Apartment Complex Leasing Agents for anyone who’s ever gone apartment shopping have a professional job of making you feel like close friends. They make a lot of promises and often leave you rather dissatisfied once you’ve gotten to the actual deal. There are hidden fees and things that weren’t discussed.Alex Jones and the Zhang Triangle went out of their way to be clear and considerate. They let me know clearly what I was getting into. Have been upfront with prices and requirements.I appreciate this courtesy and you will too.
Incredible property and great experience during our first visit to Dallas. Heidi helped us feel very comfortable with our tour and explained everything to us! The application process was quick and easy. We were instantly approved. Everyone is really nice there. Excited to be moving in this month.- Unique and Keith 💙
The staff is wonderful. It is a great location with wonderful amenities.
I had the pleasure of being here for almost 2 years. I loved everyone from residents, everyones pets!!!!!!! and Venterra was always ready to help. For anyone looking in the area, theres 2 elevators (super helpful), gym, pool, parking garage with lots of visitor parking and super close to Bishop Arts. Great place!
I lived in Dallas before for a year, and now am moving back. I viewed about 5-7 different apartments, all different locations, and as soon as I walked into the leasing office at Zang, I knew this is where I was going to be living. The staff is AMAZING and answered every question we had and everyone I talked to was amazing. The units are clean and offer great amenities. They worked with my schedule and the park across feels like youre in New York! Would HIGHLY recommend viewing this place if youre looking to relocate.
My husband and I have lived at Zang Triangle Apartments for over a year. I couldn’t be more happier. The office staff are kind and very responsive to requests - plus they are animal lovers! They welcomed our pets as much as us when we moved in! They have taken the right precautions to ensure residents safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. The grounds are always well tended and neat. The maintenance staff are top-notch. Communication about the community is clear and timely. We are right on the Streetcar line making it easy to go downtown or to Bishop Arts whenever you want without having to drive. There are parks and a lake right across the street, also! Location is great. I-30, I-35, I-75, and the Dallas North Tollway are mere minutes away allowing you to travel to other parts of town without much hassle. We plan to make Zang Triangle our home for quite a while!
We lived at Zang for a year and a half, and found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional. They do their utmost to make sure all residents have a high quality living experience. The amenities are kept clean and are really enjoyable to use. Being located right across the street from the Dallas Streetcar is a huge plus, as youre only a 5-minute tram ride away from downtown! Thank you Daniela, Rachel, and Alex, and all the other Zang office staff for making our stay so comfortable - we really appreciate all that you do, especially the resident competitions and events!
Ive been here 7 months and this is by far the best Apartment living experience Ive had. The area is nice and secure, the apartments are gated, guarded and secure, the apartments are full of nice upgrades and features that help to make life easier, the management is nice, friendly and patient, maintenance is quick to respond to request and the neighbors are greeting and friendly. There is a Dart train and bus directly in front of the complex if needed, a gas station next door and a park, pond and walking trail across the street. What else could you need! Love it!
This Place is Amazing !!! Staff is always on top of every thing and their attention to detail is everything.I recommend this place 100% the apartments are affordable and spacious best experience ever !!
We have been living at Zang Triangle for quite a few years now (just signed our lease for our third year here). The staff has been nothing but AMAZING to us this entire time, especially Daniela in the office and the maintenance staff have always gone above and beyond with answering our every question, and all our service requests are acknowledged and taken care of right away. This place has truly become home, which has made it very easy to re-sign our lease year after year.Edit: 06/28/2021Since I left my review a few months ago, things have gone south. There seems to be an increase of new residents that just do not have common sense. Partying in the pool until late at night with overtly loud conversations and music blasting. People taking their dogs to the pool areas. Many of the gates around the property are continuously propped open with bottles, rocks, etc. some gates are even broken by residents or their friends for easy access. Family and friends of residents are tailgating through the gates and taking parking away from residents. Good luck on finding a parking spot near your apartment at night, especially on the weekends. Residents have get-togethers in the parking lot to smoke marijuana and drink. Most recent patrol service was awful and could often be seen hanging out with these problematic residents. Luckily, property management replaced them.Trash has been out of control with residents making piles of trash in the hallways (during the clearly stated non-pick up days for trash), they clog the trash chute with boxes or large items instead of simply walking to the trash on the lower level, leaving pet waste in every hallway, random assortments of trash in corners of the property. The dog park was recently redone and looked great, that is until people began to leave their dogs waste all over the place. I stopped taking my dog there because every time, I would have to spend more time cleaning up after others before I could let her play. There are signs, doggie bags and bins in the park asking residents to clean up, but they don’t seem to care.On a positive note, the team at the property office have been trying their best to keep things under control and have sent numerous reminders to all residents about the pool, trash, etc. Hopefully these residents learn from their mistakes and begin to be more considerate.
