Jada Chaffee is absolutely amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about her work. She is always so sweet and is so helpful! Though I did not end up leasing with this company due to them not having availability that worked with my move in date I would definitely contact them again in the future! Though I ended up leasing elsewhere, I have to give this company credit. They were very helpful in finding available units/options, and kept a regular and professional line of communication open. Really seemed like they strive to help people out, though I personally couldnt find something current that fit me exactly. I will definitely contact them again on my next lease.

He has a warm glow and a kind smile, I knew I was in good hands when he toured us on our new apartment ! He is the standard of professionalism, he has really changed my view on leasing companies in general . If I could give them a 0 I would I live in Apex apartments and the management team is horrible I have not had proper A/C since spring and summer first started. They keep sending the same maintenance guy out and the problem is above his head my house is super hot and they do not care I tried calling indio management and they never return your call... Ill be calling code compliance and the tents association today.... My apartment should not be 90 degrees at 11:00 at night

I wish I could give 0 stars..This place just went from bad to worse. They just took over my apartments and obviously dont care that their office workers are rude as hell and they are not friendly or welcoming. Lizette (didnt offer to spell her name or give her last name) is the rudest most unprofessional person Ive ever talked to. Shed rather argue as if shes not getting paid to address my concerns. Ill be sure to avoid this slumlord company when I move. I called corporate and we shall see if someone calls me back.. Maybe if you hire some professional people you wouldnt have so many bad reviews...And the good ones are definitely fake..

DO NOT lease with a property managed by Indio! Terrible management! Jeremy at the Wind Rush Location did not keep up his promises, stole my money, refused to refund it after never having a place for me to move into and laughed when I brought it up to him. The manager, Jeremy, pocketed it for himself. Contacted the property manager’s supervisor and others at the company and never got a response. This is how they treat their customers. Pathetic

Instead of trying to assist tenants during the pandemic like other properties have been, this company has raised the late fees... this however is a perfect example of how they treat every situation. I understand they might have a mortgage due also but this pandemic will prevent them late fees yet they jump at the opportunity to profit from others misfortune. I contact them occasionally for issues with the staff but I can understand the staff better than them because I doubt they are paying their employees appropriately so of course it is a revolving door leaving tenants without assistance. I will say whoever comes out to the office from here causes the staff to literally freeze as if they are terrified and this is not an effective strategy for teamwork, someone is abusing their authority to have 5 adults so statuesque they cant speak, it was very strange.

Kyren is not professional and speaks to all residents like they are beneath him makes people live is hazardous conditions and doesnt know what is important in this business he is an embarrassment to Indio Management and needs to be removed from The Ashley at Bluffview. All he does it smoke weed in the office and made parking worse not to mention the BS he spreads is stinking up the property.

This is the second time already that I have tried to contact them about one of their properties. Should have known better. First time: never got a response after a few times calling, then got an agent that left me in the middle of the showing. Second time: had ANOTHER agent reaching out FINALLY about the SAME property, then went radio silent. I called back about a week later inquiring why I haven’t gotten an update, only to be put on hold and “assisted” by a rude front desk, Jean. She then proceeded to tell me the agent I was working with has left…. So no one has the decency to pick up my case and help me? Jean then proceeded to be more condescending and asked things such as “Do you want to be helped OR WHAT?” No thanks Jean. Not with that attitude and lack of communication. If your staff turnover rate is that high, I doubt you’ll treat your tenants with the same respect.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone from their leasing office for about a week now. I have called twice and get put on hold then after 5 minutes of hold, I get an answering machine which Ive left TWO messages on about calling me back so I can tour an apartment from their website. since I cant get ahold of anyone on the phone or to return my phone calls and messages, I figured this is the next best way. but never mind, if this is how unprofessional they are, I can only imagine how poorly their properties are managed.

