We lived here for only one year and wish we could have stayed longer. We only moved because of the school district for our child. We never had a problem with management or maintenance. Daniel was great and the head of maintenance (I cant remember his name Im sorry!) was always going out of his way to say good morning, ask how everything was, or wave as we drove by. Layout was great, (2bedroom, 2bath), price was great for the area, never had a problem with bugs. The problems we ran into was problems youll get anywhere, you cant control who your neighbors are.The way we saw it was when you enter the complex if your apartment is to the left or straight of the entrance youre more likely to have a quiet time and easier time parking. The right side of the complex looks crowded and you may want to pay for covered parking to avoid searching for a spot.The washing machines next to the leasing office were always broken but that could have changed by now.We had a great time here and again if it werent for the school district we would have never moved!!

I have been here for over 10 years and despite what some reviews say, this is a good place to live. Debbie the manager and Daniel from the office are great. Whenever I have an issue, it is usually resolved in a timely manner. Laundry facilities are in close proximity to the residential units. All I have to do is walk downstairs to do laundry. There are also nice amenities, two nice pools, cabana room, workout room, park, etc. One of the most important things is the central location. I have close access to dallas tollway, 635, and the george bush tollway. So far Im happy to live here.

Great complex to live in, people in the leasing office very cool and helpful and they are ver cooperative, maintenance guys are really professional and their response really fast and good.In general it’s really quiet and peaceful place to live in.There is only one concern for me which is the parking spots it’s always full and hardly to find a spot for my car when I back home late.Other than that everything is great.
If you are looking for reliable laundry rooms these apartments are not it. I’ve had to call the fire department once and then the laundry room was closed for a while. The other laundry room will cost you $10 a small load bc nothing works.You will receive emails (it seems like every other week) that someone will have to come into your apartment. Bc of evaluations, fire department, ATT* or something… but then you’ll receive another email they will be postponing/rescheduling for another date (w. 24 hr notice) so you never know when someone from maintenance will just come to your house and do what they feel needs to be done or you’ll get fined bc it’s mandatory.It is a great location. Maintenance is fast with work orders. No pests so far. People will drive fast through the apartment streets. But the people are calm and usually quiet.*ATT is the only service for these apartments and they are upgrading to fiber.
Roaches !!!!! Water bugs !!! Eww a family member of mine move in not to long ago and ever since they git there we have be fighting with roaches not only that the apartment didn’t come with the stuff it said it would come with i see all these reviews and they complain about the Infestation of roaches and the owners say that they care about the people who live there no yall don’t cause if you did you would do something about the 21!!!!!!! COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR FACILITY BEING INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!!! This is Unacceptable yall need to do better and the office lady debbie you need to do better with your Customer service and own up to yall mistakes there is no excuse for the condition of this apartment as well as all the complaints about the same thing and yall have done nothing to fix it !!!!
Would absolutely give NO stars if I could. The property is overflowing with roaches. As soon as you turn on a light, they scatter all over the wall!!!!Completely disgusting! Landscaping poorly done. Overpriced for a 400 sq ft apartment!!!!! The leasing office works harder then the property manager on getting things fixed around here. Also, dont get me started on the monthly water leaks on this place. If you are looking for the right apartment, this is the wrong complex!!!!!
Ive lived here for almost 2 months, and so far Ive been incredibly pleased with the Enclave apartments. The leasing team is responsive and handles any issues I have promptly. The apartments are affordable and I genuinely LOVE the layouts of the interiors. The apartments are green with tress and grass, the pools are nice, and the overall vibe reminds me of my home, Long Beach CA, due to this and also the dense amount of places to eat just down the street! :) Happy with my first solo apartment here at Enclave.
Kathryn Barlow is the most sweetest and the most wonderful person I have ever gotten know. This pandemic has been hard on a lot of people including myself. Kathryn has been very understanding about my situation and that is much appreciated. Thank you Kathryn for your compassion.
The help in the office, Debbie & Jocelyn, are no help whatsoever. These apartments make promises they don’t keep. They have roaches! I would not suggest these apartments to anyone, especially due to the lack of help and not caring coming from the office...
I have been living here for many years and have gone through many changes in management. However, the current management and office members are by far the best. I have also referred several residents to live here and they have had great experiences compared to other apartments throughout the years. Debbie the office manager has always been very proactive, resolves any issues quickly and takes the time to listen to the residents. Also, the office staff is great, Daniel in particular is very knowledgeable about his job and has some of the best customer service that I or any of my current referals have ever gotten at any apartments. I recently renewed my lease for the third time and, given no major changes, I expect to do so in the future. Ive found living at The Enclave to be comfortable, quiet, and affordable. The location is great, too, close to the Dallas North Tollway, Preston Road, and the restaurants/shops of Addison. Ive found that the Maintenance guys respond immediately to the big things. (A drippy faucet or an exterior light bulb replacement may take a day or two.) Downed trees and the recent renovation put a squeeze on available parking. Its better now, but theres also the option for affordable reserved and covered parking. All in all, its a livable place at the right price. (Just stay chill.)
I absolutely love the maintenance crew they were fast, efficient and friendly. Very professional in all aspects . I needed some maintenance work done and I loved the work they did and let me tell your their fast too ! Their always doing their best to keep the complex clean and running which is very important to me . I had a lot of questions when I moved in, great and helpful (very helpful) front desk people. Always looking to satisfy your needs and very polite and nice. Awesome apartment complex and great working staff .
We love this place! Its not the newest complex around, but thats why its affordable. Great value for the quality and especially for the area. The management are friendly & communicative and as long as you have reasonable expectations they do their best to make fixes asap. Love the neighbors, dog park and the friendly dog-owner community that lives here! Has improved significantly in quality and safety since I moved here a few years ago without rising too much in rent prices.
Worst service from leasing office. they overcharged me when I am moving out from my autopay and now they want me to wait another 2 months to get refund!! great customer service!! dont even get me started on roaches...
Been living here a while, office staff is pretty understanding when I have repair requests. They sent out maintenance to have a look at it and they get it taken care of relatively quick. I havent had any issues and the area around here is nice