The staff at the leasing office are wonder people! The girls are very sweet and always listen to my concerns and answer any questions I may have in a timely manner. Plus, they remember my name, not just my apartment number 😊 the community is very pet friendly, and it’s location is perfect 👌🏽 Washer and dryer come with the unit which was a BIG plus for me.
Very Helpful At Front Desk. Made My Day
We have lived at Zang Triangle for more than 2 years and it has been an excellent apartment home. Staff has always been friendly and professional. In addition the maintenance staff works really really hard to be responsive and they are very professional as well. Location is fabulous too.
I only lived at Zang for a few months due to moving closer to work, but the staff was awesome from day 1. Customer service, response time and kindness was exceptional. I had a lot of changes while living there in that short amount of time, and they took care of me every time I needed assistance. I dealt with Alex the most, but every single person I dealt with was above and beyond. On a side note: Their Covid communication was consistent and frequent.
I have lived at Zang triangle for a couple of months now and I love the area theyre located in! Its a very calm and comfortable place to live in. The staff is very helpful and quick to responded your needs! Everyone that works at ZANG TRIANGLE is amazing! Highly recommend!
The girls at the office are so helpful! They always do the best job they can in order to help! I have been in the office while they are helping other and I was amazed on the level of professionalism they have! Being polite always goes a long way of course! Definitely recommend any one wanting to move here the amenities are great! A lot to offer and the package system is so helpful.
Zang Triangle is home to me and my boyfriend and dog for the 2nd year! We fell in love with the area theyre located in! Its a very calm and comfortable place to live in. The staff is AMAZING SO HELPFUL especially DANIELA shes such a sweetheart! She will explain everything detail by detail! Everyone that works at ZANG TRIANGLE is amazing! Highly recommend!
Zang Triangles location has always worked for me, as Ive lived here 4+ years! The team is very responsive and helpful when needing assistance. Consider this community if youre looking in the area!
The staff here is absolutely amazing. They were so polite so helpful and very sweet. It was a welcoming experience from the time I walked thru the door. Alex is the sweetest person ever she gave me suggestions on how to decorate and everything. I like this property ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Location is premier spot for anyone spending time in downtown Dallas. They are just over the river from Omni Dallas. Community is quiet and residents are respectful. The units are well kept and stocked with appliances. Washer and Dryer come with every apartment. Granite countertops are also in every unit. Ive been living in complex for 2 years and lived in a studio apartment and upgraded earlier this year to a Cedar. The pool is kept clean year round and gym is always clean. Any issues that come up are efficiently handled by the staff. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues that arise and the office staff is welcoming. The leasing agents Rachel and Alex are always smiling and attentive to residents needs.
I have recently moved in. The office staff is very professional and accommodating, most note-ably Alex, even under COVID restrictions. The property is very secure and the amenities are top rate. I look forward to many years here.
Its been over twenty-four years since Ive lived in an apartment community and Ive found that the carefree Zang Triangle lifestyle makes it difficult to even contemplate moving. My perfectly equipped home is the ideal size and is located at what I consider to be the crossroads of the DFW metroplex. All the city offers is a only short drive away plus the Dallas Streetcar and DART 21 bus provide easy connections to Bishop Arts, Union Station, and downtown.Halfway into my second year at Zang Triangle, I could not be any happier with my residence, the larger property, and the entire Zang Triangle team.
I love living here. The staff is so nice and grounds always look so pretty. They always have fun resident events EVERY month. The last place I lived at only did events twice a year. The area is up an coming and the park across the street is so perfect for taking my dog for a walk. The communication is GREAT here! They enforce the rules which is a huge plus!! I look forward to renewing for another year or or two.
