The maintenance staff are incredible and quick they always come to fix things the same day I put a work order in.

The office staff is amazing, so sad to be leaving they always make my days brighter.

I recommend this apartment complex. Its beautiful property with great curb appeal. The maintenance people strive to make the community as happy as they can. I definitely recombined this property, its all around good.

This is our first experience living apartment life. We moved in knowing it was short term. But we have found this to be a wonderful community. The best short term experience!The amazing maintenance crew is efficient and effective! They do their part to help keep the grounds clean. And, the maintenance crew has always taken care of any issue we have reported in a timely fashion. ❤️The management team is amazing too. Traci, Kevin, Marisole, and others... They stay on top of everything. They answer my calls, my emails, my questions in a timely fashion. They really care. They are so helpful, understanding, considerate, and respectful!! ❤️We have always felt safe walking in the community. We rarely hear another resident unless they are in the hall. The noise level for Dallas is amazing. One can expect to hear The maintenance crews equipment. And possibly the trash company picking up the trash.Wimberly has many dog stations around the complex. They provide bags for pet owners. They provide grills, patio tables, and seating. They keep the pool area cleaned.(As people we can come to expect the grounds kept clean for us. If each resident took ownership and kept their area clean too, and if each pet owner were to watch and pickup after their pet ... well just imagine how much nicer, cleaner it would be here.)**We have both a washer and dryer in our apartment. Not sure if all units do, so ask.**We also brought our 60# rescue dog with us. We did pay a rent deposit and we pay an additional rent each month as expected.**Parking can be tough. But, weve always been able to find a place to park. If you dont want to walk, consider renting an assigned carport or garage.If you are looking for a place to call home, Wimberly Apartments are great! We highly recommend Wimberly!

Maintenance is overworked because things break all the time. apartments and the piping systems are badly made. apartment overall is money hungry. management is rude as well

I been live here at the Wimberly for over 3 years and needed a few thing Jayce & her team made sure that I was taking care of in a timely manner. So got my much needed washer & dryer & just got my brand new dishwasher installed today..! If you want to live in a place where the management team actual cares about and treats you in a professional manner this the place to live..! Beautiful stone apts with a great bridge & stream & 2 great pools and a kool little doggie park too!!!

I had a short amount of time to move out of my previous home and Kyndel in the office got us moved ASAP and helped with so many things to fit our timeframe. All of the office is extremely responsive and friendly. Property is well kept. Peaceful in the evenings. Great area to live. I have lived in a handful of apartments and they always end up having a bad surprise but I have yet to find any complaints living here.

The people in the office are very courteous and professional. They made us feel welcome and answered all our questions.

I have lived here since 2016, and can say that the current management company has totally turned this complex around. They added a dog park, amazon lockers, cleaned up the landscaping, fixed the pools, fixed the cracks in the sidewalk, and much more. The maintenance team is always very responsive and friendly, and they do not leave a job unfinished. The office team is professional and sincere, and I feel like they really care about making the property feel safe and welcoming. I would highly recommend living here.

I moved to the Wimberly Apartments at the beginning of June 2020 while the nation was still experiencing the affects of the pandemic. I never had to deal with the old management since they left in march before I moved in, but I can speak about my experience with the new management. With the stress of a pandemic, losing family members to the virus, and not being able to see my parents how I would like to because they are high risk. It felt good to know the awesome Wimberly staff care and communicate with us.I recently had a roommate move out and some of his paperwork was not filled out properly. He works remote jobs in the day and I work overnight security, needless to say we rarely see each other. The Assistant Property Manager Francesca walked us through the process and made sure we had everything we needed. Even in high stress instances where I was not in the best moods in the office lol Francesca was there for me! To anyone thinking of moving to Wimberly let me tell you now. You will be making a great decision and you will be taken care of by a staff that CARES.

I absolutely love living in the Wimberly! Tracy has always taken a personal interest to ensure everything is good with my home and made me feel like family. The property is lovely and Milton and Sergio are on the go every day keeping everything impeccably maintained.

