The leasing consultant named Deanne was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. It was a long process but it was worth it. The remodeled apartments are beautiful and the area is quiet. I would definitely recommend living here.

The worst place ever. We just move two weeks ago but Roaches are everywhere like in the kitchen, bathroom and allover in the place. We kill like 5 to 6 everyday And i see Bed bugs too. Poor quality.

I’ve been living in this apartment since 2012 Never have any problem until the new management ( Jane )took over Yesterday I received the renewal letter for my lease and my wife went the office To renew the lease she informed her that we are not able to renew the lease I called her and I asked her why were not able to renew our lease she responded with just like when you guys move we don’t ask for the reason So it’s going to be the same thingWhich that shows how ignorant this manager is she act like we live over here for free and she’s paying our rent or something and I don’t know what kind of human she is that she is doing things like this during COVID-19 pandemic to man with family Instead of doing her job and take care of the residents And treat the cockroaches on this apartment and do the maintenance order on time this apartment it would’ve been a lot better

My name is Ghaith, I had lived in community The Park on Greenville from Aug/2016 until Oct/2019 in Apt 137-phase-3, and I considered it the most beautiful period on my life especially at this time I was studying in Richland College.About the Park on GreenvilleBeautiful environment it has landscape are wonderful and it has Childrens entertainment areas.The staff of leasing office are very helpful with residents especially Ms. Diana has high morals and she help the resident most she can.Maintenance is on time and is not delayed, even on holiday.And I regret it a lot when I left from the park on Greenville and it was a wrong decision, and I tried to come back in oct/2020 but unfortunately, I did not find available unit, I think I will come back again to the Park on Greenville when my current lease contract over in Sep.I am highly recommend on this apartments and especially the family who have kids.

It has been three days that water from the rain has entered our apartment, everything has gotten wet. And this is the fourth time that happens and they have never taken the time to change the carpet. My unit is smelling very bad and I dont see nobody try to fix it. I am asking again a new carpet because I cant live in this.They have mess up all my stuffs as if they dont really care!!!

Moved out and gave the keys on 11/04/2020 I Received final notice at the ove out and payed it full after that I called the office to get the final statement that was supposed to show zero on my balance. During my 2 years stay at the Park on Greenville and throughout all the unpleasant events that occurred such as the Dallas Tornado and the latest spread of COVID-19 pandemic, the management and all the staff at residents office were very kind, cooperative and knowledgeable. They have made unprecedented efforts to ensure well-being, safety and happiness of all residents. We are speechless towards all of their hard work and cooperation. The recent renovation of the apartment complex and other utilities has added more to the amazing landscape.

When I first moved into these apartments, they had a serious bug issue. I work in a chemical place so I sprayed my apt down before moving in. It got better. But the management SUCKS. Ive lived here for 2 years and I am glad to be moving out in 2 weeks. Since ive stayed here, ive asked them if they were ever going to improve their resident portal and add a way to pay online. We are just now getting that. SUPER SLOW!!Another thing to worry about is agreements. PLEASE HAVE EVERYTHING MANAGEMENT SAY ON PAPER!! They will go back on their word.The neighbors are great. I had no problems with any of my neighbors. Its just management is awful and the way they handle certain things...no wonder why their rating is what it is..1.7. Should be a -1.7!

Power can go anytime, water can be cut anytime, mail box can be broken any day, and if you go to leasing office and complain they would tell you you that you can find another place; I have no idea who is the owner of these buildings just i want to tell him If there is no one to stop such abuse now, I am woundering either you do not know about what is going on here or you do not care about it, what i see here is shameful.

This neighborhood isn’t safe, every weekend there was a Robbery at the parking lot or home invasion and we get this letter very often, read this letter and be ready to receive this all the time, this place full of people whom not respecting their neighbors, loud music from some apartments and office trying to put the blame on the security who never show up to fix this, this place used to be good back in the days but not isn’t safe, READ THE LETTER

Overall safe and clean place to live! The front office staff was very helpful, a lady named Diana and her peers had made sure everything was done correctly and swiftly as I was able to move in without any problems!

Lived here for 3 years.If you like quiet places, this is not the place for you.The kids that live here are loud and disrespectful!Management is okay, I haven’t had any issue with them, always get my request done within a day.The maintenance staff needs improvement. After working, they leave the place dirty for you to clean it and sometimes it’s just not easy.Washing and Drying Machines are new but already broken. The inside of the apartments are very old, infested by roaches and bed bugs. They will charge you for something they can take care off!Stayed here for 3 years because it was the closes thing I had available and close to Richland College.Would not recommend it!

I highly recommend this apartment complex. From the beginning of the application process, to the move in, the staff has gone above and beyond in accommodating our needs. When something needs work, they are quick to assist. The lawns are always well kept and watered, and the neighborhood is family friendly. Thank you!