I have lived at Zang Triangle since July, and Im very impressed so far! The girls in the office (Ive only spoken to Alex and Daniela so far) are always so helpful and prompt, and the property is very well maintained!
Today is Sep 24, 2020. I moved into Zang Jan 2017 and this is my first review since I being home. The staff in the office is the most comprehensive, caring, and diligent consultants Ive ever delt with. Theres not a time when I needed something handled, down to even favors when I wasnt in town, that they didnt pull through for me. I dont have a favorite, but (cough cough) Rachel & Daniela are absolute Godsends! Truly they are all great people! In general I keep my home pretty well kept and try not to bother them about much but in the event I need anything maintenance has also been handled timely. Our complex itself is good looking and I never worry about the eyesore of trash being all over the place. The neighbors are good about even keeping the dog poop contained lol.All in all! Excellent place to call home. Ill be parting in the near future, only because well be getting a house. Its about time I cut my own lawn. ;-)
I have been at Zang Triangle for almost 2 years and Rachel played a good part in my decision to lease in the 1st place. Since then, Rachel has been the same great, positive and helpful person throughout my lease. She always wants to help and makes great suggestions. I enjoy my time at Zang and the apartments are clean, safe, up to date and convenient to everything. The team always conducts fun events and treats their residents very well. Thanks!
Alex at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The complex is very focused on keeping visitor parking clear for registered visitors. 5/5 Would recommend to a friend.
After two years, I left Zang due to the fact that I purchased a house, otherwise I would’ve renewed my lease for a third year. Of the many apartments I’ve lived at in the Dallas area, Zang was the only apartment I’d ever even considered renewing a lease at, which says a lot about my experience here.As a whole, living here was super positive. The girls in the front office (Elizabeth, Alex, and Rachael) were always so sweet to deal with, even on the few occasions where I reached out with problems (all minor ie. late night noisy neighbor, disposal going out over the weekend, friend’s car getting towed (my fault for not registering it!)). My apartment itself was great with a spacious layout and was clean and updated with gorgeous views. Definitely jump on a higher level apartment if it’s available! If I’m ever in a situation where I need to look for an apartment again, Zang will without a doubt be the first place I call!
I just moved in this past weekend and couldnt be happier. Holli and Heidi in the front office have gone above and beyond to follow up with me, answer my questions, and to make me feel right at home!
The service is great and the apartments are beautiful. I am excited to move in at this complex!!! :)
I love this community! Its a beautiful property with a caring staff. The amenities are terrific, its conveniently located, and has an amazing downtown view! Its obvious that Elizabeth and team strive to provide the best customer service and living experience for their residents.
Awesome property - always clean. Office staff is always nice.
I loved living here! The only reason I moved is because I got a job in New Jersey, but I have nothing bad to say about the two years I spent at Zang!
I wasnt here for long, but my experience was so positive, and mostly because of the office staff. Daniela and Rachel were soooo amazing, friendly, and professional...like, high-level pro operation, those ladies deserve awards for being amazing humans. But everyone in the office I encountered were pro as heck, wonderful, friendly, the facility is lovely and the area is super nice, being near parks and Bishop Arts. I moved to take a great job opportunity out of state, but otherwise I would have happily stayed at Zang. I look out for certain exemplary qualities in my home space, and Zang offered all of that in spades. AWESOME complex, but its even more awesome because of the people who manage it and who work in the office. THANK you, especially to Rachel. Its a good space, people.