I am in my third year of living at this beautiful complex. With all the trees and the resort style pool and picnic area I dont feel like Im in an apartment. The floor plans are very spacious, with large bathrooms and closet space. The maintenance and property management staff are considerate and prompt with requests or repairs. I would recommend this apartment to all.

I moved here in March, right before the pandemic really hit and it has been great!! My apartment was upgraded before I moved in and everything was very clean and new. No bug issues. I had an A/C issue and they replaced it completely within a week. The staff is great! Very kind and professional. Quick responses. Kevin is really cool. He does everything he can to make sure you are taken care of and I really appreciate that. The manager Tracy is the same way. The whole staff really. They also brought out multiple food trucks the last few months to accommodate everyone. I highly recommend this property.

I fell in love with the wimberly the moment I saw the kitchen and the bathrooms lol...I love to cook and having a big kitchen is a must for me. So far my husband and I truly love this place, we love the quietness of it and the fact that it is in the middle of everything. So complaints so far. Also I love that the entry gate is always closed. May I also add that they have the best maintenance team, and also the front office staffs are wonderful.

This is a great apartment complex to live. The complex is in a great location and access to a variety of grocery stores. Apartments have great natural lighting because of the number of windows in each unit. The front office is great!! Very responsive to maintenance requests. Kevin has helped me on many occasions. Especially, when I was having trouble with my front gate access key fob. He is always in good spirits and enjoys his job!!

I am an HONEST reviewer. Before moving into The Wimberly I read COUNTLESS amounts of reviews. Like EVERY complex there are the “stay away” reviews. All the mix reviews confused me because if every complex has “stay away” reviews where do I actually stay? So I changed my attitude! I look at the cons and ask myself “are these cons I can get over?” So let’s address some reviews now that I am actually living here!1)PARKING does suck. But they are not towing your vehicle like most apartment complex’s reviews talk about. And office actually do feel bad about parking being tight.2) “Office staff are hard to get a hold of!” Well I knew this coming into the apartments, and it made me really question “why”?!-why are they tough to get ahold of?The answer is because they treat EACH resident or potential resident with respect and as though their time is truly valuable. They will do anything they can for you and a lot of times stretch themselves thin trying to please you. The only issue with this type of treatment is, someone else is waiting for their turn to get this treatment. Sooo choose your cons that you’re willing to deal with.3) Emailing the office for help. They take action on the things that they know they can help right away and they try to get the other problems to the correct person to help. Sometimes the correct person is really trying hard to please everyone as they only have a certain amount of time and man power in a day.4) They are very respectful of their residents packages. And they let you know when you received a package.5) yes they have had several office changes. But that is because they have been training people for multiple properties. This is all done now and the staff is solid.6) trash. They allow the convenience of you putting your trash on the corner of your building on certain days, and have a company pick it up for you. CON it looks tacky.- People LOAD the trash areas with so much trash . But the complex is always cleaning the areas as well as any trash spotted around the complex.7) The kids that live here are respectful (so far).8) Management genuinely care. Again one person for how many units? But she actually cares. She takes things as though they are her problem and rather you hear from her or not she has not forgotten. Janice can be found walking the complex just checking on areas to make sure all is well. Did I mention she actually cares?9)Kevin is the Gem of the complex. He is extremely passionate in making each resident feel at home. He must give himself nightmares with the way he takes on each resident as though his own family. He will strive to be what is missing in each situation as well as forget to eat because he was back to back focusing on others. How do I know this? Because I was a twitch in anyone’s eye before moving in and during and after and likely my whole stay. I am a very honest/loving/genuine person and I expect others to be the same. Kevin has lived up to my expectations. He is a major factor in choosing this complex. He is honest and cares. My moving in was complex and energy sucking to anyone involved (Kevin) but he never complained because he cared more about my experience then his feelings.Notice a common theme here? The Wimberly cares about their residents. Okay perhaps you do not get contacts right away, but you can’t contact every person right away. You have a team of people working for the entire complex. They aren’t rude, they care and they really do work to help their residents feel happy and home.I love my apartment layout!!! I Love the My spacious balcony. I love that The Wimberly is keeping up their appearance and painting/cleaning each building.I love that The bathrooms and closets are so spacious. I love the option for garages being attached to your unit. I love that I’ve not seen ONE bug at ALL . I love that the Staff care that you are happy even if they can’t help right away.I hate the parking. I wish more people picked up after their dogs (not the Wimberly fault, they have dog stations EVERYWHERE)

