Just moved in, but very helpful staff and love my new apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place. Great amenities and phenomenal view from the rooftop pool area.

Great location and amenities on my tour, and I really liked the finish/design of the apartments. Very clean and modern and good use of space. Brenda was very helpful both before my tour (when floor plans kept getting taken before I could tour), as well as during the tour. I have signed a lease here and look forward to moving in!

I really enjoy Modera Howell. The people who work in the front office are super nice and helpful. When we had events before covid they were fun. Also, the amenities are great. The rooftop pool is great and all the common areas are well maintained.There is some noise - the apartments are not sound proof, but I feel that is to be expected in an apartment. As long as you are respectful and self-aware I havent found it too much of a problem. However, as with any apartment there are some people who well. Make a lot of noise and are not very aware how loud they are being. I dont fault that on the apartment community itself.I have been here for about a year and a half now and I think for the price, the apartment size and all the amenities its a great place to call home.

I lived at Modera Howell for just over 1 year and if I wasnt moving from Dallas, I would have called it home for much longer! I had nothing short of an amazing experience living at Modera Howell. Dominique in the leasing office was extremely helpful from the first time touring the property until all the way to the end when I handed in my keys. The leasing office really cared about the people who lived in the complex and it was prevalent during my whole time living here. The apartment is located perfectly in Uptown so close to all the amazing restaurants and shops. The view from the rooftop and even my apartment unit was unbeatable. Easily the best view of downtown in all of Dallas. I could not recommend this apartment complex enough.

Great new property in a nice little pocket of Uptown. Very helpful leasing staff that goes out of their way to accommodate any requests Ive had. Mauricio has been great, highly recommend working with him.

I just moved in to Modera Howell after looking at a dozen other apartments in the area! I was moving from out of state and chose my apartment solely on apartment features and customer service!!I loved my leasing agent Mauricio, he faced timed me the apartment and gave me every detail i needed to sign my lease. He was available to answer all my questions and always responded within 30 min. He was super flexible with my move in and was kind enough to stay a bit later since I was coming from out of state!!This complex has a prime location and super updated new technology within the apartment. Theres very minimal hidden fees compared to my past apartments. I also like the size of the complex as in I dont have to park flights away from my apartment. Im on The first floor and it’s very quiet, i cannot hear the people above me.I LOVE MY APARTMENT!!

This is the best building I have ever lived in. The amenities are great, location is perfect and close to all the fun uptown restaurants and shops, and the apartments are beautiful! The staff is so friendly, Dominique, Jennifer and Shelby in the front office are the best apartment agents I’ve ever met, and always so kind and welcoming. Omar, the head of the maitnance team is so great, he goes above and beyond. Can’t recommend this building enough!

Poor construction. Extreme noise. Floors are hollow. You hear every footstep from above like pounding. There are speaker systems built into the ceilings so neighbors below will rattle floor lamps and anything else touching the floor.

Looks great in the photos. I showed up for a tour and before I got to the front door I was struck by the 5 layers of overhead utility lines that they managed to photoshop out of their ads. One was frayed and hanging so low you could almost touch it. See the Google street view photos for an accurate picture. Big patches of dead grass, scooters strewn across the sidewalks and enough stucco to make Addison Circle blush. I won’t be paying uptown prices for this...
