I dont usually like to write negative reviews but this did not just happened to me but also to a couple of neighbors. I work in customer service and I understand how some people are but this current manager is very rude! She talks back like trying to intimidate you so you dont bother her again. She acts like if she is doing you a favor. This is your job! If you dont like it then move on! We all pay rent nobody lives here for free! If we call the office its because we need a service done. Shes only nice before you sign the leasing contract after that forget it!

Previous manager was very rude once you signed the contract they would do whatever they wanted and the new manager is even worst! She just started and has an attitude! She acts like shes the owner, she forgets shes just an employee like everyone else. Lots of burglaries going on recently and they do nothing to help their response is only have you filed a police report? She even wanted to take away a tenants security cameras probably because she doesnt want people to see the videos theyve been uploading to YouTube. Unless they do something about it I wont recommend this place no anyone.

This place does not follow its own lease. They change it for certain ethnicities. They allow dogs to roam free and they allow dogs to poo anywhere without the dog owner picking up the poo. They allow vehicles that are not operable to remain parked in the parking lot. According to the lease no vehicles allowed to be inoperable. Also in the lease no repairing of vehicles. They allow tenants to work on their vehicles til 10pm. When a tenant moves out they have the guys fix the apartment starting at 6pm and they dont stop til 945pm. There are tenants here that troll the place. So many tenant doing drugs right out in the open. So many tenants fighting. And so many nights when you come home from work the police are here. Tenants allowed to just drop trash to the ground from the second story. Oh and when you request a repair they show up quick but you better believe its going to be a half a$$ed job. The picture of the ceiling falling is now the 2nd time we have had water leaks from the apartment upstairs. This place is HORRIBLE . DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! The office staff lie to their tenants. Just to get access to your apartment. I am adding more pictures of their half A$$ed repairs of the ceiling that fell on me. Look close the ceiling is now 2 different colors and so is the wall. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!! They keep removing photos I post of the damage and bs I have had to go thru. Want to see email me I will send them to you directly! Now that I spoke with the Dallas City Inspector its now clear why they hurried to get this fixed because they knew I had made a report to the Dallas City Inspector. I am so glad I have pictures and video of this issue. The Dallas City Inspector will be meeting with me tomorrow. I will continue to add to this post as this unravels. On 4/22/2018 we have a 3rd water leak in our apartment in less than 6 months! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! ITS NOT SAFE! Dont bother going to the managements boss Donna she lies for them too!!! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I CAN NOT WAIT TIL MY LEASE IS OVER SO I CAN AVOID RHIS PLACE MYSELF!!!

I’ve lived here for about two years just recently the apartments has been doing some exterior work and I have to say it looks so nice!They send out notices as well as emails to notify us about any work or regarding anything happening on property....I’ve enjoyed my life here and I’ve built a really great relationship with the ladies in the office, I understand that have jobs to do and I’m sure it might be hard for them sometimes but they so understandable and are always will to work with me as long as communicate with themRenewing my lease this year!

I would leave zero stars if could. I received a call from their leasing office if I wanted to look at the property, I did not call them first. I drove 30 minutes in traffic from them to tell us we can’t look at the apartments free they said we could over the phone. Their reason was because our temperatures were 99 degrees. While we were outside, in 99 degree weather. I work in a restaurant where they take our temperature everyday. When you are in a hotter environment that heat wave is present, and increases temperature. If you want to waste your time, sure come by. At least we got to see half dead plants everywhere! Yay!

Evelyn, at the office, made our application process actually enjoyable. We have had issues as expected, but the engineer took care of each problem on the same day and quickly. The area is quiet and very convenient to stores and night entertainment. The prices are fair. 3 months in and we plan on extending our lease.

Been living here for a year and just renewed my lease.. I love these apartments and the area.. The maintenance guys are always there when I need them. The apartment staff overall are excellent. Very understanding people. The ladies in the office always exceed my standards.. Thanks guys

I just moved in and i enjoyed my move in process, all the ladies in the office are great and friendly, they are so helpful! They made my move easy and convenient. application process was explained in detail, and had all my questions answered. They had a great special where i paid only $18 to apply! (now where else i looked had this)I love my apt it is very spacious and like any other apt ive been in there was some small minor items that had to be addressed but they were taken care immediately which was great! I dont see myself relocating any time soon. highly recommend stopping by and leasing.love my new homethanks ladies

I usually don’t like posting bad reviews but I literally have had too many experiences of the worst customer service dealing with the front office staff. If it wasn’t for customer service I would rate the apartments a four. The parking is terrible !!! Only one parking spot assigned to each apartment no matter how many people stay in the apartment. All visitors parking is in the back of the apartment. It is an older apartment complex, spacious apartment for a one bedroom but only thing that has been updated was the carpet. Love the view I have of the pool! Neighbors are friendly!

Within the 2 years that I have been living here its been a great experience so far! They take care of my work orders within the same day. Roxana knows how to take care of her residents and its always nice to see smiles greeting me every time I walk in. Thanks for the great service girls.