I have recently moved into The Wimberly Apartments and it has been a wonderful place to call home! Not only is the office staff super helpful and always available (day or night) the maintenance staff is a 10! Everyone involved with this property has been nothing but welcoming and friendly. I have enjoyed every interaction with every part of the team. They give 110% and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful environment and great property location! A++ my friends!

I have lived at Wimberly for over 10 years and have been very happy here. The current management team has made some very nice improvements especially with trash pickup and package delivery. Kevin, in the front office, has been very helpful and is always courteous and cheerful. I just signed my new 15-month lease. Two thumbs up!!!

Its a very nice complex, safe, close to everywhere, and absolutely strong management team. Ive been living here since Nov 2018, and super happy with new manager and office team. Super professional and very responsive. Maintenance team are doing good job, every time they enter my unit, they alway leave a work order sheet to show that job was completed. Plenty of parking spaces, clean complex, and friendly neighbors. I highly recommend this complex, and because the new manager and office staff are doing a fantastic job.

I literally just called the leasing office(5/18) and a lady named Veronica answered the phone. She proceeded to tell me that my current noise complaint call(for my upstairs neighbors child running/stomping) was “just apartment living”! So I said, “ma’am, I am on disability(and work from home now), could you please help me out”? She then says “I’ll tell my manager, and see what your options are”! My options? My option was to call you! I then said “I’m afraid that since it’s 5:54pm, you’ll leave without documenting the situation”. Her response, I’ll see what my manager says, there’s nothing we can do about a toddler running” Wrong, my fiancé has worked in the DFW apartment business for over 15yrs, I know for a fact that you could do more. That’s “apartment living”? So is physical confrontation for neighbors, weed smoke, and loud parties. But since you left it in my hands. So be it.A courtesy call, note, anything but that would’ve sufficed. Building 6 is a joke!

I just now moved into The Wimberly apartments with my significant other and boy let me tell you we are so happy! The team at the office is superb! Kevin and Marisol were so helpful the entire time leading up to me moving in and have been great with hearing my concerns and requests even after I moved in! The apartment complex is really nice and clean and the layout in the apartment is fantastic! Me and my boyfriend will be staying for a long time!

I recently tour at the Wimberly with Kevin and he was outstanding. His knowledge and professionalism made it seem like her was running things in there. I’m definitely thinking about make the Wimberly my next home just because of his service. Definitely this company should keep him around as he is a true asset to this property!

I just moved in to the wimberly this past July. So far my experience has been great. My unit is one of the updated units and I’ve had no issues with anything so far. The best part of moving in here was the service. 10/10 definitely recommend Kevin to help you out with leasing. Super nice guy and was extremely helpful with getting us set up with our new place. Even after move in he is still helping us out with any questions or concerns we have had.

Was given the run around on moving here. Never had an apartment move this slow. They don’t call to inform anything .

I would recommend Wimberly apartments to others, because it is a nice place to reside and a great price for a large space! The overall area is nice as well, which includes a variety of places to eat and shop. They have a beautiful property and they are great with the upkeep and maintenance of the property, as well. Kevin S. is one of the best team members on the Wimberly staff team as he is professional, hard-working, responsive, and knowledgeable in his profession. He is always able and willing to assist and solve any issues or concerns. Kevin S. plays a huge part in the Wimberly community; I have witnessed for myself him going out of his way to ensure that the property is clean and organized. In any given time my husband and myself put in a request, the team members always ensure they are responsive in a timely manner (within 24 hours). Kevin has also helped my husband and I renew our lease! The property manager Tracy is amazing as well, she is very welcoming!! If you want to live somehwhere that gives a community feel, Wimberly is the place!

