The location is great and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The staff was welcoming and answered all my questions. I was looking for a 2 bedroom and they didn’t have anything in my time frame but in the future if I need an apartment home, I will keep this community in mind. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot and a fun location to check this community out.

I would be cautious moving in to this apartment complex. I lived in build C and it seemed like one gate and one door were always broken. I would see people roaming that didn’t look like they lived there, others reported too, nothing seemed to be done.When I moved out of my apartment, I was told it wasn’t “necessary to clean the apartment” because I was going to be charged anyway. Now they’re charging more than double the cleaning fee for something that was there before I moved in.Other problems included a dryer that was always broken and packages that were stolen, but if Texas ever freezes over again, you’ll have power because it’s close to a fire station.The maintenance staff is incredible, can’t say enough good things about them. The area is walkable and close to bars and restaurants.

I don’t know where to start. All I’m gonna say is my car window has been smashed twice now. Both incidents were within about a month of each other. I was parked in the garage near the cameras. I have no idea what else I can do or where to park so this doesn’t happen a third time. This happens almost every single day to someone in the garage. Also, packages are constantly being stolen. I’d suggest not moving here.Pictures below are from two separate occasions. I’ve had to replace my passenger and driver side window now. Taking bets on which one is next....

I have enjoyed living here so far! No issues in my building and I love the floorplans for the price. I worked closely with Austi in the leasing office and she has made it as easy and as seamless as possible! From touring to signing the lease to the move in process, she was always professional and made sure everything went smoothly.

I have lived at Camden Belmont for about two years and overall I have enjoyed my experience. The staff is friendly and professional. They go out of their way to reach out directly if you need assistance. The maintenance team is also experienced and provide quality support. Also, wanted to shout out Jordan Hall for assisting me directly when transferring units, he made it an easy and seamless process while also adding my garage. Lastly, the apartment provides great amenities. I enjoy the gym and pool areas. There is room for improvement regarding security however, we must work together as a community.

I am a current resident here at Camden Belmont. Moving in recently, I could have not had made a better decision than moving to this community. Fantastic layouts, helping leasing office and warm and friendly community. Special shout out to the prompt services by the maintenance team. Junior, the guy from maintenance is very accommodating, maintains proper hygiene during Covid times, and is very helpful and personable. Makes sure to wear all proper protective covers as he comes to help us with any maintenance requests. All this little efforts takes the experience to another level. I love the Camden Belmont community, because their staff is extremely friendly and professional. They truly care about their residents, and go above and beyond for them. You can easily and safely walk to the dog park, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Minutes away from Lower Greenville + Knox/Henderson area. Location is great!

Be careful before signing a lease here. They only care about making the outside of the apartment complex and tour route look good. They don’t take care of spills or trash for months unless it’s where the tours take place. Cars get broken into nightly here and packages routinely get stolen yet they do nothing about it. The leasing office never answers their phones and routinely ignores resident requests.

First let me state that I do not write reviews. My job as a first responder keeps me pretty occupied and I trust in the good faith of services. However as a new resident to Dallas I have had a horrible experience with this company. Since I was relocating to the area from out of state I utilized their virtual tour option to view my unit. The unit shown fit my ideal needs and had a wonderful view. However I was notified that it was no longer available. The assistant manager assured me that the other unit identified would meet my needs. This has been beyond false1. Was told the unit would have a security alarm system — False2. Apartment would be ready for move in- False3. Inaccurate information provided from assistant manager related to the upkeep and maintenance of unit.4. The assistant manager provided incorrect keys.Due to the nature of my role I only had a limited amount of time to move in. The key to both the entry and patio door does not lock. Since I have a first floor unit with street access this is concerning. Due to inaccurate information I requested that she communicate in writing. I have documentation for all requests and conversations.Today 5/22 I am supposed to pick up my keys. The assistant manager provided incorrect keys. After being unable to reach her I had to call the emergency maintenance contact to lock my doors. These gentlemen were courteous. Literally the only bright interaction with this unit.In all I was forced to miss my flight (lost money) and will miss work tonight. This will delay my move as flight options are limited. I am writing this in the hopes of speaking with management for a resolution.

Good value and location for the price. If something is wrong they fix it the following day. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially JR and Jordan from the leasing office. I briefly mentioned in passing about some caulking in my kitchen and JR had it fixed the next day. I have no complaints and my friends know I am notorious for complaining

I am new to Camden Belmont and I have had an amazing experience. Jordan is very professional and has been very helpful in my transition to my new place. I am pleased with the amenities and the grounds. Camdem Belmont is close to everything I need. So far so good and I love living here!