I’ve lived here for almost a year and I absolutely love it here. The complex is located in a great area near EVERYTHING! Management is amazing. Both the property manager and assistant property manager are great. They go out of their way to assist in every way. They always call back or reach out within 24hrs or less after being contacted. The property is well kept. The apartments are very very nice inside. The upgrades they’ve done are beautiful! Neighbors are friendly. Leasing agents are also great. Maintenance always fixed issues I’ve had within a day or the same day or within minutes of being contacted. Their new assistant manager is amazing. She’s quick, easy to communicate with, she’s understanding and doesn’t shy away residents. The manager, she’s about the same too. If you apply here, you’re getting a bang for your buck, a clean and quiet property day and night, great staff, friendly neighbors and accessibility to everything.

The Enclave ApartmentsThe Enclave Apartments are located in a great area. I been here for about 3 Months waiting on my house to be built and I like it.The price is extremely great, apartment unit is really big and the property manager Debbie is a really nice lady. Debbie is sincere, honest and very helpful. I also had then opportunity to meet LeighAnnn which is Debbie’s boss and she is also wonderful. They are on top of these apartments and they keep striving for greatness.Thank you Enclave for making my living easy and safe!

Trashy apartments . cant wait to move out. Terrible maintnance service, they come within a month or two of reporting something. Got my apartment all beat up since day one. Rooms are toó small.

