Recently visited manor house the staff was extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area and answered all my questions I had about potentially leasing here! The model was gorgeous, what a great view!

My apartment on the 6th floor is amazing! Everything is so close by and the convience to work and school perfect!

I have been a resident at the manor house going on 3 years now and i have no complaints. This downtown historic building is packed with charm with awesome city views. I am big into architecture and design, the manor house has my heart. The Staff: Heather, Taelor and Victoria are always kind and willing to go over and beyond for their residents. Concierge is the best, down to earth and always give residents a sense of comfort. This building is so for the social cool crowd.

I have lived at Manor House for 6 years now and plan on living here for several more years. The views are great with every apartment but the 4th floor having balconies. You’re at the heart of CBD Dallas with AT&T Discovery District next door and only a few minute walk or ride to Deep Ellum, Bishop Arts, Uptown, The Cedars, Lower Greenville. The building has great character for its age and mgmt does the best it can to maintain its heritage. I also have to mention the helpful and courteous office staff, namely, Heather and Victoria who listen to your issues and make every effort to resolve and or make accommodations to the best of their ability. Give Manor House a chance and you won’t be sorry.

If youre looking to live the urban lifestyle in the downtown Dallas you cant go wrong with Manor House. The amenities and staff are top notch and we are glad to call this place home. The location is great, close to multiple restaurants, shopping, AA Center, Arts District, and multiple parks within walking distance. Just a block from the Dallas rail opens the door to most of the DFW area. The convenience of a the doorman service is amazing and something you wont find at other buildings at this price. The management and staff have always addressed any concern promptly and without hesitation.

Great location. Highway 2 min away. Downtown, restaurant, dog Park right here. Had a super experience. Staff is super friendly and mega helpful when needed. Relocated for work due to pandemic, very sad to go. Neighbor are all good people.!!!!!! New years was great to celebrate 🎉🎈🎂 Excellent view of the fireworks!!!!!!!!Manor House, thank you !!!!!!

I’ve just signed my 4th lease. I love my apartment. I’ve moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. I am completely happy with my experience. There is no better place for the money - all the bells and whistles for an affordable price. I don’t plan on going anywhere else. The concierge, the pool, the fun stuff upstairs- I’m completely happy!

Just moving to Dallas from France and have had the best experience thanks to Sydney and Victoria! Such an awesome building with the most friendly residents, I couldnt be more happy! Sydney even gave me tickets to the Texas Rangers game! Best location with walking distance to any thing you need.

When I moved into Manor house 3yrs ago I was surprised at Downtown life. Being a 2+year veteran at manor house I feel that The new management needs an honest review. I understand that taking over an apartment complex in the sky is hard and I believe Victoria has been doing a wonderful job. In the restaurant industry I was put in stores that needed me to be the hard nosed new director of the operation. She is a pinnacle of this with grace and tolerance. Let me tell you she has removed much of the element that was making Manor house a (trailer park in the sky) alright place to live in, to a (Respectful residence) enjoyable place to be proud of. I work as a bartender next door and prestige is important and I’m now proud to say I live there. Thank you Victoria and thank you Harbor group for making my home more beautiful, by making my neighborhood better.

I’ve been at Manor House for the past couple months and love all the new changes that were made! The management staff is extremely helpful and kind! Sydney goes above and beyond when talking about the building! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel right at home!

My 13 year old daughter and I recently moved in- we love it! We had moved around quite a bit over the past three years after leaving our home of 11 years and for the first time in a long time we feel like we are home.I have always admired the Manor House for its eclectic and diverse tenants as well as its location and history. You simply have to appreciate the Manor House for the gem that it is or you likely dont belong there.Last but definitely not least- the staff could not be kinder- each and every one of them. They have gone above and beyond to make both my daughter and myself feel like we are home. They have literally been a real blessing to my little family.

The apartment stays maintained. Chill neighbors. Taelor and Sydney in the office are extremely helpful. Concierges Paul and Nicole always make me happy.

Great place to live if you like dealing with a roach problem. Staff is great. Had them spray several times and i mop and sweep and wipe down my apartment clean so the roaches dont come in. How ever they make there way in and im grossed out. They are too fast to catch and they keep getting bigger and bigger!

