So far a great experience. Maintenance and requests get taken care of right away. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My leasing agent was Yvonne and she has been great! I havent seen a single bug in the week Ive been here yet. Parking is also good. The house looks like it was just remodeled. I had to change my shower head because of the pressure but other then that all is good.
I shouldve read the reviews and Facebook posts prior to applying. Thought it cant be that bad. Found what I thought was the perfect unit within my budget. Should have known that this place was too good to be true.I got a call this morning from the leasing manager telling me that the apartment I was set to move to in 2 days wasnt going to be available because of structure damage to the unit and it wouldnt be ready. Best they could do was give me my money back.But if you look on their website, the same unit is now available for move in and $200+ more than what it was when I originally applied. How convenient.Now I have to take more time off work to try and get everything figured out within the next 3 days. Oh and Im out another $100 because that was non-refundable.

Went to go check on last minute things before moving in next month, Nikol was very friendly and helpful and showed us a show apartment so that I could make sure that my furniture would fit. Every time I have been there the employees have been very kind and helpful. Can’t wait to live in that community!
The ladies in the leasing office are beyond unpleasant. They are not helpful, they do not acknowledge you when you come into the office, they never smile, and are extremely condescending. The employees in the main office are great.
Thank you all for the honest reviews!! It has been a month of my search for a place in Texas! I tell you reading these reviews help! If apartments knew they loose business with reviews they would be more prompt.
I’ve lived at the complex since 2018 and have enjoyed my stay. Management has always been helpful and great. Maintenance is always great and respond to request in a timely manner. The only reason I didn’t give a five stat review is due to my off and on issue with roaches. If I didn’t need a bigger apartment I would consider renewing for another year.
At the end of your lease they will charge you for any and everything in order for you not to get your deposit back and owe them extra money we didn’t paint but we were charged for paint we didn’t have new carpet when we moved in we requested that the carpet be replaced and they failed to do so but after moving out we are charged for new carpet when in reality all they are going to do is clean it we also got charged for tub resurface while living there we asked for the tub to be resurfaced instead all they did was spray paint it white…. Please save yourself the trouble and keep it moving.
We just got approved today for a 1 bedroom and Felicia Ortiz was amazing she helped us out so much and they were very professional and friendly complex looks well keep and apartments are beautiful very happy and excited to move in. I am so glad I am reading these reviews of peoples experiences. I just dodged a bullet!!!! I hate how apartments only show pictures of the leasing office (which always looks nice).If there is a roach problem, they probably need to hire good pest control companies to spray bi-weekly.
Coming from someone who’s definitely struggled quite a bit. Working with assistant manager Kourtni Burrell has my stay here incredible. She is extremely communicative and understandable and willing to work with you. Truly a good person and great at what she does.
Been living here for over 5 years, cannot even remember how many times management has changed. but it seems it moves from worse to worst with every change. Leasing office is okay, Resident service has poor customer service. I keep to my self and pay my bills so interaction is to the minimal. Its just a chain of unprofessionalism ( most part) from the Manager, assistant manager and whoever helps in that office. Despite that, i enjoy living here, my apt is nice and comfortable with it thats why moving is the lest of my worries. Maintenance is lacking these days, had a work order that took over 6 weeks to complete. If they could have a listening ear and not have attitude or know it all mentality towards us, it would be a better environment. communication is key !
I worked with Kimberly she is amazing! I love her energy, she got me approved quickly and very professional. She also helped me get the cable and lights set up. It was a pleasure working with her. I would have given 5 ⭐ but the unit needs a lil pick me up Ive seen a few roaches 🙈 Ive treated the unit.
Set an appointment to get a tour a week in advance just to come and waste my time. I get there and the lady at the front desk said shes the only one in and that she cant give us a tour because she cant leave. But as soon as we get in our she literally walks out of the office to get inside some apartments. Like what? I thought she couldnt leave? They didnt even send us any message in advance to let us know. I wouldnt have minded rescheduling from home, but having to go up there just to get told that we cant do the tour. Seems like a big waste of time.
I had an issue with moving out charge one of the ladys at the office put on my account. reach out to Josie the property manger and she listen to my issue and solve it for me she was very Professional.i just want to say Josie thank you so much and its from my hart
They do everything they can to make sure you do not get your direct deposit back. The apartment was filthy when I moved in 2 years ago and I let them know about it but nothing was done. When I moved out, they charged me for tub acid wash when I specifically told them that’s how the tub was given to me. They charge everyone for carpet cleaning and I know they don’t clean the carpet because mine was not cleaned when I moved in. These are the worst apartments I ever lived in!!
Horrible please do not make this mistake. Save yourself MONEY, TIME, and an agonizing HEADACHE. Worse complex I have ever stayed at management will blame you and hold you responsible for there incompetences. So MANY regrets with choosing this complex. Management changes like crazy and they talk to you as if your a buffoon. Grounds ridiculously filthy, huge maintenance issues, apartments cheaply put together everything falls apart. Too many inspections during covid . That’s just the tip of the ice burg. This complex has cost me 1000’s Worse mistake EVER, listen beware!!!
I’ve stayed here approx 3 months. I’ve endured many issues starting with leasing incompetences, That caused me to have to beg my previous landlord for additional time which caused me additional unforeseen expenses and fees. Caused me not to get the best rate for current apartment where I am paying approx $40/$50 over average market rate for unit monthly. Property manager pretty much called me a liar about issues and stated no refund. Escalated to district or regional manager who at least offered refund . But that doesn’t suffice because I’ve been wasting all my time preparing to move here and last minute enduring fees due to there error! I received NO EMPATHY nor genuine care, nothing to offset any damage pertaining to the situation. Took that Lose. Since I was on a crunch for time due to them. Then The unit flooded 2xs while unpacking in 2 different areas! Laptop damaged, clothes molded, social security card water damaged and couldn’t make a claim. So another Lose on my end. As a single mom that was devastating.Called residence office to get maintenance out, no one came. Put reqst online, no response.So tired and down i call nxt day after nats have taken over due to the water and heat. I don’t even go into depth of issue this day I get Champagne, a young lady in the residence office to answer, sounded nice and concerned just off hearing of water damage. maintenance came out pretty quick. Relieved.Since I had already put online and was ignored and CALLED office and was told request was good and it was ignored by another person ..Air conditioner went out 3xs. With a 1year old.Same exact situation. Failure to even respond to request via online. Sometimes maintenance quick and helpful. Sometimes you get one that rigs or doesn’t fix issue at all. Valet trash workers leave trash all over apartment. Some neighbors pile trash to the sky, due to the valet schedule so so many flies and dog poop. mowers just run over and shred it up, smh. This issue was at least acknowledged so at this point I just had it in mind to move ASAP. Haven’t quite pinpointed the awful situation with mail here but your boxes get lost. So went to the office to pick up a package that had been missing for 1 month and a half and witnessed champagne again being patience and kind, going over and beyond, and just genuinely attempting to help another client in office. She had great customer service asked my information and she just has a positive energy . Really figured no one here gives a dang.She took some sting away because I most definitely have been thinking of paying to break lease. After this visit I am a little more open to completing lease. The positives are many pools, nice floor plans, and neighbors have a family vibe, also cool area and looks like they have cute little events like hotdog day and after school tutoring for bigger kids.