The Enclave has been my home for the last 4 years. It has been amazing. It’s almost impossible to find a better complex when you measure the value and location. Staff did an amazing job handling packages shipped. We all use amazon like crazy so that’s important. Maintenance issues were always handled promptly and they are continuously improving the complex and security to make sure residents are taken care of. Debbie is an amazing manager that is knowledgeable in her craft, and is also very fair and friendly. Rare to find a manager you can believe in and trust when renting apartments. My wife and I will definitely miss the pools, the fireplace, the cute backyard (in our unit) and all the fun neighbors and staff. So happy Enclave provided me an affordable yet amazing complex right in the heart of the city. Thanks for Everything guys. 👍

I love this community!! The convenience to the shopping center, pharmacies, schools etc. First and foremost love the Management team they are friendly and very sociable. When you put in a work order, it is done in a timely fashion. You guys rock.
We’ve been here for over a year, and I don’t have too many complaints. We’ll randomly have a pest problem and have to treat it, but I’ve dealt with worse. I would like to say that Kathryn is amazing. I put in for a maintenance request with her and she actually followed up the next few days to make sure we got what we needed. So I would like to say Thank you to her. Not too many people care enough to follow up a couple days in a row.
Great complex by far the best one I’ve lived in. Everyone in the front office is friendly and props to the maintenance team for being so productive and knowing what their doing.
I just moved here and am loving it for two reasons. Even though the property is a little older, the units have been kept up with, and modernized as well as they can be. The thing that sets this property apart from others, is the staff. Sonia made my application and lease signing so simple, and was there for any questions I had along the way. Now I will say, I moved into a unit that I just ended up not liking, it wasn’t for me. Enter property manager Debbie. She was absolutely wonderful when it came to facilitating my request. She had that calming mother feature that really made me feel that everything was going to be alright and she was going to make sure I was taken care of. If you’re looking in the area, I challenge you to find a property that is as cost efficient, centrally located, nice, and has the amazing staff this property has. Happy I made Enclave my home.

I have been here for more than 2 years and i love the location and the staff. The place is not the newest but is well taken care off. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The maintenance is always responsive on time. The pool is big enough and the gym hours are very accomodating.Plenty of parking, quite and close to all retail stores, food and entertainment venues possible.

I have lived here for a year now and I am renewing my lease, and transferring within the community. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. In the whole year I’ve been here, not once have I had any issues with bugs or roaches, which from what I’ve experienced in apartment living, is extremely hard to come by! Great location, two minutes off the tollway, right near the heart of Addison! And for the price?!?! I have a one bedroom, two story unit with a loft for less than 900....pretty great if you ask me! I would definitely recommend living here.
I lived at enclave at prestonwood for 12 month and I had roaches for 12 months. I chemically bombed the apartment at least a half a dozen times and nothing worked. The pest control only came to my apartment twice in a year and both times spent less than 5 minutes treating the apartment. I was finally fed up as no one cared about all the roaches. I had multiple traps and sprayed constantly but to no avail. The walls are paper thin so if you work from home its almost impossible to focus. There is loud music late at night and always someone yelling or screaming at all times of the night. If i were you, I would look somewhere else to live. Its also a very old apartment complex with electrical problems.

