An amazing place to live. Excellent amenities, the gym is always clean, as is the pool. The concierges are always friendly and helpful. The location is awesome, backing up to Katy trail is just an extra bonus. Can’t recommend Brady enough.

I have been a part time pet sitter at the Brady for 3 years and have loved it!!! Their staff is kind and highly dedicated. I have known Colleen (concierge) the longest and she is a joy to be around. She radiates positivity always and is highly effective in her position. She loves her job and it shows. She comes to work every day with a smile. The Brady wouldnt be the same without her.

I worked with Marcus throughout the leasing process and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He was able to show me three units which all fit my needs and price range and then went above and beyond to secure great specials for me. I would highly recommend speaking with Marcus if you are considering The Brady.Since moving in a few weeks ago, Colleen and Kara have been extremely helpful with all things move in related and setting up my new apartment. Having their concierge team available 24/7 is a huge benefit of living at The Brady.

The current management staff have handled the winter storm with total grace - they have been providing food, warmth, and even booze to residents daily while the power was out to our building and access to groceries remains limited to our part of town. very grateful to live here right now. and a special shout-out to Colleen - total gem, knows everyone by name and unit #.

I toured with McKenzie and she was great! She was able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, and was super sweet/personable during our tour. She is very knowledgeable about The Brady and answered all of my questions thoroughly. These apartments have a beautiful interior throughout and it is a great location in uptown by Katy Trail.

Wow! Ive lived here for about 3 weeks. The apartment is great obviously, but what really makes Brady superior is the staff. Im an executive and this place is masterfully managed from the top down. From my initial interactions with Marcus, Kylie and Jeremiah, I have been nothing but impressed. Every one of the concierge staff (Jonathan Colleen, Kara, et. al) are awesome at their jobs and really inviting. They should all be considered for a raise after the experience I have had. 5/5 stars. Wont be leaving anytime soon.

We love the Brady and all of the wonderful staff who work here! It’s a very comfortable and nice place to live and I have felt much safer living here than I have in past apartment buildings. The concierge team is very helpful and responsive, keeping things running smoothly for us all. All of the maintenance, cleaning and leasing staff are so friendly also. Great place to live - I would highly recommend!

I have lived at the Brady for going on 3 years now and I absolutely love it! Its a great location and has wonderful facilities but the best part is the staff! They go above and beyond, especially the head concierge Colleen. She always has a smile on her face and is such a lovely helpful person. She really makes living a the Brady wonderful!

The Brady is a gorgeous complex perfectly located right on the Katy trail. McKenzie was awesome about responding quickly to schedule tours with me and met with me multiple times to look at different units with no problem. Absolutely stunning amenities and super dog friendly. Definitely check out this property if you’re looking for a place in Dallas.

We have had an apartment (not our main residence) at Brady since it opened in 2015. We have had a very positive experience the entire time. Recently we moved to a bigger apartment at Brady. Our leasing agent, McKenzie Cizik, was very helpful and responsive with all the details. Also super friendly! Thank you to all the staff that has made our Brady experience so positive!

This building is out of control. Between blasting music all hours of the day and night at the 8th floor pool disrupting everyone, people at pool having 10+ guests each so actual residents can’t use it, said guests bringing dogs and glass bottles to/in the pool, a Conceirge team who can’t seem to give a care about anything especially weekends, phone lines down, apparent physical altercations on the property between staff, and no property manager on site as of late....what. Is. Going. On. Do not lease here. Take your money to a management company that cares. This building is a nightmare and lawsuit waiting to happen.

Ive lived at the Brady for almost 2 years now, and consider it home. Its hard to beat the Bradys quality, location, and, most importantly, service. From move in day to minor requests along the way, the Brady team has provided personalized and timely service. The concierges, particularly Colleen, go out of their way to make you feel at home, which has been the best part of living here so far.

We moved to the Brady in Nov 2019 and love calling the Brady home! Having direct access to the Katy Trail allows us to walk every day and the city views are amazing! The service is top notch and the staff go out of their way to assist in any way possible. Colleen made our transition seamless and she is reliable, welcoming, and always greets us with a smile!The staff has really worked diligently to keep us safe during these unprecedented times........multiple hand sanitizer locations, masks required in shared spaces, encouraging social distancing, and continuing to keep the property immaculate (Eva is great!)We really like the 24 hour concierge service and the electronic entry system provides an extra level of security.We highly recommend the Brady for luxury apartment living!!