They are very quick to evict you during a pandemic dismissing the fact that you have had to live with black mold for months. An issue that has been ongoing..theyve had people come out to fix but all they did was spray some watered down bleach and take pics. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone and will be reporting them to the health department.
I recently move in here and I absolutely love the floor plan, community, and neighbors. The issue I have is upon moving I had to wait (completely understandable I want my unit fixed, cleaned, and sanitized and ready for us....sike!) and once moving in my apartment was not clean and was infested with roaches. I did make mgmt aware and they sent pest control 🤣🤣 its bad! So they offered to do a clean out which is a 2 step process Im over it Im ready to move I dont do pest and Im disgusted. Im really disappointed that my unit was filty bathroom was nasty, the baseboards was dirty in all the rooms I guess they didnt sanitized the unit before we moved in and unfortunately I wasnt able to walk this unit or properly inspect prior to movers bringing stuff in....my advice is to wait 2-7 days before bringing your items in here because this is a known issue with these apartments that I was not aware of and being desperate for a place for my kids after winterstorm uri disrupted our lives led me to making premature moves.
I just renewed my lease here for another year and could not be happier living here! The complex is the nicest in the surrounding area and kept very clean, and the maintenance crew is so efficient and kind. Sonja in Resident Services has always been very quick to help with anything I need, and I have never had a back experience with management and/or maintenance. 10/10 would recommend!
Me and my boyfriend had been looking for apartments and when we bumped into these we decided to check it out. The apartments are pretty affordable, nice and quiet and theres tons of parking, but what really made us lease with them was the customer service from Maria Galvan. She was super cool and sweet, the welcome we were given once we moved in was amazing and completely new to us. Were so happy with our new home!
Joselin was a God send, she helped me so much during a very difficult time in my life. Everyone was kind and helpful, felt like I was already home. I will be eternally grateful for Joselins hard work and commitment to a complete stranger.The assistant manager at the residence office, Sonja was great too, was very helpful with guiding me in all my questions I had.
From day one I was met with amazing service, Marie has helped me TREMENDOUSLY!!! When she was away Joseline stepped in and finished my process smoothly, and always with a smile. One I got in my unit Shampagne has been nothing but a true delight! Moving on to SONJA.... such a pure joy from hello, her willingness to assist me with a situation to completion was greatly appreciated. Both Misty, and Nichole are also extremely kind and helpful. Edit: After posting this review I’ve had my dishwasher replaced and the fan above the stove. There were other complaints that im hoping they will address soon as well. There’s a new property Manager, Josie. She’s seem to be doing a better job than the last property manager. She heard out my concerns and took action!Thanks Josie!!Do yourself a favor and just keep on looking for an apartment because these ones aren’t it! Trust me! I’m not quick to bash anyone or anything but somethings just shouldn’t go without being said especially if it can save someone money and time. For starters, I moved from another state and had been browsing online in search for an apartment. Long story short I decided to go with the residence Of North Dallas because they were seemingly nice, good area, and they also had a move in special and an availability that worked perfectly for my fiancé and I. Long story short, we arrived in person to check out the apartment and get the key *leasing agent Kayla whom I’ve never meet nor do I think she’s still with the company had already sent photos and videos of supposedly our actual apartment before I signed the lease* and once we arrived at our apartment as soon as I opened the door I immediately felt as if I was being pranked! The floors felt like they were going to fall in, the light in the fridge was hanging down *broken* the baseboards were disgusting *as they are in the apartment we are currently renting* the lighting in the rooms were cracked and broken and also had bugs in them, the sliding doors in the bathroom didn’t work. It was a hot mess! The medicine cabinet was filthy!!! They literally showed us 5/6 more apartments after and they were all horrible! Y’all, I was so hurt all I could do is cry! We finally picked one that was better than the rest *still not great but better than the rest*. Y’all, listen I can honestly go on and on but I’ll save that for a part two because I plan to upload all of the pic I took of the apartments that were plain ol’ ran down! Currently, we are experiencing trouble with our A/C unit. The maintenance man *whom is awesome to be honest* has came out 4/5 already because the unit keeps going out. Don’t even get me started on how disgusting the dishwasher and fan above the stove is. I literally had to deep clean this apartment as soon as we moved in and still don’t feel as if it’s clean enough. Best way for me to describe it is to say, ran down and paint to cover it up. Like, in all seriousness, these apartments are a catfish! The look nice online but definitely aren’t worth it. We just moved in Jan 2021 and I plan to break my lease and stay somewhere else that has better upkeep on their apartments and I don’t care what it’ll cost. Having a classic unit should not mean ran down, dirty, and disgusting! Even the upgraded unit we were originally going to get was terrible!!! Only way someone should stay here willingly is literally if it meets your budget or time frame. Outside of that, choose another complex. There are so many other complexes by this one even that I feel as if would’ve been a better choice. Our experience has been horrible since day one. The people on the office *whenever they do decide to answer the phone* they are pretty nice. And that’s about as far as I can go with the good about these apartments. There’s soooo many other things I can add but again, I’ll do so whoever I upload pics of the complex. I hope this helps someone because I would’ve definitely have loved a detailed review like so before we moved in. Again, I’m sorry if I seem like I’m bashing because that’s not my intentions but man, I have to keep it real. I wish I had known prior! And the only reason we stayed was because we would’ve lost $500 and we were already coming from out of state for a job and needed somewhere to live. THATS THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED and at this point, I shouldn’t taken that $500 loss and stepped out on faith that something better would’ve came alone. DON’T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!
Since moving to the Residence at North Dallas my experience and the service received has been phenomenal! From the leasing office as well as the resident center staff are friendly and respond to questions and concerns on a timely manner. I’ve been here for 2 months and loving it so far. If you are looking for a place to make your home come visit them.