We have been at Camden Belmont for almost two years. We love it here. The area is the perfect location to do all the things! Most importantly we enjoy the office staff and maintenance staff. Everyone is very friendly and motivated to get things done! Ruthie is the absolute best! We visit the office multiple times a week for coffee and candy and she has become a favorite to our son! Always making us feel welcome. The maintenance team is awesome! JR is always quick to fix any problem we have and always has a smile on his face. He engages in conversation with our son each time he sees him and that means a lot to us. This is an awesome place with great people!

I live across Henderson and walk my dogs past Camden Belmont everyday. I stopped to speak with an employee named Jordan one day as he was walking the property and he truly represents Camden well. His professionalism and honesty are the reasons I’ll be considering Camden Belmont as I will be moving in a couple months.

JR from maintenance was extremely patient and helpful fixing multiple other items while only fulfilling 1 maintenance request from us. He made sure that I didnt have any other maintenance problems with the apartment before leaving.

JR & Mark are the best! The maintenance team is one reason we have lived at Camden Belmont for almost 4 years in three different units. We have had some issues with our townhouse since we moved in two months ago and each time the maintenance team has fixed everything in a timely manner along with making sure it is done right. Recently the maintenance team replaced our washer and dryer. JR and Oscar did an excellent job. They were kind, courteous, and efficient. Overall I can’t stand the way they run things, they seem to. Lack verbally telling people things, I wasn’t told things about my apartment in the long run, and things that would have def made me ask to relocated to another apartment . They just expect you to know how their system works on how you pay and how to communicate, overall it’s just unprofessional to me.. I seriously could go on and on on why not to live here .Take my word and spend your money else where . I truly did love it here but the last 5 months have been hell and I can’t wait to leave, I dislike it so much I am leaving a whole month sooner than. I have too...

I currently live at Camden Belmont and I put in a maintenance request for a broken cabinet a week ago and the maintenance man, Ramon Barrera, came today. He was very quick and professional. He fixed my initial problem, as well as helped with other maintenance concerns I had. I particularly appreciated that he knocked a few times to assure we were home before barging into our apartment. Thank you so much to the maintenance workers for being here during this time!

JR and Ramon are extremely helpful for all my maintenance related issues. They are the nicest people and make sure to communicate with me to let me know what my issue is and how they will fix it as fast as possible and correctly.

I have a good friend who lives here so I am always around. Very nice apartments, the area has good access to freeways, bars, and restaurants. The office staff are always nice and helpful. He never has any real maintenance issues. When he did need a battery changed in the alarm, they came after hours the same night. I hope to move in here once my lease is up at my apartment.

All of the staff is super friendly and super responsive! They made this move as easy and stress free as possible - I even had a package that accidentally got delivered before my move in date and they placed it inside my apartment for me. They are also very pet friendly and have poop bags located all around the community. You also get wonderful resident perks from local shops and restaurants!

JR and Andy just helped me out since my AC wasnt working. Since its the middle of the summer, it was really important that they respond in a fast manner. The next morning they both showed up, explained what they were doing to fix the issue, fixed out my filter, and even changed out a light bulb that they noticed was going out in my bathroom. The maintenance staff here is awesome and one of the reasons I renewed my lease. Plus it helps that Andy grew up in LA just like I did so we were able to build some rapport off that.Major props to both JR and Andy for their help.

When I came to a tour at Camden, I was impressed because Jennifer hopped up and greeted me right when I walked in. I had toured other apartments, and never had that level of attention from walking in the door. Their customer service is amazing. The property is beautiful and I love the gym! I work downtown so the location makes my commute easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this property.

I have always felt safe walking through the garage to my apartment, even when its late. I just re-signed my lease and would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to the area!

Ive really enjoyed living here so far. Any time I submit an issue regarding something in my room, someone fixes it the next day. Things such as the pool, office area, and gym are all terrific Megan Murray in particular is a superb worker in the leasing office so try to meet her if you can!

I was at Camden Belmont for just over two years and enjoyed it very much. The community location is in the middle of a huge neighborhood redevelopment so there were always new shops and restaurants opening in the area. The fitness center is huge and has a huge variety of machines to accommodate just about any workout. I enjoyed my dealings with the staff, especially the office. If youre looking for that Uptown feel without the Uptown foot traffic, this is definitely the place to be.

JR on the maintenance team is amazing! He was so helpful installing my new LED lightbulbs in my apartment. He was courteous and professional. Im so thankful to him and Camden for the new lightbulbs. I no longer need my vanity mirror in the bathroom. The lighting is fantastic!

Camden Belmont is by far the best place Ive ever lived. I loved the location and the walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars off of Henderson. It is also super pet friendly which was great since I have two dogs. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a new apartment. My experience was great and Jennifer was very nice, helpful and efficient in the leasing process.