Its been awesome being a resident here, i love to walk my dog around the block and compared to other apts preston creek is super clean and neat.my apartment is super spacious and there is many amenities on the property. we have a dog park and a playground that i take my niece to when she visits me!!! the new staff has enforced the policies which is great because it keeps the place we call home nice and comfortable to live at. I would highly recommend this place, and I plan on renewing until i decide to buy a house

I absolutely love living here. I have lived here since 2012. I have been through 3 management changes. The second one seriously made me consider moving. Then Roxana and Trisha took over the leasing office. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a business, but like all businesses if you communicate directly with the staff, they will do everything they can to ensure whatever issue you, or they have is resolved. This past year has been particularly difficult for me and these ladies have been kind, supportive, and have worked with me every step of the way. Thank you ladies!

Ive been living here 2 years now and havent had any problems. The front office was very helpful and understanding. If youre going to have guest over, please tell them to park in a visitor parking spot or it will be towed. Other than that perfectly fine.

Came in 3 weeks ago looking for an apartment closer to work. We finally found the apartment we were looking for and decided to complete the applications. Prior to starting the application we let them know that my roommate had a Class B Misdemeanor 2 years ago. They said No big deal, you will not be denied for that. So we proceeded to fill out the applications and pay the fees. Only later to find out that we were denied because of the misdemeanor. What I have gathered from Nayeli or whatever her name is, You and your company should be ashamed of yourselves.

Currently living here and no issues for me so far.Except:1. Had a bed bug problem which Im sure came from the neighbors. and had to pony up from my own pockets.2. Someone broke in to my neighbor3. The apartment are old, loss of AC/heat will happen, weird wood cabinets and flooring.4. Ridiculous pet fee.But the most hated part for me is the lack of lock boxes for mail, you get a mail box for envelops, but if you have a parcel, out of luck as USPS doesnt come to the door to deliver and they do not have those USPS big lock box where they can deposit the parcel and leave the key in your mailbox.I kept asking them to install those but they I get the usual corporate chatter. Whats worse is that Office hours are 8-5, if you are like me working 8-5, you wont be there to get your package during their business hours and stuck on picking up package on Saturday and like others said, they are rarely in office or open as required on schedule. So if you are an Amazon Prime shopper, you will get packages in 2 days delivered, just not to your home if its USPS, UPS come to your doorstep.As for response, like other said, forget about getting stuff done when you call in, though in my experience, emails get quicker response, may have something to do with corporate having access to employee mailboxes and a paper trail.

I have been living in this community for 10 months now. I have had two incidents in this community that have lead me to conclusion that this is not a place for working class professionals who might want to hosts guests at their apartment.First is the problem that I have never faced in my close to 5 years of renting in Dallas. ROACHES. Oh yes, Plenty of them. I did not see them in first few months as I moved in during winter ( late December), but around summer they started crawling out of small crevices in my apartment. The usual Pest control did not take care of the problem, and then the staff suggested that perhaps caulking might help. They did do some minor caulking but it did not help much. Every time I spoke to the staff, they mentioned nobody else had reported issues in their apartment. I did tell them that in the same building I was renting in, another family had similar issues. I know that since I asked them.In any case they then said they would have the building checked externally as well as order some special chemicals.Well, about a month and a half later ( I do have a job and a life and feel that I should be taken seriously when I report a problem) when I went back with another problem, they told me again that NOBODY else had the problem in my apartment before, suggesting that I was doing something different. II was renting in, another family had similar issues. I know that since I asked them.In any case they then said they would have the building checked externally as well as order some special chemicals. They suggested that perhaps since my building was close to the Creek, I was experiencing roach problems.Well, about a month and a half later I do have a job and a life and feel that I should be taken seriously when I report a problem) when I went back with another problem where my friends car got TOWED without any notice, they told me again that NOBODY else had the problem in my apartment before, suggesting that I was doing something different. Also, since I had not called back, they just assumed my problem went away! And oh yes they did have the chemical that I could use on my own without help from the maintenance staff.Basically, they treated this like it was my problem, not theirs. When I went as far as to say that I will not renew my lease starting 1 Dec 2017, all they said was that I had to give them a 60 day notice. Wow, that is how hard they try to keep you in the community.The other problem is with their parking, which is absolutely confusing and there are no clear rules and consistency with who can park in unmarked spaces that are all over the complex.My friends car simply got towed without any notice and the car bumper got damaged as well in the process.We had to pay $174 to get the car back, and when I told the staff that there was no particular signage to explain what spots can be used and what cannot by visitors, she said they had sent an explanation out a few weeks back and everybody knows about it. Well, since I knew that most of my dog owner friends did not know all the parking rules, I said that was not true.They did not offer to repay the $174, even when I told them I was not going to renew my lease. Basically no gesture to show they caredOn the same day, later on in the evening they sent a notification trying to explain the car parking situation. And they asked people to come in to understand the parking policy. And they just told me the same morning that everybody knew about the parking rules!To summarize, I dont feel the staff understands what it is to make us feel like a valued customer/client. They do not treat you like they care if you move out or not. To let a ROACH problem carry on for 6 months without taking any decisive steps to alleviate my daily suffering just shows how much they care.I do not know how to make them care, so only hope that my reviews will get people considering this property to ask them tough questions before moving in here.For now, I will go month to month before I find a new apartment that I can call home.