They over-charged me on rent, every month, and never fixed the billing error.Had to leave the apartment because the place became dilapidated and there was an ever worsening roach infestation at Douglas Court.Update: they did send the security deposit

Zain at Indio Managment has went above and beyond for me during my leasing of the District. When one of their employees was let go during my application process, she quickly and seamlessly took over and helped me get from Application to Move-In in less than a week. She went above and beyond to make sure my rent check was received when the courier accidentally dropped it off across the street at the wrong address! I can’t say enough good things about her! Definitely a stellar experience

Love this company and their team. Not only do they have reasonable rates on their apartments, they are also very responsive and interacting with them is much more personal than the larger apartment companies out there. I really enjoyed my time with them and had I not been moving cities I would have definitely stayed with them.

I do not understand this company. They have multiple numbers. All the different numbers send you to the same person. You call the property number, you get the same lady, You call the leasing office same lady again, You call the Management number.. Same lady..Why the hell.. if im calling to try and make a lease with your company, And I call the LEASING OFFICE, does the lady who answers the phone say OH let me take your name and number and give it to the leasing office and they will call youUh, Lady, I CALLED THE LEASING OFFICE.Ive read on your other reviews that This time of year is busy for you, Well if you know that, Then HIRE A FEW TEMPS.. Youre def not making a good 1st impression, and loosing money doing things this way.

She was willing to work around my schedule even outside of regular hours (something not very common when looking for apartments) and tell me all the details about the area, nearby attractions, and more that could prepare me for living in the area. Breanna also suggested new locations that would better fit my needs as we toured, and all while keeping a friendly, positive, and upbeat attitude. I am convinced this office does not want new business. I have tried contacting their leasing office a handful of times over the course of a week, resulting in voicemail on every attempt. I have left a message and still have not received a response after several days. I even called the existing resident line and requested a transfer to the leasing office where I was put on hold, the phone eventually rang, and got voicemail...twice.

I have been living in an apartment owned by Indio for 5 years now and, as much as I love the unit itself and its location, I have had about enough with this company.1. AC/heater: From what other residents have told me, the boiler and chiller unit at this complex is from the 1940s and needs to be replaced. However, instead of replacing the unit, Indio waits until it breaks down every few weeks and then orders new parts, which takes several days. In the summer of 2016, we went 23 days without air conditioning. At that point there were many elderly residents and an infant living in the complex. Many people had to stay in a hotel or with relatives during that time because the temperatures reached a dangerous level. Last year, Indio started offering temporary A/C units at the request of the tenant. However, they did not have enough for all 40 apartments in the complex so the only people who got them were the ones who called first.2. Pool: Indio received 2 code compliance violations for public health. The pool filter was broken for 2 years, leading to a green, swampy pool. The pool was kept open during these times and calls to corporate resulted in half-assed apologies and empty promises. It wasnt until the city came out twice(!) that Indio was finally forced to put locks on the pool gates and replace the filter and clean out all the filth that had accumulated.3. Laundry: There is a laundry room at the back of the property with 3 washers and 3 dryers. Unfortunately, they do not work. The washers and dryers were broken for about 3 years. Then, about 2 years ago, we were all really excited because they gutted the laundry room and put in new appliances. Well, I guess these appliances must be used because they dont work either. I have given up calling and complaining about the laundry room at this point because I know nothing will ever happen. I ran into a maintenance worker outside one time and asked him why they did not fix the washers and dryers. His response was that he wondered the same thing. Apparently the maintenance team has notified corporate multiple times about the broken washers and dryers but their requests are always ignored.4. Crime: There has been some crime even though the complex is located in a nice neighborhood. Indio doesnt seem to be too discerning with their tenants. There was one tenant who engaged in suspicious activity and was actually stabbed in his apartment. The blood was all over the screen door for a few days. The resident who moved in after him found a crack pipe in the closet. I have heard multiple screaming fights coming from different units over the years. There have been multiple car break ins, even though the complex is secured with gates that have an access code. I heard of a tenant who had a full size grill stolen from the private courtyard and another who had a mini grill stolen right from outside of their door. I have had a package stolen. Another tenant had her clothes stolen out of the dryer. Most of the emails informing management about the crimes go unanswered. One time, however, we got a very nasty mass email about how tenants need to be careful about inviting criminals by leaving belongings outside (in a gated complex).5. Bedbugs: I know of at least 4 different units that have been infested with bedbugs. Indio never informed any new tenants about the previous infestations. They seem to want to keep this information under wraps, rather than letting residents know to look out for any potential warning signs before the situation gets out of hand.6. Communication: We have had countless managers over the years. Some last a few months, others last a few days. I never know who Im going to talk to when I call about issues. Some of the managers have been great, others have been extremely rude and unprofessional. We pretty much never get any emails about when a manager leaves and a new one is assigned. There is a serious lack of communication about problems on the property.If you are looking into renting an apartment owned by Indio Management, please beware.