I had some difficulties with moving in and Joselin was very kind to help me through it all. I appreciate and value her honesty. If it wasnt for her, I would have not considered staying in these apartments. Everything is situated and I have had no problems since settling into my new apartment. Highly recommend anyone considering moving here to go directly to Joselin. Shes also very sweet!
AWFUL PLACE. Currently I live here I am just waiting for the contract to end, I moved on September 14 since then and sending many emails to improve the apartment. I have problems with the bathrooms! And still nothing. does not respond I do not know what it weighs. the images are one thing and when the apartment is delivered to you it is another. then you pay an amount of money for nothing. I took out the trash on Wednesday and it was Saturday and they still didnt take it away. I am sorry to live here.
We have had problems since move in. There was trash and dirt on all of the floors as though maintenance was there and did not clean. The toilet did not work and leaked water. The dishwasher did not work, the stove was taken apart, and the refrigerator did not work, therefore a lot of food had to be thrown away as we did not realize it was not working right away. The windows are in very poor condition and the glass in the patio door lets in a draft. There was a large wasps nest that was left for weeks, even though requests had been made to get it removed. The caulking around most of the baseboards in our apartment looks horrible. The only good thing is that the maintenance team is quite friendly and quickly clean up after the people that throw their trash all over the parking lot every morning. Frankly, I could go on, but I think I have more than made my point. Not worth what they are asking for rent AT ALL.
Herman is the best maintenance man like ever, i know that when he comes to my apartment that whatever I need fixed will be done right the first time... I love how personable his and treats me like person and not just another dollar... HERMAN youre the best keep it up!!!