This is my 1st time living in an apartment community, I’ve always had private landlords. However, this is has been a great experience for me and my girls! We love the property, staff and community altogether! Oh and especially Kevin, he’s one the sweetest staff members you could ask for...I’ve been here since December and any problem they’ve fixed within 1-2 days and if it took longer the staff communicated and empathized with me. All I can say is keep up the good work!

He always answers my questions in a timely manner and made sure I got exactly what I was requesting for my apartment. He is very nice and doesn’t come off pushy or with a sales tone whatsoever. Ive only been living here for about two or three months but so far Im really happy. First off, the front office staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Ive really enjoyed my interactions with them and appreciate their advice and assistance when needed. The complex itself is beautiful with a lot of trees and the square footage per price cant be beat. I love how automated everything is, too! They have an online repair request (everything has been fixed the same day!) system, you can pay your rent online, and they have this automated locker system called Luxor which allows you to pick up your packages at any time of the day.They will even text you quick reminders of various things which I find to be helpful. I especially love how diverse the population is here and how kind my neighbors are. Its also super quiet in the part that I live in so thats fantastic for me. Oh! Also, the kitchens are HUGE. Seriously. So much storage space. Lets see what else? Its in a great area, close to good shopping and dining with easy access to the tollways!

This company has padded these reviews. They have a contest monthly to see which of their properties has the most 5 star reviews. I was approached by office staff to do so. The office staff is nice and grounds are very clean. But i find it very distaful to make your staff reach out to friends and family to put up false 5 star reviews.

I highly recommend Wimberly to others because the location is very conveniently located in Dallas but close to Plano and Frisco and Carrollton. The leasing team has made my apartment search easy and convenient since I live in Houston because they promptly respond during business hours. Brittni Tran has been nothing short of fantastic!

We just moved in a month ago and love it. We haven’t had any problems so far it’s been 10/10. Kevin was very helpful and continues to be there for us; I highly recommend leasing with him!

I have lived in about five different apartments so far for being very young. I will say that the leasing agents here are the best I have ever had. My leasing agent Kevin made everything possible working so quick to assure that I was moved in when I needed to be. That being said I had assistance from Brittni and Marisol through the process each one was as dedicated as I could ask in regards to making sure everything is right, If you want a faculty that cares this is the place.

The new management is doing a great job. They are professional and very helpful. Maintenance is quick to take care of requests. This is a great improvement in comparison to the previous management company. I was happy to see that they took some time to clean the breezeways since they were very dirty. Hopefully the breezeways will get a power wash at some point. It’s nice to see all the improvements taking place at the Wimberly!

The new management has made many great improvements to this property. It was well overdue and cant wait to see what else they have in store for us. Its nice not to have to wait weeks for someone to come fix something in the apartment so a good maintenance team is very important to have and we are so glad to have Milton and the rest of the maintenance team help us with anything we might need. Called this complex to get more information and was transferred to some number that claimed I was going to get a free $100 gift card and asked for all of my information and then tried to ask for my debit and credit card information to process an activation fee. Not sure if the number on the website is incorrect or not but definitely left a bad first impression..

I couldn’t be more excited to live here! It’s such a beautiful area that is right in the middle of everything but doesn’t seem like it with the scenery around the apartment. Kevin has been the most helpful person with getting us in. He has gone above and beyond to get everything finalized and make us feel like he cared. It is my first apartment and he really walked me through every single thing and took his time with helping us. Ask for Kevin because he will make you feel safe and right at home!

I was visiting my boyfriend during the summer break had an issue with the bathtub. We placed a call to maintenance and they showed up super fast! Before the new maintenance management arrived it would take weeks or even months for our calls to be answered! Thank you so much for the help!! 10/10 would recommend!