We have had a great experience with Indio starting with the initial call. We feel extremely lucky to have gotten Norma as our point of contact. She is professional, thoughtful, communicative, and a great listener. She has personalized our experience and we’ve never felt like we are just a transaction. She and Roxanna have done a great job with patience, communication and understanding during this minimal contact/social distancing time. We highly recommend Indio Management.

What is wrong with this company? I cant believe the things I have had to live through, on top of attitude from employees that work here. I live at the Tesoro Bonita location....and let me tell you the nightmare I have been living with since I have moved here. First....mold in my unit which was discovered and promised cleaned before I moved in (my mistake...I should have walked away and never moved in). It was as if several years of buildup in the air filter that was never changed and they let me move in like that, on top of very serious mold in the AC panal and severely dirty duct system (which still has not been cleaned out properly in the 5 months I have been here). I have severe asthma and COPD and an autoimmune disease and the only reason I am still here is because I am struggling financially due to covid-19 job loss....otherwise I would be gone. I am providing pictures of everything I am saying because I want people to see for themselves. During our past heat wave of temperatures over 105 degrees, our AC units went out completely (which were constantly going out the entire time I was living here almost weekly during the spring months). Finally the AC unit just went out, and they gave us small tiny window units which only helped with about 150 sq ft. of air space. They placed that small window AC in my bedroom, but the kitchen and bathroom would not get cooled from the tiny window ac unit. The remainder of the apartment was getting to temperature highs of over 95 degrees. Unfortunately, because I have serious medical issues, I couldnt stand or be in the kitchen for just a few minutes at a time. I called several times to inquire how long it was going to take to have AC in our units repaired but no response even with several calls and emails. Anyway, it took a couple weeks for them to get the AC repaired, and it was very difficult living here in my unit as it was seriously impacting my health with temperatures in my unit that high. When I would call to inquire how long it was going to take to fix, they referred me to the manager for this property but she was always either out or unavailable. I would write emails to her that went un-responded to for some time. Like I said, if I wasnt struggling financially, I would have left long ago. So, as a side but final kicker, we only have 2 washers and 2 communal dryer machines in our facility with 24 units in this building. Of these 4 units, 3 of the 4 are not working, and havent been working properly for the entire time I have been here. Today, I have spent over $20 for 3 loads of laundry because the dryer that is working, is only partially working. I have called literally 5 or 6 times to report that the washing machines and dryers are not working, but no one has done anything about it. As a matter of fact, I called today and the receptionist remembered that I called but then got snippy with me saying that I am the only person that has complained (thus meaning that I must be making this up). I asked her why these things have not gotten fixed, but I got no response but apparently, I am the problem for complaining. I looked at one of the dryers, to discover that the dryer on top wasnt even connected properly to the air exit exchange was filthy and just looked as if no one cares at all. I have attached pictures. I am reading these other reviews, and other people have been making very similar complaints. To the owners of the property....you SERIOUSLY need to re-evaluate your employees and contractors and I really hope that you actually care about the properties that you own. Because from where I stand....you are either ignorantly blind to what is going on, or you just dont care or you dont have the funds to maintain your properties. Either way, I am calling you out on this because its horrific to be treated this way.

