I’ve been here 7 months. Not the Worst Apartments to stay in but definitely need some owner, management and structural updating. The parking is horrible. The least state you get 1 spot per bd room (GOOD LUCK) These apartment are roach infested, trash everywhere, all windows shake like someone is breaking in, electrical problems (The breaker pops every time you use the microwave provided ), very poor craftsmanship where walls & ceilings have cracks, floors have paint drippings all over, the water pressure is very low in bathrooms. Maintenance is a joke, & don’t know how to clean. Maintenance also has language barrier. Property management is unprofessional with paperwork, still haven’t completed all my move-in list issues. ** THEY CONTROL THE AIR/HEAT through seasons** The property owner CITY GATE PROPERTY GROUP still haven’t answered my 7 calls/voicemail to date. The GOOD thing is that they’re all inclusive. ($1000) is too much for area/inside conditions

Thank you the management Ms Monica and her team. It is in the aka tha hood bur people call it home and raise children here. I had am issue after hours (office closed) didnt know what to do (me panicing) emailed the office and was told to call a number. It was Ms Monica I was told to calm down she would send her maon guy Martin to come to fix my Emergency issue. Wow talk about service. I have been here 4years have seen many mangers here some were ok some not but to be so on it right away. The location is not so great but we still try to make it home a safe place to have your peace. Thank Ms Monica and team

I filled out an application online, I paid $50 for the application fee. I waited and never received a call. I called and was following up and basically was rushed off the phone, she never got my name and just stated I need to get money orders to come in and pay. Looking at these reviews, they can keep that $50.

These apartments have plenty of room and parking available. Location is also monitored by security cameras everywhere.

Not the best neighborhood but I haven’t encountered any problems while living here. I absolutely adore the manager we have now. Ms. Monica is amazing.

Do not know why these apartments cost so much a month. Looking at the area. I am just saying, it is a run down area but you want me to move here and pay over $1,000 a month for what. Next!!! I need to look for me an affordable apartment, not a mortgage. I say, what you all want to say but just try to be polite. I am real.

From what I can see from the outside, it is an old but well maintained apartment complex. If you look carefully, note that some of the buildings have new roofs. That sounds great unless you know why. That area is hit by sheer winds periodically. If you live here make sure you have renters insurance - especially if you live on the top floor.

I currently live here at Mountain View apartments. Ive never had a problem. The management is top notch and her staff is very hard-working. Maria is an excellent property manager. Im glad I chose these apartments as my home. Thank yall for caring about your residents.

Their was a guy going door to door sticking people up. He knocked on my door but thankfully I saw the gun through the peephole. He went on to the next door and when I eventually came out their were 3 other guys and a woman out there that had been robbed in their own home! Shots always fired. I saw a guy rob a neighborhood drug dealer outside through my window. Ive seen some prostitution going on. I once had a lady high out of her mind knock on my door and try to offer me sex for money. When I told her no she got mad... I once saw a group of guys steal the tires and rims from someones car and it took them no more than 2 minutes before they were gone. Drug users all around constantly asking you for money and they get mad and agitated when you say no. If I could give then less stars I would. 1 star is the minimum you can give but honestly they deserve a -5 star rating.

I feel that they could of showed more concerns upon our garbage disposal 2 plus months I just left it alone plus they towed my car in a visitors parking lot after I refused to buy a parking permit. For a 1 year and 6 months of living there Prior to moving they didn’t reimburse nor take it off my rent I got harassed about my balcony to be cleaned up but there is everybody else balcony is trashed with unnecessary items I’m 26 years Old I think I know the difference between being picked on, harassed and being told respectfully to do something I’ve lived there for 2 yrs and I seen so many staff be swapped out. Just goes to show they can’t handle business properly

To whom it may concern,Lived there for 6 months last year and had no issues with property and it’s management staff. The Manager Maria Flores and her staff always went the extra mile to make you feel safe and comfortable.

I just moved in and i like It just need a few upgrades on the outside but they are more nicer than i expectedThey are roomy and have lots of spaceI read some of the bad reviews and i don’t see any of that happening here but each of its own ❤️❤️❤️ it’s only been a couple of days we will see how this goes

I currently live in Mountain View. I have been here 4 months and in the beginning it seemed like it would be a decent stay for my 2 children and my single mommy budget. During my 1st month my toilet went out the water just stopped coming to the toilet. For 3 weeks i called and put in work orders. No maintenance i literally had to chase the maintenance man down myself and beg him to fix the full bathroom the stench was becoming unbearable. And now my Ac/chiller has been out 4 days. The heat and stiffness in the air is inhumane. I have put in work orders and been to the office 4 times. Mty oldest son has started having nosebleeds. And i have been having to get hotel rooms just so my children can sleep in some air. The lease must be a pure joke because there has already been 3 different managements. Sad ima have to pay rent on the 1st in full but my children and i are living like we dont have home because they dont care about the well being of the residents. I have stayed in all bills paid before and this has been by far the worst living experience ever. My children dont deserve this so thanks MVA.Sincerely,Your Actively homeless resident.

