if I told them my rent would be paid on the 4th of the month. Ill be charged exorbitant late fees. Think twice before you decide to move to Tuscany Square Apartments.

I really enjoy living at Tuscany Square Apartments for the year I was there. Living there on my own for the very first time in an apartment was great.I was on the bus line and in walking distance to stores. I definitely plan on moving back there when there is a 1 bedroom available.I will say this, yes management does change and things maybe slower.All you need is to have patience with the management staff there is now.Lora RinehartLora Rinehart