This is an appreciation post for Lisa Smith. Shes a manager at the corporate office and helped me tremendously when something appeared on my credit report from this property which I have never lived at. She went above and beyond to get this cleared up when she didnt have to. Whats it to her if that gets cleared or not?? I was applying at other apartments not managed by Indio but even still, she made calls, wrote letters and made sure that was taken off my report. As I mentioned Ive never lived at any of their properties, but if this is how she treats non-residents, I can only assume she treats residents even better. I couldnt have done this without her and it was done so timely as well. Much appreciated Lisa...

Indio recently took over management of my apartment complex. They came in within 24 hours of a maintenance request to fix what needed to be done on our unit. Yvette communicated with us throughout the day what was happening and when to expect assistance. She was wonderful! The repairman was polite, professional, and very organized.

As a current tenant I have to warn others. This is a terrible company. Very bad service and maintenance. Nothing gets done when we put in a request. The worst of all is the quality of the buildings. The whole building shakes when the neighbours upstairs walk normally. They used the cheapest material. Also rif raf and shady people are around the property making it dirty and throwing garbage everywhere and being loud. Lastly someone broke into my apartment last month and management doesn’t care. There are no camera recordings. The cameras are just a show. Better to take your business elsewhere.

I was quarantined earlier the year due to Covid exposure. Just so Indio would know ( to be on the safe side) I phoned Lisa and gave her the heads up. Id never met her face to face so I was shocked when she listened to me cry over the phone ( I was worried to the core about my health). Lisa was the very first person to set a care package for me and my puppy. The little blue bear she brought is still his favorite toy!To drop off food, toys, flowers, cleaning supplies to a complete stranger was amazing.When it was time to return to work I still had a difficult time adjusting to our countries new norm. Never received an email because Lisa called to check on me. I suppose to ensure my voice wasnt trembling and I was really doing ok. She even thanked me for being a nurse before my own job did.This has been a rough year for everyone but just know not everyone means you any harm..

My toilet has been backed up for 6 days. I’m in a one bedroom so only one toilet. I have left messages via voice mail and text. It has now become a health hazard. The ammonia is giving me a headache and making me nauseous.Last year my oven was broke for 5 months. I had to contact City of Dallas to get it fixed. I thought the recent new management would make a difference but evidently not. Now I also have AC problem.Again, I have had to contact City of Dallas Code Compliance. Currently they are really busy.

They are not doing much to keep a particular property. They bought it like 3 months ago, brocken windows nit being fixed, just boarded up. At night its creepy and dark because thug have not replaced any of the blown bulbs. We have 3 washers and 3 dryers o of them work. i could go on and on.

I am a resident of the Everly Apartment.At the point of renewal of my lease in July 2020, I asked for a resident parking sticker but I was told that they dont have stickers yet. I made several attempts to obtain a parking permit but I was told its wasnt ready.On Saturday, 11/21/2020, my car was towed by apollo towing company. I was informed by the towing company that I was registered as a guest and not a resident and that is the reason my car was towed. The leasing office associate registered my car as a guest without my knowledge.Also on Saturday,11/21/2020,  I asked for a resident parking sticker again from the Everly leasing office associate to avoid my being towed again but was told they dont have stickers and they cant find my insurance and car registration in their file.Right now,my car is still with the towing company for no reason and there is no guarantee that my car will not be re-towed by the same towing company. This is not right. I am resident. Obtaining a resident sticker shouldnt be a hassle.We are in a difficult times,in a pandemic,my car should not be towed in the first place since the Everly dont have resident parking stickers