Terrible place to stay. My mail is stolen so much had to change my billing, shots are always going off and no one seems to be up to any good. You come to stay here when life goes bad and nothing went as planned for yourself. All bills paid but Im sitting in the dark and not handy man is able to be contacted. Sent my son to stay with his father in Alaska due to the neighborhood.

Currently living here and some of the comments SMH...yes the fire truck did seem to be over here all the time but mostly due to someone calling in prank calls...gun shots can happen anytime anywhere since Ive been here Ive only heard of one robbery but outside of people going thru relationship problems band arguing on top of some people not knowing how to park straight Ive never had a problem with anything management is excllexce in my book its all about communication... I would and have recommended theses apartments to people I no...P.S. with the recent changes I would definitely recommend getting a reserve parking if you move here since the city put up signs for no parking on the street

I currently live here at mountain view and recently renewed my lease..ive lived here for over a year and i love this place..management is always available and on top off everything..if i call a work order maria at office has them there right away..apts are huge and clean...Never had a problem with anybody here and most definitely call this our home..thank you mountain view management and staff for making it our home

If you love cock roaches on everything and everywhere, and rats chewing through dishwasher cords (flooding your apt), then this is the place for you. I cant take anything with me to move since roaches have taken over. You can bug bomb all you want but theyre in the walls, and they always come back. Ive caught two RATS with the sticky pads...Also, be afraid of people actually breaking in, or you getting shot. It happens alot over here. Not a child safe area.Ive lived in these apt a for over 2 years. As to why I even stayed that long... Idk, desperate I guess. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This is horrible and unsafe.

I was robbed gun point with my two kids in the car...the office staff do not care and did nothing about it...even city manage property group dont care as well! Its been mutiple robberies going on here and they will just brush it off!!! Do not move here!!!! Save your life.

Very horrible. People hang outside smoking and drinking. Same people that hang out outside will rob you. 2 people got shot and killed in a drug house. Management dont so anything about crime over there. Police dont do nothing. Its sucks

This place is horrible! I moved there with my son and sister in 2015. Since its all bills paid they have full control over the a/c and heater. The whole complex stopped working right at the beginning of summer and they refused to have them fixed. It took two months just to get a window unit and they would only give one that only worked some of the time. That couldnt even cool one room. My child got heat stroke and was vomiting and ended up hospitalized because it was so hot in the apartment. I put in multiple complaints both in person and online and never got any assistance. Then in the winter time the hot water did not work. We had to take freezing cold baths. There is a lot of violence and break ins at this place. The apartment does not notify you about violence at all. Someone was stabbed there and we didnt even get a notice about safety. There are a lot of stray dogs, spiders and roaches. It does not matter how clean you are...the roaches are everywhere! There is an ice cream truck that drives around all day and in the middle of the night and sells more than ice cream. The drug use and amount of dealers here is astonishing. They dont even hide it they will do a trade right in front of you. This is not a safe place for children at all!!! They also have people steal the rent money from the drop box and if you dont pay them again they will give you an eviction notice. They so not care about their tenants. The maintenance man doesnt know how to fix anything. There are cracks in the doors and NONE of the windows are sealed. I had to go buy my own to try and keep bugs out. I lived in one of the newly remodeled ones and it was still this disgusting! Dont get fooled by the size and price. You will end up spending more to keep bugs out and buying tons of fans than you would at a different place that is clean and has A/C. There is only one option for internet and cable at that place and it sucks. I heard shots fired multiple times and I only stayed for 7 months! This is not a joke or revenge this is real! The power went out at LEAST every other week and if it was after hours or on the weekend you would have to wait until the next business day to speak to anyone. They have an emergency line but nobody answers it. You may go days without power and MONTHS without A/C. Please dont rent here!

Horrible place to live. Management is rude and constantly going in apartment when youre gone but cant complete work orders. 2nd floor patio rail has been broken for 2 years and still isnt fixed along with rotten wood. Im scared to go on my patio because I might fall through. They dont turn on a/c or heater at the right time. My apartment gets very hot and humid constantly. Moving immediately!!!

Currently live here and is shocked by recent reviews. I do see fire trucks every night alot of dogs running loose but nothing to where i feel unsafe. Theese comments defently has me spooked now 😒

I do not recommend these apartments to anyone, they are riddled with cockroaches and they do nothing to eliminate them, the kitchen cabinets are rotten and instead of changing them they only pass a paint on them, we have been without air conditioning for 8 days and the temperatures have been at 100 degrees and if you call to complain they tell you that now you will have the air back which is a lie, once my neighbors bathroom was covered and her excrement came out of my bathtub, and they did not clean, I did it, I asked for a change of Kitchen because the one I had was not working and they brought me a dirty one with food stuck to it from the people who had had it before, the microwave never worked and they never changed it.There are so many bad things I could say but I think that with these you can see that here is not a decent place to live and the rent costs $ 1000, it is not the most expensive but it will not be the cheapest apartments you can find.
