I have lived in several apartments, my wife and I just bought a house. And I have to say this apartment was the best place we/I have ever lived to date. The new management is so accommodating, they answer questions, they dont try to nickel and dime. I cannot recommend the staff/ management enough. They really do listen and fix things when needed. The only negative is preston road can be pretty loud at night, but theres not much you can do with that. Just make sure you dont have a baby in a unit that faces preston or NWST HWY.

Nice property and in a great location, office staff are friendly and easy to work with specially Lisa, she is always nice and willing to help !

This is my second year here. I love it. It feels home to me. The staff is nice and helpful. I love coming home after a long day of work and feel I am in a safe and good place.

Kimberly is highly professional, punctual, intelligent, and most of all very easy to communicate with. I do not know if I will end up living here, but thus far it has been great.

The last thing this area needed was more people and hence more cars and congestion. The apartments have got to be noisy having been built right next to a major road. If you plan to walk to Preston Center, good luck, as there is so much traffic youre likely to get bulldozed. Its amusing they built a big wall between The Laurel and the older properties but not once between The Laurel and the very congested and busy Preston Road.

Im SO Angry! I wasted hours calling these fools based on their advertising and such and they ARENT EVEN BUILT!!!! If you arent even built, how the HELL does it take you FOUR HOURS to respond to REPEATED phone calls??? They cant even note on their website from end, Coming SOON!??? Thanks a LOT for wasting precious time I didnt have to waste.

This project is still under construction but I see firsthand the care, devotion and pride that goes into the construction here .Certainly this will be a great building.VCC has done a wonderful job organizing and managing the work here and all contractors are working diligently to build a quality building.

This property looks FANTASTIC and I cant wait to see the inside finishes!