Do Not Move to ANY of Indios Properties especially Austin’s Place in Highland Park! Go read the yelp reviews !!! These people ask new tenants to leave a nice review to overshadow the poor reviews left about this company.This complex a/c operates on a 1940’s chiller/broiler system which should be disclosed to prospects when showing interest in the apartment. The reason this is an issue, is this thing breaks down like every other week. So you sweat all summer and you freeze during the winter.They don’t issue temporary fans or temporary window units. Don’t get a hotel they will not reimburse you for this either, you can’t cook because you are going to make the apartment even hotter! They will not reimburse nor subsidize the inconvenience. They wait until the end of the day and send an email stating they are aware of the issue and working to fix it. I think we are ALL aware of the issue. You should know they will state if it is not 85 degrees outside it’s not urgent, even your indoor thermostat is reading 90 degrees inside your unit. This place has many maintenance issues from the pipes - to the water heater, but the one that is unlivable is being suffocated throughout the summer!! Also you can get a glimpse of the staff’s personality staff’s through their snarky responses to negative reviews left about the company. This place is the eyesore of Highland Park!

Indio bought our apartment complex earlier this year in May. Yvette of Indio management who has been signing all of our recent documents, with invitations to contact her by phone or email is extremely unprofessional and untimely. She hardly answers phone calls and did not reply to us about renewing our lease during more uncertain times of Covid. It was contractually due at the beginning of July but she never responded back by email about it or called us back after leaving voicemail.Finally, now at the end of September, on the same day we have maintenance on our rusty, moldy AC duct, TWO MONTHS LATE, we receive a notice by paper that in addition to rent increasing, we need to pay for utilities, and we need renters insurance with a huge liability of $100,000. This company is evil. This company is trying to displace me and my partner and dog during the lingering pandemic of Covid so that they can renovate this unit like they have others over the summer. Do not rent from this company. I strongly urge you.Read their replies to other negative reviews and you can see the transparent fakeness and their attempts to save face. This is a dishonest and malicious property management company. Do not sign the lease.

Im thoroughly pleased with the management! They literally go above and beyond for every request Ive ever made. They take excellent care of the property/landscaping. Ive had family in from out of town and they always comment on how our grass is the greenest on the street, and it really is!! Lisa, our apartment manager, is literally amazing!! She responds quickly and work orders are done within a few hours to at most a day. Im so happy I leased with Indio Management. Id give them 10 stars if i could!

I have been trying to pay rent since Friday after I was told I would get an eviction court date. Rent was due by the 3rd without any late penalties. I am getting told my rent will not be accepted by Friday the 6th. I have paid every month including all late fees. I have already reached out to corporate about this issue and still haven’t heard back. Tried paying online and Cheryl O’Neil from the Bluffs disabled my portal from being able to pay. When I called to office Daniel was telling me I couldn’t speak to Cheryl which is property manager because she refuses to speak to me. Very unprofessional especially when I’m trying to figure out what’s going on. I have emailed and left messages with corporate about this issue before eviction will be filed. I can pay now if Indio management allows me to. Spoke with the regional Lisa Rowland and she said even though I was only 3 days late they have the right to refuse the rent. Which they will go ahead and evict me soon. I also have to pay early termination on the lease even though they are the ones making me move out

The office staff for Indio is amazing! Ashley and Jessica assisted my son and girlfriend in what I consider record time in finding and moving into an apartment. Communication and follow through were superior. I own rental units in my home state and as good as my property management company is, they dont measure up to Indios customer service. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that Ive never written a review on Google, but my experience with Indio was so poor that I feel compelled to. My air-conditioning has not been working for a month and its been so bad that mildew and mold has been forming on various pieces of furniture and on my pillows. I put in two maintenance requests and with each one, maintenance said they fixed it, but they never did. Even after sending photos of the mildew and requesting a third maintenance visit, nothing was done. Indios team ignored this MAJOR health issue and instead just waited until a different management company took over our building despite saying they would take care of it before the switch over. Thats the most recent transgression. In the first four months that I lived in their property, my sink backed up four times and my garbage disposal would occasionally stop working and each time they said they fixed it, but it just continued to happen. I probably would have never moved into the apartment except that the team member who showed me the property gave me false information. He told me all bills were paid and when I asked if there was central heating and A/C he replied yes. He failed to explain that the apartment is on a chiller system which means I dont have access to heat and A/C at the same time throughout the year. If I had known this, I would never have moved in. He either misled me with false information or didnt remember to provide that information or wasnt informed about it -- either way, it was poor customer service. While the team was generally kind and respectful in their dealings with me, and I absolutely appreciate that, kindness never fixed the issues in my apartment especially one as harmful as mold forming in my apartment (Im asthmatic and a journalist who works from home and as soon as it started, I had to use my inhaler more times in the last month than the last three years). Be wary.