My experience with Zang Triangle has over time become unbearable primarily due to the due to the unfair treatment of the assistant manager, Daniela Ortega. The final straw was the apartment complex allowing a total stranger to come to my door without any notification. Zang Triangle has been slow and reluctant to respond when we reached out for help. Most recently, another resident has been following us, taking pictures and approaching us very weirdly, and then made a complaint to the SPCA and police about us. Not only that, but we believe he followed us to our door and gave out that information. When I confronted the resident and asked him to stop, he complained to the front office and the assistant manager gave us a lease violation based on his story. She said she investigated the situation but failed to contact me or my wife to ask what happened from our perspective. She essentially told me to not do anything but would not offer any possible ways the apartment could intervene in this situation. After speaking with Dallas police department, the responding officer reiterated that I did nothing wrong after checking the initial police report. He also questioned what credentials the assistant manager has to do such an investigation at all and then take action based on a completely untrue information.A few other incidents include:1. The assistant manager wrote up multiple charges after move out without walking through with me.2. Our microwave handle snapped off a month ago (just from opening the door) and the assistant manager determined that we’re at fault and should pay +$300 to replace it. She also claimed that any maintenance included in our rent is just for “replacing light bulbs” and that we’re responsible for the full cost to replace any appliances. These appliances have been here several years and we’re only 5 months into our lease.3. The assistant manager threatened a lease violation because she called my college alumni flag, which was hanging over my balcony, trash.I feel harassed by the assistant manager, and I also feel that she is very biased towards me and my wife. She has been unhelpful whenever I tried to contact her, and I feel that she is pushing us toward eviction based on her own opinion and lack of information. Ever since this assistant manager has been on Zang’s management staff, my stay here is a stressful nightmare. I can’t recommend this place at all and I strongly discourage anyone from staying here. I wish I had a better review, but this is an honest opinion and the truth. If there was anyway I could give the assistant manager and this apartment “O” stars, I would.
Elizabeth is a really nice manager! She and Daniela really worked with me when I was struggling.
Zang Triangle Apartments are the best deal in town. I’ve been here for one year and just had two apartment locators try and find me something comparable or better at the same price and both came back with the same response - stay at Zang. It is not 100% perfection all the time but it’s also an apartment complex with a lot of people. The apartments are spacious, the front desk staff is kind and thoughtful, the maintenance crew is beyond accommodating and helpful! Our AC went out on a Sunday night and it was fixed by Monday mid-day.Plus the location is fantastic. I love that we are close to the city (via a million interstates, roads, and the streetcar!) but also across from two fantastic parks. Green space + affordable apartment + proximity to work/night life? Yes please! I recommend Zang! Also, I’ve never felt unsafe here or in this area. My car in the garage has been completely safe and undisturbed.
I cant say enough good things about the current staff and this property. This has truly become a home. Its so wonderful to have a management company that just gets it. From the moment you walk into the door till after your have lived here for almost a year its just a pleasant experience. I highly recommend.
I love this community it is close to everything I need. I can walk to places to eat and a few bars I enjoy in the area. Rent has gone up some in the last few years but not bad. Some trash needs to be cleaned up from time to time but they are normally on it. Justin is the new manager and he is always friendly and willing to help. He helped me pick up my couch when he saw me struggling to get it in the elevator when I bought a new couch. I have seen him walking around and picking up trash which I have not seen here in the past. You can occasionally hear your neighbors but it is not bad. Great place to live you would like it here.
*Totally agree with Mr. J Fuller on mgmt issues.*Biased and unequal application of rules by mgmt*Bold, blatantly condescending and sarcastic emails by mgmt.*Use your business skills. Communicate by email for everything and document phone calls with an emailsummarizing the conversation.* Expose the lack of professionalism. Let your Apt locator know about your experience at Zang and be sure to forward the emails.*Question absolute decisions from mgmt and request supporting documentation such as corporate policy or specific reference in lease agreement.*Absolutely expose bogus allegations by other renters that become lease violations (use email) and exclude your perspective. Request info on the appeal process and request supporting documentation if mgmt refuses to grant an appeal.* Never forget that you are a citizen of Dallas. You can access the Police Dept and all other municipal authorities when mgmt fails to address issues or serves you a plate of injustice.Noise Complaints = Long Suffering and No ReliefThree (3) months of complaints and emails and still cant get a restful night of sleep. Live above musicians that play their instruments after 10pm and most frequently between 12am and 7am. Worst of all, we get to experience the bottom of their sound: bass vibration from floor and thru wall. Last, they like to play the bass/rhythm track during the daytime, so no relief. Nickname for our apt: bass n shake. The bass enters our living space thru floor and wall. The bass travels by floor throughout the Apt to all living areas and the kitchen. Does it really take 90+ days to resolve noise isses?UPDATE 7.16.20: Neighbors below began a music session at 145am this morning. Made 1st call to courtesy patrol at 1045pm last night and 4th call at 2:54am today.UPDATE 7.25.20: Same issue, same players. Rest, comfort, enjoyment and peace does not happen in our rented space, which was taken captive by music enthusiasts below us that prefer to make and enjoy their