This is my second year living here and I love it! It’s quiet, peaceful and they care about their residents. The maintenance team is amazing! Anytime I submit a service request, they are out to my apartment immediately. Herman on the maintenance especially. He gives A1 service each and every time. He’s friendly, attentive and gets the job done! I highly recommend these apartments as they are also affordable!
Horrible. There are so many things that went terrible during our lease that I cant list them all here, so Ill just list the highlights:People AT ALL HOURS race in the parking lots on bikes, gates constantly break, the office is dreadful and will accuse you of lying over mundane things, awful units that are gross, and the common areas are constantly littered with filth and trash.Would never recommend.
Today I spoke with Sonja, a great person to talk with if you have issues. Words cannot Express how pleased I was after speaking with Sonja. I had been requesting for weeks now about little to no lighting in my kitchen. Well within the hour after speaking with Sonja, maintenance was at my door. I wish all office members could be as professional. Thank you Sonja, you are AWESOME!!!!
Maranda in the office is awesome! She called me regularly to keep me updated on any apartments that I might be interested in. I finally was able to come in yesterday to tour and I know this is a place to call home. Can’t wait to move in:) the office staff is very nice and professional. Thanks residence at north Dallas!
Don’t let these 5-star reviews fool you. I soon found out the real reason why this place gets 1 star reviews. Management could care less about accommodating you for any troubles you face in your apartment. I had multiple issues with my unit which pushed me to the point where I was considering transferring units. They told me they would waive the transfer fee but not the other fees & i would have to pay whatever the rent was for that unit even if it was higher than my current rent. If thats the case I might as well move somewhere else that has WORKING GATES & my power wont constantly go out. Which I did. Thank GOD I am free. The only good thing about this place is Mr.Herman & Mike from maintenance. They were always professional when assisting me.
I was looking to move into this apt and filled out an application and gave my deposit and application fees via money order. I was told if I did not move in I would get my $150 deposit refund. Turns out if you go against moving in all of a sudden you do not get your deposit back. The leasing office has no idea what they are doing, I was told by different staff members of different dates to move in, the apt is small, no w/d hook ups and $400 deposit per pet plus $20 per pet for pet rent. I should of read the yelp reviews as this place only got a 1 star for a reason. Avoid this place as it is not reasonable. If you are looking for a place and want close to dallas I highly recommend Inwood On The Park Apartments. Great leasing office, beautiful grounds and 5 mins from the medical district. I already made up the $150 this apt stole.
From the 1st time I stepped in here, I felt at home. Marvin attended to me and stayed extremely helpful through the process. He made sure to communicate every step of the way. The staff made it an easy decision to move here. I love The Residence already and look forward to a great time here.
Thank for you sending Herman out to fix my AC. I always see him zipping around the complex to help people, but he always takes the time to smile and wave at the residents. He was kind and smiling and held a conversation to kill that awkward silence. He Explained everything while he was doing it, and why he was so I got a better understanding. I want to make sure I give Kevin the best compliment ever! He did an excellent and clean job. We werent home but still came in (as we had advised he could do so) and got the job done. We have 2 very small dogs so Im sure it wasnt easy between the barking, but thats a hard working individual

I’ve been living here for almost two years and really enjoy it. Personnel are friendly and attentive to my needs/concerns. Maintenance is efficient too! Herman was the maintenance supervisor at my previous complex so I’m glad he’s at The Residence cause he gets the job done!