My daughter lives here. Dont. Dont do it. They keep terrible records when it comes to pet deposits. The parking lot gets completely full of cars and there is NO WHERE even for residents to park. This means management does not enforce the parking for residents only. There have also been numerous things needing fixing that have never been addressed. The hot water - or lack of - issue that was mentioned by another resident is also true.
I had to change my review. This place has its ups and downs. But getting the manager to actually care about anything going wrong, like a broken mailbox lock, or my ceiling starting to cave in.... well she didn’t. I will say however that Kathryn was a saving grace at that complex. She was outstanding and caring the whole time and did everything she could to help. 2 stars without her. Upgraded to 4 just for her.
I LOVE this Super cute apartment complex right in the middle of north Dallas/ Addison! the leasing staff is so helpful! I had a very short window between moving out of my old apartment complex into this new one & not only did they make it happen but the experience so easy & stress free ! staff treated me like family, Candice is extremely professional & helpful! & property is well kept! I am so happy to call this place my new home.
Been living here since October last year, very unhappy here, they literary beg you to write good reviews, I dont believe any of those good reviews, probably gave them some kind of concession. Thank God our lease is almost up, made a huge mistake signing for a year.
Ive lived at Enclave for about 3.5 years and dont have any major complaints about the campus. Its an older complex so the only problems Ive truly had was involving the air conditioning units in the summer. Nonetheless, the maintenance crew works tirelessly to ensure the units are fixed ASAP--they understand how uncomfortable it can be to endure the hot TX summer heat. Their late nights and apparent dedication made me a little less irritated about those issues in the past. Smaller improvements can be made on the way the main office manages package deliveries and also following-up via email/call when tenants contact them. Usually Ill reach out without a response back and need to pop-up at the office to speak to them in person for things to be resolved. Sounds easy breezy but the office hours are during normal 9-5 work hours to its challenging.Now that the areas of improvement have been stated (smile), Id love to make mention that Daniel is always a joy to speak to. Hes candid and honest. As a tenant, I appreciate knowing true timelines to my requests. The property manager, Debbie has been very dependable and available. Even when the office is fully staffed she often has her office door opened and will periodically greet us. She also doesnt seem to mind jumping in to help assist when it gets busy. I imagine those who report to her appreciate that part of her leadership. Lastly, a great quality to possess is people skills. The team tries their best to give us a positive customer service experience. One time, Debbie arrived with the maintenance crew to visit my unit when the air conditioner stopped working. Shes personable and its apparent that she cares about her tenants because she remembers whats important to us--like our families. Anytime we cross paths, Debbie often asks about my parents and my toddler. Shes probably only met them a handful of times but her check-ins make me feel cared about.
My boyfriend and I moved into the apartments about 2 weeks ago and we love our new place! The area is super quiet and friendly. I work from home and I have not had any problems with noisy neighbors or anything like that. Daniel at the leasing office was amazing to work with! Moving can be stressful, but Daniel helped us every step of the way until we got approved. He informed us what we would need before move in date and he worked really hard for us to get approved. Honestly, cannot thank him enough! Truly do recommend the apartments and ask to speak with Daniel, he was awesome!

I visited the enclave at Prestonwood and the office personnel were all so kind Sonia Debbie Kathrun and Daniel was so helpful showed me around the property and I leased and will be moving in on 11-01-19. I get the whole property at five start even the staff five star . Great team
Lived here 3 years. Just upgraded to a house. Enclave at Prestonwood is a great location. You can easily hop on any freeway (635, Dallas north tollway, 75, George Bush). Great price for the area. I would bet that itd be tough to find another complex in the area at their price with quality of living as nice as Enclave. The complex is nice, chill, family-friendly, good trees, includes a dog park (I have 2 big dogs and used it all the time), 2 nice pools. Lots of young adults here (age 20s - 30s) and families. They updated their maintenance staff about 2 years back and Ive never had issues with them. My service requests were always taken care of sufficiently and timely. I never had roaches and since i walked my dogs all the time.. I met several people/made several buddies within the complex over my years there and none of them ever had any roach concerns or problems either. The leasing office staff is nice and always took care of me.Note: I was single my first 2 yrs there with 2 dogs in one of the smaller apartments and loved it, and the third year my boyfriend practically lived with me, was always there and has only good things to say of his experience there. (We are age: late 20s to 30).Ill always speak highly of Enclave at Prestonwood and my time there and recommend it to anyone looking to make moves to a good location without breaking the bank.
Moved in 12/2015Great location. Everything is in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood.If I was given the chance to view this specific apartment before move-in date, we would have declined. So many things that need upgrades are just painted over and set in place until you touch it. (Cabinets)Everything is great, until you need maintenance. Ive placed the same work order about 7-10 times in 4 months. They always close it out as done when NOTHING has even been looked at. So many broken promises for them to come today.Im always sent to a non-manager when I strictly ask for a MANAGER ONLY!