Apartment REEKED of cigarette smoke upon move in after signing no-smoke addendum, after seeing smoke-free on their webpage. I was told a complete lie and never got real resolution. My emails were blown off until I involved a lawyer. These people are the scum of satans hell.AVOID!!!

I had an issue with mold in my apartment in May and lost quite a few of my possessions including more expensive items such as furniture for a total of around $1,500. It took me about 3 weeks to get them to let me out of my lease, after all they did to rectify the situation was spray and wipe down mold on the ceiling and run the dishwasher which had mold in it as well. The mold continued to spread rapidly at which point I began losing more items and could not live in the place due to concerns for my health especially during a pandemic such as COVID when I was working from home and would be in it constantly. I essentially paid rent in May and did not get to live in the apartment. I asked community manager Marcus Ellis to reimburse me for the items I lost since a leak in the roof which got near the furnace and into my ceiling was the cause of the mold according to Indio’s own maintenance man. I had pictures of the mold on all my items including my couch and mattress/box spring and had sent them to Indio where you could clearly see the mold on my personal possessions and the apartment in the Apartment at M Streets complex. Marcus refused to replace or reimburse any of my items because he claimed that he went by the apartment and “everything looked ok”. I made the decision to leave my larger furniture at the apartment after I moved out because it just was not worth the risk to bring moldy furniture to a new apartment. I am assuming that is the reason I did not receive my deposit back after Marcus Ellis assured me it would be fully returned. I have never written an online review before but this has continually irritated me that this company acted without morals or ethics in dealing with an issue one of their tenants had that was their fault and caused by their lack of up keep in the building. Please see just a few of the moldy possessions and parts of the apartment below. Please do not trust this property management company.

This company has been the best and stress free experience of signing a lease. I worked with Jessica Lopez who is BEST! She was incredibly responsive and very attentive to all my questions and inquiries. I would recommend this apartment company to EVERYONE who is looking in the greater Dallas area. GO JESSICA GO!

Kudos to Carson, Leasing Agent, for his help in finding me the right apartment. Viewed a two bedroom at the Magnolia at Wycliff. Beautifully appointed apartment, but not on the right floor for me. Im a mom whose son is moving 12 hours away to Dallas. From the first phone call we made to Indio they have been SO helpful. If they didnt know the answer they got it and responded promptly. They worked with what we needed regarding moving in so soon and his school schedule. I feel so much more comfortable knowing my son will be in good hands with a complex that goes above and beyond!! We have been living in an Indio management property since Dec of 2016 and are moving to another larger Indio property soon. Sarah was fantastic and a breeze to work with recently as we searched to upgrade to a larger apartment. She was incredibly helpful to us by taking us to a number of different properties until we found just the right. Thanks Sarah! Indio staff have always been professional, warm, generous, and quick to respond any time weve had questions. I HIGHLY recommend renting from them. Its been the best renting experience Ive had and Ive been renting various places around town since 2004!

