I just wanna know why I cant get my AC fixed. Its been a month now! Please fix my AC!! Just because fall is upon us doesnt mean Texas doesnt still get hot. And that portable they gave reach only so far. The bathroom doesnt have proper ventilation, so mold/mildew is growing due to AC being out. No good. And please no more excuses.

This apartment they are useless and worse less apartment have ever seen in my life,people are stealing your packages when dey deliver it, your work order is also left out,when you are there to complain about anything they tells you we will fix it.which they will not.cant even anyone to come and join us rubbish set of people.they are just collecting the money and not doing the needful. DO NOT START AN APPLICATION HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. This apartment complex showed my sister and I the model apartment and everything looked very nice. She started but didnt finish the application because she got a call to see the actual apartment. It was in the worse area of the complex and the apartment hadnt been re-done. She told them she didnt want to rent that apartment due to the condition of it. They told her they would keep the $50.00 app fee but they would refund the $150 administration fee because they hadnt had a background check yet. When she called again today they said they were keeping both fees. This is the big bait and switch property. DONT RENT HERE

I came with my friend to look into these as she’s interested in moving late September. The leasing agent Nicole was extremely vague and borderline considered professional. She briefly spoke on the apartment and barely have detailed information in response to the questions we had. She also failed to offer to even show us the amenities. On top of her service the actual grounds is outdated and hot inside.

I came in for a tour and I was greeted by such amazing spirit Nicole was absolutely amazing she answered all my questions she is so knowledgeable and detailed. I’m leasing this apartment because of Nicole her office should definitely take notes and give her a raise because she goes over beyond I wish I could give more stars if you go in to tour definitely ask for Nicole

Unit is nice; while neighbors are thieves! While moving they stole my tv out my car. Smh be careful and always have two people or lock your things up while you’re transporting your belongings

Mailboxes been broken for a very long time.. All of the carport lights have been out for months as well.. No lighting outside where i stay. Im glad Im not a woman I would be afraid to come out at night alone. I asked new management why no communication and they blamed it on the recent management for the miscommunication. Two month notice never put on my door I had to come in on my own to let them know what Im doing.. The management in the office has switched at least 5 times in my 4 years living there.. you have to beg to get maintenance to come out in a timely manner or it can take weeks.. have to beg for pest control to come out as well( even tho we pay for it every month)..BIG DISCONNECT between office and tenants!!!

The doors from the mailboxes have been broken for months now. This leasing office says that they’re waiting for the post office to supply new mailbox locks. Mail is always all over the ground from (assuming) children playing in the mailroom and emptying the broken mailboxes.Maintenance never shows. Put a work order in two months ago about rain coming in through my front door. Called several times to remind the office to let maintenance know to come by. And they have yet come to fix the weather line strip.Last year my air wasn’t working. I have pictures where my apt was up to 95 degrees for over a week. The office and maintenance stated that it’s hot in the apt because it’s so hot outside. They refused to let me break my lease without penalties.

Over priced for such a dangerous area. My dogs have been attacked twice within 2 months while on our way back to our apartment. It took the entire 6 months Ive lived here and multiple complaints before I finally got a mailbox key in which the office ladys lied repeatedly about it being a Postal service issue. Only after I filed a 2 page complaint and stated I was moving out early did they have a maintenance person make a key for mailbox. They do not respond to any phone calls or take any of the complaints serous. This complex has changed management 6 different times since I moved in. An now apparently the complex has been sold to another company They do not have a reliable way to pay rent other then the Dropbox in which has been vandalized several times... The portal they just gave us is not showing any past rent payment and they refuse to answer phone calls as to why this is happening.

Great place with welcoming staff and a nice pool

One of the worst places to live. Overpriced. ROACH and DOG FLEAS infested. Roaches were there the first day I moved in. Bad neighborhood, police is always coming around. Poor customer service and Maintenance not responsive.Dog fleas came in from my neighbors apartment to mine and office refused to reimburse me for my doctor treatment. I never owned a pet.I moved out a month ago and they have refused to give me my deposit back.Stay away from here! The units are not renovated. You can get a much better place for your money. I now live in a much better neighborhood and apartment that cost almost the same.

Spoke with Stephine in the leasing office, she showed me an apartment told me what my move in date would be on Feb 15th, I gave her $200, Submitted an application on MLK day. Never heard back from her not once did she call me. I had to call 4-5 times just to get an update and each time she had no new information and then 4 weeks go by and I still hear nothing and when I call to get an update on Feb 12th I then get advised something was sent to my email, which I never got nor did anyone call to confirm. All around it was just bad customer service and very unprofessional.

