I found myself in need of somewhere to live after a break up and Veridian Place was one of several places I looked at, even though now isnt a great time to be moving. Even though theres only me, I do like my space so I was looking for a two bedroom apartment. I called on June 2 and spoke to Julia, who was really helpful and informative. I arranged a viewing the same afternoon. When I arrived, Julia met me with a smile, introduced me to Nina, who is the property manager, and went through all the paperwork, including seeing my ID. She then showed me a model of a 2 bed 1 bath apartment which is just what I was looking for. They had some available and ready for leasing right away so I filled out the paperwork there and then and Im now looking forward to moving in at the end of the month. The property itself is set in nice grounds behind an electric gate. Although closed at the minute for obvious reasons, it also has a gym and a clubhouse - as well as a nice looking pool that is, thankfully, open. Since I work in Carrollton, its also well placed for me, giving me about a 10 minute drive to work. Both Julia and Nina were extremely friendly and knowledgable and made me feel like I would be a welcome part of the community - something that I hadnt felt at other complexes that Id viewed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived here for 2 yrs. I have had issues with the plumbing from the first day I moved in. Dishwasher overflow. toilet overflows, tubs and sinks clogged, constant leak of water from ac unit into the shower, and foul odor from underneath the kitchen sink they cannot resolve. I submitted a maintenance request a month and half ago and it has yet to be resolved. Called into the office staff voiced my concerns, a rep put me on hold for 10 minutes only to have another rep pick up the call and ask what I needed help with. Very Bad Service.

Do not rent with this apartment. i ignored reviews but i advise you to not make the same mistake i did! They will play nice to get the apartment sold and they dont care much after. We were lied to about what our apartment would be and told it would be identical to the model unit but with carpet. Not a single thing in my actual unit was the same. On top of that MOVE IN day they tell me my carpet was not replaced, after im already there with all of my belongings! Then when i see my unit its a DISASTER. peeled up vinyl flooring, disgusting carpet, horrible smell, cabinets leaning off the walls. I mean it was so bad i thought it was a joke. Save your time and money! If i could rate it 0 stars, i would.

I applied with my boyfriend a couple months ago for the 1bed 1 bath unit. The office put off our application an entire month, and then gave my bf and I less than a business day to send in additional info. Verdian kept our floorplan deposit after i received verbal confirmation that we would receive that money back if our application didnt go through. Save your time and money and please apply/live somewhere else

We have lived in this apartment for more than 2yrs with no problem whatsoever. We have had multiple maintenance issue including roof leak this month and the new management did not handle this. The assistant manager is rude and does not understand the sense of urgency. We reported our roof leak when it was only few droplets and now our entire bedrooms roof is leaking. When I called to report this emergency, I was told she was the only person in the office today and she will see what she could do. ??

I have been staying here for years, management use to be great but has gotten worse over time!! Nothing is being fixed and pest control is not spraying. The new management is extremely rude and calls police on tenants that has a problem! DO NOT MOVE HERE

They dont have a maintenance line to call... they literally dont have maintenance..law suit is coming

I wanted to wait until I had lived in my new apartment for several months before I wrote a review, from day 1 the office staff Nina, Julia and Monica have been GREAT to say the least! The move in process was quick and professional, the apartment was really nice and spotless when I moved in. Any little issue has been dealt with by the maintenance people that same day or the next. The property is quiet and clean. No place is perfect, but this is a really nice place to live!

Ive been here for a year now and am over all satisfied with the community. I am a single woman and I do feel safe here. The grounds are always clean, I see not only the maintenance men pick up but even the women in the office do as well. The manager Nina is an angel and the other ladies are sweet as well. They do resident events here and pool parties and I love the quiet atmosphere. Not a big community but big enough for those who just want to come home and relax and enjoy their peace and quiet. Good job ladies and a shout out to the maintenance guys.

I moved in about a week ago and I’m very impressed!! Nina made my application process very simple and she was very informative! Monica helped me get all the documents needed to prepare for my move in. But Julia made my move in absolute awesome. I was In a hurry and a little unprepared. She still was able to accommodate me. She is so friendly and helpful. She even had a waffle bar this morning at the office! My apartment is beautiful and the open bar set up that my kitchen has really utilized ever square inch!! Not to mention the backsplash and hardwood floors!! Valet trash and covered parking! Overall I’m beyond satisfied! I encourage anyone looking for luxury living for a reasonable rate to come here!