My need to move quickly was accomplished with the extremely professional help of Debbie Whitley and her team. I toured and checked out MANY properties in the Borth Dallas area and The Enclave enticed me from the second I entered the leasing office. Over the past month since moving in the team has been amazing with requests and answering questions about the property and surrounding area. P.S. no issues with bugs, noise or any of the previous issues I’ve had with other apartment homes. Thanks Debbie and team!
I came here about a year ago, i was pregnant at the time. I was helped by Sonia she always greets me happily and genuinely, they respond to my worries and requests and now that ive had my baby we feel safe and i can go to the office with her and talk about the importance of family and friends its not just about business here its about making homes for people and families and pets!
I am new to Texas and I didnt know what areas were good. I stumbled across a craigslist add and mapquest my way to the apartment complex. I first would like to say Sonya was very professional, understanding and pleasant. She truly went above and beyond for me. The other office staff Daniel is very respectful, and a gentleman. I had a question and he walked me to the card machine for the laundromat to show me how to use it. Very good staff. The Community Manager Debbie came out of her office and invited me to the property event. I explained to her I wasnt going to be able to attend due to having to work. Then she explained she will have other events so I could attend. I would recommend this property. Any issue that I had they fixed it immediately.

My girlfriend and I just signed another lease here. We love it. I see some of the reviews say maintenance is slow but they have always been great for us. We live in one of the town homes. The living room is huge and she loves the kitchen space. It may not be directly in Addison however we are one street over and not paying and arm and a leg. We love going to all the restaurants and sports bars right around the corner. The staff has changed a bit like anywhere but they are all nice and have always been helpful. I would tell anyone this was a great location and one of the best apartments we have lived in.

Office staff very friendly. The process for applying was quick and easy. Plenty of parking.. I submitted a maintenance request and they were quick about it.
Since day one since I moved in, they have been taken their time to fix anything and when they do fix it either its wrong or they make it worst. This weekend we had a rain storm the tree fell on my car. I call to report it at 2:00, the office and the maintenance are still here. She stated she will send them over. 3:00 came 5:00 the office closed, nobody came over to remove it or tell me anything. I went the whole weekend with this tree still on my car, This morning tried calling 8:30-9:00 kept going to voicemail.Called from a coworkers phone they answered, the office manager tells me a lie saying they removed it, and took pictures. I asked for Corporates number she tells me she doesnt have the information. I told her I will find it myself. Least up in July, cant wait.

Ive been here since August 2015. I have nothing bad to say about The Enclave at Prestonwood. The staff are incredible and really sweet. They are very personable and works hard to ensure we are satisfied. I am a single mother of a 5 year old, he loves it as well. We both feel safe. The property is very well kept and the neighborhood is by far one of the best!! I will definitely be here for a while if its in Gods will. Well at least until I found a house. Hope this helps your decision!!

