This is in regards to Gateway of Hutchins. I stayed in apartment 126 and in the apartment across the hall from me a woman was killed. This was a very sad moment between allied was close to each other in that breezeway! I asked if I could be moved to another apartment I was told yes because I didnt feel comfortable or safe in that breeze way. The following week I went back to sign the new paperwork they told me I cant move. I then decided to move out myself and the charges me. This complex does not care about anyones safety just their money!

This company offers low quality housing for senior citizens but hires stafthat is not responsive, responsible or competent to help the residents. Several tenants at Harmon Senior Villa cannot even get a staff member to answer the phone or respond to written notes for repairs??? Not right!!! I wanted to rate them lower than a 1 star but cant. One star is being extremely kind.

I was liveing at Villias Of Penitas, I just moved out on May 5, 2021 The manger Mr. Jose Reyes saying I took there range, but its was my own from LFD I have the sale order to prove of it also this please do retaliate due to my complaints to there corporate office in Dallas Texas. I live there for one year because I made complaints to HUD they told me that they not going to renew my lease so I had to move I left the apartment clean and they still keeping all my Security Deposit of $ 200.00 and still saying that I took there range and that a lie. So something needs to be done about all this do not rent there,

Im very disappointed with Mckinney Falls Apt that nothing can be done about a Tenant and her large dog that makes noise, crashes things, running day & night. Ive complained & called the sheriff & the problem still exists. I will not be renewing my lease.

Very upset with mayfair management group. I was displaced and they refuse to accommodate me at all. I couldnt stay in my apartment for 6 days and they wont even give me a discount on rent. I will NEVER rent from them again.

If I could give zero stars I would I have been trying for weeks to get in contact with senior management and no one seem to be available. .... 👎

REGARDING THEIR SPANISH CREEK PROPERTY IN EL PASO TEXAS. NO RESOLUTION!!!!This place retaliates when you catch them in a lie. They are under new management which is “Mayfair Management Group”. When we called and asked for a unit to rent they said they had none. We had a friend call in to see what they would tell him and they told him they had 2 or more units available to rent. We called corporate and corporate pretty much said that the local managers are in charge. I will be filling a report with the Better Business Bureau. Horrible management. They are a nightmare.

Avondale apartments were excellent prior to UAH/Mayfair taking over managing. Staff changes constantly, residents doors are unlocked and left open for inspections and no office employee enters with so called inspectors who have no identification or uniforms, gate has not worked in over two years, sprinklers have not worked in almost two years yet we are told they are working on repairs. This is the most disrespectful and corrupt company I have ever had to deal with. Next attempt will be with owners Amtex, FWHS and HUD as too many lies for too many years. Mayfair is the best property management I know. Competent contacts and great service.

NEGATIVE! I have lived at this facility since 2003. Up until the property was sold a couple of years ago, management was excellent. Rather than recite the many problems weve experienced with the subsequent management companies since the sale of the property (were on our third), Ill just recite the latest. For the second week in a row neither of the two garbage dumpsters have been emptied and they are overflowing into the parking lot. And the garbage chutes are backed up. Earlier today I asked the current manager (turnover is frequent) when the trash will be picked up. He casually said Maybe Friday (today is Wednesday) and he gave no indication that he even cared. I asked what the problem was and he simply shrugged his shoulders. When I said I was going go call 311, he said go ahead. In my opinion this person is demeaning in the way he interacts with the tenants. When he first started not too long ago, I went into the office to introduce myself and welcome him. When I saw him, I said, You must be Jeremy? His response: It depends on what you want. Enough said.

I am running into problems trying to rent from this company. In my opinion, poor communication, etc. Just sent a complaint to tenant services.

Ever since this company bought off the complex we live in my vehicle has been illegally towed twice but when it comes to property management they could care less