Bad Management and Staffs at this apartment is the worst. the will look you in your face and lie just to get away from their responsibility. they will never accept their fault. I stayed with my guest Bathroom roof leaking: I mean pouring water like crazy every time i tried to turn on my AC. I have dealt with this for over 6 months of my 12 months lease. I have visited the leasing office for over 14 times. they want residents to understand and bear with but they will start reading you leasing agreement when it comes to a little misunderstanding .I couldnt stay another lease because I was already sharing my food stuffs with roaches

Guys.. be careful never reside in this awful complex... they overcharge after the end of the contract... they never give you your deposit no matter what you do... it happened with me I cleaned the apartment after leaving and paid the breaking contract fees and one month rent after leaving and they still charged me with much money for nothing !!!... I dont recommend this place at alllll

My apartment have been flooded this weekend and since I was not there I was on my drill weekend with the Texas national guard I called up the office to see if they can fix the issue because all my carpet was wet my two bedrooms and the living room when I come back my apartment looked like a junk I know they had to fix it but the way that my belonging was moved around was just disrespectful everything was thrown apart if I could put pictures in this review I would I had to sleep in that mess for 3 nights with 4 machine that run 24h in order for the carpet to dry out and get the humidity out of the apt. At least you can put my stuff on the order you found it but the maintenance guy just blocked everywhere he left my tv right at the door I had to move things around to get to the kitchen, to my room and my bathroom. No words

I have Been at this property since 2013For the first 2 years it was a very good property the staff and management were on point with everything nice and friendly, the maintenance was so kind and fixed the problems as soon as we requested. But then management changed and with the new management the whole apartment complex sank down with it! Not only are the management rude and disrespectful they don’t care about any of your concerns,nor any of the requests you put in for your apartment ! We have had to call the corporate many times on this place due to a whole they left in our cealing and wall to fix the new air system! And we have had to call corporate due to the leasing agents rude and dishonest tendency’s! When we have had roach/sewer issues they never wanted to come fix and when they did they wanted to front the bill on us when it was not our problem to begin with! They have shootings every other weekend the tornado hit and left many pplDestroyed with no windows and top roofsMissing and they have yet to fix there Issues and yet still are waiting for those poor ppl to pay rent smh I def would stay away fromThese roach infested /poor management apartments you have better luckIn a shelter then you do Here! Luckily we were able to find a home after the tornado hit and we moved out and the first of the month and we just received the bill for the apartments after they did a walk through and there trying to charge us a ridiculous amount becasuee we left and decided not to renew smh stay away!!!!! I wish there was a way that I could have given them not ONE star. The old white lady in office is ugly, inside and out! We killed maybe 4 big cockroaches a day! The best part of living here, was MOVING OUT!

I have been staying here for last 1 year. I found this place very quite. You see greenery everywhere and this place is clean and neat. They had worst coin based laundry machine earlier, but recently they changed it to card based one, which is really cool. Regarding safety, I consider this place is safe, much safer compared to other communities in the area. I see kids playing everywhere, which is really a good thing. And regarding roaches, I am not sure, i just saw one in my apt last week, and I have asked for a pest control.

Staff should know that tenant have paid to live here and they deserve to be treated as they should. They are unhelpful from the top to the bottom. Full of cockroaches. They like to put a note of eviction by the door for their own fault and when they knew they said sorry as if nothing happened.

They still didnt fix the windows after the storm happened & its been roughly 2 months. Every house is dark 24/7And there a whole lot of roaches, who dont even disappear when spraying some pest control on them.

Spring 2019 - Renewed the lease, still in love with the complex. 💜 They have done some renovations (NEW HVAC UNITS!) so everything keeps getting better. The maintainace staff here is beyond fantastic...sadly this is probably my last year here. If they ever have 4 bedroom apartments, would keep renting here.Summer 2018 Update - Beautiful clean pool. 💜 Office staff is still awesome, maintenance man is still maintaining. 👍 Dog poo situation is alleviated, ant problem is under control. Love love love this complex.Office Staff - They are reasonable, helpful, and prompt. They are busy people and I understand that 100%. I think they do a great job considering. (0 issues)Maintenance - The maintenance man is very kind and to the point. Hes been around for awhile, so he knows what hes doing.Bugs - ugh. Nothing is more disgusting than cooking a seeing a BIG UGLY GROSS ROACH looming above you. Yes. This place has a roach and ant issue. Please be proactive about pest control. This is a BAD place to live. They have raised my rent 24.00 to 29.00 three years in a row. And the maintenance is non existent, the management treats its residents like we are all inmates. Beware once you sign the lease and give them your money the leasing staff will talk in most rude fashion. I only continue to live here because I need to keep my son in his school district, but not next year! 2015I would not even give them ONE star but I had to, to get this to post.