My air conditioning went out overnight one evening and Miguel Quintana was able to quickly fix it the next day before I returned from work. It was great walking in and finding the A/C unit working again!

Jeff was really great. I always seems to have issues with trying to get maintenance done on my apt in the past, and Jeff got it down really fast and efficiently. With the constant changing weather any temp Ive needed, whether high or low has been the best its been all year since Jeff fixed it.

Can do a little better on cleaning the hallways though. Other than that, happy to renew my lease here! Great customer service, went above & beyond! I have been in communication with Chandler. I just moved from California and wasn’t able to physically be here to talk to anyone about the apartment & everything I should know. I called the # provided on the website & got lucky Chandler picked up as he’s been answering all of my dumb questions. For example I asked him if I needed a shower curtain since I’ve never been to the apartment yet or even looked at a model. I moved in about a month later than my move in date also and Chandler made sure I didn’t have to physically be here in Dallas on my move in date. I knew I had a fee due that day but he ensure that I could pay it online. He also provided me with everything I had to do before my move in date so it made my life easier so I didn’t have to worry about losing my apartment or getting a penalty or anything like that. I love Chandler, he made the move from California to Dallas SO stress free. I would really recommend getting in touch with him if this is where you’re looking to live.

The Camden Belmont Management are awesome! They are so nice to my fiance and I, including gifting us a bottle of wine when we got engaged and giving us a present for our dog Hamilton who they love to see . They always respond to my questions - especially Sam MacLean! She has helped me with maintenance requests and always offers a friendly smile when I see her. The staff has also replaced our blinds on our back door for free when our dog destroyed them. They really care about their residents!

Great location with spacious, up to date units. The Belmont staff is extremely helpful. One time I ran into a technological issue that Tiffany Parce was able to help me solve right away. Big ups to her for her reliability! The leasing office is lucky to have her on the team. Also shout out to the maintenance crew. They knock em out quickly and do great work. I moved into Camden Belmont a little over a month ago and absolutely love this community. The neighborhood is vibrant, walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants. You are also within walking distance to Lowest Greenville. If youd into exercise you are in luck. There is a 24/7 state of the art fitness facility. You can also walk around the Lakewood area and take in the stunning architecture in the area. The Knox/Henderson area is established and unique.The staff is phenomenal, including the leasing team, Assisant Manager, and Community Manager. Thank you to Cassee, Caroline, Sami, and Ruthie for being so helpful. When I have a question they answer in a timely manner. When the office is busy, I am able to speak to the contact center but I ALWAYS get a call back in a timely manner. They are always so happy to help me and it makes me feel like family!My apartment is 803 square feet and I love it so much. The closet fits my clothes and I have a lot - the built in shelving and drawers are fantastic. My bathroom is massive and I am still unsure how to utilize all the storage. The rent is reasonable for being able to see Downtown Dallas. It includes HD Cable and WIFI, valet trash, and washer/dryer which is awesome! No hidden fees. Honesty is so important and Camden excels in this area.I highly recommend choosing to live at Camden Belmont! I love everything so far and plan on staying for awhile!

Great location and great price points for young professionals. There can definitely be some improvements surrounding the grounds cleanliness, noise levels, especially on the weekends, and overall security. One thing to note is the maintenance staff is fantastic; they are fast and friendly. JR specifically, he rocks!!! Overall a good place to live.

We are in one of the townhouses of Garret and it overlooks an up and coming Urban Garden that brings amazing character to the neighborhood. The staff and maintenance always get back to you in a timely fashion and so far have gone above and beyond to make our experience homely. No complaints and I would recommend this property to anyone looking to the Knox Henderson area.

Location is prime. Lots on really good (non-chainy) restaurants and bars/pubs nearby which has led to the Henderson area becoming a very walkable community. The area is still slightly transitional but has improved drastically over the years (crime no longer an issue relative to uptown). Great complex! Amenities are top notch, including workout facility and both pools. The property management team is proactive, attentive, and always working to improve the community. A majority of the tenants are young professionals in their 20s and 30s. Apartment finish out is nice. Nothing over the top but great for the value. Rents are very competitive and a cheaper alternative to uptown. Id recommend Camden Belmont to anyone looking for a new place to live inner city.

I lived here for 3 years. Good service. Great staff. Only negative for me was the parking. The garage is across the street from my building and I work late shifts in a hospital and would not prefer to walk outside at late hours. However I later purchased a reserved spot in front of my apartment which made me feel safe. Rent reasonable for area.