I moved into the brady 7 months ago from New Jersey. It was a big adjustment but the brady was a comfortable place and quickly became my home bae. Colleen was so helpful in sharing information about the building and surrounding area as I learned more and is always a pleasant face to see throughout the day, happy to help with whatever you need!Honestly I could not be happier with how I’ve been treated, how homey the apartment is, and how easily I transitioned in as a resident

I love living here! The amenities are top-notch, the location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly responsive and helpful (shout out to Colleen!). The street is quiet, but close to tons of bars and restaurants and being on the Katy Trail has been awesome for walking our dog. We have made most of our friends in the building at the HUGE dog park. Highly reccommend!

I’ve lived at The Brady in Uptown twice now! Once from 2015-2017 when I first relocated for work and this second time when my company moved be back last summer. The staff is always super kind. Colleen and Janel are my favorites and my dog Houston LOVES them (thanks for the treats)! The leasing office is really easy to work with and Michael, the manager is so professional! The pool is beautiful, the windows in my unit make the natural lighting perfect, and being on the trail is worth it as a dog owner for me. Definitely a place I recommend.

Ive been living at Brady for 4 years and still love being here! The staff is wonderful- maintenance is always prompt in fixing issues, the office staff always keeps the residents up to date with important announcements, and a special shout out to Colleen, who is always so helpful and kind!

Lived in the uptown area for the last 5 years and this apartment complex is as BEAUTIFUL as when it was first built. Everything is well maintained still (inside the Brady and the grounds outside, as well as the staff is fantastic). Moving/Leasing during COVID isnt ideal, but the Brady team is quick/responsive and makes it easy for you given this unique time. My apartment is even more beautiful in person compared to the pictures and videos I received. Thank you Brady, team!!!

We toured The Brady on October 25, looking for a 1-bedroom apartment. This building has the best location by being right on (and having provate access to) Katy Trail! We were amazed at not only how clean, organized and varied the building facilities were (they even have a washing room for dogs, offer an on-call dog groomer for groups of residents, and even a vending machine for dogs- which is one of the coolest things), but also at our Leasing Agent McKenzie’s excellence and professionalism! Stressed about apartment hunting and not having lived in the area before, we were having a hard time deciding on our needs, and her patience was stellar! She not only gave us a 360 tour of all the building and facilities, but she also took us to all the layouts available for our move-in date and within our budget, and she gave detailed first-hand information and recommendations about the neighborhood. This was very helpful! What distinguished the Brady for us was that our leasing agent did not hesitate from letting us revisit the two apartments we liked best! It was obvious that McKenzie truly cared about our getting an apartment which we would be truly happy with. She also was excellent in keeping in-touch afterwards and answering our questions! The Brady definitely seems to be a very safe and pet-friendly building right on Katy Trail and we truly recommend working with McKenzie for your leasing needs!

As a vendor who visits The Brady daily, my experience has been fantastic. Most excellent is their concierge, Colleen, who always greets me with kindness & a smile, & who works to make every person who walks in (which are several in short spans of time!) feel welcomed & taken care of. A place of residence is only as good as the kind of staff workIng for them. And they have some good ones!

If you’re looking to move here make sure you work with Marcus! He was incredible to work with and helped us every step of the way even through Thanksgiving and Christmas! He feels like family at this point!

Very little visitor parking and it’s always full which is absolutely ridiculous for a complex that size and how much they charge

Recently I made the decision to move into a two bedroom. There were a few bumps along the road but Marcus was so helpful in getting everything put into the place for the move. I look forward to moving into my new home at the Brady soon!

Loved touring this building, they keep their grounds well maintained and the amenities were top notch (loved the roof top pool)! Super friendly staff, very eager to meet me upon my arrival. Will defiantly come back when my house sells in a few months.

The Brady’s service is impeccable. From the day we went to sign our lease till now our leasing agent Marcus has been amazing. I don’t know what that Brad Sutter guy is talking about. Sounds like a retired uptown man with toooo much time on his hands to leave reviews and complain about people having a good time. Well Brad if you don’t like it here take your short tight swim trunk wearing self to another building! LOL. People here actually enjoy the Brady. Also if people want to have guest they should be allowed to show off the beautiful place they work hard to live in. Get over yourself Brad :)

First class living in the heart of Uptown. We had a great experience with management office. Amazing quality, service and location.World-class views!!! Amazing private access to Katy Trail. Pool is like the Four Seasons meets the W Hotel resort-style.

We recently stayed at a Hotel Suite at Brady while visiting a friend and had the pleasure of meeting Stacey, the Property Director. She was so pleasant and welcoming! If my husband and I were in the market for an apartment, we would defiantly come to Brady. Such a classy building.

