I am glad to be a resident at The Heights at Park Lane for a variety of reasons. Family is first. We enjoy the secure and friendly atmosphere that The Heights offers along with the amenities, from the gym, and gated parking to the easy walk, to restaurants and other shops in the area, to the cordial greetings from the concierge. The location makes it easy to jump onto the highway to head downtown into Dallas or up north to the cities around 635, George Bush Tollway, 121 and 380. All around it is a great place to live.

I wanted to take a second and say how grateful I am to live in such an amazing community. Everything about The Heights is what I had hoped for when I decided to move in!Kari, Noelle, Kris, Stacy, and the entire team always go above and beyond to make sure you truly feel at home. If there is ever an issue they are quick to make sure it is taken care of promptly and serve you at an exceptional level. There is no place I would rather be than The Heights at Park Lane!If you are on the fence about where your next home should be I can say with 100% confidence that you will not find a better place in DFW with the team that truly values the well being of each and every resident quite like The Heights at Park Lane!Thank you Kari, Noelle, Kris, and Stacy for everything you guys do to make this place special!

I have literally called this place 20 times and they will not answer the phone. I opted to lease elsewhere and they are refusing to return my $250 deposit even though I have a document that says if no lease is signed within 48 hrs your deposit will be returned to you. I was corresponding with Noelle via email and when I brought up my deposit being returned all of a sudden she had nothing more to say to me. Terrible customer service!

Despite it’s flaws, This is an OK building in Dallas. I personally would live elsewhere. The concierges are friendly and helpful, and the leasing office is moderately functional, though it takes a while to get things done and there is always some chaos going on. Things tend to fall apart here and the management does just OK to piece them back together. Also, the rent price being priced to market seems to be a month or two behind the actual market. This place is just OK. Im happy they at least started holding the packages at the concierge now because there seemed to be a wave of package disappearances over the last several months that didnt need to ever happen.

Came in on a Saturday at 5:30 pm and was told that there were no appointments available that day to see an apartment . I said no problem and I Made an appointment with cris And Noelle to see the apartment the following Tuesday at 12 noon. Took time off work to see the apartment today and was told by an older man in his 60s that Noelle is completely booked and that my appointment was never put in the system . I asked if we could wait to talk to Noelle to see if she could fit us in since it was their mistake to begin with . He said no . Unbelievable. don’t make appointments with these people or take time off work because this is the second time tin a row that they made an excuse.

UPDATE: I would to add to my previous review of The Heights at Park Lane, after being a resident a little over 8 months and unfortunately moving due to relocating to California, I continue to sang the praises of all the staff at the Heights. True the Texas winter storm was a very trying time for many of us residents and like many other places within the city, we had challenges within our community that were unfortunate, but I will say the staff showed outstanding support to all the residents as well as did whatever possible to accommodate everyone affected. The Heights is still a great place to live, and in a great location and if you are like many of us who do not want the added stress that it takes to maintain a home ourselves or etc, I suggest considering The Heights At Park Lane where you can receive quality care, such as great concierge service, a hardworking maintenance staff, an awesome management staff who goes above and beyond to accommodate the residents. We are new residents here at The Heights at Park Lane, one thing that helped make our decision on moving here was the outstanding customer service we received from Noelle. From the very beginning Noelle has been a pleasure to work with, from showing us different units as well as all the amenities The Heights have to offer, right down to move day, walking the unit with us making sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction! One of the most important decisions that one can make is where you call home. I must say thus far we have been impressed with the personal attention that we have received from the staff, including concierge, and look forward to a long positive relationship. If you are considering moving, explore your options with The Heights at Park Lane, I think you will be impressed with what they have to offer.

Love the Heights at Park Lane! The lounge and amenities are amazing! The have the sweetest concierge team in the whole world and the new people in the office are great. I think a lot of the old reviews are because of the old office people. Ive only seen the inside of the flats apartments, but they are so spacious and the one my friend lives in has this really cool secret closet behind a bookshelf. You should definitely check them out if youre looking for an apartment.

My husband and I were excited to view a prospective new apartment today. I called earlier in the week and made a 2pm appointment on Sat. When we arrived, there was a doorman and someone changing out the coffee in the lobby. Neither greeted or asked if they could help us. We asked them where the office was as we had a 2pm appointment. The lady changing the coffee promptly (in a very unfriendly tone) informed us that all the office personnel had called in sick and there was noone to help us. Sorry to say but we will not be back. This may be the greatest place in the world to live. However we will not know that because we will NOT return. Noone called to reschedule our appointment or let us know. Shortly after leaving I called the previous place that we looked at today and informed them that we would be applying for a lease there. Unbelievable!!!!!!

We moved in almost 2 years ago. We have had a few problems we wanted fixed before moving in and we received a (written) agreement they would fix these problems within a month of moving in. They fixed some of the problems but our main concerns, such as the floors, ceilings and some cosmetic paint fixes, were completely ignored.A few months ago the management changed and all of a sudden they withdrew theIr agreement of getting these things fixed and were stuck paying a high rent for a mediocre level apartment. The reason I’m not giving one star is because the staff (concierge and some of the leasing staff) are amazing and they’re really trying to help, but corporate holds them from really helping. If you’re thinking about moving in here, take whatever they tell you with a grain of salt.

One of the smoothest move in experiences I’ve ever had! Everyone here, from the girls in the leasing office, maintenance, and the fabulous concierge team, have been more than helpful. I still can’t get over how solid and well built these are and wait for it...quiet!! I’ve lived in many apts over the years but most recently lived in a new 3 story townhome for the past 5 years. It definitely made me hesitant going back to apt living but I honestly don’t feel like I ever left except with the bonus of no more stairs to walk up! I’ve never met nicer people than the residents I’ve met here. Truly a great crowd. Happy to call this place home!