Dont move here, save yourself the hassle.The property is significantly older than others in this area and charge more than most. Weve had 3 major leaks in our unit and even the emergency line wont guarantee youll get a timely response.The office staff is nice enough to sell, but forget about any real help beyond taking your money. TIP: request to inspect your unit before talking numbers, that way you can catch any roaches, spiders, bed bugs or faulty cabinets. Be carefulAbout parking your car, there has been steady amounts of vandalism. Dont move here if safety is a priority.

Awhhhh what to say first about these ladies!! They are the closest to perfect as it gets. Had some issue with my initial payment. They walked me through the process with delight! I have a really tight schedule and they were very flexible. The apartment is awesome single bed and bath in mint condition. Glad I chose these guys. Hope you enjoy them as well!

It’s only been three weeks. Office staff is nice. Julia and Nina are awesome ! Property is nice for the price. But the maintenance team needs to be retrained . I’ve submitted the same request three times. It’s like they don’t care. Please be advised, view your actual unit before signing anything. 🙄

I love the front office staff, they are by far the sweetest people i have come across. They are very lenient, make sure your home is in good shape at all times. You definitely get more than what you pay for.

Even though every now and then, shots fired nearby. Its quiet like 99.9 percent of the time.Easy move in, easy to pay your rent online.I do think they should rethink the valet trash fee...because most of the time i take out my own trash and valet takes it out like once or twice a week but if it rains or storms they cancel the valet.But for the most part, love the complex because of the quietness and the access to printer. Better than my previous apt. But this place is a solid A-.

I just moved in yesterday and I’m already dissatisfied with this apartment complex. When I came to get my keys the apartment was still not ready. Some changes had been made by the owners since I signed my lease in April and was unaware of the recent changes until I called the day before my move in. When I finally moved my stuff in there was already too many things wrong with the apartment. Last night there was ants all over my wall bugs and in my bathroom unacceptable. I am very disappointed in this apartment complex.

I recently moved in (12/2018) and so far honestly... No where is perfect but i would say based off of the reviews I have read I havent experienced anything too horrid outside of the trash not being picked up as it should despite being charged $15/month for so so service. Outside of the trash issue, my apartment is nice. My move in was actually one of the easiest Ive experienced since relocating to the Dallas area.. the apt manage Patricia is amazing and has been such a sweetheart since my inquiry began on the complex. Patricia is super sweet and knows me by name, she asks about my pregnancy and keeps me up to date with community news.

These apartments are nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have responded promptly to any issues I have had in my unit. The maintenance team does decent work in a timely manner and the grounds are well kept. This complex is dog friendly and rent is reasonable. The apartment is located far enough away from DNT where noise isn’t an issue. Also there are two parks not even a mile away. The Rent is reasonable considering the kitchens and floors in all of the units have recently been updated. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Be warned!!! These 4 star reviews are all fake!!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere!!! I have lived here for years this place is on a steady decline!! The ladies in the office don’t care about the property being covered in dog poop. The grounds are also infested with fleas so, if you have pets be prepared to battle with that! There’s also active drug dealers on property and they do nothing about it! These people exist to take your money, smile & tell you that your problems will be handled; when in fact they do nothing!!! If you want to live where there’s land mines of poo everywhere, constant police activity and not to be left out shootings then definitely rent here.

First thing is that there was a murder here in bldg 600/700. Was in the news, they have changed management twice so far and it hasnt gotten better. They add on extra fees instead of honoring online rent quote. Multiple add on fees whether u use those services or not. Like Exterminator fees ?!Not worth the money when windows/counters hasnt been changed in over twenty years.

The community was quiet and Monica from the front office was great. Would recommend these apartments to any perspective renters.

I came into the office to do some paperwork and immediately felt welcomed! They knew my name, had everything set up for me before I walked in. Every time I come into the office or casual walk by I am greeted by name. The staff is very friendly & caring. Great decision to live here :)

I work in the Property Management Industry and if you want professional and reliable management, DONT GO HERE. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The day I left the hospital after having my child I entered a dump that was called a ready apartment. The toilet was flooded, no cabinets, and it hadnt been cleaned. I was expecting some sort of compensation for this, but nothing was given. Must call and email Kerrie at least twice for a work order to be taken care of. When my renewal letter came out it was over $200 more than my rent. When I spoke to Kerrie about a better offer, she assured me that she would lower it to just $30 more, which is normal. Did that happen? No. What did? She ignored my request for the new offer letter at the amount she assured me of. Instead she drug it out a month past my 60 notice and then told me that she couldnt offer me a better rate. So I had to pay $400 for a month to month fee. More than happy to be gone. Please save yourself and take a tour somewhere worth your time and sanity.