Just moved in last month. I love to cook & love the kitchen here. The apartment has some nice upgrades. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was hesitant when I first read the reviews. After coming in and looking for myself I knew I would love living here. Its so close to Addison. I work 5minutes away very convenient.
After explaining that I had no recent rental history, I was told not to worry. Worst case scenario you will just have to pay a larger deposit. Took my 100 dollars for the application fee then was denied. When I went back to ask about it I was just brushed off and ignored. I really wish they had just been honest with me and let me keep looking rather than taking my money.
This place is horrible. Weve had a roach infestation so bad, we wont be able to keep any of our furniture in fear that well take anything to our new place. We asked management to allow us to move units and were told we would have to upgrade to a bigger place, make another down payment, and pay for THAT place.On moving day, we found out the apartment we were moving into wasnt ready so they quickly got a couple of people, a vacuum, and some Lysol wipes to clean the place.We are constantly having to resubmit maintenance tickets after getting emails that our tickets have been resolved, when nothing was taken care of. We could literally be at home alone all day and get a confirmation that someone came in and fixed our clogged sink.One night, our kitchen flooded and an emergency maintenance person came into our apartment with his ten year old son, looked at the water WE cleaned up, and said it looks okay. Then left.Management likes to make you believe theyre trying to help, but do absolutely nothing of the sort.You will regret living here.
I had a fabulous time being living at enclave.Good treatment and fairness from management and candice is awesome she is doing a tremendous and wonderful job if you looking for somewhere to live at, this is the place. Candice is always close to hear and resolve problems and help residents desires.Together with her team I enjoyed living at enclave.
My wife and I have only been here a few months, but it has been a great experience. There have been a couple of minor maintenance issues. When I contacted the office they were helpful and professional. The maintenance guy was out the same day to make repairs.
I agree with Jessika. I am single and I love it here. The pools are amazing and I am never concerned with being there alone. My neighbors are great and ask me to join in when they grill at the pool. I can work out early in the morning and get coffee on my way back to get ready for work. The location is fantastic and I am close to everything. Brenda has been here since I moved in and has always been great even when she didnt have to. She helped me find everything in the area when I first moved here from Nevada. I wouldnt live anywhere else.
You should consider moving here if:1. You enjoy having your concerns ignored by the leasing office.2. You want to pay an extra $60 a month in electricity because your a/c doesnt work properly.3. You enjoy the routine of having to put in a work order every 2-3 days.4. You want to pay out-of-pocket for repairs and pest control because it will never be fixed by management.Unless you take pleasure in suffering day in and day out then I suggest you DO NOT even consider moving into these apartments. Trust me, the few dollars you will save is ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT. They will nickel and dime you until your rent is just as high as much better alternatives in the area.The rampant A/C problems me and my neighbors have to put with is only the tip of the iceberg.You will constantly have to worry about:•Roaches•Non-working laundry machines•No parking•No maintenance•Broken down cars in parking lotThe staff simply does not care about any tenants in this complex. Upon arriving there were multiple issues with pest control in the apartment and a terrible infestation. We were promised that pest control would come out and then backtracked saying we needed proof of said pest problem almost 2 months later.Come to find out weve been paying for a years worth pest control fees and they never had keys to enter the apartment. (So what pest control did we ever get??) Eventually we had to pay for a $60 professional pest control service from our own pocket because the problem was never fixed.When we first arrived on our specified move-in date, the apartment had not been painted and the kitchen counters were not done. Youd think they would at least give us a call, but no, instead we had a rental truck already paid for and couldnt properly move in for 2 days.Parking is a nightmare and they will probably never address that problem.But again, I could probably put up with many of the problems of this complex if it wasnt run by the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever seen.
Five stars to the Maintenance Team! Due to a hidden water leak, I had a full collapse of the bathroom ceiling near midnight on a Tuesday night. By Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. the maintenance crew was cleaning up the debris, fixing the leak, reattaching the lighting, and installing a new fan assembly and reservoir. Carpenters replaced the ceiling; the carpet team and a cleaning team wrapped it all up by noon Friday. Wow! Fast, thorough action when I really needed it!
We’ve been living here for almost 2 years and i can not wait until our lease is up. I’ve come across so many problems within this last year and have yet to have any resolved. My faucet in the shower is coming apart. I cant put clothes in my son room drawers because of bugs. I’ve been in the office several times and they don’t do anything about the things going on. If there was a way for me to get rid of my lease right now i would. The roaches are ridiculous, the pest control company sucks, and the guy in the office has no clue what’s going on he’s rude and shouldn’t make promises he can’t keep. There was trash in front of my house for a week because lazy maintenance never moved it after talking to the guy in the office he stated because it was infested. That was one more reason to get me upset. On the plus side Candice is an exceptional person and great at what she does, her team not so much.
Enclave has been my home for the last 3 years. And everything was great until recently when I asked them to come to change my front door because the previous tenants had been broken into the year before and the door was damaged. The front door doesnt close properly and the knobs are all loose. Finally the other day they sent maintenance over and all he did was put a piece metal that looks like it was just cut off something bigger, he did not even smooth out the edges and I ended up cutting my hand with the sharp edges when I opened the door. I honestly dont feel safe in my own home. And my insurance told me I would not have any coverage in the event of a break in because my apartment is not secured properly. Because of this, I will not be renewing my lease when it is up this fall.
Staff ( Candice )very professional & Helpful, Clean and organized office and property grounds. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone I know looking for an affordable apartment. Overall, 5 stars.
I been reading some of the reviews and it gets me how some people blame the apartments for having roaches. Lol. Roaches it’s a hygiene thing if your clean you don’t have roaches plain and simple it’s not the apartments fault that people are not clean! I moved in here and my situation was the same, I had roaches all over at first but I did what i had to do along with the routine pest control provided by the apartments and guest what i have not had roaches since I got rid of them. Natural disasters did damage our apartments recently but that’s what insurance is for it’s not the apartments fault trees feel and roof flew away. But I see them working on fixing all the damages and renovating the apartments. I love living here it’s a community you can call home and that’s good enough for me.
I really tried to be patient with theses people. Since I move in they refuse to fix anything. First, there was no ice maker in freezer. The circuit breaker doesn’t work properly. Never had hot water in the kitchen. Had to fight to get hot water upstair. There are structure problems, every time it rain it leaks in the apartment. I been telling them about it every since I move in... I don’t know how many times I told Daniel bout it. One time it rain so hard I call the emergency number, the lady call the guy and he never answer or showed up. Two weeks ago a storm broke out the window and almost cost me my life. It took them a week to put in a window. I being living with family the last two weeks and they want me to pay full months rent. They haven’t clean up the glasses or broken blinds it’s been two weeks. The manager tells me there’s nothing they can do about it. So I guess it safe to stay in an apartment with broken window with a tarp over it. If I could upload pictures I would, to show y’all what I’m dealing with. Worst decision I ever made moving here.