The Oasis looks nice driving by, that is because they have only remodeled the front building to draw in new residents. The claim that that they have newly renovated units is completely untrue. Now for other cautions, the apartment management and staff will not help you once you move in, they are very unprofessional and make promises they clearly do not plan to keep. Watch out for towing when I first moved in my car was towed from the parking spot in front of my apartment, when I asked the office for help because it should not have been towed I was basically told we cant help you it just happens sometimes. $270 later I had my car back. The night security is just as likely to harass you as to help you. I would not recommend anyone to live here. These apartments are only about filling units, they could care less about your safety or welfare once you move in. The maintenance staff is good though and friendly, they are the only reason this review got 2 stars instead of 1. However just because they are good does not mean that the office will make sure they come out to repair what is broken. I was left with a ceiling leak and a water leak in the kitchen for almost 2 weeks when I first moved in, so hope you can fix it yourself if you move in.The apartments will not intervene if you have issues on property, neighbors, theft, etc. Ive tried. They will lie to your face and say they are doing something, remember they dont mind lying. I cant wait for my lease to end. In conclusion dont waste your time looking here.

I will be taking legal actions to Sue them for emotional distress, loss of money, and discrimination! I’ll be going through every resource available including reporting them to HUD, BBB, etc.I’m a Veteran with 2 Emotional Support Dogs. I have a prescription letter from a licensed psychiatrist at the VA Hospital. I have used this letter numerous times for housing, hotels, etc. When trying to rent an apartment, “Chiquita” tells me that my letter isn’t sufficient because I need a certificate for my emotional support animals! There is no such things as a certificate for ESA’s as you only need a letter from your mental health provider!She then goes on to tell me she won’t refund my application fee even though they are the ones discriminating against me for my disability!I’ll definitely see them in court!!!Also, when I almost signed my lease, they had extra charges etc posted and couldn’t give me the breakdown of the charges!Needless to say, I didn’t rent with them & found a wonderful apartment complex!!

Ive been living here for almost a year and I love it because is quiet peaceful and the managers are respectful and very good customer service and the maintenance guys get their job done on time with no problem never had a problem with anyone in the office are the manager so if I was looking for another apartment or anybody I work recommend you to give Oasis apartment a chance

I have lived in the Complex for several years and I have definitely seen an increase of effectiveness. Maintenance has been helpful and the Groundsmen are respectful. Overall, a lovely place to live. Management has recently changed so I just hope that they will just make it even better.

Have been in this complex for about 4 years now... every year theres new management... my 1st year here was amazing due to the management and office staff they were professional and courteous! Within the years the apartment complex has definitely gone down. This will be my last year here due to things falling about i the apartments cabinets, leaks from the rain, heat not working as well as hot water. The online portal has worked up until this year, which is inconvenient for paying rent online or putting in a maintenance request for issues, there was no letter sent out regarding this had to call to hear that the apartments are under new management. Not to mention when there is an issue there is no letter or communication sent out for tenants to know whats going on, water is shut off in the middle of the day without notification. The office staff is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. They hang up on you when asked to address a certain issue or put in a maintenance request. I would not recommend anyone to live in this apartment complex. LOOK THE OTHER DIRECTION

My boyfriend and I were laid off due to covid19 and haven’t gotten our employment checks. The office was made aware of this and we still haven’t received any paperwork to give the office as proof of unemployment which we told them as well a few weeks ago. They could have just left an eviction notice on the door but she WALKED INTO THE APARTMENT. What if we weren’t home why would they enter the place like that? No excuses this is crazy to me among several other problems they constantly change management the apartment itself is falling apart there is a huge parking issue, I would not recommend moving here.

Alishia Is amazing! Looked at the apartments yesterday, along with several other locations in the area, and ended up looking and leasing! She’s got a really good transparent vibe about her that makes you feel good about the place! If you’re interested in these apartments, ASK FOR ALISHIA! The new crew..... ehhhhhhhh..... deducting 2 stars now. They’re still cute apartments. But my parking spot I’ve had since I moved in was assigned to another woman who just moved in. We had been trying to tow each other out of our spot (not realizing we where assigned the same one) and NO TOWING! For a spot you pay extra to be assigned to and promised towing for!! So there’s that... don’t pay for the parking. When we finally ran into each other after a whole month (on a Saturday) we went to the office to resolve the issue, but no one other than the manager (works M-F) could help us. On Monday, she wasn’t there and was promised she’d be back on Tuesday. Today is Tuesday, and welp, we don’t know when she’ll be back now... Added notes: Light in my living room has been broken for a month, they repaired it with TAPE and it only worked for a few days. My oven broke in NOVEMBER! Didn’t have a new one till FEBRUARY after contacting everyone I could possibly find on Google (CEO CFO etc.). Long story short.... they’re ok apartments now. Price is nice and if you never need anything fixed and don’t pay extra for a parking spot then you’ll love it here! Neighbors are nice and quiet mostly. Apartment is cute. Rent is pretty cheap.... just the staff... I don’t know man.... Might just be my luck?