Ive lived at the same Indio-managed property (Apartments on M-Streets) for about 20 months. Overall, I have been highly satisfied with (i) the quality of my apartment and the renovated amenities the Indio team added, and (ii) the responsiveness of the Indio team and its maintenance staff.Adding to the second point, my apartments manager (Marcus Ellis) has consistently gone above and beyond to proactively address and resolve any reported issues at the property, and makes himself available on short notice should I have any questions or concerns. While my friend was living at Ross & Matilda (another Indio property), they emphasized how quickly they noticed positive changes to the property after Marcus had been assigned the new manager.In short, I would highly recommend living at an Indio property.

Indio took over The Highlands a.k.a The Villas on Gilbert at the beginning of the summer and have since been unresponsive when following up on renovations going on around the building. Many times a window of time has been given for when certain work would be completed around the building that would cause the water or power to be turned off. Those windows of time would not be when the work was completed and would be extended without communication from management and often times would result in tenets like myself being unable to go about our day because we dont have our utilities available to us. ON TOP OF THAT recently the building has raised the rent exorbitantly for the type of issues it frequently faces. ....no way someone should pay $1100+ when there is a roach problem, regular heating/cooling issues, and an unprofessional staff when you want to address these issues and attempt to find a way to resolve them and you feel you go unheard.Last I have to echo another review on here specially about the property manager of the Highlands located on 4203 Gilbert Ave. Yvette is not the most professional and will not likely communicate with you or return your emails or phone calls in a timely manner if at all. It can be very difficult to work with her. Anyone looking into this property should really stop and consider other options.

It’s a real difficult task to make the impossible possible.Yvette is super responsive whenever I have stupid questions. LolSpencer listens and cares whenever I point out tiny matters around the complex. (Sry Abt My OCD)Also thank you Jeremy to have to deal my A/C problems over and over and over. He is very knowledgeable and patience.And Reginald for his quick respond! I put in a maintenance request and he showed up in 15min ON A SUNDAY!Thank you again!

Indio Management is fantastic. Our property manager, Lisa Smith, is nothing short of amazing. She’s very responsive, communicated every single issue, and ensures that our property is being well-maintained. Maintenance is also a huge plus with Indio. Calvin, our usual maintenance guy, is so efficient and always willing to do anything extra that we may need. Lisa and Calvin go above and beyond for residents. We live in Fisher Trails and have a nice 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, while we wish it was bigger, it certainly is priced fairly and has many amenties (built in washer/dryer unit, updated interior, and dog park). Highly recommend.

Update 2/25/2019 - I wanted to also post a shout out to Marcus Ellis. I emailed Marcus this morning and he replied about an hour later! Very fast to reply and very helpful! I needed a few things and they were taken care of by 5pm!!! Less than 24 hrs. WwwHHAATTT You just dont run across great service like that in Dallas. I am so blessed to be working with such a GREAT team of people!Oh! and Kenny G! thanks for helping me find this beautiful apartment. You were AWESOME! Let me be honest- when i first moved into Fisher Trails, There was a complete lack of communication with our property manager. There would be no responses, we would leave voicemail after voicemail pertaining to our pet rent, portal, maintenance, HOWEVER- we got a new property manager who is phenomenal. Lisa goes above and beyond, she’s so personable. Maintanence is also phenomenal! I adore Calvin. Calvin is always so professional, quick, and willing to do other work if asked, and often times he will just take it upon himself to ask if we need anything else done while he’s here. I go as far as requesting Calvin to come do all our work. I reside in Fisher Trails and I love the quietness of our neighborhood, and the convenience to 75 and all the shops we are located near.Update: My feedback has always been 5 stars- but I did want to heavily note that I’m so thrilled to have had the pleasure to live here. This was my first experience living in an apartment, and it was amazing. I cannot rave enough about Lisa, Calvin, or Javier. Every apartment has issues and I’ve been so horrified as I look at other apartments as I’m moving out of state, that I just need Indio management to open in other states as well, because that’s how positive the experience has been. There’s always an open line of communication and issues are resolved within 24 hours. I highly recommend Indio Management and I also recommend Fisher Trails- especially if you love dogs! So many cute faces & all owners are responsible, and the dogs are all friendly. I could truly write a novel about our positive feedback and experience.

