I absolutely LOVE this place, location, the leasing center has the most friendly and helpful staff. My neighbors are even really cool. Its definitely an awesome community. The amenities are TOP NOTCH!! I was truly blown away with everything they have to offer. My apartment itself is very nice. I am new to the area and apartment complex but Im very satisfied with my decision to move here and would recommend others to move here if they have the space available.

I have lived in several apartments and this complex is by far the best of all. It is a very safe and secure building in an ideal location. The management goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They are caring and professional. They are always on top of things and excellent about keeping the residents informed with anything that may be going on. Whenever I have put in a maintenance request I get a response immediately. Its just a really friendly environment which is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I always loved the idea of living and handling everything on my own but since I have moved to this apartment I realize having things taken care of for you is really nice. The maintenance crew does a wonderful job keeping the place looking its best. Im truly able to relax at home with no worries.

Im giving this place five stars because of the management. When I contacted April about moving into my new place she answered each of my questions about the property. She was patient and kind through the entire process.  I love the community and the location was right where I wanted to be. The leasing manager and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had a question they couldn’t answer. If you see maintenance out working (which you often will) They will give ya a wave if they can’t stop and say hi. I tell my friends and family how happy I am living here.

I have lived at Rosemont at Oak Hollow for one year and six months. Everything has been perfect: wonderful property and very nice apartments, well maintained, very nice staff! the few times I need maintenance, the service has been very prompt even during holidays.Great area! I do suggest that complex: it is amazing!

Ive been living here for a few years. The current management team is awesome. They are constantly looking for ways to improve, which is appreciated. Anytime something comes up, the management team goes out of their way to handle it. Great location! Im happy to call Rosemont at Oak Hollow home.

My kids are happy living here. They have a pool and a playground to keep them busy during the warmer months. The after-school program is a great idea. We are very grateful to have these options right at our door.

I’m really confused in regards to the pricing the website says one thing, but when you call it’s a totally different amount, please fix this on the website or stop trying to scam people, I called the office to inquire about a 3 bed room unit, asked about the pricing which is completely different from the website, she told me that was incorrect, so can you please update your website

I just moved in here. The move-in process is smooth and simple. They are very helpful and respond to my questions quickly.

I moved to the Oak Hollow about 5 months ago and I really like it. I had a few small issues when I moved in and they had them fixed the same day. I can say they provide great customer service here. The staff is always really nice.

Maintenance doesnt fix anything. They have a bad roach problem and for some random reason all the fire alrams in the apts keep going off like they need to get it together over here seriously I’ve been living here a year and I’ve been complaining about the roach infestation and this nasty carpet they moved me on top of I’ve mad multiple calls and written work orders for my unit and yet Maintenance has come to fix anything this is ridiculous they turn off the water and don’t give anyone a notice to let u kno it will be off

My family and I have lived here for a little over 6 months now. I really like the neighborhood. It is quiet here and appears to be a safe area. We havent had any major issues, but maintenance seems to be on top of things. I very rarely hear any noise inside of our apartment, we always have a parking spot close, and its clean (no bugs). I would recommend these apartments.

This is a great place to live! The unit was perfectly cleaned when I moved in and all issues with the unit were resolved as quick as they popped up.

Centrally located. I can get anywhere in the area I want to go very easily from here. I love my apartment and this community.

My car got broken into twice. My things was scattered all throughout my car. Not sure what they was looking for. My door was locked. I checked after the first time. Not sure how they manage to get in without busting out my window. They are trying to charge $1027 for rent but give us the peace of mind that our property is safe.

Ms. Melissa is a great leasing agent. She made sure you has everything and she was straight forward about if you couldnt get approve. I also like her rule that kids cant be outside with out patents because of there failure to clean up and not terrorize things.

This community is great. The 24/7 security is good since I live alone and i havent noticed any pest problems since ive moved in. However I wish there was more guest parking available throughout the complex.

My home is very nice both inside and outside. The property is beautifully landscaped. The staff and the maintenance crews are very friendly and helpful.