The tour of the 25th floor clubhouse looks awesome with 3 TVs, 2 computers and a printer, BBQ grills, heated pool, and a pool table. But the cable rarely works on TVs, one of the computers is missing the power cord and a keyboard (look closely at the video they posted), the printer rarely worked and now is completely dead, the pool hasnt been heated since Thanksgiving and due to problem with the grill gas line, the door to the pool has been locked. The pool table works so there is that. And there is no WIFI. Also, if you get a deals or rent concessions make sure you get it in writing. People arent getting them and when they asked about it they get a lot of excuses. Its sad they have to have their employees or employees family members give them 5 star reviews. One thing that really bothers me is the lack of concern for preparing for an emergency. There hasnt been a fire drill in over a year, They asked people who needed help not to participate in the one scheduled but was cancelled last year.

I have lived at the Manor House for 5 yrs. I have enjoyed it completely but now with new owners and New management the place is fantastic! They are updating from top to bottom! If you like downtown living the Manor House is the place for you. Vaughn Valentini

Manor House has been my most positive leasing experience to date. Everything from applying, moving-in, and daily living here has been seamless. Victoria, Taelor, and Sydney in the leasing office are absolute sweethearts, definitely drop in you have any issues or just to say hi. I am unfortunately moving out of state but would have otherwise stayed here for many years to come. You wont regret moving to MH.

I have lived at Manor for 3 years and it was up and down, definitely some rocky moments, but I stayed because the place is a community unlike other high rises.However, now that new owners/management has taken over things have definitely improved tremendously. It was a rocky transition, but they have finally got things squared away and hitting their stride.Between remodeling and fixing all the issues that was making this place a pain it has finally started to lose that trailer park in the sky feel as someone else said.I stayed for the people, but now I am finally excited to be proud of the building itself.Good job to the management/office team and the new owners...hats off.I just signed for another year and dont see that changing anytime soon.

The apartment layouts are the best of what is available downtown and that made our decision to choose Manor House when we lived downtown for 14 months. The people made it home and the only place Ill consider if we ever live in downtown again. From the front desk to the parking to especially the maintenance they were so friendly and helpful. For the few interactions we had with the management office they always exceeded our expectations.

Between the beautiful remodel of the entire building, the wonderful and honest staff, and the productive Maintence team- I cant imagine living anywhere else! Absolute prime location, great staff and security, and even some of the best neighbors Ive ever had! So thankful for Victorias eagerness to make this a even more beautiful community than it already was! Love my Manor House Family!

Its overpriced for the area. Everything around the area is nicer. The apartments are old and is just kind of poorly maintained.

The elevators suck always. They can’t keep clean . It’s disgusting..

Very telling that reviews since Harbor took over are negative. Ive lived here 5 years and loved it. Renewing my lease was a no brainer. It has definitely gone downhill. Only 1 or 2 elevators working..actually for first time had no elevators working one time. Roaches have definitely become a problem and havent had any scheduled pest control since they took over. The concierge staff does seem to be stressed. My One time dealing with leasing office staff was less than desirable..couldnt give answer to when elevators would be working..I hope current mgmt gets their act together otherwise I will not be renewing.

I just moved in to the Manor House and I have to say that this has been the easiest moving experience ever. The sales team was awesome in accommodating my needs and once I got here everyone from the concierge, to the maintenance crew, to the Valet guys have been great - always friendly no matter how many times I am in and out of the garage. I have always lived in the suburbs, so getting an apartment downtown was a new experience for me, but I have to say that I am loving it. I have an office downtown, so this second home has been a lifesaver. I never thought I would love living in the city- especially right in the center. I feel very safe here and walking around downtown, its not the same downtown I remember from a few years ago.Its great being able to walk out the door and have everything you need within a two block radius and a ton of streets to explore and enjoy. I love to walk around during lunch time and people watch and pick a place to eat, there is no shortage of lunch restaurants for sure. The weekends are great too, I thought it would all die down, but the reality is that the personality of the city changes from business to tourists and a whole new vibe ensues. Its like being on vacation every weekend - very cool.The drive into the building is also easy, right off Commerce and Griffith, so easy access from 75, 35, and Woodall Rodgers. I thought downtown traffic would be horrible, but it really isnt. There are easy ways in and out, you just have to figure out the shortcuts during rush hour--- Ross is the secret passage to downtown.I also have to say that the rest of the tenant here are very friendly. I want sure what to expect, but it is an eclectic mixture that is family and pet friendly, yet also hip with a lot of young professionals. Its a great balance to keep us all young - it feels like one big family of residents that are all very friendly. I guess its because we are in Texas?I am happy to call the Manor House my home away from home and look forward to a great year here! Id highly recommend living here to anyone of any age or lifestyle, we have it all and it is what makes the Manor House so great, the diversity and the feeling of belonging - truly what America is, a melting pot.