I have been a resident here for 1 year and these last few months you can defiantly see the change in the maintenance and office staff. Alyrica is very helpful abd friendly always greet me with a smile. She makes you feel at home with her warm southern hospitality, great community to live in.

New management? More like even worse than the last management staff. Quick to slap a fine on your door but can’t give you updates about the new towing company that they have been working on for like 4 months or anything new that they have in place that effects you. You literally have to chase the maintenance men down to get the broken stuff fixed. I wouldn’t even recommend the homeless to camp here. The. Worst.

Look else where. The previous management/staff were Saints compare to these new knuckleheads. Beware, The minute you sign your lease they will not care about you. You can call them, they will not answer. You can email them, they will not respond. You can blatantly look them in the face and nothing but new lies come out of them. I’m looking for ways to report such negligence and fraud! There are many major safety concerns all throughout this complex. #1 Major Bug infestations! I’m surprised the city hasn’t came up here and shut this place down. Oh wait they have twice this year alone. Can’t wait for this nightmare to be over!

I’m sorry I wouldn’t want to live here they have poor customer service, it take maintenance forever to come fix something unless you threaten them about the rent, they don’t care about you at all all they care is about the money. Right now my apartment stink there’s a raccoon that’s been dead there for a while in one of my cabinets, I ask them to come to remove it and they told me it’s not an emergency so I have to wait the smell is making me sick and giving me a headache, and still nobody want to come and fix it. Don’t move here is not safe the quality is poor and they don’t care about your wellbeing.

My apartment wasnt move-in ready. There were large fist-sized holes all over the walls from the previous tenants that werent repaired. The lights in my laundry room didnt work. Noone at the office seemed to care. It was a spacious apartment for the price but the unprofessional management is enough to make it not worth it.

I moved into The Oasis August 2019 strictly to save money and get my financial path more stable. You cant beat the price and layout of the studio floor plan. Its just enough space for a single bachelor to refocus and have a roof over his head. There were many hiccups with prior manager and management group under Concord Management. The new group seems to be cleaning house and cleaning up this neighborhood. They are making an effort; This neighborhood all along Forest Lane and Audelia is pretty rough. Definitely not somewhere you want to be long term, but if you are looking for reasonable rates and space, this could be the place for you. My lease is up in less than 60 days and I will be moving out to a more desirable location. The current staff of Mayra, Chiquita, and Alishia are making great strides to improving this community. They make sure my work orders get done timely, they fixed my AC over the weekend on a Sunday! The maintenance man was fast and professional. I can tell you before Centra Partners took over, this place was truly deplorable. Thank you to the current team, and if any senior management is reading this, you need to do right by this staff. Thank you current Oasis team for helping me leave here better than when I found it.

If the gate is not fixed when you search for an apartment, that means that they will not fix your apartment repairs in a timely manner if at all. I should have listened to my theory but i was desperate not to drive a 25 minute drive that turns into 2 hours in traffic everyday to work and the office lady at that time seemed nice and she said she lived there with her kids, so i thought it couldnt be that bad. This is their 3rd management/name change in 1 year but nothing is getting better. This is a quiet place for the most part or at least on my side and theres a great school right across the street and a bus line. However, you will wait months if even that for repairs, each time you can get ahold of them on the phone, they will say i have forwarded it to the manager, we are short staffed or only working on emergency orders only. They dont answer the phone so you can only get them on a Saturday, unless you want to leave work to go to the office. Last but certainly not least in the summer you will deal with an infestation of millipedes and pest control takes weeks to come if at all but even that doesnt stop them. So be prepared to wake up with 50+ millipedes a day that come out of every baseboard/crack so you will have to keep Raid handy. I dont see roaches maybe every blue moon but i suppose the disrespectful millipedes eat them. Woke up with a couple of millipedes in my bed and one disrespectful one had the nerve to be on my face. They disappear in the fall/winter but just know the next summer could be worser than the last. For those that have babies, lady i dont think you want millipedes crawling in your babies ear or nose while sleeping or on their toys while they play. When my lease is up i am out of here🚗🚗🚗🚗