It is really bad place to live. As many of you said, you will have to live with roaches and you cant get them out and they will never say its their fault. They will say that our neighbor brought them in and we have to live with it. If something doesnt work you will have to go 3-4 times to office for the same thing .They wont come to fix it the same day. you have to wait couple days for it.Not to mention how office stuff is rude and look at you like you are nobody and they are god

DONT MOVE HERE OR EVEN APPLY!!! I applied in July around the 20. Only to come back a week later because they didn’t know what happened to my application. The administration fees that were waved because of the special, I now had to pay that. On top of that a 300 deposit for JUST APPLYING!! (NONE OF THAT WAS COMMUNICATED THE FIRST TIME OR OVER THE WEEK I WAITED!!! Then Jane is so rude and disrespectful she doesn’t help and is just pointless of her being there.... now mind you I’ve been calling everyday since the 2nd time I had to apply and pay damn near 400 just to apply. Everyday it’s bring this and that’s it. Then the next day I come in thinking I’m going to sign papers and move. NOPE SOMETHING ELSE TO BRING IN!! So now it’s the end of August and nope I’m still not approved. I had to pay off to 10 year old utilities totaling 550 together. So I did that too! Now you would think I’m approved! NOPE! So I come in and guess what they lost some of folder contents and I would basically start all over again!!!! So now I’ve started over and 2weeks later I’m approved..... but when after witnessing Jane be disrespectful to me and countless others who were current residents, I decided I did not want to lease there as it had already taken almost 2 months!!! School started I work 2 full time jobs so I said no thank you. DONT YOU KNOW THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY DEPSOIT BACK!!!!!! As well as refused to give me corporates number!!!!! When I tell you you have been warned about this scheming place!!! Oh and I had to do all that and I still have NOT EVEN VIEWED THE APARTMENT!!!!!!! Don’t do it please save yourself trouble and havoc!!! AND MONEY!!!!!!

This apartments are very good because roaches and bugs very friendly, they do lunch and dinner with us, and when we sleep at night, they also sleep with us quietly, one more advantage that no need alarms because they are biting early in the morning,,,,,,,,

Be careful with leasing staff, they change their statements right on your face. Get everything in writing what they are saying or else its going to be complete waste of time. You complete the whole application process and go to submit and they changed the leasing income requirements from 5 to 6 time the rental value and also co signer has to be full time student. they did not mentioned this before. I wish I could give less than one star.

It has been the quietest apartments I have ever lived in, always kids out playing which I see as a good thing, staff is very helpful and maintenance usually comes pretty quickly.. At first I guess they were having water pipe issues but all is fixed now. Office staff is friendly and helpful... My biggest problem is the roaches... Im a very very very clean person and I cant stand roaches it sends me into a bleaching friendzy... Their pest control is complete crap.. I cant even leave 1 dish in the sink and turn the lights off.... They need to hire better exterminator and get into every apartment building.

Waiting until the last minute definitely doesnt pay off. The management at this place is terrible! Nobody communicates with another theyre quick to throw each other under the bus or act clueless. They want all of their money for these overpriced apartments and cant even ensure you get the things you need as a tenant without you having to demand it repeatedly. Received 4 notices of people being robbed at gunpoint but the front office had an issue with our security system. Windows not insulated and walls very thin. Not worth the money or the stress.

At first when we moved in 2010 the office management was great, they took great care of us. After a while the original management we knew quit because of troubles within the office and their corporate office. Ever since then, we started hearing of problems from the new management, neighbors that have been here longer than us were complaining as well and even moved out. These apartments were once nice family oriented and now theyre being populated by people that shouldnt be out of county jail. We are through with these managers, they couldnt even manage a mcdonald if their life depended on it. Cant wait til our contract is over! DONT LEASE HERE!!

This place used to be the best place in the area i mean Dallas Richardson and garland this was the best it was clean cheap and very friendly people working there now for the past few years everything changed they have gotten very greedy its becoming very expensive and dirty the maintenance not all there the people working in the office they ave no idea what there doing and very rude its like take it or leave it as far as trying to get your deposited back forget it not only you will never get your deposit back but they are even trying to charge you allot of money for the things you never realize you would pay for and they tell you can do a transfer in the end of your contract but their g they dont do transfer they lie allot to you and they will end up saying they never say that this place is full of roaches for the money they are charging its way to much they are trying to compete with other apartments in the area what they dont realize is there apartment is 200 years old full of roaches over all its a bad place to live i have seen allot of drug dealers get busted there dont live here trust me pay a little more if you have to go somewhere else nicer

I wish I can give 0 rating.Save your money somewhere else. Their management system is very bad. After move out they charged me too much. They charged me water bill $85, just for 19 days, where regular water bill for a month was around $40. Very nasty environment, roaches will attack you will in a week.

Glad I moved out, the apts are old, they seemed calm but too many break ins, the neighbors I had cooked very smelly foods all the time made my apt and outside smell unpleasant.

This complex is terrible, it is full of roaches and it is expensive, the office staff are terrible they are not cooperative in anyway, the pest control is doing nothing just spray water, the AC is not working it is cold in winter and hot at summer, it is dirty and they dot return your deposit when you leave the apartment