The staff is great and very proactive. While Melissa was helping another property, Tamara was patient with me and professional. Since I was moving from out-of-state she had to keep emailing me papetwork. Although the error was on my end, she remained professional and helpful. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to move into my unit at Rosemont at Oak Hollow; Melissa sprang into action. She got my paperwork over to Rosemont at Mission Trails. However, compliance was dragging their feet. I ended up having to stay in a hotel. The second day came and I had to check out with no where to go. Melissa was on it, driving back and forth between propertys to make it happen. Five oclock rolled around and still no answer from compliance. Melissa pulled her resources and made it happen. I moved in that night! 🤗😇😊 She even called me that evening after hours to make sure everything was okay. Thank you is not enough. I appreciate your due diligence and hard work. Now Im able to use my washer and dryer!😀 The staff here at Rosemont at Mission Trails is great as well! A big😙!

I went to check them out today, the floor plans are a good size and the landscaping of the grounds look kept up. The staff who helped me was very nice.

After down sizing, from my first apartment, I started my quest for urban living. I looked at 15 apartments until I found this place, I love it here!

I moved in here about 2 months ago and so far my experience living here has been pretty good.

I live in a 3bedroom, its a nice place, good size, nothing extremely fancy, but the property is kept clean and the people who work here are nice.

I will be goin here to apply it is safe to raise a family it’s quit clean I love the inside of the apartment people in the office is friendly in professional In I love the inside out of the unit in it’s really clean in nice pool stay clean apartments is nice in clean no roaches or begbugs how I like it I will be goin in applying there in ms April is such a sweet heart in nice as well as the manger

Ive moved here from Tulsa Oklahoma.. and I came here it took a while but it was all worth it ms. Tamara is the BEST I love her she work with me called me and made sure I got my keys Ive been in my apt for a month and still since dat day 1 she still helps me fax things for me .. I love my apt its way bigger than any apt Ive had in the past the BEST part I love is I have my own BATHROOM 😏.. the only problem I have is my upstairs neighbor she makes a lot of noise during the hours of the night I wouldnt mind the noise but having a newborn baby that sometimes bother him other than that I love the Rosemonts

Horrible.. First off lest start with the trash.. On the roofs. The pampers on the roof..i had homeless people staying in vacant apts next to me. You tell them they say the doors locked an nailed shut but my husband an I get up to go to work an its wide open. The gates never close. Someone tried to break in my car they have no cameras but in the front for the office. THEY LOST MY RENT 3 TIMES THEN Im LEFT TO go look for my reciepts. An the day of my daughter birthday on January 9 they tried to evict me on the 11th. They looked into it come to find out they owe me...293.32..they been overcharging me.so I moved immediately it was too much.an they still havent refunded me my money so I will be going by today. I wouldnt recommend

I have live here for close to 3 years and in these three year we have switched managers like a dollar going hand to hand and now we have new management. The managers are extremely rude with no manner and very indignant to there residents. Their idea of a better complex is making the outside of the complex more appealing to the eye while the inside of the apartments fall to pieces as they do nothing about the issue. There was a fire about 4 months ago in an upstairs apartment above mine and as a result my apartment sustained water damage to my bathroom ceiling and walls. They have not fixed it yet and as a result of the water damage there is now mold growing very badly in my apartment. Now management knows that I am severely allergic to mold and that have repeatedly said that I don’t have mold and that mold does not grow that quickly. I am still trying to get the repairs done in my honest opinion do not move into this complex. You will be very unhappy if you do move in.

The kids are bad . They have destroyed my moms plants, put some chemical on them to kill them and stumped on them until they were dead so you cant have nothing nice. We also had a chair on our patio and someone stole the cushion out of it . Last year in the summer preteens was outside my window having sex and talking about running train on one another . Too many people sell weed, smoke weed and even sell crack in this neighborhood . People have died in this neighborhood before in breezeways . Its not safe out here for your children and any time you want to walk to the gas station theres always people harassing you .

New people not good dont keep up cleaning and work orders.

The employees here always try to help as much as possible and respond to any problem when needed. I enjoy living here!