music /high powered music equipment late night/overnight 7 days per week. The music comes thru the master bedroom walls. At times, its so loud that it can be heard in living room while watching TV. It requires daytime phone calls to ofc because its annoying and disruptive during the workday. As soon as ofc closes at 5pm, the music starts and continues into the evening and overnight into next day. Dallas Police and the Courtesy Patrol (security) company ask the same questions: have you reported this to your Apt manager and what is being done to address this problem.? Early this morning, 3 complaints to courtesy patrol for music coming thru wall (apt below us) at 12:16am, 3:18am and 3:27am.Update 7.27.20: Interesting response from owner. Seems to suggest that source of disturbance is unknown . Today, it took 4 requests to get the music enthusiasts below us to quiet down and each request identified the location. After the 1st request the happy musician settled down for 75 minutes and ramped up again, requiring 3 more emails. After 1st email, someone came to the music room (bedroom) below us and hollered at this person so loudly it could be heard in our unit. No complaint about hollering since it brought 75 min of peace. This is not an issue about identification. Its about intervention to correct a problem. Its not hard to find the source of sound, if you are seeking truth because you really want your residents to enjoy their Apt. Sound/audio technicians and engineers are highly skilled in detecting intrusive sound (music, noise). When professionals are used, objective truth can be established and backed up by data. It should not take 90+ days to find source of sound between floors in a group of vertically stacked apartments that share floor/ceiling and no neighbors on either side or behind + onsite management that lives on property. No one is seeking an inconvenient truth.
I’ve been at zang triangle for almost 5 years and in 2 different apartments. Rachel & the staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond for their residents. Anytime I’ve needed any kind of maintenance done it gets done either that day or the next. The residents are very polite. Apartments are extremely clean. I’d definitely refer this complex if anyone’s looking for a new place to call home.-Ashley Martinez
I would have given them zero stars if I could. These people are very unprofessional. They need to hire better staff to assist people. Ashley confirmed the move in for us to be in the evening. She promised me to give the keys and when we arrived there to get the keys, Mathew who took over from Ashley had no idea about this and did not have the locks changed for the apartment and hence no keys. Ashley, who promised us the keys left with out giving any instructions to the person who took over after her. We had to leave and had to change our move in date to the next day. Thank god we still had our old place to go back to. Very unprofessional how they treated us and do not know how to address any situation.
Alex at the front desk was the bomb.com. She was dope af and very helpful. Priceless view of the Dallas Skyline!
DANGEROUS. In the first 2 months we had our car stolen from inside the garage, then experienced a hit and run, the next night the car was vandalized. A few weeks later we started talking to our neighbors and they had also experienced hit and runs in garage as there are no cameras or speed limit signs. Nothing has been done to improve. UPDATE they just broke into my wifes car this morning.
I love these apartments. Its in the perfect area and Ive never experienced such welcoming, fun, and helpful staff and management at any other apartment complex. They had free wine and glasses waiting for us when we moved in. They have events they hold once a month, free massages from spinal institute, free breakfast, they brought in a photographer for family and furry friend photos and more. If anything goes wrong they send out a text notifying you. They were quick to respond to my maintenance requests and when our A/C broke they were there the very next afternoon. The residents are also nice and no one seems shady or weird. Sure you can hear the neighbors a bit sometimes but you just have to learn how to communicate if it is bothering you at an odd hour. Its never been excessive. The only things I dont like: That their pool doesnt have a hot tub and that their garage and stairwell are pretty gross and can smell at times. All they need, and I hope they heed my advice, is to hire a really good power cleaning service, not just a basic power washer, to really get at the years of gross especially in the garage stairway that doesnt appear they have attempted to clean at all. They did try to clean just the garage with a basic power washer but it was hardly evident. That is only a problem 5% of the time bc Im obviously not hanging out in the garage/stairways 24/7. Other than that, I love this place and plan to renew when my lease is up.UPDATE 9/16/19They cleaned the garage stairway and replaced the old hammocks that were sagging! 😁 They actually cleaned the stairway a couple of months ago I just didnt make it on here to update. Since then they have had breakfast and dinner for us as well as a pool party. I couldnt be happier with this place. 😄
This review has to do with the releasing and leasing process. I am looking to move 31 to 45 days after from my November tour date, due to my work timeline. I actually arrived late because of a cold front and sudden storm that resulted in flashing traffic lights (fixed by the time I left). Alex with the Leasing Office started my tour immediately even though I was late. Apartment units are very reasonably priced for renovated units with granite countertops and wood-like floors throughout and also given the location (Kessler). Oakenwald Streetcar station is literally across the street, and from there youd be under 10 minutes ride to Union Station, where you can connect to any DART color line or TRE rail line. The community amenities are available 24/7 by controlled access, including fitness center (with tow machine), resident lounge, outdoor pool, and an enclosed Zen garden with hammocks. The parking situation seemed adequate for registered visitors but Ill need to follow-up this review if that ends up not being the case. Garage gate and other security gates remained closed throughout my visit to the complex. Security seems more than adequate. Overall, this apartment checked all the boxes for a 1 bedroom or studio without breaking the bank.