I checked out Brady last month and toured with Stacie. I loved the building, very impressed!! I am hoping to move there soon. All the ladies in the office are so nice. Would defiantly recommend them.

Been living at Brady for almost 2 months and it’s been the best apartment experience my boyfriend and I have ever had. Wanted to wait a while to see if issues came up over a couple months prior to writing a review but no complaints so far. When we started looking for apartments we could already tell this was going to be a great new home during the leasing process. Fariba helped us find our perfect space and she didn’t push us to sign a lease like other leasing agents had. She welcomed us with open arms and that’s been our experience with other staff as well since living here. The location can’t be beat. Katy Trail is literally our backyard. Decent gym and beautiful infinity pool with cabanas. Everyone who lives here is very respectful with no noise issues. Our apartment unit itself is amazing with beautiful finishings and a direct view of Katy Trail. Love our home... it will be very hard to ever leave!

Love the Brady! Very convenient to everything, stunning building with lots of amenities. Walking distance to many local restaurants and located right on the Katy Trail! Lots of nice public sitting areas with fireplaces and tvs, Extremely comfortable and safe building. The people in the office and front desk always are so kind and right on top of whatever you need.

I have been a resident of the Brady for over a year. The service from this staff is outstanding. I am writing to share one particular story that still has me inordinately impressed. I misplace a belonging that was going to be a bit of trouble to get replaced. I had looked all over the apartment and then finally decided I had thrown it in the trash can mistakenly. I went to the maintenance department and explained my dilemma. In no time at all Josh had gloves and was searching through the trash (I did not ask him to, he just did!). After a bit of searching I thought of another spot in the apartment that I may have left the item. Sure enough, I found it in the apartment. As I returned, Josh was done digging through the dumpster with just gloves and was getting ready to jump in and keep searching deeper. This was such an incredibly kind act that I just had to mention. I typically do not write reviews but I felt everyone should know about Josh’s concern for me and mine and unconcerned for himself getting nasty in the process. Thank you Brady for having hired Josh and the rest of your wonderful staff

They all had different amenities, different unique settings to their apartments, different staff with different ways of approaching future residents. Simply different vibes to each apartment. Aside from such a beautiful building & amazing details to each & every floor plan what captured me was her welcoming & very attentive personality. She was very professional yet caring & full of energy. I fell in love with the certainty of knowing I am in great hands. The feeling of knowing I will always be coming back to my home where I know I am safe & welcomed. I will be having many visitors that I know will enjoy their stay. Our leasing agent, Fariba Tashakori, is truly the best! She is welcoming, personable, friendly, reliable and highly competent. She will bend over backwards and do things outside of what is expected of her to ensure your happiness and comfort. I highly recommend her!

The only issue I had was continuously asking for the toilet in the club room on the 8th floor to be fixed. I lived there for a year and asked them 3 times to fix the clanking banging noise that the toilet would make every time someone would use it. That noise would vibrate off the wall in the walk in closet. It was so annoying. Whatever maintenance would do would never fix the issue. Finally I gave up asking after the third time and moved out. Beware of the apartment on the 8th floor next to the club room to get to the swimming pool. You hear everything people do if they are hanging out in there through your walls including going to the bathroom and flushing the toilet.

I moved into the apartment building over 18 months ago, living there for 15 months. The staff, residence and my safety were the reason for moving into the Brady. The management and safety changed. I only know but one person who is still in the building.

Reached out several times and left multiple voicemails to inquire about property, received no follow up. This is a first for me to see someone refuse new business.

In one afteroon At the pool, I have unfortunately had to witness at least 10 birds flying into the clear glass around the pool, 6 of which have died. Imagine how many are dying every month. Simple and cheap fix, tint the glass.

Im not normally someone who writes reviews, but I cant stop raving about the quality of this building, and the excellent care and customer service I receive here as a resident. We have lived in many apartments in DFW, but this one is the absolute pinnacle when it comes to amenities and quality of neighbors.The back office employees are fantastic, but special mention goes out to Shan Jaffri, one of the leasing consultants there. Almost everyone in the building knows him because he has leased them their units, and he is always working tirelessly (I saw him on new years day) to ensure that his residents are taken care of. The utmost professionalism and positive demeanor, he is our go to guy.Lastly, I couldnt go without mentioning Fitzgerald, who is hands down THE best concierge in DFW. Resident events have never been interesting, but Fitz makes you want to go. Fantastic gentleman.We are happy to call this place home.