I have lived here for almost 4 years. We have been under new management several times and each group has steadily gotten worse. Now this group is a bunch of people with attitudes that dont come to work and dont do there jobs when they do. They have a new policy now that they will tow any car they see fit for any reason. Today my car was towed because it didnt have a parking sticker. When I came to get a sticker when I first got the car they said I needed plates, when I recieved my plates and went back to get my sticker @ 4pm in the afternoon, they where not there. They are usually not there in the morning at 830am like they should be and gone by 4pm and not there on a Saturday at all. I called to speak to someone about the situation and all I got was there was nothing they can do with a whole lot of excuses and lies. They will charge you fines and fees for everything. Also you are not allowed to sit outside your apartment, you cant be in the breezeway except to come in and out of your apartment. You cant have anything on your balcony, and now they towing everyones cars. Are they getting a kickback from the towing company? I dont understand. They dont care about the residence, they spending all this money fixing the outside of the building but I still have a door that doesnt lock which is a safety issue, the same old fridge that does not work, carpet that hasnt been cleaned or changed and a light in the kitchen that has a short in it. I also still have a balance from the last group saying I owe months if rent, when I have already showed proof that I payed it.

Rent constantly went up. Nothing was fixed, security doesnt do their job. My husbands car was vandalized, and when I refused to renew my lease I was charged $6,000 which is still on my credit. Loud trashy and ghetto

Melissa Is the manager of these apartments and she acts all nice but talks about tenants behind their back. They have security but some one still broke into my apartment an they never came in fix my door I couldnt leave the house so I had to move out in they still havent paid me back my deposit. These apartments are bad hell I cant even give them one star. Teenagers hanging out smoking weed in front of my door and they come in fix stuff when they get ready to 2 and 3 weeks later but is only one person that is so nice and understands me her name is Tamara. I do not recommend these apts to anyone to stay in and they always breaking into the mailboxes and shooting dice I stayed on the 3rd floor and people next door to me had something to do with those teenagers breaking into my apartment. My door number was 2316 and the people next door 2317 and she did not try to do anything about it do not move there they always breaking into people apartment over there. I to rate one star because they would not let me post this until I just click on that these apartments dont even deserve that one star

I really like my apartment, only been here for two days but the kids at night on the weekend are so loud!!!!!! Its really annoying. I only see myself being here a year if I have to deal with this.

These apartments are ok Nice and quiet but disappointing . I been waiting OVER A WEEK to get my leaks fix . My car has gotten keyed and broken into and towed for NO REASON .

I live in the front across from the office i moved from Mississippi and i can say i 💘 my appartment and my breeves way my patio/front yard is the play ground of course its trash every where they are kids and there are no trash can to put the trash in so what do you expect but any who i been a resident her 4 9 months and everything i ever reported to be fix has got fixed with in a day or so and no i dont sit in the office and gossip with ms malissa or tamara i stay to my self i dont know any one over here i speak hey and 👋 but the only thing i dont like about the apartment is i dont have a washer and dryer hook up inside my Appartments if i had that i give them a 5. I love the after school programs with ms pat the kids eat a full course meal at 4 when they get out of school and stay there to 6 and also ms pat take the to ⛪ and on field trips yes we stay in a bad neighborhood but i not 😨 for my life i never herd of a break in a shooting a fighting since i got here but its all in what you invole your self in and yes i herd these appartment have bed bugs not me thank god