Alex is awesome! She completed and returned the fastest rental verification I have ever sent!
Save your time, money and energy! It MIGHT appear as if this is the place for you upon the facade of a tour. But once youre locked into a lease, they care nothing about you and the fact that this is supposed to be your home. There are new buildings opening all around this area that offer friendlier staff, newer amenities for the same rates, usually AND EVERYWHERE ELSE has specials. They will never offer you a special. I lived here for a short period of time, but my daughter lived there for years... If you read posts about being overcharged for move out, it is true. They will charge you for dust and an unwashed windows. I was literally told that they normally charge people for the indentures or furniture marks that are left in the carpet from a bed or a dresser thats been sitting in your home for a year... but instead theyd waive it for me. WHAT? Furniture marks? The other review is correct: Irene and Lisa are pure liars and I dont call people outright liars, but it is true... They will tell you one thing and then hide in their office and send someone else to tell you something different. The leasing staff keeps leaving. ALways someone new. The management talks about residents to other residents and seems to have an issue with gay people. Some of my items came up stolen in the onsite storage -- I had to actually go in to force them to give it back and they had it in their company storage... and gave it to me after saying they didnt know what I was speaking of! Im telling you, youll regret moving here.
I moved in about 4 months ago and I am happy that I didnt listen to some of the reviews! I live on the 4th floor and have a view of the park across the street. People are complaining about how strict they are with the trash, I see this as a great thing! I dont want to walk out of my apartment and see your trash or smell it in the hall so thank you office for that. My apartment was very clean and nice on the inside and I have not had any issues in my unit. I can hear my neighbor upstairs occasionally but I dont expect any different YOU LIVE in an APARTMENT! You are going to hear your neighbors sometimes. Justin has always been very nice to me in the office as has everyone else in the office. Maintenance is very helpful and assisted me in hanging my tv and some large paintings. I park in the parking garage on my floor and i take my belongings out of the car. If you leave electronics or money out in your car you are an idiot. That is just asking someone to take it! I encourage you to come look here as they are very nice they are pricey but worth it.
Read the fine print VERY carefully and ask lots of questions to make sure that you understand everything before you hand over your non-refundable application fee.The people are nice and the complex has a great location but the list of headaches just got a little long.
Worst Apartment ever. I am Staying almost 3 years in Texas but this is the worst Apartment I have Stayed. they dont have proper security and the Management is More Worst. if you order something you gone loose that stuff. I stayed a year over there and i havent seen a single bed bug but they charged me almost 200$ when i left. and also the day I left i asked personally going to them saying is it OK to keep the water filter outside of my room they said yes. with in the span of 2 hours i lost that filter. the filter guys charged me 275$ for it. So, from my personal experience please dont Choose this worst Apartment ever.
This place is a JOKE! Do Not Move Here! Unless you want to hear the neighbors above and around you every move. I hear conversations, their phones vibrating, their toilet flushing and washers/dryers being started just to name a few. PAPER THIN WALLS. You hear EVERYTHING.Unfriendly office staff, no sense of customer service AT ALL. Not sure how Venterra is grooming their staff but this is DEFINITELY an area of opportunity for you. Strangers knocking on your door asking for money. Theft and vandalism to cars. Not to mention our security doors to all levels have been broken for over a month. Anyone can just waltz right in. I can understand a week or 2 but an entire month. As much money as we pay for rent and you cant get this fixed in a timely fashion?Valet trash is another joke. They leave such a mess in the hallway after they pick up our trash. And we have to pay for them just to come and pick up our trash from our door to take 10 steps to the trash compactor located on every floor. Id rather save my money and walk my trash another 10 steps to the compactor.Cant wait to move where I am treated like a VALUED resident. The money spent living here was definitely not worth the value or the level of service being received.