Ive been living here since April 2016 and so far so good. I dont have any complaints. Anytime Ive had a maintanence issue, they were handled quickly enough. I dont really see kids running wild...I have witnessed a few teens sitting on steps and smoking but thats more a parenting issue than an apartment complex issue. I love thats its close to a lot of places...nothing is too far. Overall, I plan on staying here for a few years and I would recommend this place to others.
This place is not designed for professional or those that are looking for a great customer experience. The staff is rude and the apartments are not as they appear from the outside or the model.I would encourage anyone not to lease here as you will lose your money.I am new to Dallas and i guess this is a welcome to Dallas experience.Please review the previous comments and look somewhere else.I dont want you to go through the same experience.I guess this is the reason they changed the name.We all have choices but if you are looking for reviews then you want a great experience. This is not it.
My first year was great but then a new owner took over. I renewed my lease and paid the rent and water bill and was told I was paid in full. The next month I paid rent and water bill and I got a late notice. When I called was told I was fine. Continued to pay rent and water for two more months. Got another Kate notice. Was told that at my renewal that there was a $27 water bill not paid and they took that any out of my next rent payment so it was short and charged me a late fee with daily late fees. So 3 months of this and my entire rent check went to the late fees charged on late fees. Never could reach anyone in office and could not get a return call. They evicted me for late fees. No cooperation from them at all. Do not recommend them.
I love living here! Debbie whatley and her office staff is really kind and perfesional and understanding, and will try to work with you as much as possible! There are two pools, a playground, gym, and several laundry sites on apartment grounds! Plus the price is great for the area!
I love this place! I’m so glad me and my family made the decision to move here. The staff in the office is very helpful when we call or go in the office.We had a death in the family, and the staff brought by flowers. I was speechless.
Love these apartments! The front office staff and maintenance are always there to help and on top of things!! Highly recommend living here!! Not to mention it’s a great location too which is an added bonus!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Leasing staff rude, unprofessional and liars. Apartment infested with roaches since move-in. Seen a rat casually strolling down the walk way. Repairs takes forever to be done or never done at all. Been there 2+ years and repairs on move-in checklist still not fixed. Apartment AND car was robbed. Most times the AC smells like rotten eggs and gets worse over time without being fixed. Walls are so thin I can literally hear my neighbors upstairs and next to me go to the bathroom (men). When it rains my family have to walk through inches of mud because they neglect landscaping. I can go on and on and on.... Absolutely hate it here! Cant wait to move!!
2 years of experience in this complex. And just renewed another year with them. Affordable in the Addison area, closed to tollway, cinema, Walmart etc.
I really liked it until the end of two years. Horrible office support. No one can help except one person all the time, and then when that person gets on the phone, doesnt have any customer service etiquette. Parking sucks. Maintenance alright. Good luck getting your deposit back. Walls are thin so hopefully you dont live next to someones colicky baby. Besides that, had a great experience with my friend and roommate! :D
The entire place is infested with roaches. You pay $8 a month for “pest control” when they use the same stuff you can buy at Walmart. We’ve submitted several requests to have the place sprayed or even bombed and they always come back with the $5 Walmart bait.Management acts like they will help but never follows through.Maintenance is a joke. It takes weeks for anyone to come out and fix things. We’ve had to resubmit tickets because maintenance marks them as complete when nothing has been done. They’ve done this on multiple occasions were we have even been home all day.Our lease is up at the end of April and we are counting down the days until freedom! We will be getting rid of all our furniture so that the roaches don’t follow us into our new place. Save your money and sanity and live somewhere else!

