I come to Texas a couple of times a year to visit my friend who lives at the Oaks and have been very impressed by the upkeep of the property. The grounds are always neat and clean. There are beautiful flowers and the staff that I have come in contact with has been nice and helpful. I would be happy to live at this property.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Grounds and facilities are well kept. Maintenance is absolutely the best, very fast and efficient. Cant say enough about Sandy and her staff they are friendly and professional. Do what they can to keep residence happy. We love living here.

Living here is unlike any other senior community l have lived in b4 . The management team has a respect for all of the residents who live here. Theyve kept their staff safe from the viral contamination & the maintenance team are always Respectful. Never a dull moment here either, property is well maintained. 😉

I live here on the property and I love it here. I have lived in 3 other senior apartments and no comparison. The mgmt team is on point with everything. And so is the maintenance team, Ive been here 3 years already. Oh yeah.......the neighbors are nice too.

Residence of the Oaks is a Superb Place to stayfor seniors! We stayed 3 years and they were fantastic for comfort and convenience. We moved to be closer to a relative further north.But this community treated us well.

I called to inquire about an apartment and spoke with Sandy who was an absolute pleasure to talk to! She was very friendly and took her time to answer all my questions and concerns. Sandy will most definitely get you taken care of! Such a sweet heartfelt woman.

I am a resident at the Residence at the Oaks.I am writing to inform you about the management and staff here. First and foremost they make me feel that I matter! They always greet me with smile. If I had a maintenance request, they respond in a timely manner. The ground are always kept!! I thank God for this place... I love living here!! I know they love me too, because of the way they take care of me.

Our apartment community is well kept and well managed. The activities and services provided for us are so much appreciated. Management and staff are intentionally attentive, respectful, and oh so gracious to all of us.Maintenance responds in a timely manner to repair requests, The office staff...good people. In all my years of apartment living, Ive never met a more competent, hard working, smart, compassionate manager as Sandy Martin. Im so glad I chose Residence at the Oaks apartments, and was able to get in almost nine years ago. This is home.

I just love residence of the oaks apartments they take really good care of my grandmother. She was very blessed to get in this property. The manager Sandy is so sweet and really care about her tenants. You can Ms Sandy is so passionate about what she does and that makes me feel very comfortable about my grandmother living in this senior living property. I have lived at the Residence at the Oaks for five years. The staff is the best ever, especially L.D. who is outstanding in helping residents solve whatever issues they may have. The lead maintenance staffer, Mr. Eddy is a jewel all by himself. The staff is outstanding and requests are usually resolved in one day. I cannot imagine living any place else.

SANDY AND STAFFI love my crossword puzzles in my ❤️ bag and Eddie ❤️ his candy..We love our home still and the lovely treatment of management and maintinence.Thank you for thinking of USThe Harriss

This is a very immaculate looking place. It is quiet here with several good neighbors in this apartment community. It is so well maintained. The office staff is very congenial and professional. And last but not least, even the maintenance staff is on the ball.

Hi.the place is perfect for me. Staff on point and prompt. However my discomfort is with a neighbor in same building who constantly burn, cook,or smoke something since New years eve. Ive reported it several times and assistant manager even come over. Its anassault on my body subtlety. If i could break my lease and leave (regretfully),i would. 😔 Thanks. P.