Loved living here! The apartment finishes, staff and community is great! I lived in the Ash floor plan and it was very spacious.
If only I could give it -5 stars that would be awesome. Every single negative thing Ive read is absolutely, undoubtedly true. Management is a joke. They make it blatantly obvious that they do not care about anything outside of rent, and anything else they can charge you for. Im about 90% willing to break my lease and accept whatever penalties just to get out of here. Serious things like burglaries, noise complaints, and concerns for safety arent prioritized, yet they stay on top of collecting fees for whatever frivolous charges they slap you with. Unless you live on the top floor, your day to day will suck. Your peace and quiet is determined by whoever lives above you and regardless of how loud they are and what time of day or night it is, the front office WILL NOT care. Like a previous user stated, once you move in youre just a rent check. Whatever issues you have are YOUR issues. The one star I left is strictly for the maintenance team. They are the only positive. They actually care about you and your living experience here more than management. Like i said unless you live on the top floor and have no reason to interact with the front office EVER, then maybe this complex will work for you. Nonetheless, I would absolutely NOT suggest living here...oh and the entire property smells of dog piss so yeah, theres that
Dear Future Residents,The negative reviews are 100% accurate! Literally just got off the phone with the leasing office and they have absolutely NO sense of the term “service.” I’m not sure if they understand that they were hired to work in a service driven industry. I love the area but I cannot take their piss poor service any longer. Definitely, moving out when my lease is up this year. I am baffled at how they can talk you. I’m not sure what Venterra’s grooming process is of their staff but I hope they see this and do some re-training of some of their employees. Not to mention the other things that go on.....Yes, the hallways smell like dog pissValet Trash hasn’t picked up our trash 3 days in a row. Plus we are charged for it and they won’t credit our accounts for the inconvenience and surely aren’t remorseful about it.Theft is a huge issue here.Ppl knocking on your door asking for money. Coming back a second time late at night and having you fear for your safety. And the noise........OMG! You here everything and I mean everything!Live on level 5 if you are planning to live here still after reading the horrific reviews. You here phones vibrating, your neighbors conversations inside their apartments. Walls are paper thin! Literally, everyday it sounds like my upstairs neighbor is moving. Not to mention the fights she has with her boyfriend at 3am, that wake me up out my sleep when I have to be at work early in the am. I’ve expressed my issues with the leasing office and no avail......So here I am writing this review.....I never leave reviews but this is the last straw, I have a choice where I can live and it will no longer be here at Zang Triangle.Future residents: Feel free to reach out to me directly with any further questions you may have!
I live here now and love it! The price, location and amenities are all exactly what I was looking for in an apartment. The staff has been nothing but courteous and helpful as well. The only complaints I have are, 1) I can hear my upstairs neighbor drop a pen, and have had complaints from my downstairs neighbor that they can hear me, when I was only walking around in my apartment with bare feet, (Im 125lbs). It makes me feel like I have to tip-toe at all times and can never have guests over, because I hear how loud my upstairs neighbor is and Im very annoyed by it. And 2) Upon moving in, my counters had several stains from previous renters, and even after being marked on the inspection list, nothing has been done to fix this. Although, I havent filed a formal complaint/maintenance order to fix them either, so that could be on me. I would recommend this complex to friends; the pros definitely outweigh the cons!
Best place to live ever ! Highly recommended :)
I don’t know what people are complaining about. I’m very happy living here.
Cool apts. Had my car stolen though. Yeah.
I didnt really like it. I didnt see Zanf He
This establishment harbors criminals. Ragu, the brethren knock at your door.
Location and staff are amazing!
Front office isnt friendly and the walls are paper thin. No concern for current residents only on sales.
Piss poor management..dont move in if you order packages because the office will throw them away
The are trash
There is a crack in the building all the way from the apt and at night at 2 oclock everything is heard 😔😒😞😣