They are nice but OMG roaches! Roaches! Roaches! They have bombed and spray every week but they are still here! They had the audacity to raise my rent. I even found roaches in my cpap machine! I can’t wait until my lease is up!

I just finished up a year at this place. The remodeled 2 bedroom is very nice and modern. Its off of Midway Rd so getting in & out can be very dangerous in morning traffic. The gates may or may not be closed so always have your remote ready. The neighbors are mostly chill but theres always a lot of weed smell around and sometimes loud domestic disputes to hear. Overall I felt safe living there. Their parcel pending system was a nice addition so my packages were always safe. Thats a big plus. The pools were well kept. I used the laundry facilities when I first moved in but they smelled like cigarettes so I opted to rent my own. The air conditioning unit was outdated and broke frequently. It was broken for a long time when I first moved in. The maintenance staff was super nice and accommodating to try to make the best of what they were working with. They often had to order new parts so I would be without AC for a lot of time. The entire AC unit should have been replaced prior to renting out to me. My deposit was $450 and they charged $300+ on a bedroom carpet replacement. So dont expect pet deposits to cover anything & dont bank on a return on move-out. I probably wouldnt live here again but it could be luck of the draw on units. Be sure to ask them to run the AC units so you can test prior to signing your lease!

I can definitely say it has been a very pleasurable experience, even through my hardship the staff at the residence of North Dallas were very supportive and very helpful very informative and very patient. I definitely love the choice that I made when I decided to make the residence of North Dallas my home when I first moved to Texas.
I spoke to Ms. Sonja Jackson and she was verry chearful, polite and informative. Gave me all I needed to renew my lease and was happy that I was renewing. Made me feel welcomed.
I love my apartments. I had some issues an my account manager, Amanda, handled it quickly. They have a lot of events for us here that helps make this place home. Im so glad I decided to move here instead of the other place I was considering. GREAT COMMUNITY. 💜💜
Not only did I find the residence of North Dallas to be the most timely in response to make an appointment, but I also was treated with the upmost respect, friendliness, and willingness to help me whether they were the leasing agent I was to meet or not. The leasing manager was amazing and thoroughly informed me of my options. Upon filling out the application for residency, I had a few questions of which Marvin and Kayla were extremely accommodating in assisting me with completion my application. The Residence at North Dallas was inviting both in appearance of landscaping, pride in decorating the offices, but we’re found to be exceptional with their knowledge of all things necessary to become a new tenant of the Residence at North Dallas property. It was extremely refreshing to find knowledgeable, respectful, and professional staff. Thank you for keeping great knowledgeable staff to insure I knew I had partners for a successful transition to your property. I lived here for three years and would not recommend these apartments. Here are my reasons good and bad and you can decide for yourself if you would like to live here.(GOOD)-floorplans are great, updates to some units are very nice.-price is decent (my reason for living three years here)-the area has plenty of stores, restaurants, and bars.-sturdy walls, so you dont hear neighbors very much-neighbors are very nice and respectful.-there is several pools and nice amenities.(BAD)-bug infestation (roaches, ants, even fleas at one point)-crime, the area has gotten bad. People who dont live at the apartments always seem to be around and being loud. Cops are here often, domestic violence issues and fighting.-gates are broken, or working temporarily.-leasing office has some nice people working but the resident center had very rude people but got some new ones so they improved but they never seem to answer the phone. The property manager, he is judgemental and rude.-dog owners never pick up after their pets.-valet trash is a part of your rent whether you want it or not (just like parcel box too) also makes the breezeways stink-if you have a maintenance emergency they wont come until the next day. (and only have one maintenance guy who lives far away)-Errors in rent, several times I experienced mistakes, where my rent money order was applied to someone elses account and website errors-As a resident if you decide to transfer to another unit before or after you lease is fulfilled, you have to have your unit inspected, then approved by property manager, cant have over $400 in damages. (most people dont) Then they send you to the leasing office to pay administration fee, application fee, and deposit again. You mine as well find another apartment that is better to their residents. I have never had a apartment operate this way, so it was weird.But those are my reasons and I hope you consider the crime if you live alone. I never felt comfortable here by myself. I have experience good customer service from the beginning, even though I may not get a answer Everytime I called, but someone will return the call within that same day... Its just an amazing atmosphere which is the reason why I chose this property to be my home...
This is a very nice and huge apartment complex. There are many floor plans to choose from in various price ranges. The location is good and the people are friendly. They also have a lot of activities for young and old. Most notable is the beautiful landscape and pool areas. Also Chef Fitz is on site cooking delicious food for the residents.
I am very pleased with the professionalism from this management! Mr. Marvin has made my experience with this company easy, satisfying and a joy. I felt very comfortable and was greeted with kind words and a cold beverage upon my arrival. I had a couple hiccups during my leasing process which Marvin helped me with step by step. I really enjoy feeling at home even when im away from my actual house and in the office. I had 2 other choices as far as a place to stay but with Marvins help and professional care i knew this was the apartment for me.
Herman was the person who responded to my maintenance request. He was professional and provided me with details on the work he did while maintaining social distance! I appreciate his hard work.
I’ve been trying to contact someone at this property about leasing for over a week now I’ve emailed called & left messages and join the text line no reply on either I feel like if I can’t even get through to get an apartment it would definitely be a hassle to get anything done if there are issues I’ll take my money elsewhere like another potential tenant stated DODGED A BULLET
The team helped me get approved and moved in all within less than a week. I waited a little too long to start looking for new places to live in Dallas after spending most of 2020 in Austin but they were able to make the process painless for me!
Boy Marvin’s communication with us was so amazing. We moved from Arkansas today to here everything was so smooth it was so easy. I love our new home thanks to Kayla and Marvin the staff was amazing.