You know there was a shooting here. I definitely would not recommend this place. Those other reviews have been coaxed to type reviews because of the reputation of this place. There were no reviews before because its full of weirdos so they offered incentives for reviews. The Management changes every month it seems. The staff is inconsistent with their answers. Suspicious activity in the parking lot. Roach problems. They dont hold packages for you so if youre not home, forget your package. Ghetto fabulous

I ended up moving from that place as soon as my one year lease was over! They’ve changed All the management. Rude people in the office. Suspicious activity in parking lot almost all the time and somebody got shoot there a few month ago. They towed my car twice from my very own covered parking spot that I pay for every month. UNBELIVBLE!!! And if we were lucky they were picking up the trash maybe twice a week if not once.

I was excited when I first move started to move here. But the trouble began the day I got my key. When I went to my new apartment it had not been cleaned. The place was very dirty. I dont know if there was a leak in the kitchen but there was dirty water all over the floor in the kitchen. That was not a good start. There was a time when a drunk neighbor tried to walk in my apartment at 3 in the morning. Luckily my door was locked, but it scared the heck out of me. I looked out my window and recognized the guy Otherwise I would have called the police. Another time I had surgery and had some pain medicine. I wound up having half the bottle missing the day someone from the office visited to my apartment while I was at work. I was extremely upset but there was no way to prove it. Every time I would visit the office I would always get gossip about my neighbors and here different things about there lives. It made me think what might be said about me to others. So if you like privacy, just know that the manager likes to gossip about the tenants to other tenants. Anyways, this was just my experience and I would not recommend the place as long as its under the same management.

Dont waste your time moving here... The staff seems nice at first but thats just to lure you in and get your money after that its down hill... Ive never lived in a place where you dont receive a monthly bill. They are unorganized and rude. Their customer service sucks... The way they act you would think they were paying us to live there not the other way around. They have a guy named Charles who acts like he cant do anything for you or it pains him. Then you have Kerrie rudest of them all, non professional and very unorganized. You have to put in a million work orders before they actually come out. I understand parents need to control their kids but it does not give Kerrie permission to cuss or use vulgar language around them. Kerrie and Charles are very lazy and have been caught by multiple residents smoking weed. Im not against the use of marijuana just think there is a place and time and at work is definitely not the place. I hope you find my review helpful. If you are thinking of moving here please dont.. Terrible place with Terrible people.

There was a shooting here, I’ve lived here for 5 years and I have heard gun shots around this area multiple times. My gf’s car was stolen from the parking area as well & there is always activity in these apartments. I do not recommend these apartments. There has been countless number of management changes as well as the apartments just aren’t worth what they charge for them. The new management are friendly yet they feel disconnected from the residents. Honestly I feel like a paycheck and a number & not someone that matters. Never offered any solutions or help and I’m a 5 year tenure resident. (Don’t move here) especially if you want to live in a community and be interactive with staff. I can guarantee not one of the managers knows me personally or my name & has never made any attempt to get to know me as a resident.

This is THE WORST apartment complexe ever, and thats being nice. On my move in date my apartment was not ready for move in, I did not have a my upgraded appliances, I had to wait a week to receive them (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave ) I walked in my apartment on move in day thinking my apartment world be ready as promised, theRude and very sarcastic assistant manger CHARLES was no assistant and made the situation worse with his almighty attitude, From then on out living there was a nightmare from the Maintenance never fixing anything, dog poop everywhere and the unorganized staff, I asked one of the mangers by the name of AlexWhat s the corporate office number, she said she didnt know, not a clue as to whats going on, please save your money and time !

I lived there for 10 months. The maintenance team was honestly the only positive part of this community. The office staff have very little follow-through and seem to honestly not be able to explain much when needed. The portal to pay online is an additional $32 a month to pay your rent on their website, so be ready for the extra fees. Also, when paying your bills online, check back in a few times because extra charges suddenly show up past due even when you paid your rent and all on-time. Also- not sure their background checks, but I know of felons that live in the complex. All and all- its a decently upgraded cheap place to live and a very convenient location. They went through two property managers in my time there, so Im sure that will continue.

I really like the new management company and manager. Great changes are coming and I am excited.