I moved in since Saturday, Dec. 5th of this year. First apartment experience and extremely disappointed. Dont get me wrong, The staff is really nice and the place is amazingly great looking thus the reason I would giving that rating.The bad thing was the delay of getting my key. I went to the office to get it at 12 p.m., was told that it wasnt ready due to installing new carpet. At the time, I was okay with it due to the fact I was going to get my furniture and stuff. By 3:30 (The time that I was reassured that I was getting the key by time), it still wasnt ready. I called at 5:15 and got my key. (They close at 5:30.)When upon entering my apartment, I can smell the new carpet. I went to look around due the excitement of my new apartment. Unfortunately, I got really disappointed. They left my floor and sinks dirty. My patio had trash of all the constructions they were doing. My electrical outlet were not even installed completely. There were more that wasnt fixed or done. Its an embarrassment that my family had to see my first apartment like that. Good thing I took pictures of everything and will claim today (Dec.7) about it.DO NOT GO BASE ON THE MODEL. Take my word for it.In other words, The staff is nice and the atmosphere of the apartments has a nice one. I dont know if anybody have gone through my experience but I hope that no one goes through that.

This apartment complex sprays water (via sprinkler) into the road each night at the intersection of Preston Road and Preston Oaks Road. I did the civil thing and contacted them to get them to address this safety concern as for the last 4 days large amounts of ice (including an ice hill) formed in the middle of the road and is a complete hazard for all trying to turn right to go to work in the mornings. When I called them I spoke with Alan who insisted that this is an issue to take up with the city of Dallas because Its their roads (Im not kidding that he said this). I advised him that I would in fact be getting the city involved then as its an honest safety hazard. He quickly backtracked and said he would get maintenance involved. I have since opened a ticket with the city of Dallas about the road and hope that they are held responsible. I dont live here but understand their rather low Google Maps review. Hopefully no one gets hurt because of their incompetence. If someone does get hurt after this review is posted, know that I did contact them to address the concern and they did nothing.

If you call maintenance for an emergency with your a/c in the middle of the night, dont expect a prompt response or a satisfactory resolution to the problem. The maintenance crew has gotten extremely lazy.

Please dont move here. I have been in this apartment for about 8 months and cannot wait for the lease to end. First and foremost, the leasing agents are never able to assist with anything. Kathy will answer the phone, you will ask about your situation, and she will never be able to give you an answer. She will then transfer you to Rasheeda ( Rashada) who is the assistant manager and has no customer service. She does not care about the tenants and will talk to them however she feels like. I was promised a close parking / assigned spot when signing the lease. I was given one far from my house, and told that once somebody moved, I would be given one close to me. However, right after a few people moving, that changed. I was told that the parking assigned is what was avail for that apartment. There are minor things that add up, but the customer service and being spoken to by the agents like you dont pay rent is very disturbing. Lori the manager is understanding, but also passes the phone to Rasheeda, as she has no problem being rude to the tenants she deals with. Just dont move here.

Please do not move here it has been the worst exsperience in over almost a year my lease is up in feburary and i can not wait till i move this property is one of the worst when it comes to living the foundation has shifted and my doors will not lock all the way and it took them four months to fix it. the only reason i havent moved is because of the young lady in the office named NENA. i live in a two bed room and for almost a year now my upstairs neibors have thrown trash cigarettes and there personal belongings on our patio we cant have company over because this matter and subflooring is gone upstairs so every move they make we can here it they have 6 people living up there and we never sleep when you tell the office people they say theres nothing they can do. cars are getting vandalized and my car was also vandalized by these recent events it is troubleling to know that i pay my rent on time every month and there is nothing that can be done. so please dont move here if your concerned with safty, respect, and decent living conditions

I didnt even get to live here because of the first day!!! no one know whats going on they lose your paperwork call u a liar because the cant find the paperwork that u gave them the day before they tell im approved i just need to pay off an apartment i go and pay it off so i can have a place to live and than i showed them i paid it off they tell me ok u get the keys on monday i show up with my truck full ready to move in and than they tell me oh we didnt tell u that your getting the key today(monday) u get them on wednesday we said ok than an hour gos by and they call me saying oh sorry u didnt get approved cuz something came up???? really whos running this place how did it go from pay off an apartment to move in to so ur apartment well be ready on wednesday to sorry you didnt get it and after paying all this money for them for nothing so if ur look for a place to live dont even wast your time looking at this place your better off just living under a bridge!!

If you are going to live in this property try to have a life insurance and paid funeral expenses and a good insurance because there are robberies and assaults every time in the day at night and the administration does not do anything about putting a security and a fence in the entrance and exit that is why anyone can enter and leave without any problem to the new residents I wish you all the best of luck

I do not recommend that property to live there robberies in broad daylight and exposes your life one to live there is no security and access control of residents and the administration does not fairy to the respect (gate of entry and exit)