I have resided at The Residence at North Dallas for two going on three years. During this time I have not had any complaints and any concerns were addressed quickly.Misty, the assistant manager has been phenomenal this past year with providing me with indepth details regarding my questions. She ALWAYS goes out of her way to help. Even when she herself can not resolve an issue, she provides resources. She does this not because its her job because she has a large hard. Thank you Misty for all that you have done!I would recommend this place to anyone, the rent is great, the community events are great, your neighbors are great. Its just a really good place to live!!

I went into the office to have some questions answered, and Sonja was super helpful in not only getting my questions answered in a super prompt and polite manner, but was really nice in explaining everything to me.

I have lived here for 12 yrs. I have had no problems with bugs, loud people, etc. There have been changes for the much better. The staff in the residence center have been awesome. They have events for families which are really fun. If i wasnt moving I would definitely be staying.

Theyre decent apartments for what you get but I dont really like a lot of the people living here. They throw their cigarettes in other peoples backyards, dont pick up after their dogs, and leave trash everywhere. The apartments try to clean and ask people to help but they dont. And people let their little dogs off the leash because they wont hurt anyone to be honest I dont care,my daughter is scared of dogs and when your little dog runs in our direction and you have no control its annoying.
Do not move here. This place is the Hood! Every week there are guys hanging out, smoking weed and blasting music. I complain to office. They say they can’t stop ppl from hanging out. Trust me, Do Not Move Here! I love my place. The apartments here are very nice. Unfortunately, I don’t feel safe here with my family anymore.
As a new resident, especially during this time of mass uncertainty and issues with public health, everyone at the leasing office has been so extremely kind and helpful. Even in dealing with some last minute flexibility, they showed kindness and consistency with their ability to help.Hopefully, this never changes and only improves.Update: Unfortunately, it always seems to change.I hardly write negative reviews, largely because I feel like a lot of places and good people will tend to do their best to make a bad situation whole. Sadly, I feel like it is best to mention to others what they might be in for.Air conditioning went out (yes, I know it is November) but the apartments can still reach a temperature of 80 degrees. We were told this was something that could be fixed within 24 to 48 hours but it did not qualify as an emergency. Understandably, we gave the benefit of the doubt and acknowledged that the comfort of our home was secondary to whatever else people are going through that needs greater attention. Its been longer than 48 hours and I had to give the office a call. They said it would get done tomorrow. Our 9 month old was getting a heat rash from how warm it was in the apartment and I quickly recognized that at no point was rationalizing inactivity okay. I think optimism works very well, however, at some point it becomes a blatant lie. I cant explain to a 9 month old why he isnt feeling well despite opening windows and trying to keep him cool with water and fans. I knew there was a lack of compassion when the woman on the phone had just kept saying that she understood and hustled to get off the call because it was about 5:45 or so. Get ready for a whole lot of understanding and a matching lack of action to go with it.My fiance and child had to go stay with her sister. Im glad my little boy will have a comfy place to sleep tonight. Its just disappointing to know it wont be in his home. Its motivation to do better, truly. It really goes to show that nobody cares unless its their emergency. If youre thinking about it, just remember the adage of today it is me, tomorrow its you.