Stopped by to look at a unit after being told over the phone that I could come in and do a tour after 1p on Saturday.Upon arrival, the concierge advised me he was ‘overworked & underpaid’ & proceeded to rudely explain that I could not view a unit over the weekend and had to have an appointment during the week. I will no longer be considering this property if this is the face of the company.

Lived At this place with no issues for over three Years to Be Pushed Out By Victoria Sanders The New Property Manager At The Manor House Over Racial Discrimination Without A Doubt She Wanted Something Done To Me Illegaly To Even Insure I Was Going To Leave Never Wouldve Thought this Could Be Possible On Going Litigations And Equal Housing Is Working On it Illegally Re Ran Background Without Signatures SInce NEW Ownerships Used Cases That From When I Was Younger As Cause For Pushing Me Out After I Noticed This Shouldnt Been Done I Brought In Legal Documentation Saying These Were Dismissed Still DIdnt Care Is Now Saying 3rd Party Screening IS Reason Take It Up With THEM I Have Never Felt So DIsrespected In my life as A good Paying Customer I am General Manager Over Car Lot And Have Been Approved At Numerous Properties Without Issues Since So No This IS Total BS What Was Done Will Give Update Once Legal Steps Have Been Completed!!!

My girlfriend and I recently moved into Manor house apartments and I must say I do not like it here and will not be renewing my lease. We have roaches through the entire building. From my unit to the hallways, the laundry room floor, party room and pool floor and even seen some in the weight room. I’ve talked to plenty of residents here and they’ve seen them as well. Elevator gets stuck (with people on it) trapped for an hour plus, the pest control sucks.The parking situation sucks because they have to Valet your car and you can’t just get it when you need it. Long lines when you are trying to get your car to go to work.My electric port in the bathroom doesn’t work. I’ve asked for it to be fixed twice and no one has come yet. I can smell whatever my neighbors are cooking at all times. The hallway always stinks.There is new management right after I moved in. The leasing agents act like they are working hard but they aren’t. The front desk people let people up without calling or signing them in. Good thing I actually allowed that person to visit me that day. Overall sucks here only been here a short period of time.

Lived here for a couple of mo ths while my short time in Dallas, and was overall satisfied. The apartment was in very good condition with the new kitchen, though one big negative was that my room was very drafty and heat escaped easily during the winter, but out of the two rooms it was only one. The amenities were nice, neat lounge upstairs with a great communal area, pool and billards table. The building itself is old, so some thing arent in the best condition, but overall a good place.

Three cheers for the Manor House Staff. Seriously. The entire staff, from the concierge team to the cleaning crew to the leasing office is the BEST and anybody who says otherwise is a fool or has Asperger syndrome.**Update: After 3 years at Manor House, my partner and I bid farewell to the staff and fellow residents. We loved every minute of it. There is literally nowhere you can live downtown that has outdoor space that is even close to what you get at Manor House. We were out on our terrace hundreds and hundreds of times. Ill miss watching the lightening bolts strike the building rooftops when storms roll through. What a view.

Not yet a tenant however Jason held my hand over the phone and made me feel so comfortable I pray approved and can move in!!

Horrible staff. Dosent fix anything. Building is old. Roaches and my refrigerator and sink has been broke for 2 months now.

I wouldn’t recommend moving here to anybody! This place is horrible! They done repair anything on time and this place is infested with roaches! Parking is a joke and overpriced

If youre young and flexible, do it. You cant beat the views.