I am a 2 year resident at the veridian place i recently encountered an issue with the lead management of the office Vanessa Lopez she has been rude on all occasions; not to mention she doesn’t greet residence or future residence when entering the leasing office, but this recent entounter she was very unprofessional. I had an issue with my rent this month, and vanessa and her team came around to my door to give me the past due letter for my rent instead of knocking in a professional manner or just sliding the letter through my door, Vanessa took the initiative to bang very hard and loud continuously on my door not knowing if i was sleep or awake because i do work a night shift, she was being very inconsiderate. Once i got to the door, the only person greeted me with a smile on her face was Patricia Vanessa never made eye contact with me or anything. If you plan on moving into this complex, I’d advise you to think twice about making that move. I am counting the months and days till when my lease is up.

Absolutely horrible!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Rent is extremely high for old outdated units. They dont fix anything!!! The only place luxurious is the OFFICE!!! Its fancy and high-tech the rest of complex looks run down.

My boyfriend and I lived there for only 6 months, and this place was terrible. There is a male who works in the front office that hates doing his job. He makes excuses so he doesnt have to help you at all. I asked for the phone number of their water company and he said he didnt have it in front of him, so he couldnt help me. Theres a lot of domestic abuse (screaming couples), drug deals in the parking lot, police and fire trucks always stopping by, and children who run around and ring your doorbell for no apparent reason. I had an alcoholic husband walk out to the parking lot, trip on the curb and busted his skull open...... right in front of my window!!Before we even moved in, the faux wood was pealing up REALLY badly in the bathroom and the young girl who showed us the place said it was going to get fixed before we moved in. They never fixed it. I also had maintenance step in dog poop before he came in my house and then tracked it all over my living room.Once we moved out, they quickly sent our final bill to collections without even contacting us first. I called the manager to inquire about the charges and he threatened to charge me more because I was asking too many questions. Im reluctantly going to pay it, however Ill most likely be bombarded by a collections agency for the next 10 years. Cant wait.Hands down worst and scariest place Ive ever lived in my life.

Ive been staying here a year, I like the price for a one bedroom thats why I moved here, but every-time I ask for something to be fixed its NEVER fixed, Since April 2015 [Ive have pictures, Times I called] Ive been waiting on them to fix some of the broke wall that caved in where their was a water leak, above the shower.. It caused mold on the wall [still there].. The only thing they did was fix the water leak, && they painted over the mold.. than told me they had to order a piece to fix the broken wall that was hanging down, here it is September and I still havent heard anything.. Also, asked them to fix the ceiling fan in the room that hasnt worked since I moved here, still NOT fixed.. I was considering resigning my lease.. But, def NOT.. lease is up November && cant wait.. But, they do work with you on paying rent when its good for you. of course you have ALL late fees. but wont get evicted.

Ive been in this apartment complex 10 months and will not be renewing my lease. They are just now addressing the mud thats been everywhere until they just laid sod today. They let me move into my apartment without surfacing my countertops.The staff is rude I hate the thought of even having to go to the office. If I call or go in the office and have to deal with Charles I just hang up or leave cause his attitude is so poor. Maintenance requests take forever. Just do your self favor and dont even bother moving here.

Ive lived here for 7 months and STILL have issues that were present when I moved in, AND reported to management. Maintenance is slow to respond, if they respond at all. Most things are blown off as unimportant. Management seems nice but is usually unaccommodating. There are often loud noises that do not belong, such as very loud, screaming children at 8 am on a Sunday morning, or very loud bass hits after 10 pm on a week night. Packages are delivered exclusively to the office as items could disappear if delivered to your door. Normal mail parcels are not forwarded to the next residence. Im still getting mail for 3 other prior residents. My address was blacklisted with TWC when I moved in and I had to show ID, provide a copy of my rental contract, and prove Im not associated with the prior tenant in order to get service. Rent is competitively priced, but has risen every month since I moved in. I havent had 2 months with the same amount of rent due. Its *always* more than I expected. When I questioned the office about it, nobody who does that is available, a promise theyll get back with me was given, but then I never, ever heard back. Having never been even a day late on my rent, it shouldnt randomly be $50 more than last month.This place is NOT recommended, and somebodys likely skimming from the top. STAY AWAY!