I been here since 2015 with no issue great neighborhood nice community. Staff member are helpful, friendly, humble an knowledgeable. Thanks for making me feel comfortable an free in my apartment (aka) honeycomb LOL is what I call it. Here at The Residence at North Dallas :)

Just moved in yesterday and its been a awesome Experience so far. Very big property. Love my apartment very spacious and plenty of storage room! 😊 Joselin made my move in a Smooth Experience. She made sure all my questions were answered And Was Always in a awesome mood!
Theirs a maintenance man here by the name of HERMAN... And he’s is. By far the best .. on two separate occasions he came out so fast and fixed my sink and also my refrigerator ... he was so professional and made me love living here any more . Kudos to him, Mr Herman that is .
Adrian replaced my toilet with a new one. He did an excellent and professional job. He and his helper were very friendly.
I’ve been a resident at The Resident of North Dallas for two years. There wasn’t one time, no matter what the situation was, that I went to the leasing office and Ms. Missy was always there to answer my questions or put me at ease with whatever the problem was. The front office staff has done a full 180 from where it was about 3 years ago. I get resolutions to my problems and clear communication when asking questions.
I had such a great experience here! Marvin and Maranda were outstanding, patient and helpful with their customer service! The maintenance staff is also very efficient with their work and addressed my issues very quickly! Definitely recommend living here!

RAND by CAF Management has been an awesome living experience since I moved here in 2019. The updates throughout the community and activities/events provided for residence shows how much they value their tenants & I love it here! All of the staff from leasing to residence services are pleasant to work with. Welcome home!!
We recently moved to the complex. We are a little family of 4 including 2 small children. The complex has been great this 2 weeks of being here. There is a park in the community that is fairly large. Tennis court. Dog park. My favorite is the large gym having 2 floors. Lots of different equipment as well. Nancy is the leasing office was very helpful finding us an apartment we would love. Misty in the residence office has been nothing but nice and helpful. She has helped us with every little thing we have needed making this move so very easy for us. The parking here is great lots of open parking never have to park far from my building. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Thanks to misty and the management company for doing all they have so far.
I’m starting to believe half of these people were paid or given an incentive to give a decent rating. I’ve been in these apartments for only 4 months and i’ve had problems consistently. When I moved in the apartment was trashed and has stains all over the wall never was cleaned, painted, or checked to make sure the apartment was move in ready. Every month my tub doesn’t drain properly and they have to come out to fix It. Recently have a leak in the dining area which Mario Ramirez stated he fixed but literally only painted over It. I woke up the next morning and my entire dining room had water over It. I called emergency line and he told me it’s not an emergency and wait until the office opens. The customer service is the worst here and I would advise you to look else where even if the rates are cheap. I promise you’ll regret It later
I just moved into The residence of North Dallas and experience my has been awesome!!!. Nancy Lira was my leasing consultant, she was great. She helped me diligently pick out my apartment and was very patient with me. I had a few complexes to choice from in the area but Nancys customer service was the deciding factor. Go Nancy!!!
Have lived here in both a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom unit over the span of the last 8 years. The property has vastly improved over the last several years.

The property is fine. Relatively cheap for the area. If you’re looking for a place with friendly neighbors and good atmosphere I would run. Especially the high school aged kids, I had multiple problems from them either sitting on my vehicle or being disruptive at the pool. Mainly the side of the complex towards the gas station and the side next to the Rec center, which was sad because it’s such a kid friendly area to be in.
Me and my roommate were really excited to apply but their system has been down for several days now. When we called to ask about it they transferred us like twice just to hang up on us. When we finally got hold of someone she said that we could try logging out and back in. And we told her that we tried everything and so we asked if we could go in the office to apply and she just said we close in nine minutes and we said no thats fine we can go tomorrow and she said well we have computers here but its the same system. Then said she would transfer us to someone and the call just hanged up.