I just moved to Camden Belmont from Camden Victory Park and Mallari Sayers made the whole process so seamless. She made sure that I had everything I needed prior to moving in and even came in early on Sunday so that I could grab my keys before the office opened. Thank you Mallari for a great experience!

DO NOT LIVE HERE.Once a month, somebody comes through the parking garage in building A and steals wheels and tires off of anywhere between 2 and 10 vehicles in one night. Management is aware of the issue and refuses to make any changes to security or add any cameras. When you aske management about these incidents, they will simply tell you “it happens, if somebody wants to come in and take something, they’re going to do it.” There is only one camera and it is at the bottom of the garage and there is no security whatsoever on site at any time of day. You will pay the price of a luxury apartment, but you will have zero security and no peace of mind living here.

Apartment is very cheap and you get what you pay for. I see police onsite to handle a break in at least once a month. The common areas are never clean. The staff are nice but generally useless as far as making apartment upgrades to keep it clean, being proactive, or preventing theft.

JR and Oscar from the Maintenance staff are rockstars! Got the new washer/dryer set up in no time. Keep up the great work.

My wife and I moved in since November 2018. So far weve really enjoyed living here. The complex is gated and our apartment is warm and cozy. The staffs are friendly and quick to action when we need something and the maintenance guys get it done.Were 5 minutes walk from Knox/Henderson, 5 minutes drive to Uptown/Oak Lawn/Lower Greenville, 10 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to NorthPark. Basically, were at the heart of Dallas and everything is close by.A couple of things to keep in mind (hence minus 1 star) - there is valet trash, but the trash pile up quick especially on the weekend. Also, we saw constant complaints about packages being lost/not received, but we havent had an issue (knock on wood).Note: youll need to ask leasing office to provide you a code so you can allow delivery person to enter the building after hours. Ask for Mallari Sayers for a view.

Mario came and fixed my heat today. I showed up after work and he was here, very friendly, told me what was going on and got the problem fixed in time. Thanks Mario!

Love it here! The grounds are kept so clean and every dealing Ive had with maintenance has been friendly and professional! I know theres been a couple crime issues however once the office communicates the situation I understand it is actually personal issues and not random!! Will be renewing my lease!!

I really dont know how many stars to put because we have very mixed feelings about Belmont. We relocated here from California and our leasing agent was very attentive until move in day. We were told that everything had been cleaned, painted, and was in working order. This was not the case. There is a very long list of items that had to be dealt with. And after driving for 4 days we were hoping for a smoother transition. Moving forward we worked with leasing agents Mallari and Chandler. Mallari helped us sort out some administrative details. She was friendly and followed up to let us know everything had been sorted out. Thank you Mallari! Chandler got the ball rolling on maintenance, cleaning and other issues we had. He also took responsibility for the issues and didnt try to put the blame elsewhere. We appreciated this very much as he wasnt our leasing agent. He did everything he could to make what should have been done right. Thank you Chandler, you gave us top notch service!We want to thank Miguel and his team for getting everything in working order and cleaned as quickly as they could. All of you were attentive, friendly and understood our frustrations. We appreciate you! We have a year lease here and just hope the rest of the time here is enjoyable. We never heard from our original leasing agent which is disappointing as we believed in this persons customer service to start with. Hopefully this is a lesson learned for all of us.

Awesome property super friendly staff!

Just kinda gross. My girlfriend lived there for a while and people would steal her stuff and when I’d take out the trash the trash room would be full to the door with peoples trash. Trashy place much better places to live in the area.

Ive been living at Camden properties for a couple of years and it has been a good experience. The Camden Belmont property really has a great staff. Though our time hasnt been perfect, the staff has always gone out of their way to be not only kind but also helpful which is fairly rare when searching for a great apartment complex.

Great apartment, perfect location! Requests are always taken care of quickly and management is always helpful and willing to answer any questions. Love living here!

Ive lived here for about 18 months and overall its been a fine complex to live in. The units are of good quality and spacious, and the public amenities are expanding all the time.Parking has never been an issue here for me- the main building has plenty of overflow parking aside from the individual buildings public parking.Have not had any issues with the leasing/maintenance staff- theyre responsible and friendly.Location is good: two blocks from some nice bars/restaurants on Henderson, and some good shopping a few blocks in the other direction on Blackburn. Near 75 which is no worse than any other freeway in the DFW area.For a Dallas mega-complex filled with Dallas people, its pretty good.

Car has been broken into 3 times and on Sunday it was stolen out of the parking garage. They keep saying they are hiring a security service but have yet to do so. In fact since 2-5-2020 to 2-22-2020 there has been FOUR vehicles stolen from this complex alone. Its too late for me but save yourself the trouble and stay away!