WARNING!!!! DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS WHATEVER YOU DO!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT! I have a sick family member that stays in this complex, i came to visit them on weekends and on Christmas day they blocked me from registering my vehicle so i can park in visitors on the register guests website..and was forced to park my vehicle off the property. Then they barely have any visitors parking spaces to begin with, when they have all of these empty parking spaces . The apartments are not well lit so if u are a woman u have to worry about someone trying to rob you. Not a safe enviroment and if u can avoid this complex i would at any cost.

I was in this apt since 2018 i did not own them anything, but since recent management come. I have bad experiences i never have some time thy will say you dont pay why you pay them after you give them recept thy have to say thy have sorry i left the apt because of the bad attitude. Was looking to rent a 2 bedroom but when i call to check on my application no one ansers. If its like this all the time ill take my buisness else where. Called 8 times they were quick to take my application fee but not give me a call back

2 Year residence. Run and do not rent or renew here. staff is not available to help you at all and hard to get anyone on the phone. story changes every time you call and speak with a new staff member on the same matter.

I work between the hours of 8-5 and the office is closed on weekends....thats very unusual. Im trying to move but I guess the universe is telling me its not a good idea...they never answer the phone either

The place looks nothing like the pictures, the apartments flood every time it rains/living room turns into a swamp, plug outlets don’t work, drawers are missing from kitchen, I’ve had to place a work order 6 times to get porch light bulb fixed. There is wood rot all over the building. You can hear the neighbors screaming at each other from the other side of the wall. The security group here is a joke. My wife and I were shot at a few months ago and they were nowhere to be found.It’s a bad area, so have your 9mm, 12gauge or AR-15 READY FOR HOME DEFENSE

Do not rent here. I feel sorry for the residents that do live on the property currently. The unprofessional conduct by the management company and on site staff is beyond excusable. I was a vendor for the property, the management company has not paid me for my services to the property. But that is okay, I will be filing a lien against the property and going about getting my money the professional way instead of lowering my company standards to their unprofessional conduct!

Hey residence and future tenants. if your reserve sticker no longer sticks due to the heat of Texas. (A sticker I have to pay for $20 every month). You will wake up to seeing your car towed at your owe expense. It cost $198 to get car back. 2 weeks ago I requested an updated sticker on Saturday by Carol and she stated No. Her system, Long Horn, wont allow it. Today, Angie, the office manager stated I can could have if I brought in the sticker. Now I have to pay for a tow due to the lack of inconsistency and knowledge of the unskilled management.

I have been living in these apartments for about four years now, and the whole management and name has been changed multiple times. No big deal. But since it has been Oasis Apartments..... management, maintenance, and grounds has been horrible. My ceiling fan in my bedroom is hanging out of the ceiling! I have called, I have been to speak to someone face to face, my boyfriend has been to the office to report, I have called multiple times again, and no one has come to repair or even look at it! I would think this is an Emergency! This is on top of other request I have put in! The lady at the office seems disinterested and distant. I dont know her name, but she lied to me about someone come to fix it. I live right above the pool in the back and it is green full of algae. I really dont understand, but they have actually given up! The city needs to come ASAP!

You went from a 5 star to a 1 star!! The lady in the office has no customer service. Doesnt know how to build rapport with long term tenants. She had an attitude the whole time when discussing how to switch our park permits to new vehicles. Best part of this lovely experience she bluntly stated a long term employee was fired out of the blue. That was her excuse as to why she doesnt know anything. Anyways in the 2 years Ive been here the management team has had a high turn over rate just like their apartment occupancy. This arrogant employee wont even make it a year here like the employee that was fired apparently last night. Now she, the former employee knows urgency, customer service, rapport. You ahould have learned from her. Now you all are going to have are high escalations due to lack of customer service, rapport and respect and not know how to endure them properly. What a joke.

To start the apt treated a month ago it was not given to us, like the explanation of why it was omitted, when we changed the apt it is in bad conditions, and the worst thing was to discover that there is plague of cockroaches, we have gone to report to the offices more than 3 times all the flaws and failures that this apt has but since the day we entered here no one has come ....Terrible service...The neglected planters ...Dirty swimming poolsRent is expensive for what they offerI do not recommend it.👎👎👎👎👎Its horrible, do not bring your family here ...