I have never been to Indio before and was referred by a friend. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed working with the Director of Leasing, Jessica. She was very prompt in responding to any questions I had, and was proactive in letting me know the office was closing early for the weekend so I was able to arrange for pick up of my keys to my new place. I had a great experience with them, and look forward to being a tenant for a long time!

Indio is, I’m convinced, the best property management company to work with in all of Dallas. I’ve tried other places, and I just keep coming back to them. They’re the perfect balance of “making sure everything works and gets repaired” and “staying out of your hair” which, let’s be honest, is everything you could want in a landlord. If you are looking for a great place to call home, I highly recommend The Marquee on Gaston Avenue managed by Indio Management. I moved here about 5 months ago and I love it. The property is well kept, the rent is VERY reasonable and the maintenance staff is courteous, friendly and always quick to respond. Heather Tincher, the property manager, is absolutely amazing! She is really easy to get along with, is kind, understanding and always responds to questions or issues in a timely manner. I can honestly say that Heather is by far the best landlord I have ever had and Indio is lucky to have her.

I have just moved into the Marquee, and I am overwhelming pleased with the property manager Lisa Smith. If a maintenance issue comes up, her team is right there to fix whatever. People employed here are rude to their tenants, neglectful, and indifferent, especially during this COVID19 pandemic; sending eviction notices to people who try and make rent not caring about kicking them out. This company also neglects maintenance services to buildings, taking weeks and at times not bothering to show up at all. Same goes for exterminator services which are charged to tenants in their lease contracts. If you can, avoid renting for this company or try to find someplace else that is not managed by them. Their owner is SIR JULIAN LLC by the way.

Most management companies wont help, they just tell you to apply. Shes really a Rock Star and made me feel comfortable about applying for my apartment. The pros are that the maintenance staff does a good job. Unfortunately, theyre the only ones who can do anything right.This company is an absolute nightmare. When I first moved in, their system didnt accept my payments online, so instead of telling me about the processing error, they just let my account rack up late fees until they could send me an eviction notice.Every day is a new inconvenience:- They dont have enough parking, so sometimes I have to park on the street in my congested neighborhood. Their response to the lack of parking was to tell me to pay an extra $25/month to park in the back.- They just shut off the water to my complex with no notice whatsoever.- There are dog feces everywhere, because the management doesnt hold dog owners accountable to anything, whatsoever. The apartment below me has a violent great dane that broke a window in the middle of the night.-There are three washing machine units for the entire complex, and usually at least one of them is out of service.I dont blame anyone but myself for my present circumstances. This is my fault for renting from a company with a racist mascot.

I had a wonderful experience. Erin was fantastic and went over and beyond in customer service. Shes had amazing follow through even on things that really werent her responsibility. There have been a number of things to follow up on after move in but I had good responsiveness from maintenance. I highly recommend them especially Erin.

Fantastic property management company! Ive been a tenant in one of their properties for nearly three years. Pricing is far better than most neighboring properties. Problems are few, but when Ive had any, they are handled quickly. Staff is fantastic and personable from office employees to grounds maintenance. Highly recommend!

My husband and I live on one of the properties managed by Indio Management. The staff has continued to be very attentive to our needs or issues that may arise. I love my apartment, the neighbors are quiet and everyone seems to mind theyre own business. Im sure we will renew our lease when it ends. The two negatives about our property is the parking (its atrocious), and the outside of the property is definitely not attractive.

Ive had a pretty bad leak in my apartment for over a year now, whenever it rains my floors get soaked. Theyve come a couple times to attempt to fix it but over the last 8 months no attempts have been made. I have put in dozens of maintenance requests but they go ignored. Marcus and Kathy just ignore my emails at this point. Do not recommend living in any property managed by them.