I can not wait till my lease is up the 3rd day i was here i was watching 48 hours and i seen rosemont of oak hollow ledbetter bonnieview.. Every night or other night gunshots all night. Id rather hear the gun shots then the bad a$$ kids running through the hall ways stomping on the 3rd and 2nd floors for hours ..parents bo where around .. Trash thrown everywhere . the tenents could care less about keeping the property clean .. The pool i wouldnt step foot in it was never clean enough for my standards. Its bever been fully cleaned. Half way cleaned. Dirt at the bottom. Every since i been here. And it stays green for the most part of the year its a joke. But they thousands and thousands of dollars on the furniture in the office.. Its really nice in there. I cant wait till my lease is up. Part of me feels like packing what i can and trying to find somewhere else to sleep. They put the cheapest locks on the doors they could find in the worst neighborhood. I knew the neighborhood was bad when i moved over here i just didnt expect the pool to be under kept like its been and the bad kids running around no supervision. I can deal with the cheaper appliances but i didnt sign up for the pool i could never see my self steppn foot in and the trash everywhere. Maintenance does its best to keep it clean but they can only do so much. Like i said id rather hear gun shots then these bad kids running stomping yelling all day and the trash .. Its embarresing to have compeny. Someone was even using the bathroom in the hallways .. Stressfull. I love kids but these kids are unsupervised. Where are the parents! I dont even wana give one star.. Its false advertisement because the front of the complex is kept alot nicer then the back. And moving in it looked like a nice place to b from the front by the office .. The pool even looks clean from a distance. I should have really took a good tour through the whole complex. These apartments are the nicest ones in the neighborhood. I think. Id never sign another lease

I havent moved in yet, but I can speak about the application process. I could not imagine it going better. The employees worked with me to complete every step of the process. When I had a question, it was answered right away. What a professional group of people they are at Rosemont at Oak Hollow.

I was living here with my mom and I moved out August 1, 2017. I even signed a Request to move out form with Tamara and my mom but yet and still whatever money my mom owes has now went on my credit. I am not responsible for whatever she owes owes and it is not my fault if Tamara didnt do her job and take me off the lease when I asked her to. Tamara was always beru rude to me.

My Experience staying at the Rosemont has truly been a roller coaster ride and Ive been staying here for three years now and if you dont stay on Melissa about what you need done in your apartment then nothing gets done. Ive been here for three years and my carpet has not been cleaned since the day I moved in my tile in my kitchen needs to be done which I emailed her the of my kitchen floor thinking it was gone get done within a week or two its going on almost two months and my floor is still not done nor did I get a paper on my door saying anything regarding my carpet getting cleaned. Im so pissed and disappointed that Melissa told me that my floor was going to get done that Friday so I plan my vacation that next week to make sure my floor get done then that next week gets here and I ask Tamara were is Melissa and she say Melissa on vacation so I ask Tamara when are the going to start doing my floor she told me that I got to wait to Melissa get back to get my floor done and here it is Saturday and my kitchen floor still done. The corner in my bedroom wall looks like it is pealing apart and Ive told her about that as well as the maintenance man who isnt currently working here no more so it seem like Im going to have to get some paint and do that my self cause I just cant seem to get it done no matter how many work orders we put in. Late at night close to midnight if not after midnight their is almost two or more people that are on the bottom floor or on the steps talking loud and keep me and my family but when we bring it to Melissa attention she say did we tell the security well from my understand the security just sit in hes truck all not and doesnt walk the property or stop the noise complaint hell I dont he even think he reports nothing. its a few apartments that have bed bug and my apartment has been on the list to get spared for almost two months now and when I stop in the office today to ask Tamara if the People came to spray she said the guy came to our apartment to look to see if we had bed bug and if you can please tell me how can you look to see if bed bugs are in your house that just dont make no sense to me and work orders not getting done or that is two months be hind or longer makes no sense.. Melissa is letting a people stay in these apartments who is 3,000 behind on rent but to me thats showing favoritism so what about the rest of us who pay our full rent and I mean Full rent. My counter tops and restroom need to be resurfaced and when we tell Melissa she says that its fine without coming to out to out house or sending some one to look at what we talking about but according to Melissa she taking care of it. when Melissa schedule appointments they never come but my wife works nights and stay up waiting on the maintenance people to who never shows up and Im taking it as Melissa doing what she wants to do

If there was a place for 0 stars Id choose it but theres not. Make sure b4 u rent 2 go to the back thats where tamera the manager or what ever her name is puts her friends the door dealers . people who break in cars and houses. And its trashy and nasty . they spend all there money on the very front of the building landscaping and expensive furniture for the office.

You might lose yo life out here.
