My daughter has lived here far to long. Management is rude and seems like they changed every week. Rent money being misused and the tenants are the ones that suffer.Tenants were informed of closing and that they would receive $2000 to help with relocating but they informed my daughter that she wouldnt be getting anything because Section 8 terminated their contract with them. They are roachh infested and carpet ants infested as well. WILL NOT fix anything no matter how many work orders you put in. This is the most horrible place I have ever lived.

Rude Rude and just rude only move here only when have no choice. Management change every other season no pool excess at all. High crime rate in the back of apartment complex

DO NOT RENT HERE PERIOD ! YOU CAN FIND BETTER APARTMENTS WITH BETTER MANAGEMENT. THEY LOSE RENT, CHARGE GHOST LATE CHARGES EVEN WHEN YOU PAY ON TIME! THEY ARE RUDE, AND THEY CANT KEEP A SINGLE MANAGER IN THAT OFFICE. DONT DO IT!

Would not recommend. Ive lived over here 3 different times and all were bad experiences. Should have not even returned but it was easy to get in because the lady in office was mishandling peoples money and walked off with it. There have been at least 4 managers within a year, work orders backed up, cameras being placed in complex but somehow peoples apartments are still being broken into. It took them months to fix a broken window in my childrens room that was caused by a vehicle fire on 4th of July when a group of teens decided to throw explosives in a car. Security did NOTHING! The lady from Corporate is rude and very unprofessional.

I love this property! Ms. Keisha has been a great addition to the property. My mom and dad love living here. Its always clean and quiet. The office staff is wonderful.

Great Staff with Patient and very knowledgeable and The Property well Secured. I’m Happy To call My Apartment Unit Home. A lot of Space and maintenance taking care of expeditiously.

A place to call home..... The office staff is very helpfully and Polite, their always willing to help the residents no matter what, and the manager is doing a great job on the property.

Despite the reviews, I was actually able to move in within a decent amount of time. My apartment was clean and Nita in the office was very friendly and familiar.

Me and my four little girls moved over here when this was first built. I was followed and robbed and after the detective arrested this dude two weeks later he stay a unit rite across the street from me. He snatched my whole purse and his girlfriend that stayed there she had all my information and used all my credit, debit, and food stamp cards to the max. But I was able to recover nice amount of money for my lost. But when the detective arrested him they talked to the girlfriend who told everything and that was that he supposed to had shot me. But that didn’t happen because I gave him run for his life after he snatched my purse. But he received 15 years and prison and crime victim replaced my valuables. But this the crazy part about this is that my purse was founded burned and it was not to far from a young boy body they founded dead behind the apartments which I founded out later was my lil blood cousin my mom sister son 14 years old from her dad side. I never knew him. So one thing I liked about this was that the office staff helped me bring justices for me after I asked to be removed from my lease and described how he looked I guess I did that to a t and what I see him drive after the robbery in the apartments. They said they knew the girlfriend she stay over here so they set her up in the office to get his real name. She suffered and he suffered and I got everything back and moved with the quickness. Not the area for kids and not the place for safety and show not a place to live unless u ghetto, a drug dealer or them folks that don’t care nomore.

Worse place I’ve ever lived. They didnt even clean the unit before I moved in. There were dirt rings in the tubs, etc. There is absolutely no security. Kids jumped onto my balcony and threw all my furniture off, and drew on my car, scratching it up. Units being broken into. Drug activity and guys shooting craps in the breezeway. Management does nothing. They have very nasty attitudes. They won’t answer the phone or return calls, and if you have a complaint they accuse you of being threatening. It’s absolutely ridiculous. DONT MOVE HERE

Dont be deceive by how good they make it seem..If you enjoy having you apartment broken into, car damaged while park, and fixing whatevers broken in your apartment yourself then this place is for you!.If you like paying rent for the complex to look and smell like trash dump,and familys that allow there kids to destroy the property and hearing gun shots and cops constantly !!!then this place for you! if you dont mind not having a security guard to ensure your safety and drink water that smell and taste as horrible as it sound this is a perfect place for you..if you dont mind having gnats coming out of your drains or roaches walking in the door before you ...then your gona love it here... Wait theres more!! But I think I have said enough ...so you will just have to find out the rest for yourself if your interested in living here!

Well, I will be honest and state that I read reviews prior to contacting or even applying for an apartment at this complex. Needless to say that the reviews are valid 1000%.Waited over a month for an apartment, that was supposedly available only to find out that I was being lied to and led on. Contacted the manager multiple times about the unit, only to be told several lies. Decided to seek an apartment elsewhere and requested my deposit back, well there were more lies with that as well. However, I did get my money back. I wouldnt recommend this complex to anyone! Save your $, time and effort ...... also your patience and sanity, seek another complex.Good Riddance Murdeaux Villas!

If i could give this place a -10 i would. Where do I begin first off I filled out my application August 2nd 2018 was told that it takes no more then two weeks to get me in once Im approved I was called on August 4th and told that I was approved ask to bring in check stubs the print out that I got from work for my check stubs I was told by Kamisha in the office that they were fine few days later they werent fine so I got them the original like they need it was told that my file was waiting to be signed by their credential people and then I can move in here it is August 28th after me sitting in the office for 4 hours Im told that Im not approved because my income is $22 under the the income requirement. I do not recommend this place to the Devil Himself because the Devil Himself is who runs the office stay away

The Absolute Worst apartments ive ever lived in first off my car was stolen. Second when the flood came in 6/2015, it flooded my childs bedroom damaged clothes shoes his bed and the Manager stated well I should have had renters insurance and on top of that it took them a until 4/2016 after my final WARNING WHILE IM PAYING 740 a month to come clean the mold/mildew that was building in his room. As of now and its currently 85 degrees outside AND WE HAVE NO AC THESE APARTMENTS ARE A NIGHTMARE

Well...let’s start with being lied to several times...call and the manager doesn’t even have the decency to call back. The manager is rude af. I was supposed to move weeks ago and still haven’t. Idek if I still want to move here. My caseworker for housing even tried to set up a date for my apartment to be inspected and they kept moving it back then when I called all of the sudden my caseworker hadn’t called..when the truth was that one of the leasing consultants moved the date because it still wasn’t ready. I can already see where this is headed

I have a family member that lives in these apartments and every time I look up there is an issue. When I visit dirty bad kids are running around with no shoes on cussing and leaving a trail of trash. The management changes more often than not and you will not get a response or assistance from upper management/corporate. Several other neighbors have experienced flooding and are still dealing with the issue of growing mold, active insects (i.e., gnats and maggots) and disturbing foul odor. Most of the riffraff only move in to plan and plot on vulnerable tenants that keep to themselves and work steady 9-5 jobs. Then they steal and vandalize whatever they can get their hands on, not excluding cars. If I could give this property a negative star I would. This is warning to all that seeks to live here, please reconsider.

Worst place ever... Ive only been there 2 months and the second day I was there a man was trying to break into my house... the people upstairs are very rude loud and disrespectful and the office isnt doing anything about it... shots fired damn there EVERY NIGHT.... dont do it...plz move elsewhere

I was going to give this place a try but Im so glad that I read the reviews I dont want any of my things stolen my vehicle or the things that I pay for in my house because people act like they can get off their a** and go to work and for the management to allow this for them to not have common decency to keep their apartments in good standards so that they can receive new tenants is ridiculous from the reviews this place sounds like it should be under new management by some strict people I do not want to move here now.

I used to live there Im a kid Im not dirty ugly or bad atleast some off the patents care for their kids if the others choose to let their kids walk around all dirty and ratchet that has nothing to do wit u that juss means they kids aint got no home training