I recently moved to this apartment complex 2 months ago, and I am already regretting it. Moving from a larger complex to a smaller, more private one appealed to me. I liked the quaint, intimate atmosphere and the floor plan of my unit. Suffice to say, the problems I have so far encountered living here have not been with the physical property, but with the overall level of management (or lack thereof)You would think that a smaller apartment community would be more prone to deliver its residents more attention and satisfactory service than a larger one. This is not the case at Idlewyld Village. My first problem came with trying to set up my online payment account. Paylease was still linked to my old apartment address, and after trying to switch it over, I encountered technical issues on the site with trying to reset my account to my new address. After I called the office, they told me that their IT/Web technician would contact me to help me reset my account. He never contacted me. Eventually I was able to reset my account, but it took 24 hours later than when my rent was due. After explaining the situation to the office, they were unsympathetic and still charged me late fees. I was hoping that since this was my first month at this apartment they would forego the late fee since this was my first month trying to use the online system and had technical issues with the site.My next issue came when my bathroom toilet would not stop running. The water continued to run after flushing and my bathroom began flooding. Not a huge concern since this happens somewhat frequently in apartments, I called maintenance and they supposedly fixed the plumbing problem - at least temporarily. A few days later the same thing started happening. My bathroom didnt flood but the water continued to run non stop. I noticed this after the office was closed, so I left a message detailing everything. No one from the office contacted me the following business day. My plumbing remained unfixed.I called again and spoke directly with one of the office staff. She told me that she would put in a work order and that it would be fixed soon. Since I work all day I told her that maintenance had my permission to enter my apartment and fix the plumbing if I wasnt home. When I returned, the plumbing still was not fixed.Eventually the water backed up again and again my bathroom flooded. In fact, I am writing this review right now waiting for them to come fix it. My bathroom is still flooding as I type this review. I walked over to the office and spoke to who I assume is one of the managers. I told her that I had attempted several times to have this problem fixed. She assured me that she would be sending someone over soon. That was about an hour ago.This is beyond unsatisfactory service. This is entirely unacceptable. I dont know how many times I am supposed to contact my apartments and ask for a plumbing issue to be resolved, something as serious as flooding should be addressed immediately. This should have been taken care of the first time around, not to mention the fact I have contacted them on three separate occasions to get someone to fix my toilet, as they have clearly failed to fix it on the first visit.Unsatisfactory management. Inability to respond to messages and work orders in a timely fashion. One of the younger female staff in particular comes across as clueless, inept and not helpful at all. The managements overall lack of concern and interest in its residents well being infuriates me. I consider myself to be for the most part a patient and understanding person, but the staff here has driven me to my wits end. I should have done more research into this place before committing to living here, so thats in part my own fault. I highly suggest that anyone planning on moving here decide to do so only after the management seriously steps up their level of service.

Great location, staff is ok but maintenance could be improved. Never had any major issues, most of them are caused by the ghetto, low-class people that keep moving in the community. Trash and furniture overflowing at the dumpsters, the smell of weed in the courtyards, BBQ grills left everywhere, and loud unsupervised kids and shady characters take over the pool all summer long every weekend. Floorplans are nice, but units are older and outdated. Prices are too high for what you actually get here, and the only saving grace is that the location is excellent. Walking distance to Northbark Dog Park, Katie Jackson Park and Trail, and less than ten minutes drive to Addison, Frisco and West Plano. If the price was less, and the management did a better job of attracting quality residents, this place would be almost five stars.