Beautiful building wonderful views, great location. The staff in the leasing office is the very best. Noelle, Kari and Cris are great. The concierges are particularly wonderful: Daggim, Jeremy, Suzan and Peter. The downside atrocious, bordering on diabolical infrastructure. We have been flooded 4 times. It took a month to achieve a functioning dishwasher. The two passenger elevators will be out of commission for 6 to 12 weeks. They bill themselves as luxury, great tongue in cheek? Cannot wait the leave this disaster. As the expression goes, if you are considering this place......DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have read some of the previous low star and negative comments and I completely disagree.I have to add I’m very picky and would give negative feedback if needed. But, NOT in this case... for the Heights and the Flats, I give praise and compliments. The entire Heights office team is AWESOME to work with and has gone above and beyond since my very first encounter with Noelle in the front office. Cris and Mgr Kari have been fantastic and a true pleasure to work with. The front desk concierge team at the Flats is also fantastic. They’re always very friendly and helpful. Peter, Yuli, Angel, Susan and all their team are consummate professionals. But, the original reason for this review is below - and is specifically about the EXCELLENT maintenance team at The Flats.I sent the below feedback to their Mgr Kari and I’m reposting here:I wanted to take a moment to tell you what a great job your maintenance team did on the recent service requests they had to do in my apt.Jorge that just finished with all my svc requests was excellent. He truly gave awesome customer service and just did a quick and super efficient job. I’m very pleased with his work - really he always does a fantastic job here in my apt.Everything else is fine - loving living here!!

We went to take a look at the two bedroom unit, their concierge David has the audacity to tell us we need to go look at other apartments and refused to let us speak to the leasing agent that was on staff. He claimed that there was no one available but we can literally see that there were some staff members in the leasing office. This is the most terrible experience I have ever experienced while attempting to lease an apartment. I hope management can see this review and take some actions. I will also be contacting their corporate office to make them aware of how potential renters are being treated based on their racial identity.

With the exception of Cris, Peter and the maintenance crew, the flats are not the best of places to live. Elevators are constantly broken, constant violators roaming the halls and parking garage, people that aren’t residents hang out in front of the entrance and I could go on. I give it 2 stars because of the nearby shops, Cris, Peter and Maintenance Crew. Otherwise, maybe 1 star at best. Be careful with water leaks too.

Don’t move here! Management is the absolute worst. Lots of crime, no care is taken for property amenities. Gym has bugs flying around, broken/missing equipment, no care taken for dog park (which is being demolished for hotel) with no plans for replacement. Not to mention next to a part of town that’s not favorable. They make lots of empty promises and just don’t follow through. Always changing management and staff which in itself says a lot.

The last week of June 2019--we could not get anyone from the office to call or email us back. The online tour booking system was not working, the texting did not work and no one returned our many voicemails. We finally just came by and they indicated they are going through a management company change, but things were pretty rough for sure. Our tour went well and the agent was friendly, but you should study this one very carefully before renting a place here. I am giving it two stars because the location and property have a lot to offer. RENTER BEWARE... this property was very rough around the edges, despite a hip and modern feel right by 75 and in a very busy area.

When I moved to Texas, my ideal apartment was to live somewhere that I didn’t have to travel very far for the essential shoppings. The area I was looking for was not with the Heights (at first.) After a few weeks, I went exploring the Dallas area and came across the Heights at Park ln. I was pleasantly surprised of all the shopping available around the complex. I set up a meeting to look at the apartments and was blown away with the layouts available. After each apartment they showed, I was ready to move in until I saw the next one and decided that one is the one. I was shown about 5 apartments (some were just for my own pleasure.) I signed my lease and was able to move in the following week. I love the pool areas. That is what sold me on the apartment. It’s a huge space and I’m anticipating the warmer months. I would highly reccommend these apartments. The staff made the process very easy and compared to my last apartment, I really felt it had everything I needed in and around the apartment. Hope and Chris were very helpful and received the best customer service. The day I moved in was super surprised that Tonya and John greeted me by name before even introducing myself and knew exactly the apartment I was living in. Thank you all!

Although Cris was a nice lady she didn’t sell me on anything. She didn’t tell me about one amenity. I even had to ask her do you guys even have a pool and her reply was “yes”. I’ve never taken a tour of a HIGH RISE where they didn’t want to sell you on the pool! I’m appaouled at this lady’s customer service and sell skills. Kinda wish I could help her so she could make more money but I’ll mevsd be stepping foot back in this place because of her lack of care.

I just moved in and am super excited about the new gym that will be opening soon bc of the optional personal training and classes offered. Im on my second year here and love my apartment very much, but Im complaining about is maintenance and the look of our hallways is the worse. 2016 they had a contest if you put in a review you would win 200 off November rent as of today we never knew if anyone won or not on the community bulletin. I do feel that it is over priced though for a one bedroom 1077 sq ft that we pay over 1600 per mo, not including the trash, pest, water then it over 1700 per month. We have turn in many of times about the bathrm fixtures breaking, the grout in the shower that deteriorating causing mold because they dont seal it. When you turn in a request for repairs you will receive a e-mail that all repairs are complete when they not, when I replied back I get a reply that they know it not complete, but why turn that in until its complete, they had done that several times, I still have repairs not completed. The wall way is up for renovation since 2016 and the walls are gray look like a prison, the carpet have not been changed like they promise, overall it look horrible and depressing, when some of us ask about it, its always a delay and management will not tell you this to keep the residents updated still no answer about our floor. I know Jennifer has a lot on her plate with the elevators and our apartment also suffered a leak under the flooring from the neighbors that had moved out, when you walk you can hear the wood sagging in some areas. Overall I would recommend the Heights!