I moved in about a month ago and everything from the tour to move in day till now has been a wonderful experience. Maintenance responds quickly (sometimes even the same day), the leasing agents are so nice and helpful, and the amenities are awesome! I love that they are always working on improving the place like adding a cute dog park and a brand new package pick up system so you can pick up your things 24/7! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone currently looking.

A tremendous place to live. The design concept of the property is unique. The property is nestled in the woods so it doesnt feel like a concrete prison. The choice of floor plans is abundant and the amenities are superb. The new management has done an outstanding job of making residents secure and communications are top-notch. Im so glad I moved-in. It was my first choice and the RIGHT choice from the very beginning.

Marisol has exceeded my expectations of customer service during the application/leasing process. Shes very personable and has outstanding communication skills. Application process and waiting to be approved was a bit much, but other than that Kevin made my move quick and easy and also made sure that anything I needed fixed got done in a timely manner . I’ve been here almost a year now and I have no complaints. Pretty peaceful for the most part . Kevin and the manager Tracy are the best.

Toured and loved the apartment - such a large floor plan and some really great upgrades; the office staff was great and I will definitely move here when my lease is up! I have a dog and I was told a brand new dog park was coming! The manager, Tracy, came out to meet me as well - how great is that! I would recommend Wimberly to anyone looking for an apartment!

I went to tour this property the other day. It’s a beautiful complex and the staff is great. Tracey, the manager was sweet and great. She really cares about everyone that comes through the office. Everyone in the office made it feel like a family atmosphere. Lots of smiles and laugher.I took a tour with Dee and she is friendly and helpful.She could tell I was nervous but she made me feel like a superstar.

I recently visited a friend who lives at Wimberly and let me tell you the difference a change in management makes. The updates the new management has made throughout the property is top notch. He took me on a tour of the pool (no longer green) the club house and front office. I had the pleasure of meeting Dee who is very personable and friendly. If you are looking for a gated apartment community in the North Dallas area look no further than Wimberly.

One the nicest apartment complex in the cities hands down, however PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO GET APPROVED. I went in a month ago and was told the criteria for approval. I informed the young lady in the leasing office that I didn’t meet criteria but she assured me to go ahead and pay my deposit anyway because I could still get approved. I don’t like wasting money. But she seemed trustworthy. As expected I was denied, (no biggie), but a whole month later I still don’t have my deposit back. I call and ask and I’m told a few weeks at first then told it wasn’t even processed back to me yet. And that was after waiting for two weeks like originally told. I’m assuming I’m not getting it back. And have counted it as a loss on my behalf because I knew better. If you get approved, definitely live here. I know I would have. But he sure you have the means of approval before paying a deposit. You won’t get it back.

Been here four years and things have taken a great turn forward! New management has taken over and immediately started improvement. Tracey and her team have done a great job. Quick maintenance response, upgrades to apartments and community upgrades..hello new gym! Great apartment homes!

Tracy and Kevin are the best apartment managers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! They go the extra mile to make sure everything is in order and that all of my issues are taken care of! I also love the valet trash service they have here!!!! Its great, I would highly suggest living here!

The new management team has come in and changed the whole feel of the apartments. They have added lighting, new grass, grills, improved the pool and the maintenance team in A1! They have cleaned up the parking lot and the gate. A totally different place.

Wow! Super impressed by the customer service my friend received. Came to visit a friend for the week and went with her to pick a package up. The people were so friendly. Most people in apartment offices make you feel like your bothering them but they didnt. Definitely gonna have to come here where I move to the big D. Oh and the pool is so gorgeous.

The leasing team here very professional and was super helpful with my apartment search! Im not from Dallas (h-town aye) but they made me feel welcome and informed!

I have lived in Wimberley Apartments for almost 5 years, as my time to.move is approaching I would.to thank the people in the office. The staff seems to rotate often but a Big Shot Out to Kelvin he is always up beat and willing to help . Dee and Chris were also always helpful

I lived here years ago and moved because when management changed you could tell quality left with it. The new management has brought amazing changes and upgrades to the apartments and the community. You can tell they care about this apartment community.