Where to begin, well this management is definitely throwing away what the previous management upheld back in 2013. I was give a suspicious run around when I moved back to the complex. The first lady that helped me apparently was let go two days after I signed a lease with her and no one had the full leasing terms I signed or one of the two money orders I gave them to cover admin and app fee. Upon moving in I was advised since I had a satellite, terms were the same as when I lived here 2013. I could put i anywhere aside from wall of building and if policy changes residents would be notified. Today I find a notice they took my satellite out, no prior notice. The ladies at the leasing office had no explanation than to tell me the agent I signed a lease with didnt give me any lease to sign, was not competent and they will have the supervisor call me to explain. They insist that the previous agent didnt leave any note about the dish. So if half of my original lease disappeared when I signed it first, how would I know if the lady had that in and they maybe took it out? Or how can they prove she did not put anything down if they claimed they did not see any paper work of what I did with her? What is more annoying is that many other residents will be walking in this evening to seeing their satellite in the dumpster to which I have video evidence of. Some may be like me, lived here long and were told something else and got no notice of what the office did this evening. How is this complex supporting a homely value when you come home to finding your property thrown away?? This is not the first time info got lost from what I signed.To add how Candice and Brenda act clueless and quickly throw in getting help from staff that is not in the office. One of the previous supervisors Erica was amazing as any help we needed, she made sure to have ether one of them deliver to the best of possibility. This is no longer a home, as many residents like myself feel we are being chased away from a place I even came back to and called home for years!

Great location, convenient access to 635 and 75. Also, very peaceful neighborhood. Complex is clean, and upkept. All staff is friendly and helpful!
COCKROACHES ALERT!!!Most of all, the pest control is the biggest problem here. You will always live with lots of huge cockroaches together inside of your house. The management will only repeat saying they are doing everything what they can do but nothing will be changed. Moreover, the management wont feel sorry to you and they are gonna charge you double of your rent for the early termination fee if you want to leave.Not only bugs problem, there is more things you should know.- no security gate. Fully open to everyone. Unauthorized towing vehicles are rounding every night.- noise problem! If you live on 1st floor, you will know where the 2nd floor neighbors are moving and what they are doing in the house.- no washer/dryer connection except the largest 2 beds plan.- the staffs looks kind only when there is no problem and they are no professional, no reliable and two faces. They can only repeat the same answer forever for your question and not try to solve your problem, even more they will be rude and angry to you if you keep asking. You should check by yourself again and again until your request is done. No one at the office will be responsible even when you talk to them in person.This is definitely inhabitable place to live!! Never recommend here.
