The place is cheap and the maintenance people are very friendly. The Indian student community is there, so you will see many people walking all day long. Living there was ok, many maintenance issues encountered but they kind of took care of them. Make sure you get the rental insurance in case your apartment gets flooded. And when you leave the apartment make sure you take pictures of everything and if you need something to get fix take pictures before and after so they do not try to blame you for how it looks like.Price gets 5 stars, trail to go running near it 5 stars, maintenance 2 stars, moving out 1 star.