I moved into this apartment when Cindy was the manager. It was a close nit community where everyone knew you & your children. I finally was able to feel safe enough to let my kids play outside without worry. If there was a kids problem, she would address it professionally with the children & their parents. She used a firm but gentle hand like a mom would do.Then the new management came in. No more football parties in the clubhouse with food & a bounce house. No more snacks for the kids. Down grading your upgraded appliances when they would break. I lived in an upgraded town home that was described as upgraded because of the LARGER MICROWAVE, REFRIGERATOR, & DISHWASHER when I originally moved in! My dishwasher went out 6 months later when new management was now in charge. It took more than a month to get approval for a new one then after a couple of months it was smaller & was no longer full of options like delayed start.I was upset by this & talked Cindy about the fact that I was paying for an upgraded apartment she told me my upgraded apartment now meant I had black matching appliances.Next, the water bill includes their water for the lawn & filling the pool. My bill more than tripled for the summer months, when asked about it I was told we now all pay for it on our bills.I could hear my neighbors fighting all the time.I started to keep the kids in because there was a huge shift when out of the blue no notice at all Cindy was gone & moved out. Friday she was there Monday she wasnt. Kids started breaking into cars, egging cars, breaking down the trees, the gas grill was never replaced, dog crap everywhere, management entering your apartment without reason or cause, maintenance just coming & going as they pleased. I once had a friend leave her laptop on & open on the back of my couch. we left & came back her laptop was on my couch seat, fully shutdown & closed.My upstairs fire escape door was always coming up unlocked when I never used it. I had come home early at times & heard a door close up there, would look outside to see a maintenance man walking on sidewalk near the back fire escape stairs but was constantly told no one from the office was in there.Bottom line: This place had a 75% approval rating on apartment ratings website & in a matter of about 30 days it dropped to 30%. Another 30 days another 10% decline. They nickel/dime you to death. If your late on your rent & sign the payment agreement - they will just come get collateral out of your apartment while youre gone. My neighbor came home to a missing flat screen. Found it in the assistant managers office.Want hot water all the time, well half of the complex will get it but the other half your out of luck because a boiler needs to be replaced, the new owners wont pay for it. Wonder what that black stuff is in the bottom of your water cup that looks like shoot or dirt, well thats from the bad boiler that goes out. Lucky you!From what I hear from current residents (my old neighbors) its only getting worse.If you are considering this place ask them about what they do if youre late on rent. Do they enter your place to get collateral? Do you have to pay for your parking spot still if you dont want it? Do residents pay for lawn/pool water on their apartment water bill monthly? How old are their boilers exactly? When exactly will the gas grill be replaced, not fixed because it cant be fixed? Gas grill broke after the summer of 2012. Do you have to pay for a gate remote/24 hour access to the gym? Why arent the walk through gates able to be locked? Do they have regular safety meeting with the local police? If so when was the last one? Are they still partners with the police department for crime watch?These things should be important to you.Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing because their word is worth nothing.I wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy.

I have to say this is the best apartment complex I have been to. When me and my fiancé were looking for apartments we went to about seven different places and this one stole us away. The front office staff was VERY welcoming and was so ready to give us the information we needed. They answered all of our questions without hesitation and without making us feel like we were intruding on their space. Whenever we were ready to go look at the model they also stated that we can go and look at the exact unit we would be moving into before we sign a lease. They want to make sure that you know exactly what youre moving into before committing. When me and my fiancé toured the unit we would move into there were a few things we wanted changed and they wrote them down and said they would get it all done for us before we moved in. I am blown away by this place and I recommend it to everyone. We have not moved in yet, but I am very confident that it will be without problem. Entire staff is very friendly. Manager is great and is always going the extra mile to ensure her tenants are satisfied.

Maintance sucks all they do is sit in the pool also the maintance guy is so rude to the kids. About to call the city and complain because i pay rent i dont live here for free.

I was expecting to move in tomorrow, but when I arrived to sign the lease I was told that my apartment was not ready it was still in the process of being renovated. I received no apologies. The manager Maggie just sat in her office as though I was invisible. I wished I had read the reviews before signed on the dotted line. UGH!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. Cheated late fees and filed an eviction in one week of moving in. I beg anyone please dont become a victim to this place.

I love this place but hate the manger hes a guy and hes so rude I came in to get coffee its open to the public and he rushes me hes like hurry up and get out and I just came in to use the restroom and hes like no

I lived here for 2 years, do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE!!! Its absolutely horrible. The maintenance team never fixes anything reported, even after multiple reports. The front office is staffed by the absolute RUDEST people Ive ever met (Yes Im talking about Charles, the always-busy-doing-nothing guy). Not to mention the foundation issues at this complex are rampant, almost every single building has uneven floors and cracked foundations which can be seen from outside of the building.I have been charged multiple times for late fees when I PAY EARLY, which I always have to go to the office and wait on rude Charles to get around to helping me just to get it straightened out. My packages somehow always got lost in the front office, and yet I continued to get the notice slip about packages waiting. Worst of all though, I received several complaints about having ONE BENCH on my patio (apparently the patios are non-functional) saying Id be evicted if I didnt remove the bench, so I did, but it really irritates me that other people still had chairs and random garbage on their patios...Also this complex is overrun with children which take to the courtyard area screaming at the top of their lungs after every day in summer and on the weekends all day long.

It gets one star because its 10 mins from my job between the dog poop and Charles the always too busy in a rush overworked overwhelmed office manager I cant wait until my lease is up!!!!!!!!

These apartments are the worst Apartments ever it took forever for them to go fix my dishwasher my bathroom . Do not rent here!!!!!
